Dear sir / madam,
I am writing this complain after facing so many issue in last one month which is as follows-
1. I visited krishna bajaja, gurgaon on 1st sep 2019 for my engine work they took 21 days to deliver with so many issue, paid 15000 approx which is totally in vein.  (Bill invoice attached) Â
2. After 2-3 days, i started facing start issue and visited mahalaxmi bajaj, gurgaon and they identified that the cdi has to be changed and they changed it.  (Bill invoice attached).
3. After 5 days, cdi stopped working and i was unable to starts my bike once again. I visited krishna bajaj once again. Mechanics checked and said that the existing cdi is not working and it was not for pulsar 200 ns. I had contacted mahalaxmi bajaj and they said that yes it's our mistakes and they agreed to provide it free of cost. With mutual communication between mahalaxmi and krishana bajaj, they gave me new cdi after waiting 10 days.
4. From the next day after changing new cdi, engine started over heating and getting engine off post running 5 km. I visited krishna once again and they suggested to change radiator fan, cost was 2220.
5. Today again i am unable to start my bike. Seems cdi git down once again.Â
I am keep visiting bajaj service center from last 1.5 month but they are not able to find root cause. I spend approx 22000 on my bike in last 1.5 month which is above to bike current price, just to increase more problem.Â
The guys deployed in these service center are very lazy and don't looks to find actual solution and keep landing me in trouble. Kindly look into the matter provide any solution before escalating it into higher person and social media.
