Dear concerned, we purchased a ct100 alloy from akc bajaj, civil court, shahjahanpur on 21 may 2019. Come 13th august 2019 we still haven't received the registration certificate or registration number. With the traffic police drive in u. P on the chief minister's lead, we have to bear the brunt of bajaj unprofessionalism on a daily basis being harassed.
The fee wasn't even submitted in the rto for 2 months. We spend 30 minutes on the phone complaining, and the unprofessional, shameless, untrained and unethical staff closes the complaint at their end without any resolution. They have arrogant staff that misbehaves and feels like they have done you a favour by answering your query and aren't obliged to tell you why they sat on the file for two months. They will behave rudely and close the complaints on their end and bajaj is taking no penal action against this staff or dealership.
3 months later we have no rc are being penalised by the police and noone shares the escalation process even in customer care of bajaj.
We need the registration number and certificate urgently.
Also, you need to share the escalation mechanism and contact details of responsible managers for the customers. I guess they're hired to serve the customers.
Mainly do share the action that can/will be taken against such a dealership.
Because customers aren't fools filing complaints and the local staff can sit in their cozy offices and close the complaints at their whim and desire without any resolution and be smug about it.
This is total mental harassment of the customer and should invite legal action.

    Bajaj dealer in kigali, rwanda doesn't provide proper services to customers and they don't give any free service to customers while tvs dealer gives all free services like we get it in india. Even bajaj dealer mr. Ajay speaks very rude languages when we ask about any spares or tyres. Even bajaj dealer has no tyres for bajaj boxer 150 cc. Service is totally bad here in bajaj dealer.

      Problem :- bajaj platina canntot give me a average not more than 60 km. This is very unsatisfactory average from this byke i am very disappointed about this vehicale from bajaj.

      I bought a new bajaj puldar twin disc 7 months ago. From the beginning to till now I suffer by back brake complaint. I bring this bike to nearest bajaj showroom 7 times. But they do not cleared that complaint properly. Please clear this complaint as soon as possible

        Labour charge for boxer two wheeler has been charged high.
        When i was asked for an explanation, manager was not ready to answer my questions and treated me badly.

        Money is hard earned. And i need answer for each and every rupee collected from me. And its branch responsibilty to clarify customer's question.

        But they have failed to it. I feel that i have been cheated by charging more for service. I doubt the same is done to all customers.

          My vehicle was given to ttk motors panruti (Bajaj delaer) for regualr service and few other complaints. But on return the vehicle condition was bad than before the service and when i went to register my complaint the manager was rude and did not entertain my complaint or provide me a solution. Inturn the manager also asked me to get it repaired from outside which he is not right in saying. I purchased the vehicle from bajaj and its their liability to get this serviced as per the cost applicable. Moreover i had complanit about the lights and horn which is not working and the spare parts is yet to be changed. I am at the risk of driving my vehcile withour lights and horn. My service center and its manager are not understanding thsi and behaving rude as i did not purchase the vehicle from the, such rude behavior of ttk motors towards its loyal customers should be dealt by bajaj.

            The bike is giving starting battery problem. I purchased the bike on 19th august 2018 my bike is pulsar 150 twin disc and till now i showed and complained to the nearest bajaj showroom (Wasan bajaj jay bhavani road, nashik road, nashik. They are not telling what is the actual problem occuring this is the 6th time. I already complained to the showroom but the showroom is also ignoring they do something and it does not give problem till 2months and the same problem occurs again and again. They firstly said there is battery problem i changed the battery. After 2 months again the same problem occurred. Again i showed in showroom they said there is problem in alternator i changed the alternator. Again after 2 months there is the same problem. I am frustrated now please see this as soon as possible

              I bought a new platina 100cc bike in april 2019... But it doesn't give a proper mileage... My bike mileage is only40-45 kms... Till now only 2 free service has been done... I already complained to the bajaj showroom on service but they didn't done any proper service... I had wasted my money only... At least i need to change my bike for free... Please do the needful

