Dear sir,

I was not able to start my pulsar because battery was dead also disc break was stuck because since a long i had not used bike. I have also conveyed the same to your service guy before hand over the bike.

I kept my bike a s motors channi road, vadodara for servicing but instead of checking battery your mechanic has tried to open carborator and he damages the same, now there is petrol leakage from carborator, then they called me to replace carborator and i simply denied!!!

I went to service centre and told your mechanic to start bike with onother battery and bike just started without any issues then they ask one more day for servicing,

I don't know how they fix carborator but on 3 rd day when i went to service center to collect bike first they ask for money and after bill payment when they handover the bike i saw odo meter was not working, they also damages meter, they also confirmed that meter was working when they take charge of bike so they took back my bike and still bike is in service center.!!!

I had given bike on 30 sep but till date bike is in service center. Now they are asking parking charges and not ready to repair meter.

I have also sent mail to bajaj auto company on [protected]@bajajauto.co.in but they did not take any action.

Kindly do the needful on priority.
Sir i bought ns200 in june 2018. I have completed 3 service properly.. but tappet noise is irritating me.. i adjusted 3 times in campany service... But still not solved noise increasing day by day... Pls salve this problem for all ns200... What the solution ???

    Hi sir/ madam, i owned pulsar ns 160 in 2017 nov. Since i owned my bike i had an issue with engine oil leakage. Because of this problem within 2years i spend a lot of money for my bike service only in the engine part. So many times i met with the authorised bajaj service centre the problem was not resolved. And the manager and staff was not responding properly. I need a fair decision from management side to replace my bike with a new one. I'm fully disappointed with my bike and i come to think that there is no use of getting serviced by that worst manager and staff person. My registered bike number is tn66 w4854. Further details you can check by the bike registration number i think so.

      My name is turesh gumpu. I went to the service centre for my pulsar ns 200 3 times they told that this is not the time u will come earlier. I went earlier but they told this is not the correct time that time which i went is 8:45 am becoz they told u should come before 9 am so that we could easily fix but they behaved with me was worst. They told that u should come after 9 am. What the # is this this is way to behave with customers. We have works. We should attend to the works. What the hell is this. That time my bike was new after 1year same issue has came and your jabalpur service center employee said there is a issue in your grear. It means you didn't solve my problem last time. Now i am going to complain against you

            Meri samsya ka koi bi hall nahi hua kaithal district se sale manager ka call aaya aur mere ko kaithal aane ke liye bola tha par main vahan par nahi gaya aur phir kaithal se mere pas aaye aur bola ki plese aap es case ko resolve karlo humare aadmi Toni ki zindgi bach jayegi agar aap ne ye resolve nahi kiya to Toni Rana sari umar tak ka Tarminet ho Jayega. Main aap se puchhta hun ki agar maine mobile nahi purchase kiya kisi anjan aadmi ko mere card par 18000 ka mobile dedena aur baad me requst karna aur jo mere 18000 ki EMI cutegi uska koi solution nahi hona kya yahi Bajaj ka solution hai.               Myself rajesh jadhav, i brought bike bajaj pulsar f220 from pagaria bajaj, jalna road, 7 hill branch on 21/09/19..
              First of showroom person mr. Deepak delivered me unwashed dirty bike after argument, they give with washing.. After that they gave me broken helmet, n said we don't have extra helmet.
              After 7 days he handover documents, i strictly asked him to check it again because we have to go 230km from aurangabad for passing the vehicle on my permanent address.
              He assured that all documents is ok n have to just submit in rto office.
              When i submitted the documents in rto office, rto personel told that documents is wrong.. They gave crtm certificate for another rto office, i called showroom person deepak,, after argument he agreed to his mistake n said we can't do anything now, we will correct it. Means i have to come back 230km n after correction again travel same distance for rto passing.
              Who's is responsible for this..??
              I bought RS200 in the date of 16/sep/2019.i drive bike around 120 kilometers i got heavy vibrations in tank side and outer body of the bike i can't tolerate the vibrations.showroom does not care about the problems.So please replacement the bike and do needful for me.

