Hi,
I brought my ns 200 from 'kallingal bajaj dealer, kallara, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. 695608. My vehicle have a complaint from day it was brought and i have been going to the service center since the i got it. My vehicle is leaning toward left on riding and it causes stability problem and handling, its also affects breaking very badly. I am going to the service center for 4-5 times a month. Every time they told me it was solved, i come to know that it is not solved when i ride the bike for 10kms, the problem still arises. I even left my bike in the service center 2 days, still the issue is not resolved. Now they are telling me that they can't solve. They even told me that there could be a manufacturing defect. How come they say like that without proper examination. There is no service center available at the showroom where i brought the vehicle, i have to go around 20 km to reach the service centre. They are not serious about the issue and have very arrogant attitude. If there is any manufacturing defect like they say i have right to ask replacement of the vehicle as it is brand new and have warranty. I will be satisfied if they say what is the problem with the machine, and they are not telling me that. They are simply telling me that they can't do more than what they have done. I have registered a complaint on bajaj care already. Kindly do needful, or else i have to go to consumer court to get a solution.
