I have taken the Bajaj Platin 100 two-wheeler (Onkar Motors Rashin T. Karjat, District-Ahmednagar 414403 from the showroom but I did not get the service good. The last tyree of my bike is getting flattened in one side. My bike is in the Bajaj workshop from last month (25/5/2019) for repair. Bike running 6500km only . The mechanic says their was a coolant problem and engine problem. They didn't solve that .I am waiting from last 20 days . So please give me suitable solution of my problem . In bajaj workshop of panvel there are not available Dominor spare parts and satisfying mechanics .
If you not give me sacrifice solution of my problem then I will...

It a very bad experience to had a avenger 220 street with a mileage of 20-22kmpl, as per the your organisation ref it gives a mileage of 45kmpl but it not, . Either you are making fool to the customer/or doing fraud work or you had sale a damaged/defaulted bike.

I m really shocked with this experience.

I am complaining about my bajaj pulsar 150 i purchase from shri shyam bajaj in this center they not giving the bike in proper way like my battery is not working properly and some prts are missing and they are not servising bike properly and his owner is very rude he is not talking properly and my new bike cover is also damage and very cost they are asking for bike service and so many problem is there plz help me .😭😭...

Sir if you give some employee transfer then please give then one chance to prove again.May be they well performed after your chance.A employee is your power, there loyalty towards you is always keep .There many companies who also lunch CNG i[censored] thing that vehicles automatically taken by people then you are wrong.My humble request please give another chance....

I have purchased Bajaj City 100 whose RC No is PB10GW9593 ENG No DUYWJD73222 CH NO MD2A18AY7JWD01591 on 19 July 2018 Invoice no VSI[protected]. There is oil leakage from engine which is leaking continuous from last 3 months. I had visited two times in the Showroom. Recently I had been charged 106 rupee vide Invoice No SCI[protected]. But my problem has not been resolved yet. I again request to issue instructions to showroom accordingly...

I had purchased new Bajaj Discover 125 from Mohali showroom. I had purchased it because of as shown in your specification for good mileage and some power. But seriously I am so dis satisfied as from day one I am facing gear problem. every time when I need to shift back my bike gears from 5 to neutral it every time get stuck. I bought Pulsar Ns 160.From the first day, it is not getting started properly.Also it gets stopped in between .

The problem I brought is about the back tyre of my bike. From the day of purchase the tyre quality is very low and it gets damaged.

Dear team, today i went for my motor cycle device at railway road gurgaon bajaj workshop my bike was in good condition and but in evening when i went foe handover, bike was in damage condition. front cover over headlight, glass back, light indicator, and temporary plate no i found in broken condition as well sketch on cover and glass backside and sketch on murdgard found, if i will say bike was damaged during service at workshop by any staff...

Before 24 hrs i bought a new bike from Bajaj IN Bihar Location Gaya district from ''Shakti Bajaj'' Dealership, , And i am unsatisfied by dealership that dealer bought my bike Insurance policy without giving product knowledge to customer and i am totally disagree with policy benefit witch is given by dealership without having pre approval by policy holder of buying the insurance for new purchased bike which is totally against customer interest...

Due to goodwill of surjeet bajaj today i went to service centre which was 20 km from my house to get the best service. Firstly i was attendent after long time. My Gate pass no 4246 Dt 8.6.19. I repeatedly told them regarding the main issue of bike pulser150 cc for speedometer which was not resolved and payment taken by service centre. And after calling the phone was not taken and response not given....

I am owner of ct100 ES, and get 3rd free service at ndm Bajaj chandigarh. They get book my vehicle at 10:00 am around and give me delivery time 2:44pm but till time 4:30pm they ask me wait,

I already tell to him give me right time delivery due to i am going to out of station today.
But there is nobody listening me and they ask me 'wait karo'

I am waiting past 6 hrs but free service not done till time....