                I am writing this mail with very much regret, as i am repeatedly facing problems. I own your premium vehicle dominar d400 and i am not satisfied with your service provided by your dealer m/s. Popular bajaj located at banashankari, as i had been facing two main problems in my bike from day one ie:
                1. Gear shifting and clutch action is very hard: and when i complained several times the service team just miss guided me saying that its perfect and for some dominars it gets smoothened out with sometime, and recently when i was little bit on their shoulders they tell that the gear shifter has some problem and has to be replaced. Basically they just miss led me for one year even with my frequent complaints.
                2. A rubbing sound while the bike is driven: they have not given a permanent solution for this problem instead they say its common and ask me to visit them after every 250-300 kms. I have encountered these problems in only my bike and they mislead me saying that's common. I was a happy customer of yours owning bajaj 150, super, chetak and pulsar 150, as hamara bajaj (Your tagline) but i had never expected this kind of service for your premium vehicle. Solve these problems immediately at free of cost.

                  Sir already i have taken loan from bajaj on furniture and not a single emi i looped. Then too my card is blocked till now we have taken loan of 1, 05, 000 and only last emi is left. Then too l am not getting any offers from bajaj. I wants to buy electrical appliances on diwali but they are saying my card is inactive and blocked. So please try to solve our problem at earliest also when ever we call at your toll-free number we can't get connected with the customer executive.

                      I live in pune and had pre booked bajaj avenger 220 abs in feb of 2019 from the bajaj dealership located in warje and was told that the bike wasn't available and that it will take time to get back in stock. After months, i visit the showroom again in june and they suddenly say why did i wait until now and why didn't i visit earlier as if i was dumb that i regularly visited the showroom. Then they say i have to pay the full amount and then only the bike will we dispatched. I paid the full amount and they gave a date on which the bike was to be handed over to me. On the given time day i contacted them and they completely forgot my order and say why didn't you contact us earlier. What kind of # is this? Now after days of complaining them i finally get the bike after 1 month of payment in july and after that they say i'll get the number within 15 days. And until now at the end of september they are still working on my registration process. What kind of rto process is this? I'm seriously fed up with their service and want to return the bike.

                        I was buy bajaj discover 125cc that price 57786 rs i give down payment 25000 rs rest amount 32686*141%=37294 rs but he company approve 52000 rs 4 24 months he give emi 2787 rs per month i was give 15 emi and he toake 1 emi advance total emi all pay 27868*15=41805rs +25000=66805 total amount pay with 14.1%first he without any information he debit my advance mony why debited after 1 advance emi ihave so my 15 emi i was going his office he have two bouncer stand my back side so that region can't talk briefly, i am complain bajaj auto fiance complain hi s management also md, next my due payment before 5 oct no give emi if no pay than my civil score down if
                        Rest amount refund and give me noc that region mantle harassment many diseases tat region please solve it.

                          I have a Bajaj pulsar rs 200 (non-abs) - October 2015 model with registration number HP 11-9328. There was a creaking sound coming underneath the rider's seat since 2 weeks. When I removed the rider's seat, there I found out that Chassis is broken in two separate pieces, near where rear mono shock connects with the chassis. This horizontal link should have been able to withstand the stress of normal real road conditions. How could it break within 4 years and 38699 kms. I ride 95% of time by myself without a pillion and that too with my weight of 60 kg only. If I didn't have found out the issue in time, the mono-shock could have broken clean-off and it possibly could have been fatal. Chassis is the spine of motorcycle and should have lasted longer, when there wasn't any major crash/accident involved. Kindly look into this matter and advice me what could possibly be done regarding this issue.

                            Hi k ramu buy bajaj pulsar 150cc in 12/2018 and km 11682, and now my vehicle getting continue complaint with service parts and every time mechanical telling to change the part i think bajaj is very waste iam not ready to pay anything for change parts with 11682kms how part will get damage and that to single hand driving and i will to office in and evening return to home. So kindly clearly my issue as soon as possible.

                              Yesterday i had given my bajaj v15 for servicing at the said service center around 2pm.

                              I was told to come around 6pm to collect my bike.

                              When i reached to the service center, my bike's seat and battery was yet to be fixed and the bike was still wet. I assume that the washing must have happened at the end of servicing.

                              As soon as the bike was handed over to me there were stains and wet dust still on the kick which i observed. I highlighted the same same to shabaz (Person who serviced my bike), his reply was these small things keeps getting skipped and hence customers must mutually understand.

                              I took it lightly and ignored it, thinking it must be the only thing skipped.

