Dear team, today i went for my motor cycle device at railway road gurgaon bajaj workshop my bike was in good condition and but in evening when i went foe handover, bike was in damage condition. front cover over headlight, glass back, light indicator, and temporary plate no i found in broken condition as well sketch on cover and glass backside and sketch on murdgard found, if i will say bike was damaged during service at workshop by any staff at bajaj showroom,
when i asked to replace the part they denied and asked me to come tomorrow
tell me.hiw i will reach tomorrow at office and why this has happended at showroom even they are not ready to take their own responsibility and nit even ready to change the parts i have lost time, money and have beared rude behaviour of staff why.

i am a customer of bajaj not a bounded labour at your i have paid rs 670/- i stead of morning job card as was suggested to pay rupees 640/- it is again another misguiding by your staff.

pls look into this i was each and every part in new condition as i have handed over to your staff for service also i was yo escalate one more thing i purchase my bike on 28the April, bit till now my vehicles file was not even processed although i have got my temporary night today only since i was running bike on roads i even escalated this issue with staff earlier also but didn't get any respond i have seen your staff is not responding on time .

f something will happen to me who will be responsible.
pls let me know this is total harassment by dealer and their staff as well as bajaj company

    Before 24 hrs i bought a new bike from Bajaj IN Bihar Location Gaya district from ''Shakti Bajaj'' Dealership, , And i am unsatisfied by dealership that dealer bought my bike Insurance policy without giving product knowledge to customer and i am totally disagree with policy benefit witch is given by dealership without having pre approval by policy holder of buying the insurance for new purchased bike which is totally against customer interest and as per business law .

      Due to goodwill of surjeet bajaj today i went to service centre which was 20 km from my house to get the best service. Firstly i was attendent after long time. My Gate pass no 4246 Dt 8.6.19. I repeatedly told them regarding the main issue of bike pulser150 cc for speedometer which was not resolved and payment taken by service centre. And after calling the phone was not taken and response not given.

        I am owner of ct100 ES, and get 3rd free service at ndm Bajaj chandigarh. They get book my vehicle at 10:00 am around and give me delivery time 2:44pm but till time 4:30pm they ask me wait,

        I already tell to him give me right time delivery due to i am going to out of station today.
        But there is nobody listening me and they ask me 'wait karo'

        I am waiting past 6 hrs but free service not done till time. Delivery receipt attach herewith. Kindly do necessary action asap.

          निवेदन यह है की मैंने 14/10/2018 को लोहिया मोटर्स (बल्लभगढ़ रोड, सोहना रोड, सरूरपुर चौक, जयदुर्गा बुल्डिंग के पास, मेट्रिअल सुप्प्लायर, N. I . T फरीदाबाद मोब नो. [protected],[protected] से CT100 मोटर साइकिल फाइनेंस पर ली थी जिसकी मैं नियमित रूप से प्रत्येक माह क़िस्त भी भर रहा हूं, परन्तु इन 8 महीनों के अंडर मुझे केवल टेम्परेरी नंबर ही प्राप्त हो पाए हैं, जैसा की शोरूम डीलर द्वारा व्हाट्सप्प पर भेजे गए फोटो में दर्शाया गया है और जिसको मेरे द्वारा इस शिकायत में भी संग्लन किया गया है, जो की केवल एक माह के लिए ही वैध होता है! अतः जब भी मैं शौरूम डीलर से नंबर प्लेट और आर. सी. के सन्दर्भ में संपर्क करता हूँ तो या तो वो यह कह कर टाल देते हैं की आज या कल में आपकी नंबर प्लेट और आर. सी. आपको प्राप्त हो जायेंगे, या उनका नंबर ही बंद मिलता है! अब मेरा पहला प्रश्न बजाज कंपनी से यह है की क्या कंपनी सभी को इस प्रकार परेशान करती है या फिर मुझको ही परेशान किया जा रहा है क्यूंकि प्रत्येक माह की 6 तारीख को ये अपनी क़िस्त मेरे खाते से तो काट लेते हैं, परन्तु इनका ध्यान इन बातों पर क्यों नहीं जाता की जिन वाहनों को ये बेच रहे हैं उनके समस्त दस्तावेज़ वाहन मालिक को प्राप्त हुए भी है या नहीं ? मेरा दूसरा प्रश्न कंपनी से यह है की अगर किसी भी समय मेरी मोटर साइकिल के साथ कोई भी दुर्घटना हो जाती है या यातायात पुलिस द्वारा मेरी मोटर साइकिल को पकड़ लिया जाता है तो मैं किस प्रकार इन समस्याओं से निजात पहुँगा, क्यूंकि न तो मुझको अब तक नंबर प्लेट प्रदान की गई है और न ही आर. सी., और जो टेम्परेरी नंबर मेरे पास है उसकी वैधता दो महीने पूर्व ही समाप्त हो चुकी है! अतः शोरूम डीलर द्वारा प्रदान किये गए दस्तावेज़ों की कॉपी और मोटर साइकिल की फोटो सबूत के रूप में इस शिकायत के साथ मेरे द्वारा संग्लन भी कर दी गयी है!
          अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द कराया जाए आपकी अति कृपा होगी !

          अभी तक बजाज कम्पनी की तरफ़ से मेरी समस्या का कोई भी समाधान नहीं हो पाया है तथा फ़ोन बंद होने के कारण ना ही शौरूम डीलर से संपर्क हो पा रहा है !
          अतः कृपया मुझे इस समस्या से पुनः निजात दिलाया जाए !

