Seven months ago I bought a new pulsar 125 in arasu Bajaj sirkali but my bike not registered yet . whenever I am asking about registration they simply say please wait for a month but already seven months over.. such a worst service ever...

    Hi,
    This is ARIVAZHAGAN, from Bangalore im purchased palsar 125 split seat on full payment basis its only 50 days old there found some parts and places are RUST. Its found delivery time also that time that people make water wash so rust is hidet.. now im asking need to spray paint little bit... but that show room people not help full me...its very bad experience in bajaj otherwise im spread on like fb, WhatsApp, insta, swit etc...

      I have Pulsar 150 cc Bike Complaint, its a 3 year Old Bike 2018 model.

      I have mileage issue which has started from Starting itself .

      I have visited all your Local Showrooms in Mangalore, Karnataka .

      Kindly Update any contact number of Your National level Complaint Handling Head Contact Number and Email I'd.

      I need this on Priority basis, failing to which I will complaint in Consumer Forum.

      Service Level I am not satisfied, its pathetic.

          Dear Concern,

          First of all I would like to thank the entire bajaj team for making of such a wonderful bike (Dominar 400) it was an amazing and life time experience of riding for me, thank you for that. I am raising a concern on dominar bike service related issues, I am struggling a lot to get proper service for my bike from the day one, I have given bike at Amba bajaj kudlu gate service center on Aug 27th from that day there oil leakage issues, I have visted few other service center including Amba bajaj by wasting lot of time but still issue not resloved.

          This is to bring to your notice that Amba bajaj service center is doing pethatic service they are least bothered about customer issues, couple of times I have visited to correct my bike problem, instead of doing their job they told me oil is dropping very slowly you can use for some more time, I was shocked to listen such a suggestion from bajaj service center on my third visit for same complaint. They don't have time for this small issues, but it's my hardeared money. They have charged more then Rs 5000 in last service but honestly speaking there is no difference in riding before or after service nothing has changed instead of water wash and some patch up fixing work. I am really disappointed on service part from bajaj.

            I like Pulsar bike and I purchase it.I took the bike in November 2020 but till now I didn't get my Bike registered.Whenever I went to showroom they are come after 2 days, come after 3 days and there is no proper response for me.My official work also disturbed because of this.I m totally stressed and Bajaj is very worst performing.

              I purchased a bike made by your company BAJAJ and the bike that i purchased was Bajaj Pulsar 150. After purchasing 3 months later started seeing some problems in bike with ABS as it came with the new norms of bs6 compliance. Bike used to disengaged its abs functionality due to which bike don't function properly. I gave my bike for servicing to resolve the problem. After service i get the same bike with same problem again i give it for 2nd time now. servicing manger can't resolve the problem in one week and bike still in the service shop of GARVE BAJAJ, WAKAD, PUNE from last 7 days. I filed the complainant in the customer service still i can't get my bike repaired./problem not resolved
              Nobody is taking responsibility for its repairing.
              Please resolve the problem problem that i am currently facing with BAJAJ AUTOMOBILES as it is the one of the most established automobile company of INDIA.

                Respected Sir,

                I m very disheartened by the level of services which is given by one of your dealership at surat - shivam bike.
                Have purchased bajaj platina over and above keeping other vehicle available option.

                Bike was purchase on 10 Oct 2020, their is a gear issue right from the day one. I'm facing problem in changing the second and fourth gear.

                Same problem was raised to your authorized service center, but issue is un attended. Had visited four to five times, but still no resolution is provided to me.

                Is this the way to treat the customer. If there is a defect in gear box, then change it.

                Request for resolution.

                  Sub-Standard services by M/s Pagariya Auto and Bajaj - Aurangabad, Dated 10.11.2020
                  I have given my XCD-125 Baja bike on 30.11.2020, for general servicing and for rectifying pick-up problem on 30.10.2020 at M/S Pagariya & Bajaj Auranagabad. The bike is not yet attended, even after more than 10 days, as on 10.11.2020, because of the reason that some spares (Clutch plate and Pressure plate) are not available with them. It was told to me that an order on M/S Bajaj has been placed and they are waiting for the same yet to be delivered by M/S Bajaj.
                  May I request you, for sending the said spares immediately to M/S Pagariya, so that my bike may be repaired in the earliest.

                    Hi,

                    I purchased a new Platina100Es BS6 on[protected]. During a drive on 05-12-20 The bike suddenly fault on all its electric part.

                    Came to service centre on[protected]sunday closed)(purchased the byke here also).

                    Today[protected], service centre ask me to wait 20 more days as the Battery is faulty, and without battery the byke canont be start..

                    Requested to think the quality of services and Customer support of Bajaj and help me to get back my byke on crisis basis..