                              However, when reached home and saw the bike after it dried up, i was surprise and shocked that washing was just done for the sake of doing it. As the dirt appeared the way it was when bike was before washing. Dirt on engine, alloy wheels, chain cover, shock absorbers, silencer etc etc... And plz don't say that it may have come up while i ride the bike home because my home is not even a kilometer away from your service center.

                              Please refer pictures attached. (Don't know whether it git attached or no, if it's not visible let me know i'll share via seperated email)

                              And now my point is that as mentioned by shabaz, if things can get skipped then for what are you guys taking the money from the customer for servicing? You'll are simply fooling the customers and taking their money without even providing a basic service of thorough cleaning of bike.

                              Even a local garage person would wash the bike better than your this service center.

                              I need a revert and action on the same at the earliest.

                                My name is Amarnath Jayaswal residing at Golf Green in Kolkata, I own a Pulsar 180 black colour bike bearing registration number WB07E9868. I went to one of your Bajaj authorised service center named Swastik auto center there address is 104, subodh park, Raynagar, Bansdroni, Kolkata 700070.
                                I gave my bike for a thorough service knowing that alot of work needs to be done as the aforesaid service center service advisor said the same. I submitted my bike on 14/09/2019.
                                I went to collect my bike on 23/09/2019 to the same service center as I was informed that all the work had been completed. Once I reached there found that the bike was there ready to be delivered.. I then went for a small test ride to found out whether the work has been done perfectly or not. I found that the work has been done with utmost care and my bike is running fine now.
                                I was called by a person in the billing section and I was being given a bill of Rs. 15, 200.00 (fifteen thousand two hundred). I asked for the explanation of the bill which was then explained to me. Till now everything was fine.
                                However, I found that the bill which was given to me does not contain any GST number. I then asked the same person that being a Bajaj authorised service center howcome I have been given a bill which does not contain any GST number. He replied that this is how it is as their proprietor has instructed the same. I was also informed that there will be an additional 2% charge if I pay using my card.
                                It is my request to the India's leading two wheeler brand like Bajaj that how come your authorised service center can produce a bill to their customers which does not contain GST number and was also asked for an additional charge of 2% if we pay by using our card. I want you people to look into this matter very seriously and at the earliest.
                                Please look into this matter.
                                I have all the copies of the bills but unable to upload the same. Please contact me so that I can send this bills to you by some other source.

                                  I am Rachit sethi the owner of pulsar 150 cc neon red model. I have purchased it approx three months ago and back side of both the shocker absorbers has not been working since 1 month it means after purchasing two months i am facing problem of shocker absorber which should be the most powerful part of the bike... generally this type of problems we face after purchasing of 8 to 10 years later but I'm facing initially. My bike is one hand bike even i haven't completed 500 k.m. yet. I haven't set above 150 k.g. ... after purchasing of one day i was facing the problem of front disk break then the dealer of bajaj fixed that problem but now i want to replace it because it is manufacturing fault and you have written in your owner's manual that if we get shocher absorber problem then we will replace that. Solve my problem otherwise I'll have to go consumer forum lastly .

                                    Dear sir i have purchased pulsar 220 abs from odisha automobiles, bhubaneswar. They charged me extra money for rto. When i asked them about it they can't tell me the proper cause. Is this the way you treat your customer? I payed the money you asked and i am not considerd well if i am not get any response from you. I will complaint on consumer court. I know my rights and i know how to get it if you denied...

                                      Dear sir i have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 cc from surjeet bajaj showroom bhopal on 22 sep 2019 and today date 21 sep 2019 when i visit the showroom they told me you have to wait for three or four days for your number.. They never called me in that duration and at that time they told me your helmet receipt pending they never remembered single time.. I am very dissoppoined from services

                                      Mene apni bike service par di thi. 6 month ho Gaye hai muje meri bike nahi de rahe hai ..muje roj chakkar de rahe hai .or bol rahe hai aapki bike holi k time jal gayi hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte ..muje bolte hai 10000 le lo nahi to ye bhi nahi milnge ..muje paise nahi meri bike chahiye ..nahi to me upbhokta me case karunga ..my no..[protected]

                                        The logo of the bajaj above the headlight got miss .The customer dealers not responding properly after the deliver . Is this the way you treat your customer?
