Today my wife want to made apple juice but when put the apple prices in the juicer and want to make juice and started then the blast in the juicer and all juicer is broken and my wife is injured i also have the pic of broken part of juicer please tell me is that type of quality product you have to us.

    Dear sir
    With the reference of above subject of above subject i made complain of regarding leakage of water from my faulty cooler (Dc 70) in the month of may and june 2017 respectively. Your technician visited in month of june and give certificate against it, till then i am pursuing your deal mahalaxmi electrical gondia (Maharashtra). He is not replacing my faulty cooler after completing 3 months. Therefore i request to take this matter priority else i will approach to consumer forum or will go to legal.

      I was purchase a bajaj mixer grinder from amazon online shopping on dated[protected], model - rex500 3 jar mixer grinder. Order no[protected], invoice no. Hyd8-76713, starting time some day's worked, but now problem is that mixer grinder not working, totally off, another issue for small jar knob is broken.
      You are requested to please arrange reaparing or replace the item as soon as possible.

            I have taken a refrigerator from bajaj electronics habsiguda, hyderabad, telangana, india. On[protected] they have delivered the refrigerator on next day i. E on[protected] daily from one service center some one is calling me and telling me i am coming today by that i am waiting for that concern person and he is not coming from past one week this is the scenario these disgusting guys have wasted my whole day on day before yesterday and today i am frustrated from your service and will not recommend about samsung anymore kindly resolve the issue immediately

              I had bought a cooler (Bajaj coolest DC 2015 icon digital) 3 months ago, but it's swing function stops working after only one month. As per dealer it is repaired and attended by bajaj only. Customer care number of Bajaj is not get connected till date hence I had submitted my complaint here. Please let it to be take an initiative to correct this problem. As this product is in under warranty yet.

                  I have complained more than 5 times but still i didn't get service. This is worst service from bajaj. Its our mistake that we purchase from bajaj. But now i am telling people please don't buy anything from bajaj because they are not able to provide us service. And they will not pay attention to your complaints.

                    Hello customer service,

                    I have purchased a bajaj air cooler on dated[protected] from flip cart (Order id: od[protected]. But unfortunately within a 3 months, it is not working, fan is stuck and make abnormal sound.

                    Hence, i have raised a complain on 7th aug’17 to fix the issue. Complain no-del[protected]-1. You know this is my big mistake to raise a complaint with you. Complain was raised in 7th aug’17 and today is 11th aug’17 but i didn’t get a single call from service center neither service technician visit my place.

                    I called several times to customer service no’s and they were assured that my concern forwarded to restive team and i will get a call/technician visit soon to fix my problem.

                    Today (11th aug’17), i call 4/5 times to customer service no’s and had a disastrous experience how bajaj service center works.

                    I got a 4 no’s from customer service representative and asked me to call these guys, they will definitely help you because they belong s top level of bajaj customer service center.

                    1st contact person - sishka sharma-[protected] (No is invalid, please check the nos)

                    2nd contact person - sashi ranjan - [protected] (Called him, name was confirmed same, but as per him this a wrong no as he is not belong to bajaj service center, but as per customer representative he is area service manager, isn’t strange??

                    3rd [protected] — manish singh (No unreachable)

                    4th u. K banerjee - [protected] (Called several times, didn’t pick up the phones)

                    Isn’t strange experience of bajaj customer service after purchase any product?? I believe it’s not a bajaj standard. I have full faith on bajaj product but after experiencing customer service for the first time i am losing my faith.

                    Finally, i am writing to you but don’t know whether i get a resolution or not. Just for sharing the strange experience how bajaj customer service work.

                    Really i very disappointed for your service.

                      I'm facing a issue with the lenovo laptop of serial number cb35606248.
                      The laptop gets shuts down at two instances, whenever i lift the laptop or i move the laptop little bit the laptop gets shuts down immediately and at the time whenever i bent the laptops display like back and front the laptop gets shuts down. Please help me to get rectified.

                        Dear team,

                        We had purchased bajaj 6l water heater majesty model on 22/4/17. We found water leaking through it, and raised a complain on 28th of june (Complaint no. Ahm[protected]-1). The technician visited in 24 hours and said tank needs to be changed. There was no update from them for next 8 days. We raised another escalation complain (Ahm[protected]-1) on 10th of july. We were then informed by the technician that the geyser needs to be replaced. We had multiple telephonic communications with annapurna services - dakshaben ([protected]) regarding the same. She said the geyser will be changed. Every time my parents speak to dakshaben, all she says that the replacement tank/ replacement geyser has not come yet / technician has not come yet. Today when my father spoke to dakshaben, she asked my father to get the old geyser to her shop, and take away the new geyser. The technician would then visit and fit it at your house.

