Respected sir/madam,

It is intimated that, i bought bajaj ns 200 at jai autos, 10167, chennai on 21/08/2019. At that time i had submitted my proofs of pancard, aadhar card & driving licence. But in rc, my name has shown incorrectly and i bring this matter to showroom sales manager. First they are agreed to change from their side (Because, that is their mistake only). But till date, my issue was not resolved.

I expect my problem may resolve as early as possible after seen this complaint.

    I bought my new bajaj pulsar 150, from speed autos, naya gaon. District-mohali, punjab - 160103, dealers name. Mohali aotomobiles, c-38, ind. Area, phase - 2, sas nagar, punjab on 28th august 2019, almost 70 days gone but they didn't give me the rc, how irresponsible people they are after several visit from me, they told me. We will give u by tomorrow. But they failed to give. When i search my rc status in parivahan app. Adding my vehicle no. The system show there is no information regarding this vehicle no. It means they didn't submit my file or misplaced it. They are very unprofessional people. No follow up of my rc file. Always making excuses. Over all they charged the rc fees from me. This is very bad experience with me. Therefore i request you to take necessary action against the dealer and ask them why don't they submit my file in rto. 70 days... What a digital india.

      Bharti bajaj kharghar, i bought dominar, 1 month ago i paid everything, still haven't seen bike and they are not picking call timely and giving reasons that it takes alot time. Hectic service. My bike is not getting delivered and i don't have any proper status at all
      These things don't take this much time, showing customer their bike before rto verification is compulsory, take it in consideration

      I purchase new pulsar 150 on 2 october 2019.The problem is about the 2nd gear as when i put bike in 2nd gear, engine shuts down.

        I am writing with very bad and sad feeling about avenger 220 cruise, i have spent almost 128k for bike are almost west. I while purchasing the bike given lot of promises about spare and service nothing is taken care i am facing number issues
        1. Every to take start it take to much effort and., some it actually didn’t start i went up the other options.
        2. It never give or show fuels message about storage :
        3. 3 days back while in running on highway it stop in middle create a bad situation. It given message riu-09.
        H.02 it stop.
        4. While taking delivery of bike they had given me old accessories and promised me they will replace them in next services. After that when i went to service they directly refused.
        5. Showroom team have delivered me bike with old rubber are used in engines they said thy will replace but they didn’t did that.
        6. Even showroom is not doing proper service of bike.
        7. I have got very sad experience with bike, request u take back the bike and pay back my money to me or give me proper products.
        8. If i have not received reply, i will go to media and court respectively
        So kindly attend the my issue

          My car loan number 400zcuee469826, till now i have paid 7 emi's and bajaj finance is promptly deducting emi on 2nd of every month. I am continuously following up with the representative who has processed my loan but in vain. So i am logging a complaint. Bajaj finance has taken processing charges for processing registration of my car. Bajaj finance is whole and sole responsible from end to end. Kindly look into my issue and see that i receive my original rc copy.

            Hello team,

            I have purchased avenger 160 from amba bajaj e-city bangalore on 25-oct-2019.
            Within 1 week bike got issue, while riding suddenly got stop. Then not able to start the bike i tried all the way. Self start was not working.
            While trying other way i am able to start the bike then in accelerator power was not coming, not able to move the bike.

            When mechanic came to identify issue, they told battery having issue not getting charge and some other coil issue also there.

            So they are saying will replace the battery under warranty.

            This type such a major issue is came in brand new bike, its ran just 220 km.
            Now i dont want to continue with defective piece, i want new one.

                On 26th oct 2019 as per bill date i serviced my bajaj rs 200 in palarivattom bajaj showroom.
                The issues were :
                * cone set replacement.
                * breakpad replacement
                * break fluid replacement
                * lock set replacement
                * periodic service rupees 714.
                * chain cleaning rupees 238.
                * break fluid replace charge rupees 476.
                * steering cone replace charge rupees 892.
                * emission certificate rupees 59.91.
                * lock set replace charge rupees 714.

