Providing me the clearance of my bike but he jst wasted my time and didnt gave me any clearnace. Till now they are not giving me clearance of my bike. I have requested many times but all in vain. So its an humble request to provide me my clearnce.

    I got the bike at 25.12.2018 disk was frequently problems occurring . Showroom is not responding all spares are billable what is the purpose of 5years warranty give to my bike.every 10days i am going to showroom for disk problem only.Please Resolve My Issue.

      I have purchased bajaj platina 100 motorcycle having engine no-dzubuj01452 & chassis no-md2dddzzzupj71272 form m/s dada motors, shakti nagar, basti jodhewal, ludhiana on[protected] by paying cash amounting to rs 44800/-. From the first day of purchase this bajaj platina 100 motorcycle gives me lot of problems. It gives me a mileage of just 40-45km per liter on highway. The pickup of the bike is very very poor. I feel lot of vibration even on the speed of 50km/hour. This bike cannot run more than the speed of 70km/ hour. The ride as well as co ride feel lot of sound, un comfortless, jerks & vibrations even on the speed of 50km/hour. The engine fully die if two persons ride on this bike
      I complaint lot of times to the service center regarding the problem of pickup, mileage & vibrations. Several parts have been changed by them from the purchase to till date. You’re mechanics /technician also made their extreme efforts to resolve these problems, but they always failed. They suggested that there are several manufacturing defects in all the bajaj platina 100 motorcycle. They also suggested me to buy any other motorcycle.
      Now i have bought new tvs victor (110cc) from ludhiana. I am surprised to see the performance of tvs victor. The ride quality is very very comfortable. There is no vibration, sound even on the speed of 90km/hours. I have realized first time that the motorcycle can run on speed o f 90km/hour without any vibration. More over it gives me a mileage of 60-62km/ liter even on the speed of 80km-90km/hour. From the date of purchase i have neither run you bajaj platina, even my family members are also preferred to ride on tvs victor. This bike has been normally climbed to the hills of dharamshal & macleodganj (High hills of himachal pradesh) with two persons & luggage also.
      Bajaj have a good name in the automobile industries, these types o[censored]nsatisfaction spoiled the goodwill of your company i shall never buy any vehicle from bajaj nor suggest anyone to buy the vehicles of bajaj. So by this complaint i wants to highlight the shortcoming of your platina motorcycle & further necessary action at your end please. You are requested to look the matter seriously & take further necessary action for the satisfaction of customers. Copy of the invoice for the purchase of this motorcycle has been attached herewith

        I have booked bajaj dominor in kvr bajaj showroom, calicut, kerala, for rs:- 16000. But now due to financial issues i want to cancel the booking.. But they deny to refunding the amount..           This has been the second time that my bajaj dominar d400 failed to start. My bike is just 2months old (4000kms) and this problem has occured. The engineers at the service centre couldnt not even understand what the problem was about. I was told to check the battery of my bike from a battery service centre and nothing was found. Very sad with the product. I just cannot figure out that why is this kind of a thing happenin with the flagship model from bajaj motors. Now i would have to think twice before recommending bike from bajaj. Even the free vibration kit that bajaj promises to provide its owners is not available in the service centres. What a bad after sales response from bajaj! I just think it was just not wise to go with bajaj with this huge amount, ktm should habe been better.

            This is regarding poor service in garve bajaj wakad. I booked a bike on 25/5/2019. After one week i made down payment. Then after one week i got call from showroom that ur bike has been passed from rto (Passing) and u can take the bike u will get the number after one week. I took the bike & then even after 20 days i dint get the number then i went back to show room on that they said ur documents are not ready & even my bike is passed from rto. No one is ready to communicate transparently there. Even their manager rohan try to manipulate the people. He is the main culprit there he took my money not made any document for my bike. Please take action for this third class service they are providing to customer.

I have holded many times by traffic police and is not able to take it on road.                   I bought bajaj platina on 26/10/2018 from amin bajaj automobiles laldarwaja branch. I started having problem in chain after 2nd service. Chain was getting loose and the noice of clashing of chain and chain cover was coming. For that same problem i went there for seven times in just two months. To be very honest i don't have any knowledge about bikes so i gave my friend to drive so he said that the bike is pulling back while changing gear so i tell my friend to give my bike in service station for resolving those problem on 10/06/2019 and they called me on 11/06/2019 and they said that there is a problem in clutch plate and said the cost would be 1800rs. They said that clutch plate would not cover under warranty and said they already written in owner manual book. But the issue is that we get the owner manual book after buying that bike and they didn't give that information to us as well. And every week they give advertisement of bujaj bike of 5 year free service and warranty which doesn't make sense. They need to inform everything to the buyer before buying but they didn't give any information to us. After that i went to service station on the same day and talk with the branch manager for the problem in bike. So i ask the branch manager to give me in written that i had also attached under.
                  Sir i request you to please help me with this problem and try to cover that in warranty.