                        Why should my 60+ year heart-patient father climb on a stool and open the geyser by himself and take it to the service center 8 kms away from our home? Is it not a duty of the service provider / mechanic / technician? This has been a harassing and pathetic service experience.

                        Its' been a month since the first complain, and our issue is not resolved yet. Buying a bajaj appliance has become a mental agony for us.

                        A happy customer can give greater mileage to a company by word of mouth publicity. So, it is better to focus on customer satisfaction, rather than giving excuses every time a consumer speaks to you.

                        We got a conference call from the seller (VKS electricals) and service provider (Dakshaben - Annapurna services), on 29th of July, where Dakshaben said - she has received only one geyser from the company and there are 3-4 customers waiting to get their geysers replaced.
                        VKS electricals - confronted Dakshaben to provide replacement service to us at the earliest possible, and she said it'll be done by Monday 31st of July.

                        We received a call from Dakshaben on Monday 31st of July - where she stated that someone from her family is admitted to a hospital, and she's at the hospital. She asked whether the geyser has been replaced, on which we had let her know that no one came to our place to replace the geyser. She then said she'll check once she reaches her shop.

                        We do not have any further updates on the same yet.

                        We, your customers are tired of the excuses your service partners give, instead of delivering excellent customer service. We’ve all been customers ourselves, and we’re tired – tired of inadequate service, a lack of concern, and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. We’re tired of being told everything under the sun except that which we long to hear, “How may I help you?” followed by the appropriate action.

                        Delivering good customer service begins with hiring customer service representatives that have the right personality fit, service attitude, and customer service skills. Good customer service skills require active listening, etiquette, problem solving, and general reasoning skills. A positive customer service orientation, collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills are also critical.

                        It is indeed disappointing that a company of this status has such a poor customer service and response system for a product that is in warranty. Surprised about their behavior in today's customer-centric and demanding age when they think they can sustain with this kind of service to the customers. I hope someone from the management team looks at this issue.

                        We've informed that we'll be available at home after 6:30pm, else the technician can visit tomorrow.

                          I bought a bajaj otg last year. Its temperature was incorrect right from day 1. The product was defective. Numerous complaints were made. Although many technicians came in response to the complaints, none were able to adjust the heating satisfactorily. And request for replacement fell on deaf ears. Eventually, the company started closing the complaint without attanding to the call. I have made almost 10 complaints if not more. The otg is still in warranty.

                            The complaint from visakhapatnam. Compalained about the water heater stopped working. We complained to customercare and they filed complaint. But service is very worst. The service agency are not interested to work under the service of bajaj. They are working in all other private works. They said if you want urgent, we send private person not under bajaj. I called back to customer care. They are not responding to this. Simply saying we can book only complaint. My bajaj call id is "hyd[protected]-1. Share secret code 8571 to engineer on call resolution".
                            For this stupid service, they are giving secret code. I don't know what is it.. Please never buy these products. I heard bajaj ac also power bill high.. This is only for information. I don't want bajaj to respond atleast..

                                  I purchased a chimney on 20th may. After many request it was installed on 30th may with only one bulb instead of two. The technician said, "aise hi chala lo."we complained to dealer. After many requests it was installed on 17th june. And we were told to pay extra 100 rupees which we refused. So the madam from sion office told the technician to remove it. Spoke rudely to us. Its not a question of 100 rupees but people should know how to speak to their customers and give proper service and don't force us to raise our voice.

The representative attend the complaint and refused to repair the chulha to say warranty can not be given due to stamp has not affixed on bill.
                                        In this respect it is submitted that warranty for this appliance was given for six month which will be lapsed in June, 2017. I was purchased this appliance from Chennai and presently residing at Patna, Bihar. Stamp on this bill has not been affixed by the seller, which is also a irresponsible manner of the seller. Now, it is not possible for me to get affixed stamp from the seller of Chennai, because I am residing at Patna. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.

                                        It is therefore requested to arrange the repairing work of this appliance at the earliest.
