I bought dominar 400 2019, i will share my experiece -
During sales i explicitly told to transfer bike under name 'ashwani kumar singh' yet it was transferred under 'ashwanikumar singh' in both rc and insurance.
When i went asking for correction as i was questioned for same by police during checkup outside gujarat (And it was argumentative and i have to pay to get over it).
First i was told it does not matters ; and system does not have option to do it - am i a moron or do i look like one?
Next reason - i did not communicated - why am i submitting my passport ans aadharcard to buy bike then?
Then i was told in gujarat no one asks - i told no it does, at least i will get into argument with police (Or anyone) - then they asked me to wait (For over an hour) for the rto guy to come;
Since i do 10-7 office (Same time amin bajaj keeps it's office open) i can't come every day getting this fixed. I asked for some temporary solution which was refused saying after 3 months i will get orignal rc then we will see. They refused to give any temporary write up about this (That my name is mistakingly done incorrect) at first untill i asked for manager.
Well now general manager of bajaj started 'yelling with red eyes' at me saying - it's my fault as i should have noticed this earlier. I felt like i am criminal and gm is police inspector questioning me : (
I had to explicitly tell general manager to calm down and speak as a customer i don't feel comfortable being yelled especially when issue is from his end.
He refused again to give any temporary writeup.
I still don't understand what a general manager thinks when he yells at same customer who spent more then 2 lakh rupees to buy bike from his showroom and was expressing his concern.
Finally after heated discussion he said (Ahem! Yelled) it's not a big issue as i am making it. And he said clerk to issue temporary writeup finally.
When we went to office (With clerk who documents for amin bajaj) he made me wait for next 30 minutes with no response. When asked he said rto guy is on the way, i was waiting for temporary writeup - he refused again saying it will be issued post i speak with rto guy. I spend 2 hours in their showroom with this kind of response.
I finally asked him to call me once rto guy comes - i never recieved any call : (
I was not comfortable speaking with general manager as well, i asked for owner number - he (General manager) directly refused! Saying - 'when he comes you meet him'
And he continued - 'you said dakshit bhai (Owner), go tell him 'my name' and get this issue resolved' - that's not how i expect a manager to talk to a customer : (
I had conversation with him for 10 minutes, throughout our conversation he was with his red eyes. I feel extreamly uncomfortable even giving this bike for service
My issue is still not addressed properly, i do not want to wait for 3 months to get this recitified.
Please help me if there a possibility to get refund - as per reviews in internet (Not one almost every site i open now (Which i did not looked before buying) customers report unprofessional behavior by staff (Even management) towards their customer and now i have experienced that as well. Amin bajaj is somehow given green ticket by bajaj to treat their customers in these ways.
Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
More over i have cleared all the pending amount but still it is charging.
