No. BEL001B1316969) : I ordered at 31-OCT-2015, Given expected delivery in 7 working days, I have called to customer care and they are not responding (disconnecting the call and saying we are not responsible for this order), i given mail to customer care but no response, Could you please give us your support to get my order or to return my money back. Dear Team,
It's more than 3 months i ordered the product, i have not received any response from your team regarding my order,
Still i have not received my product, i called to call center and i requested to Cancel the order and return my money,
your team said we will process your request for cancel the order and we will mail the conformation mail But i have not received conformation mail for order cancellation and i have not received my money,
it's funny your team not given any response to the order status and now given replay in this site we trust your complaint had been resolved,
please check the order status and close my order request, Thanks .