                    I had purchased bajaj's motorcycle newly lunched avenger 160 (Engine no pdy cyb 19287 chasis no mdzb57cy8kcb01015) through jay ambe bajaj, padra, vadodara on 22/05/2019. Within one week the engine oil leakage problems had started images of which are attached with this mail for your perusal. I had given the bike to the showroom dealer and he assured me that the problem will be rectified. He had put some new part and said that the same is rectified. However again after two weeks the same problem persisted. Today i had visited the show room again and have requested him to take back the vehicle and either replace me with new engine or new bike. But he again assured me that this time he would rectify it permently and the same problem will not occur again. I was a proud owner of bajaj discover k10 and had purchased this bike due to the patronage that i had on bajaj i went on to purchase the new bajaj avenger 160 as i am posted at state bank of india mahuvad branch as branch manager and had to commute daily from mahuvad to baroda. But the recent incidents had given me a bad taste and despite of the dealer's assurances i am not satisfied with the bike. During the time of purchase i had requested the dealer to provide me new bike but instead he offered me the bike that was on display/test ride bike. I request you to kindly interven and resolve my problems by replacing the enite engine or to give me a new bike which doen't have problems.

                        purchases July 31st 2018 and Take Delivery August 3rd 2018.

                        Engine oil leakage started in 500km, Engine oil is dropping in ground. I already complained my all free services, but krishna bajaj service center is cannot resolve that problem,
                        after complete 4th free service, this problem is not solved. Again I complained 4th service is not satisfied, then service center call me and am going to give service again within 3 days of 4th free service complete.

                        They are opened engine and do some services, after this service 1 month oil not leaking, after 1 month engine oil leaking.

                        Tomorrow[protected] am going to my 5th free service, in 5th service you are cannot ready that complaint, or please kindly retake that vehicle and close my loan.

                          Hello,

                          I took an auto MH 02 VA 9790 from Nitin junction thane west to Asian Paints office Vakola Santacruz east. The normal fare everyday is within 325rs to 350rs even in extreme traffic condition.

                          However today the fare charged to me was 490Rs which was way too high and infact with minimal or no traffic. I feel that the driver has tempered with meter hence please look into this as this is very unfair to passengers.

                            Dear Bajaj Finance,
                            There is an unauthorized deduction of Rs.117 using ecs from my sbi account noticed on[protected] utr no P[protected]Tr for DDR BAJAJ-AUTO.
                            I don't have any due payment of bajaj finance. I have completed all your payments and emi whatever i purchased through your services. After one year you are suddenly deducting rs 117 from my account without any permission.
                            please provide the proof of any deal between you and me, which authorize you to deduct Rs117 without any permission. I have not applied for any card renewal also and didno purchase anything after completing my last emi.
                            I like your bajaj finance serviced to purchase so many electronics and electrical items by by this shameful act of duducting Rs 117 you are loosing your credibility.
                            Please tell me the reason behind this unauthorized deduction after so many years which is totally irrelevant.

                              I was bought a new pulsar 150 with 180 body structure on Jan 18th. With in 5 months period head light burned dipper light not working and dim light working. See with in 5 months means as a customer I lose my Hope's on bajan company if i want to replace new head light it will be charged for me..at least 6 months also not working properly..very sad

                                Hi,

                                I bought a RS200 last year February. I did my third servicing in feb 2019 as there was coolant pump problem and my bike was overheating just after 6000 kms in a year. I gave my bike for service in sai service fugewadi, pune, maharashtra from where i bought my bike in first place. They told me there is coolant pump problem they will replace it. I have to bare charges for coolant and some other thing. Servicing was done and after a month problem started again. Coolant tank is emply nothing is leaking and bike is overheating. I refilled my coolant tank a week ago now its again empty. So i went to some other bajaj service center to check it out they suggested me check with same service center as it could be their fault for not repairing it. So i called sai service fugewadi, pune. Spoke to a guy he gave me a number and asked me to call him. His name is Praveen and number is[protected]. Someone took my phone after calling three times and said that he is busy will call at 4 pm. I got no call at 4pm so i contacted him again 6 times but no response.