                I got the delivery of bike.
                Murukesh was the staff which i have dealed with at palarivattom bajaj.

                After two days after riding 500 km
                Cone set was again making noise, not stable, oil seal leaked break disk was full of oil leaked from stump. The oil seal was not fixed correctly.

                Again i brought the bike to showroom.
                Told the issues to murukesh.

                Again a bill was given of 1700 something.
                * inner stump replaced because of scratch in it.

                Didn't they noticed the issue while the service i done before?

                Again i got the bike two days before.
                Yesterday i was supposed to kept the bike in rain.
                Now the fuel tank is full of water. And now its break down. 25km away from the showroom.

                What should i do?

                They are telling that i should bring the vehicle to the showroom.
                And the cost will be 1000.

                I wont pay the amount anymore for anything.

                Its not my fault.

                Why are they doing these kind of cheating?

                I want to report this as a main issue.

                Before also i have faced a similar issue from the same showroom.

                Near my locality there is no other showrooms which i can give it to service.

                That's why i am forced to give my bike for service there.

                  On 19 october 2019 there is auto debit done on my account by bajaj auto.

                  I had no transaction with them.

                  I visited branch of pimpri but told write an email they will reply i don't have access. Email from bank reaponded that ask biller for details. Whom to contact as it is auto debit for monthly basis.

                    I had no transaction with bajaj in past in current with them how they can debit my account without my approval.

                      I have purchased bajaj avenger 180 street one year back. After a one-year self-start problem got started. I went to the showroom 4 times. Every time they keep my bike for 2-3 days. They have charged around 5000rs, but my problem didn't resolve.

                      First, they replaced the rotator, then they replaced the battery, third time they say it's charging issue and we fixed it. Now again i got the same problem after spending more than 5000 rs. More than that i spend on travelling going to office without the bike.

                      I am ready to submit the proof if needed.
                      I recommend no one should purchase this problematic bike,

                        M- [protected]) jab me bike kharid ke ghar aaya to mushe raste me front wheel me kuch jhatka sa feel hua aur me phir dealer laut gaya aur mechanics ko bataya..to unlogone kaha ki nayee bike he suspension thoda hard hai kuch din chalega to thik ho jyga..aur me phir problem ke saath ghar aa gaya..aur me bike esehi chalata raha..aur phir ek din jab me bike main stand pe lgakr wash kar raha tha to meshe mushe asli problem pata chala..mera wheel me fault tha...wo pura beech me nahi rotate hota tha thoda upar niche hokar rotate hota tha tab me agle din bike dealer leke gaya aur unlogo ko dikhaya tab, echanics ne bola apka wheel me problem hai apko wheel change krna padega..aur ham apko warranty nahi de sakte apko paisa deke chenge karwana padega..aur unlogoka behave kuch thik nahi tha..aur wheel ka price 4000 rs tha...isme meri kiya galti hai me kiyou pay karu 4000 rs..kiya bajaj esa product customer ko sale kartahe..i am very sad for bajaj service..plz bajaj resolve my problem. this is my contact number -[protected] if you want i can send images and video footages .

                          My vehicle was not getting started, so I gave it to Kalyani Bajaj authorized Service center Yelahanka and they asked me to agree for changing the coil and magnet with the rectifier, which I agreed for. They kept my bike for more than 2 days, that's more than what they promised to keep and when they gave my bike back, my rear brake was not functioning properly. I complained about it and they said they did not do anything with the brake. I still took the bike and asked if they have put original parts in the bike replacing the old once which they asked for, and they said yes they only put original once. But now I'm facing the same problem as before where I'm not able to start my bike even after agreeing for everything they asked to replace. My bike service has not been done in the right way and I ask Bajaj to take strict action against this kind of act and solve my problem.