                Hi,
                Recently i gave my bike for servicing in varun bajaj kondapur, hyderabad. I had clearly shown them the location and the problem. Major were frame bolt was broken cause of which stand came down and it was touching ground most of the time & then oil leakage from front shock. And he took the note as procedure. And he told these are major services and will take around 2 days (From thursday morning to sat evening) for which i did not ask them to do it in hurry and i agreed for the time they told. Before this i waited for 2 days (From tuesdat to thursday) as somebody from that office told that they are in training till wednesday and i did not want to give it to abhinandan bajaj (Tolichowki) again cause of bad experience last time.
                But this time i got the worst experience as the issue they dint even check and when i took my bike after payment the frame was still moving, bolts were not there which pissed me off after waiting for 2 days. After lot of arguement i had to leave bike again for 2 days and had to travel for 2 more days by cabs which is actually costly.
                I am really annoyed with the services i got last 2 times and things are getting worst. I am not sure its the problem with bajaj services that you dont follow the feedback or complaints or its the problem with hyderabad bajaj centres.
                Whatever the case is, i am sending this mail hoping for proper action to be taken as i got too much trouble this time.
                I have attached the images for feedback form which i changed after finding the blunder they made.
                And other 2 images are of the new bolt which they installed which is much smaller in size than the actual bolt which will break much earlier than the original bolt. Cause this bike has very less clearance and it keep on hitting speed breakers or potholes.
                I complained to bajaj also many times but no actions been taken so far.
                Hope for positive action.

                You think I dint try for your customer support.Before posting here i tried your customer services for 10 days. Check request ID ISR562494. I called many times and when i checked my complaint was taken as feedback and not as a complaints. I am very much disappointed and annoyed. I want your proper action to be taken and not taking it as just a feedback(Similar incidence happned in abhinandan bajaj also which i mentioned in mail.

                          I was financed a two wheeler (Pulser 220) from bajaj finance nd i paid emis on time till my business was good.
                          But suddenly my business gone stopped and my all the emis got bounced regularly for three months, after that your representative was called me regarding these dues,
                          That time i told him everything about my losses n all things that happened to me.
                          Then he suggests to surrender the vehicle to the company, then i said if i surrender the vehicle after that i have any liability to pay
                          Then he says no you were free from us.
                          That time i was not surrendered but after 10 to 15 days i called him to surrender that but he says before the surrender of your vehicle you have to pay at least one emi
                          Then i said sir litterly i am not able to pay any further amount at this time,
                          Then he said ok i am giving you a address and contact number of mr. Vinod sharma,
                          You can go there and surrender your vehicle.
                          After two three days i was gone and met mr vinod sharma and he checked the vehicle or thair papers
                          Then he takes the vehicle in his custody,
                          And he said to wrote a clarification letter
                          After all these things
                          I was saided him sir now i have any liability to pay then he also said no you don't have to pay anything now you are free,
                          We will send you the noc within 10 to 15 working days.
                          And now after 2-3 months they are sending me a notice of rupees 89000 that i have to pay immediately otherwise they will take legally action against me.
                          Yesterday i was call mr vinod sharma and told him about everything,
                          And now he's saying sir i was told you that
                          You have to pay the pending amount after the recell value of your vehicle
                          This is the rule of our company.
                          I don't understand why they doing this to me,
                          They didn't informed me about anything and suddenly they sanded me the notice.
                          Sir i am sending you a picture of notice that they sended to me
                          Sir please suggest me something,
                          Because i am not able to pay anything right now
                          Why they are trying to cheat.

                            Myself Manoj residing in Maduravoyal. March 2019 I bought Bajaj Ns 200 in KLN Bajaj 3rd avenue Block T, near anna nagar roundtana. Recently i left my bike for second free service in KLN service center which is located in anna nagar, near k3 police station. After few days of my service right side engine cover paint peeled automatically and head light low beam is also not working. with in this 5 months of span i am facing this issues. Its really bring down the quality of bajaj. Even my friends and relatives have their bajaj bikes. They did not face any problems like this. I feel very disappointed with the quality of bajaj. Customer satisfaction is very most important. Kindly help me to sort out this at the earliest. I have attached the picture of my engine.

                              Request you to kindly take severe action against auto rickshaw drivers and share auto servicing drivers who is charging the fare at high. With regard to auto rickshaw they are charging rs.60 to 80 for less than 2kms. And with regard to share auto they are accomodating the passengers for the count of 11 instead of 7. 7 will be the exact count for the maxi cab in short they called share autos.in front seat they are allowing 2 members and in the middle they are accomodating for 8 members and in the back seat for two. With high risk passengers are travelling from one place to another place depending share auto since the public transporation of bus are running very minimal and passengers will face the challenges with the crowd during the travel. Hence the passengers are mostly depend with share auto. Please look into this in serious manner and take severe action against all of them who are all not even consider this is as risk.

                                It is to inform you that i purchased a pulsar 150 bike on 7th july 2019 from the agency rajesh bajaj at khajuha chauraha, rudrapur, distt.-deoria, pin code-274204. The name of the agency is rajesh bajaj. He gave me the bill and the insurance papers and told me that i will be getting the no. Of the bike. Now after about a month i went to a service center in jaunpur for the servicing of my bike and he told me that the bike was not sold by the dealer till 2nd of august and in between i was fined two times by the local police due to not having registration of the bike after one month. I am attaching herewith the bill of my purchase and insurance paper and requesting you to take the action against the dealer.