              I have purchased a bajal pulsar 150 std from paradise bajaj, saharsa, bihar on 31 may 2019. There are several problems in bike from the time of purchasing like, there is scratch mark on fuel tank, one front shoker's oil is leaking, and some more scratches are there in the bike. I visited your showroom many times but they are taking no response .I requested to change my bike or either sopve or my problem because i got the defective bike with many problems, but there are no response from there side. Neither they are exchanging the bike nor they are solving the problems. I m very disappointed with bajaj service.

                I serviced my bike from authorities service Center. After service there is a oil leakage from my engine. I visited next day but still my problem is not resolved.when aging i given my bike for service then macanic is talling i have to change the engine.
                coustomer service is also unable to help . Many times I called to coutomer care but they are only giving time and talling our consurn person will call but till date i did not recived any call from bajaj

                  Hi this is saranraj I bought a bike from swarnambigai bajaj's branch at omalur Salem tamilnadu. The customer service is very poor they are not even ready to inform when is the registration and other details regarding registration. As I am working In a nationalised bank i can't be there whenever they call. So kindly take this issue as a serious matter and try to resolve as soon as possible and ask the employees to be polite and panctual

                    They called for pay servicing of fourth servicing where as all the servicing were done smoothly.They are making plenty of exccuse to consumer while claiming for warranty. But i can see very easily and clearly that the fitter they make an excuse that my bike has a long work so the bike which came after me they did a servicing by taking an extra money from them and they keep me for near about four hour just like that without doing my servicing even they did not touch my bike for four hour. It was an very bad responce from bajaj service center of siliguri second mile.

                      Hi bajaj company lead,

                      Hope this message reaches you. I have given my bike pulsar 150 cc for servicing in r. R nagar bangalore-560098 bajaj service center, while getting back my serviced bike, i noticed my bike's digital speedometer was not working properly. When i took this issue back to service center for reporting that to check this issue which occurred after servicing, their response was so bad that i was shocked, the technician & present reporting sales person was talking that it was not because of their mistake. Now for the damage they said that they have to check all wiring & if they do not find any mistake, they spoke as though they are not responsible for this. Now i request the higher authority in bajaj company to take this issue to respective manager & help me getting this problem solved. Just for an information i have already paid my services bill.

                      Let me know if any more details are required..

                        1. Front wheel blocking due to improper front disc break working or bend in wheel body
                        2. Vibrations at whole front body including front whole wheel assembly, handle, both foot rests
                        3. Non smooth riding at both lower and higher speeds, uncomfortneess in riding
                        4. Weakened shock absorber

                        Almost 10-15 times except regular 3 servicing meets, i went at service station of chhatrapati shivaji bajaj showroom at ahmednagar sawedi for resolving above problems. However, still same problem persists in my till date.

                        Requesting to check my case with more attention. Hope for your co-operation.

                          Its been two weeks since i have booked avenger 220 cruise abs white, but i haven't got delivery yet. Dealer says that company is not loading the lot of cruise 220 variants to the dealer but of 160 model.
                          Dealer is also convincing me to buy other model than i demanded. He provides dates now and then for the delivery but at that date i don't get delivery.

                          I had gave my bike pulsar rs200 for an issue in it. They ask me to pick at next day. And this is my 7th day i still now didn't got my bike. Day by day they were informing a new problem or fake reason for the delay. Please take action on that particular showroom.
                          I've booked the Avenger bs6 220 cruise since 8 of march and the dealer said the i have to wait for 15 day's but to the 30 of march it has crossed the 15 day's but still not yet contact me or provide and information on why the delay.

                                Hello,

                                When i went to showroom, all the formalities of servicing was completely done. After that no any person collect a bike to the servicing. When ever two mechanics was available there and supervisor also there but he was also time pass.
                                All was third class yarrr... After that i leaved showroom without servicing. And again i do not make this mistake of go to that showroom which is in lasalgaon.

                                  This is mahesh from chennai. I bought my dominar 400 on 06 mar19. I'm facing fork issue i gave my bike to service center for6 times. I'm not satisfied with they are service. They told me that in city road u get hand pains, u travel for long u won't get pain. I tired long ride to bangalore i'm really unsatisfied of my bike. Really service is too bad.in front wheel there is no paint at la on next day i informed to showroom they told we will give any composite till now they won't give anything.

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I report the complaint to grand baja showroom parempadam, kunnamkulam, kerala on 20/05/2019.in this time (1/06/2019) the showroom can't clear my complaint, they say stock not available in many times. Please take a decision for my complaint.

                                    I gave my pulsar220f to Bajaj showroom for engine work... They selled my spare parts without permission.. The guy name is deepak... Even the work is on pending.. Thief people
                                    I owned bike discover 125m ( charcoal margenta) color. The side panel of this bike fell down somewhere. I requested and confirmed the side panel of this bike however they said required panels not available. I was emailed multiple times to customer care email as well but not received any single reply yet.

                                      My name is jewel jacob. 25th or 26th of april i gave my rs 200 for insurance with the reference with mr. Parth manager of sabarmati gallops branch. But me as a customer felt cheated. The team over there installed the parts which werenot approved by surveyor of national insurance company. So the money i received is 4 thousand less. Its been more than a month and i havnt received few parts which were not installed during delivery. Bt they assured they would install the parts in the next week. But i havnt got a update from there side and also the manager is not giving a precise answer for my question. He is making the fool out of customer. I need bajaj to take some serious action.

                                        Even though bagga link karol bagh have kept my bike for about weeks from 3rd may to 16th may for replace the charger to resolve the issue. And again the same problem persists..
                                        I don’t weather bajaj auto now using inferior quality products in making its bikes or may their service centers don’t have the well trained and experienced staff who can’t even identified 5e faulty parts...
                                        In futre i would never ever buy any bajaj product and of of course would never recommend anyone to go for bajaj auto...
                                        Pathetic products, pathetic service now...
