With due to the respect i wish to complaint and inform you that, i have bought dominor 400 yesterday (17th october 2019) at rk motors,, bye pass road, kalavasal, madurai. Here is my complaint is follow on of
- they did't gave basic tool box - basic first aid kit was not provided- provided road side helmet which is cost of rs.200- they provided a test drive vehicle - they said they will provide cashback offer. I dint received yet. these are major complaints.
They said they will full up petrol tank as only as words. Vehicle ceremony pooja is not done by them. They provide just vehicle.
According to me dominor 400 is my dream bike. But now i worried why i spend so much amount to get this inconvenience and unsatisfied experience. This is the worst ever experience of mine.
How may i supposed to refer my friends to bought this bike or even bajaj products. Because of worst service ever.
Please take immediate action.Â

    Dear bajaj team,
    Myjob sheet no. 2523 was due for 17th delivery. When i contacted the paltan bazaar service no. [protected] provided to me, nobody responded even after several calls. So i searched the web and found this contact no. [protected] (Refer attachment) representing the paltan bazaar showroom and service and so i enquired. The concerned personed claimed he is from bajaj paltan bazaar and helped me file a complaint by paying 5 rupees to your account through a link (Which he claimed) and saying my case will be priotized.
    I had no point to doubt any so i made the payment through my wife's google pay account. After 1 or 2 minutes, it was debited with rs.9999 instead of 5 and it continued 5 more times into her another bank account link with the same no until it exhausted our account (Total 65000 from 2 bank accounts). Hence, i request you kindly investigate and help return my debited amount as soon as possible.
    Will be waiting for your response.

          I am owner of bajaj pulsar rs200 which is only 15 months old but i am continuously facing problem for breakdown of bike, and then i had to tow my bike to service center. It already happened 4 times since i took delivery of bike. Every time some parts got replaced and for that they took 10 to 20 days to fix that issue. 2nd day relay stop working after 3 or 4 months battery stop working, in 12th month engine breakdown had occured in that piston is damaged and lastly in this month october gearbox issue and magnetic key stop working.
          Is this a joke or what? New bike facing such type of issue within a warranty is disgusting. I want to raise a complaint against bajaj for this issue either replace bike or replace engine. It just happening frequently so that i lost my trust on the company.

            Hello

            Am rahul from kurnool, andhra pradesh. I have given my bike for servicing 3 weeks back. I reported the issue that am getting sound from engine which reading was 28000.

            Mechanic has inspected and told me that bike has come to bore and need to change the half engine.

            I agreed and dropped the bike.

            Now am getting the same issue. When i have asked the mechanic, he informed that parts need to be changed again.

            Kindly inform me that bajaj service centers are kept to loot people?

              Hi, I am Siddhesh stay in thane. I bought the Pulsar NS160 2 years ago on 17 Oct, 2017 the problem started with the bike within the third month, the faulty bike I received from the company, because I had not changed the bike as there was RTO registration. There are still problems with this bike. This year there was a problem 3 times, when the third time the problem came they take 1 and half month for solved that problem. Even actually the bike was under warranty but service center charge more for service. (Service Center Name- Kanchan Bajaj)

                  It is submitted that during september 2015 i have purchased a new motorcycle i. E. Bajaj discover 125cc with disc and during next day i told to the owner of agency that first gear is not working properly and when i runs the vehicle in first gear then automatically it becomes neutral, during the time of shifting of gear from first to second gear, then many times only first gear worked and not shifts to second gear even first time and second time. The owner of agency has told that first gear is hard and after running of a few days it will be smooth, thereafter i have again and again requested to him to solve the problems and he has intimated that supply of material is not being made by the bajaj company/ltd. And now he is ignoring. I am not interested to breakdown the images of company, as i am using the bajaj vehicle since april, 2003 and no problem has been found as yet by manufacturing, but i am intimating the actual problems. It is also intimated that the said owner has taken two agencies i. E. One from bajaj and second by honda, perhaps due to heavy workload the owner is not attending the customers properly. It is requested to solve my problems at the earliest please.
                  There are problem on NS 200 back side break, I bought bike 5 days ago only, same day bike start sound when break back side, it's seems danger and I saw sworum man but he says it's will be disappear some days after but not yat...

                    Yester day i booked my third free service at baruipur osl bajaj service center at 11 am. My bike have some technical issue and to fixed the problem i applied one day leave from my office as i go office by my bike. After booked the service i was adviced that they ll deliver my bike around 3/4 o clock. When i reached at 5 30 pm i noticed that they have done nothing only water service done. When i asked to meet service manager they infromed me that there is no manager present. Now the question is that how i ll make my bike's service. Is this your customer care policy. After sale service is toital #. Chasis no is md2a11cy4krl17037 and my service request no is lp46908.
                    I also even not receive my smart card as i got my bike registration before 3 month.
                    Please do the needfull.
                    I have bought new bajaj platina motobike before 6 months but from 1st day its mileage is approx 45/kms.according to company advertisment its approx milage will be 60.i m compain many times to local dealer of bajaj.but they are not listning.
                    I had taken bike in Pattukkottai branch. After complete my loan i asked them to surrender my bike key . But they said already given and behaving very mad.

