    Hi team,

    This is reference to the recent service that i have made for my ktm bike duke 390. 27th april 2019 at ktm service centre - popular motor corporation.
    Service cost - rs 8500/-

    Mr sebastian who said that there is issues with tail lamp and indicators which were not glowing, said would be replaced as they do not have the spare parts.

    It is been 2 weeks now that i have had no answer from this person who assured false promises and when we try to call him, his number is either busy or he switches off his number.

    Alongside on the display console, gear indicator does not show, engine oil indication keeps glowing and now the recent development is display goes blank at times.

    I am still waiting for the parts to made available at this centre. It is risky in bangalore traffic to ride the bike without the basics like tail lamp not working and indicators not working.

    Hope i am reaching the right people and right channel. Feel free to reach out to me on the same.

        I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 cc 28/03/2019 but the piece is defective as there is starting problem and it stops any time. While checking the same on youtube it shows carbonator problem. I took my bike to abhinadaan motors pvt ltd at attapur pillar no.106 for necessary replacement after i urged for the same he hardly took my bike and told me to come after 4 days. After 6 days he called that bike is ready when i went there and took my bike after rideing my bike for 3 min the problem was there. They did not do anything with the bike and is therefore a cheating case. If they did not do anything with my bike how could they call and tell me bike is ready.in the mean while driving back to show they kept the bike with them till date. My bike is still pending at their work shop with the status as it was.
        You are requested to either solve my problem immediately or keep your bike with u and refund my money or exchange the with any other colour otherwise i m ready to approach consumer court.
        This approach of your dealer has irritated me alot. Despite clearly asked to replace the defective part he didn't do the same.
        If bike has some manufacturing problem please arrange to replace the same as soon as possible.
        Hope your goodself will take the matter on priority and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            My self suresh i have purchased a pulsur 150 dts -1 2019 model on 28/03/2019 chasis no. Md2a11cy0kcl11397 engine no. Dhyckl83915 black chrome purchased at abhinandan motors pvt ltd d. No8-1-21/160, surya nagar cly tolichowki attatpur branch hyderabad 500008, since than while driving the bike its automatically its getting off, i have hardly drove for three to five days
            The bike is still at show room they said they will sole the problem but the problem was not solved i want to exchange the bike or refund my amount. Purchased at attapur pillar no.106

            Plz its request to solve my problem.

                Sir i had got done serviced and engine work in my discover 100 in august 2018 at surjeet bajaj bhopal. They replaced block piston clutch plate brake liner engine oil etc but engine is exhausting more black smoke and same problem is still exist. Vehicle is getting stop in slow speed, i went to service centre after 6-7 days and told them that there is engine oil leakage problem and stopping problem, they tighten a bolt and increase rpm.

                    I am Anugrah Mishra and buy a pulsar 150 cc bike from BK bajaj siddharth nagar uttar pradesh in june 2017. Eurogrip tyre get with new bike and after only 11000 KM bike running tyre have multiple bubble. I have visited bk bajaj end on 24 April 2019 and they have fully misbehavior with me and don't take any complain then same complain to bajaj customer care but they have don't want to listen about my problem. Also talk with Mr. Sandip (Zonal Manager Varansi)
                    but don't have any solution about tyre and dealer misbehavior. Pls help.

                      I purchased Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 from Garve Bajaj in Wakad Pune on 3rd April 2019 and took delivery of the vehicle on 6th April 2019. Even after 30 days the vehicle is not registered nor is the road tax paid. After numerous calls and visit to the Garve Bajaj showroom What i have got is new excuses every time.

                      I have also sent an email to Bajaj Customer Care but unfortunately received very generic reply without understanding the issue.

                      Hence I am putting my complain here and hoping the issue is resolve by your help.

                        I have purchased a new bike pulsar 150. His second service was between 4500 km and 5000 km. When i went to service at my nearest at 02/05/2019 bajaj service station at bhabhar, banaskantha-385330, they take money from me. I said the service is free and this is the second service but they can't give me bill and say to me please pay rs.410 for oil charge. We can not give you bill. They can"t give me a bill of service.