                      I have visited trice in Raj Bajaj service center for few parts of avenger 220. But as I visited there no one notice my requirements or respond to me. I know very well the way you guys are actually working terribly, so don't try to make me fool, coz I'm from same field. I'm working in Aarav Jawa service center Koperkhairane as a Branch manager.
                      So fullfill my requirements as soon as possible

                            I visited Bajaj bike service center at Bhel colony Rasoolpura, Begumpet, Hyderabad for my bike (Pulsar NS 200) service as my rear break got jammed. After 2 days service center calls me saying the bike is ready. They charges me 5900 rupees and when i take the bike for trail run.. rear break is not working.. boom bike still doesnt have the rear break.. when i ask.. they say i need to change the caliber of the rear break which costs 2600 again. I still dont understand what they did for 5900 rupees and haven't fixed the main problem i approached for. And im surprised they called me saying bike is ready for delivery without a rear break. Can Bajaj take some action. THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY BUT PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS LIVES.

                            Oh yeah by the way.. they do not have an computer itemized bill too.. i dont know whts going on here.

                            Hope someone can look into this.

                                Had booked Bajaj CT110 matte green with full payment at bajaj Autoden deakership, mayim, mumbai on October 17th 2020, on 26th november 2020 mr.ram from Autoden bajaj told me mattGreen production has stopped and told me to accept black red color of bike ... however matte green was available and is still in production .

                                  I have purchased Bajaj avenger 160 on 26 Aug 20. Since last 15 days I have been coming to the showroom for engine problems. It is 7 time I have come to the service Center/ show room for repair but no solution has been come. I got 4 absent in my duty due to this bikes problem. Veh stops during the journey. Malfunction light always stays on.

                                    Sir I purchased Platina bike in 2017 Dec, 28.all repairing services related to bike from Bajaj service centre, but after Last service in June 2020 my bikes rear shocker are not working, that why I went to Bajaj agency, thay said your bike is now out of warranty, sir my bike is totally in new condition, my all services are from Bajaj service centre, sir please tell me, agar 11500 k.m. bike chalne k baad shocker ki problem aa skti h to Sir log ye bike purchase krni band kr denge, sir I hope, you will give me justice regarding my bikes problem.es shocker ki problem k Karan mere bike ka back tyre khatam ho gya.so please apse request h ki meri bike ki problem ko solve kiya jae..

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My name is Benin Jiju I am from Kalyan, Mumbai, I have taken a new pulsar 150 bike from kanchan Bajaj ulasnagar on 9/10/2020, now almost one month completed.

                                      On first service I faced oil leaking issue in rear side of the bike right side, which has been changed under warranty by Bajaj service center, kanchan auto Pvt Ltd, in 700km how it can happen in short time period they told it's like that only so only we are providing warranty. First service done on 21st October 2020.

                                      Day before yesterday on 28th I faced starting issue while running engine malfunction light got on and all of sudden engine get off on running after frequent kick start and self start it's not get started so after one hour after Engine cooled again started and took to home and parked. The next day 29th I hand over bike for service for solving this issue malfunction active issue, they told provide us the bike here we will solve this issue and we will do the second service as well so I left me Vechile, evening I got a call all problem resolved come and collect your vechile I went and took the vechile it was good.

                                      Today 30th morning I came to work on the way again same issue started and unable to start the bike, so I take bike on walking and parked in my site in peninsula corporate park, lower Parel, from morning I am coordinating with kanchan Service Team and they gave mahim auto den service centre number, no one taken proper action.

                                      I want to know the rout cause analysis for the cause of malfunction indication due to this my work is getting affected.

                                      Kindly change this bike or resell it I don't want such bike which is having engine complaint really I am upset why I selected Bajaj.

                                      I have attached the video what exactly happened on bike. See this and update on the same please help I don't to use such bike tell me what will be procedure to cancel this bike and I need the amount refund.

                                      In pandemic situation I don't want to take risk on my life so I purchased new bike for my safety travel, but it's worst experience with Bajaj which I didn't expected.

                                      Need your valuable supports in the same.

                                        I purchased a pulsar 150 twin disc bike 10 days ago, I noticed my rear wheel disc brake caliper is shaking too much and rear disc is not working properly. I complained in the showroom, first he denied there is no problem and after that, he accepts there is an issue in disc plate.

                                        He changed the disc plate after 5 days but still, the problem is not yet solved and he is saying now rim needs to change. My major issue is a rear brake is not working properly. The bike is not able to stop at the speed of 10Km. That mechanic is saying its a property of ABS. So need to apply a front brake also then only it will stop. I am riding my bike in a very dangerous situation and no other service centre is near to my location.

                                        the showroom is located in Abu-road. Sirohi Rajasthan. Showroom name Sethi automobiles.

                                        Bajaj service is really very poor. I raised a complaint on support number but they didn't solved my issue.