                      I recently bought a two wheeler motor bike avenger with shreeguru bajaj, wagholi, pune authorised bajaj centre. I had experienced a faulty battery which was not charging itself even with running bike. I have put up for a replacement for battery during my first servicing. After the factory check battery was not replaced but the problem persists. Service centre doesnt entertain. Says leave bike at service centre for 4 days..

                        I am very much disappointed by the repairs bajaj service center has done to my bike as this incident happened with me a month ago when my bike didnt start and the company guys told me that there is a problem in my engine as then they charged me around 18000/- plus to get it repaired and it took them around 40 plus days to do so and then thy handed me my bike and just after an hour it again stopped thus the bike is not yet repaired and all i am receiving is the fake promises and assurance by the company guys that the bike is fully repaired but yet it wont start

                          Hello-i am bitupan roy from guwahati. I purchased bajaj pulser 150 single disc on 29th of august from shree auto bajaj sub dealer which is located in maligaon, guwahati and it's head office is in paltan bazar. But now i am facing pick up problem from last 5 days. I went to shree auto paltan bazar, they are asking me rs.2000 for some parts replacement which might not be in warranty.
                          Now i feel regret and sad to say that a newly buyed bike parts has to be replaced only within 1 month. It is totally not trustable or acceptable.

                          Bike ignition not performing well soon after raining when parked in open space and after water wash. Bike producing unusual sound with low RPM, once when accelerating the bike silencer become red hot.
                          We took Bajaj's auto. The emi date is 7 am. Now it is 2 days away. Is it okay to pay emi today for 60 months? Is this what we are doing?

                              I am nitin wadghane writing this latter with very much regret, as i am repeatedly facing problems. I owner of pulsar 150 dts-i neon and i am not satisfied with your service provided by your dealer m/s. Pagariya auto center located at adalat road aurangbad, as i had been facing two main problems in my bike from day one ie:
                              1. Gear shifting and clutch action is very hard: and when i complained several times the service team just miss guided me saying that its perfect and for some pulsar 150 it gets smoothened out with sometime, and recently when i was little bit on their shoulders they tell that the gear shifter has some problem and has to be replaced. Basically they just miss led me for last 6 month even with my frequent complaints.
                              2. A rubbing sound while the bike is driven: they have not given a permanent solution for this problem instead they say its common and ask me to servicing. Sins last 10 days my bike handover to pagariya auto center aurangabad for solving this problem but till not solve problem. I have encountered these problems in only my bike and they mislead me saying that's common. But i had never expected this kind of service for your premium vehicle. Solve these problems at free of cost immediately otherwise exchange bike.

                                  Dear sir i have got a platinum disc brake 125 cc there you have given a h gear option. But when i was riding on 4 th gear it automatically shifted to h gear and in turn when i am riding on h gear it automatically reduces it to 4th gear. It is very difficult for me to ride the vehicle in the high ways and the city rides. It gives a crushing gear sound when the shaft engaes with the gears. Please resolve the issue i am very much disappointed by the vehicle.

                                    I have taken vehicle bajaj pulsar 125 on 6th oct 2019, sunday form bajaj showroom stbt cross, near big bazar.. Showroom people said.
                                    Due to sunday store is closed and hence accessories will be fitted on next working day i. E., 9th oct 2019.in the happiness of purchasing new vehicle i have filled petrol half tank and parked at home and did not use the vehicle since temporary passing and insurance papers were not provided to me..
                                    Today 9th oct 2019 at 5pm i went to showroom for fitting of accessories.. They said it will take 2 hrs and requested me to come at 7pm.. When i went fitting was almost done... When ignition was on i looked at petrol indicator it was showing only one line.. When i left the vehicle it was half of the tank..
                                    When i told manager about it he says straight away we never do such things and started advising me to not to put allegations / blame on showroom.
                                    Some check method to be implemented like four wheeler job sheet in which what is the level petrol indicator is marked in that...
                                    It is shame on the part of the officials first not considering the grievances of customer and second advising customer not to put false allegations...

                                      I have purchased a bike avenger 160 street from torrent bajaj ranchi main road on 29/09/2019.
                                      First of all the service while buying product was very bad. No one assisted while delivering bike.
                                      Secondly after 2 daya i saw that my break light was not working and fuel leakage in pipe.
                                      If this is a condition of a bike in 10 days i think that i have made a wrong choice of buying from bajaj.
                                      I want to return the bike and refund of my money.

                                        I was booked a pulser-150 bike at sai automobiles, ballari (Karnataka) on dt:[protected]. As per the news paper advertisement, and i had also paid rs. 10, 000/- in advance for it on the same day.
                                        But i have not yet receive any message or bike from the show room till date. The showroom persons simply said, when the bikes came we don't know. It may take a month or 2 you have to wait.
                                        May i know what is the reason behind this, whether the advertisement given by your company is falls, or the persons who booked your bikes are fools.
                                        I need your reply sir.