                                  I bought dominar 400 2019, i will share my experiece -

                                  During sales i explicitly told to transfer bike under name 'ashwani kumar singh' yet it was transferred under 'ashwanikumar singh' in both rc and insurance.

                                  When i went asking for correction as i was questioned for same by police during checkup outside gujarat (And it was argumentative and i have to pay to get over it).

                                  First i was told it does not matters ; and system does not have option to do it - am i a moron or do i look like one?
                                  Next reason - i did not communicated - why am i submitting my passport ans aadharcard to buy bike then?

                                  Then i was told in gujarat no one asks - i told no it does, at least i will get into argument with police (Or anyone) - then they asked me to wait (For over an hour) for the rto guy to come;
                                  Since i do 10-7 office (Same time amin bajaj keeps it's office open) i can't come every day getting this fixed. I asked for some temporary solution which was refused saying after 3 months i will get orignal rc then we will see. They refused to give any temporary write up about this (That my name is mistakingly done incorrect) at first untill i asked for manager.

                                  Well now general manager of bajaj started 'yelling with red eyes' at me saying - it's my fault as i should have noticed this earlier. I felt like i am criminal and gm is police inspector questioning me : (
                                  I had to explicitly tell general manager to calm down and speak as a customer i don't feel comfortable being yelled especially when issue is from his end.
                                  He refused again to give any temporary writeup.

                                  I still don't understand what a general manager thinks when he yells at same customer who spent more then 2 lakh rupees to buy bike from his showroom and was expressing his concern.

                                  Finally after heated discussion he said (Ahem! Yelled) it's not a big issue as i am making it. And he said clerk to issue temporary writeup finally.

                                  When we went to office (With clerk who documents for amin bajaj) he made me wait for next 30 minutes with no response. When asked he said rto guy is on the way, i was waiting for temporary writeup - he refused again saying it will be issued post i speak with rto guy. I spend 2 hours in their showroom with this kind of response.

                                  I finally asked him to call me once rto guy comes - i never recieved any call : (

                                  I was not comfortable speaking with general manager as well, i asked for owner number - he (General manager) directly refused! Saying - 'when he comes you meet him'

                                  And he continued - 'you said dakshit bhai (Owner), go tell him 'my name' and get this issue resolved' - that's not how i expect a manager to talk to a customer : (
                                  I had conversation with him for 10 minutes, throughout our conversation he was with his red eyes. I feel extreamly uncomfortable even giving this bike for service

                                  My issue is still not addressed properly, i do not want to wait for 3 months to get this recitified.

                                  Please help me if there a possibility to get refund - as per reviews in internet (Not one almost every site i open now (Which i did not looked before buying) customers report unprofessional behavior by staff (Even management) towards their customer and now i have experienced that as well. Amin bajaj is somehow given green ticket by bajaj to treat their customers in these ways.
                                  Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Amount has been debited from my Account with out any prior information.
                                  More over i have cleared all the pending amount but still it is charging.

                                    Today i have discovered the my last month bank statement has an unknown transaction. I realized it was unauthorized or an illegally debited amount from some 'bajaj auto'

                                      Mai apni bike bajaj pulsar 180 cc model 2011 paid servicing ke liye diya tha. Pehle wo bole 350 rs labour charge lagega aur aap jitni problem bata rahe hai sab ho jayega. Lekin unhone sirf engine oil aur filter badla aur bole ho gaya. Aur bole jyada kuch karwana hai to ek din gadi yahi rehne do. Jo service kar raha tha usse kuch bhi bolo to yahi bolta tha tha" are ye to theek hai, ye aise hi rahega nahi to naya lagega. Kuch bhi repair nahi kar raha tha. Aur jo maine problem likhwai thi unme se kuch nai hua. Uper se 10 problem aur bata di ki aapki bike me ye kharab hai wo kharab hai naya lagwalo. I am very dissappointed. Aur jab bill diya labour charge 530 rs. Bana diya. Upar se keh rahe the yaha aise hi hota. Nahi to jao kahi bahar service karwao. Aur bahut jyada loose talk bhi kar raha tha. Ye sab tinsukhia assam bajaj service centre me hota hai. Wo log har customer se bade ajeeb tarike se baat karte hai. Mai bill ki copy yaha attach kar raha hu. Please in sab par kuch action kariye. Mai bilkul disappoint ho gaya hu.