                          I got a call from one of the service persons to take my bike for service on Friday which he did not pickup and told to take it on Saturday and then again delayed to Monday. Please make sure he collects it on Monday so that I get to use my bike as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased pulsar neon-150 on last july.
                            Vehicle no: tn-11 am-8798.

                            On last friday[protected] i'm handover my bike for second service
                            On following service bajaj service centre.

                            Showroom name: popular bajaj
                            No. 7/6, taluk, guduvanchery,
                            Gst road,
                            Chengalpattu - 603202, opposite eb station.

                            They have committed delivery date as[protected], but due to some issues they are not met the target. We adjust the situation on that time.
                            But still they are not responded properly.

                            They are not give any previous on-time information's. Last two days i have faced more trouble due to unavailability of my bike.

                              Horrible service from garve bajaj, pimple gurav. Bike not yet delivered after taking whole payment a month ago. Passing and rto not yet done, not sending invoice as well. Just keep delaying and coming with bakvas reasons for delaying. Please look into this matter otherwise return my payment.                                 He calculate emi -2787
                                Interest rate-14.3% 24 months
                                44958*14.1%=51297
                                Total loan amount +interest =51297
                                On road bike price - 66225 rs
                                Total emi paid -2787 *16 till 5 sep 2019
                                Total emi paid-44958
                                2 advance emi -
                                1.2787 0n 23 aug 2018

                                Total emi paid-44958+5574=50532

                                  I have buy plusar 180f from gsm sales bajaj khandsa road gurgaon haryana on the 11th of august 2019.
                                  I'm getting major problem with this bike few days back i have compliant that both the break's are not working.. Gsm service centre they're not leasing..
                                  So plz it's a request take further action against it..
                                  Or i may take some other legal action against it

                                    I am writing this email for reporting multiple concerns which i am facing with your product bajaj pulsar 150 neon. This is very frustrating for me that even by visiting your service center tcs bajaj (Sector 20 b adjoining neelam flyover vidya mansion, new industrial town, faridabad, 121001) multiple times in past few weeks the issues remains unresolved.
                                    Purchased date of bike - 26 may 2019purchased from - tcs bajaj (Sector 20 b adjoining neelam flyover vidya mansion, new industrial town, faridabad, 121001) bike registered on the name of - dilip aggarwal
                                    I am facing following issues with bike (Bajaj pulsar 150 neon) :chain set is getting loose and making noise (This issue arise again and again very frequently) front break is having operational issue like even on soft pressing it immediately stops the bike at the same spot. This is a very critical issue and may lead to life-threatening accident. (For this issue also i went to above service center but still issue persists). Bike shockers making sounds like i am riding 10 years old vehicle. I went for repairing center several times to above mentioned issue and have been charged for repairs but still all issues persist. For every visit i have to wait 2-3 hrs. And for a working individual spending so much of time on bike repairing doesn't worth at all. i am also attaching copy of bills for your reference.
                                    Bajaj is one of the leading brand in 2 wheeler vehicles in india and still such issues customers are encountering. Fyi, this was my 1st purchase of bajaj 2 wheeler and may be the last one because i have already wasted too much of time and money in getting fixed product manufacturing defects. Honda vehicles are way better in quality and have cheaper servicing that is the reason they are the top sellers in country.

                                      I bought bajaj platina 100 es on 15 nd october 2019 cash in sharma bajaj dealer. Lalru mohali punjab
                                      But still i didn't receive rc.
                                      Why they are taking too many days to provide rc within a proper time. I am sure that they are very fast to collect money from customers but they are very lazy buds to fullfil the needs of the customers after selling bikes.

                                        My bike bajaj pulsar 150 purchased on april 2019, on the second service itself i informed about abnormal sound from engine and petrol continuously leaking from carburetor over flow, after service the problem occurs after two days from the day of service. Now another complaint, battery is draining within a night and also not withstanding for longer time, do needfull for me

                                        I was just buy 1month bt its everyday i was gonna be getting self complant and little more complaints also