                        My question is if you provide free service so why bajaj showroom employee take money from me.?

                          The shield of my bajaj avenger street 220 was broken around 2 months ago. On consulting the bajaj city workshop i was told by the mechanic that the rubbers which hold the wind shield has to be ordered so i asked the store manager of spare parts to made an order. I was told that order reaches within 15 days and it's been 2 months. Everytime i visit the store there are excuses waiting for me. I am really disappointed by your services. Please try to resolve this matter as soon as possible.Â

                                I have a 2018 bajaj dominar abs glacier blue color and the paint used on the bike is just not acceptable at all. I have applied graphic paper on the bike and removes the paper after about 10 mins of application onto the bike and with the paper the paint was also peeling off and the black part inside the blue color is fully visible. I even have proof of the paint peeling off. Please look into this and provide me proper feedback as soon as possible. This is supposed to be the best bike from bajaj till date and after spending a good amount of money for this bike we get like this faults in the bike then this is not at all acceptable. Pleasee look into my issue and do something as soon as possible.

                                  I have bought a 2017 model pulsar 220 and now it has ran about only 13000km. Now the projector lamp is not working. It got damaged. I want to know wether bajaj has giving poor quality products for a customer and cheating the customers.? How a new bike's lamp get damaged so easily..                                     This was my first service in suman bajaj noida, service was done by service advisor as he is not skilled,
                                    They are cheating with customers, no one is using proper tools, they don't have torque wrench so how they can torque my rear axle nut.
                                    My handle bar is loose.
                                    Voice coming from chain.
                                    Problem not resolved, as on complaint they are saying bike is ok.
                                    I know when warrant will get over, they will show several problems... Please send some authority to check service centre, make sure to close this dealership.

                                    I want to update that I have purchased avenger 220 abs version newly launched, worst service, and oil cooled what the hell call it as air cooled please focus, it is air cooled, , if it doesn't contain coolant., my suggestion to me I wasted my money will never purchase a bike from Bajaj, due to fraud service.

                                      I have already raised the complaint against the bajaj byk platina 110, I have done the three services with the company only they called me and saying I have to pay the money for clutch replacement n I am only have to take the byk from srikalahasti branch to tirupathi branch then only they will do the service to my byk in three days the thing is 3 day they will do the cancellation of my complaints without giving the rectify of my byk if I get back to them, , but my father have an operation so I can't able to do that my version is I have given in srikalahasti branch the byk is with you only then why should I have to transport to tirupathi in my critical situations, I want my byk with all regarding features thank you sir

                                        Good afternoon I am Naveen s/o srinivasulu Who has buy the bike platina new version in srikalahasti branch and we had faced a problem that when we r in driving byk clutch has break we r not able to control the fast as the limit it self by the God grace it not happened but their is a so many chances to cause an accident if it happend what can I do, and also it has brought before 6 months it self, when I went to the showroom with byk your mechanic saying that it was manufactured problem if it is in case how can you give as like manufacturing problem byks sir, and we are facing a problem that mailage also not getting they said it will come 90km/ltr but it's not coming 50km/ltr also we have done the 3 services also again we r facing that but they telling that we r rectified it check again we r continuely doing from 3 service and also getting gare problem it's stucking when we r in ride if something accident happen means who is responsible for that sir, we have taken that problem to ur Branch manager he is SAYING that ALL PLATINA byks are giving mailage we have to CHECK THAT BY STANDING IN FRONT OF PETROL BUNK AND WE HAVE TO KNOW BY ASKING THE PEOPLE ITS WAS VERY SHAME THAT WE faced in your showroom with ur responsible person is not behaved us good manner and he saying that i[censored] want raise an complaint do what ever u can tell me is that an right manner to behave with ur customers sir.., they have taken our byk as ever they done the service like again now we want a good condition byk how u advitice the byks, if something happens an accident it will take ur family to putting in the trouble u please take an action about this r else I WILL WAIT TO GET PROPER SALVATION