                                First of all i would like to complain about the quality parts. Its been just a year 8000 km in total. I just ride 5-6 km a day rarely. There are so many faults in the bike. ABS sensor stops working after 2-3 kms. Sometime while starting the clock and everything resets to default. Service center are no help either.

                                Please look into this issue or i will have to take some steps. I will write about this everywhere, how good is bajaj and there after sales service.

                                This is the complaint i wrote to bajaj on 11- june. They provided me a reference number ISR-537422. I got a call from sai service to bring the bike in service center. I went on sat 15- june morning and met with there supervisor pravin mohite. He told me to make a job sheet and they will look into it. Everything which is covered in warranty like coolant pump and abs will be repaired under warranty. At that time i was not informed about any charged. On sunday evening i got a call that charges will be approx 2700/- everything is covered under warranty these are for consumeble. I mean what the hell on third servicing they did the same thing coolant pump is not working its covered in warranty but you have to bear the charges for some small things. I paid them thinking that it happens. After a month same thing happened coolant tank is empty. Engine oil and coolant is mixing again so just two weeks ago replaced engine oil and coolant again as my bike was overheating. Again same problem coolant tank is empty. Went to nearby authorized bajaj center. He told me that previous service center, may be they did not worked properly check with them they will replace as it comes under warranty. Now they are asking for hell of charged again. I wasted my 1 lakh 80 thousand on a bike. In a year i rode barely 5000 kms and everything starts falling apart. Called bajaj service center he told me we will raise it to concerned department they will call you within 24 hrs. Next day i called 30 times. There is technical issue they can't check anything in there system. 3 days and my bike is in service center. Again called on monday 18-june spoke to a bajaj customer care supervisor tejas he told me withing 24 hrs it will be resolved we are escalating to it higher authority. Again on 19-june i called spoke to ruchita(emp id 00259) a supervisor again she is telling me it will be resolved within 24 hrs...after 4 days i went to collect my bike in service center. Pravin mohite supervisor he told me go wherever you want high court, supreme court nothing will happen to us or bajaj. We will not repair anything which comes under warranty until n unless you pay us 2700/- . Do a paid service then we will repair which comes under warranty. They have made a business don't repair anything customer will come again n again and ask them for money. He took 1 hrs just to give us the key. He spoke to his supervisor Sandeep wagh who was from Sai service shivajinagar, pune. We waited there for 1 and half hrs just to get my keys so wr could go home. He does not knows how to talk to customer. He says do whatever you want. You won't be able to do anything to bajaj and Sai service. Pay us or take your bike. This is how these people are making fool o[censored]s. I will write everything about this wherever is possible. So the people could know about these frauds

                                I have given bajaj discover bike (9177 number). It’s been 4 days, no work has been done. Everyday they are asking us to come to the service center and making us wait for a long time. We asked them, they started scolding us. Very bad service. Susee Bajaj is the service center name.

                                    This is Abhishek from bangalore, I purchased dominor 400 from anath bajaj dealer, I got the deliver on may 17, 2017, it is not even a month old and I have done around 1200 kms there is not small impact on the bike as well, but my leg guard which is provided from the company is so worst that the connecting bolts of both the side have been cut. his show the quality of the product which was sold to me from bajaj. even the front brake quality is so poor that braking at high speed is very risky when contacted the dealer there is no proper response. I spent 2.4 lakhs to purchase the bike but not even a month I was happy with the bikes quality.

                                        I'm an owner of RS200 plate no:Mh02Ed0940.
                                        I've always given my bike to the companies service station. Since the last 3 services the customer service is very poor. I had instructed the official named Ramesh of the ghatkhopar station to change my battery and the next day got a call that the bike was done. I received my bike that wasn't starting because the battery wasn't changed. i had to take leaves from office to receive my bike, which wasn't starting. How can they expect a customer to take the bike in that position. The bike wasn't treated properly (parking of the bike was very bad). The bike was first promised to be delivered in 2 days that took 4 days and was giving my in that condition. The mechanic asked me to push the bike and start it and take it from there. We give our bikes to an authoriser service station to avoid such consequences but I'm regretting my decision.
                                        I would like you to look inside this matter and improve the quality of customer service or else the peoples mindset about bajaj not having good quality won't change.
