Hi Good day
My name is Ali from Dubai i have bought bajaj Avenger220street few months back and have a complain of engine which stops every 2 min. it happen whenever i take a start after 3 to 4 hrs and in traffic or on signal wherever i stop its engine also stops and i haveto restart again and again
Also there is so much vibration of the side mirrors when the speed reaches to 70 and it make us difficult to change the track and observing the other vehicles speed
As i made a complain on my 1st service to the bajaj service center but still the performance is same and for the mirror they also acepted that there is a complain and they have forward it to the company but there is no responce
Despite of warning by my friends about the bajaj poor engine i bought the avenger and now i feel that it was my wrong decision to buy it so i request u to check the issue and respond accordingly

    Dear sir
    When I'm buy the avenger 150cc bike, after 1st surviving tablet sound started, 2months back bajaj service was changed for rectification this issue tablet, timing chain, issue resolved for one month after one month same issue respected, and after open the engine gear system disturbed gears not freely working, and oil leakage from top cover of engine, and I have given 3time complaint about horn nit working still same problem, battery drain quickly 3times i have face battery drain issue. I have given about this complaint when bune buy before 1yr, but still not resolve. I have all proof if not respond from bajaj i will consultant consumer court. I need direct bajaj engineer not authorized mechanic.

      Hi,

      Myself Santhosh S I had purchased bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon recently. When I was giving my bike for the 2nd service I told them that there is an issue with handle. But they have not resolved this issue again I am travelling daily my home to service center regularly to resolve this.While I am driving even in 40Km/h the handle is shaking and vibrating. Not able to drive and also its very risk to run the bike with condition. No proper response from them.

      This issue is not resolved yet. Handle bar is to munch shaking not able to drive bike in this situation.
      I have been visiting bajaj service center since form 3 weeks before they are not yet resolved this issue.

In this regards I have complaint to consumercomplaints.in and sbi customer care also. But no response has been received till date. Request refund my amount at the earliest. Failing in which I will take further necessary action...

              My bike is in the Bajaj workshop from last month (25/5/2019) for repair. Bike running 6500km only . The mechanic says their was a coolant problem and engine problem. They didn't solve that .I am waiting from last 20 days . So please give me suitable solution of my problem . In bajaj workshop of panvel there are not available Dominor spare parts and satisfying mechanics .
              If you not give me sacrifice solution of my problem then I will take action on it .

              Very hopeless service. Jobs are not solved. No on time delivery. Vehicle is damaged during service.
              Shock absorbers are leaked within one year. No customer satisfaction. Very poor in customer handling.

              I had given for repair of disc brake. After delivery of vehicle i found my vehicle front mudguard is broken.

                    It a very bad experience to had a avenger 220 street with a mileage of 20-22kmpl, as per the your organisation ref it gives a mileage of 45kmpl but it not, . Either you are making fool to the customer/or doing fraud work or you had sale a damaged/defaulted bike.

                    I m really shocked with this experience.

                    I have given my bike to om Sai motor greater Noida west. And when I have given to my for servicing bike is in running condition after they worked on engine I don't what changes they made but they are not able to start my bike after some they they changed all parts of bike still not able to get success. Now they telling you need to change wiring.

                    I have given my bike at OM SAI MOTORS at running condition at that time it works fine I need only engine work but after completing work they are not able to start Bike and they telling your bike all parts are not working and they changed all parts still not able to start. I don't know at a same time all parts stopped work.Help me please

                      I am complaining about my bajaj pulsar 150 i purchase from shri shyam bajaj in this center they not giving the bike in proper way like my battery is not working properly and some prts are missing and they are not servising bike properly and his owner is very rude he is not talking properly and my new bike cover is also damage and very cost they are asking for bike service and so many problem is there plz help me .😭😭

                        I just took Bajaj avenger 160. I see in my bike both the tyres are not from MRF. Can you please let me know why is it so.I checked other bikes in that I can see that both the tyres are MRF.
                        I checked with showroom and he said raise complaint to bajaj, they can't do anything.

There is oil leakage from engine which is leaking continuous from last 3 months. I had visited two times in the Showroom. Recently I had been charged 106 rupee vide Invoice No SCI[protected].                             I had purchased new Bajaj Discover 125 from Mohali showroom. I had purchased it because of as shown in your specification for good mileage and some power. But seriously I am so dis satisfied as from day one I am facing gear problem. every time when I need to shift back my bike gears from 5 to neutral it every time get stuck. I had also gone through first service on time but still the average of bike is not more than 55 per liter. your company says 80+ mileage but it is no were in my bike I also never drive my bike more than 60km/ p hour. This is totally fraud as your company officials says that it will start giving mileage after third service. and for that I have to drive this bike for 10 thousand km. Your gear problem is really pathetic which I found worse in your technology. Your other features are good but gearing problem is really really disappointing. I need this issue to be resolve else I will highlight your major issue of gearing problem to all my known society and will share my bad experience to all my known once. I had drived many bikes but this is 3rd class exprience on driving bajaj bike.

                              I bought Pulsar Ns 160.From the first day, it is not getting started properly.Also it gets stopped in between .
                              I asked in the service center, 4 or 5 times, but they do not know how to resolve this also they are not checking the problem at all.
                              Please forward this complaint to the bajaj auto to please resolve it, either I am not able to run the bike any longer bas it is getting damaged .

                              I given service to Jay ram motor bajaj they damaged my head light and it's not first time my third service given to the same service center they crashed my tank
                              Please if possible work on bajaj pulsar 150 indicator sign light issue because during the night driving indicator light will be reflected in eyes so most probability due to chances in accident issue.

                                        The problem I brought is about the back tyre of my bike. From the day of purchase the tyre quality is very low and it gets damaged.

                                        I changed the tyre tube for like 3 times and it gets punctured more than 4 times.

                                        So kindly give an indication of my problem and give me it's cure.
