Hi Team, This is regarding complaint numbers 6215052, 6257434, 6455659, 6515200 This is going since 2 months and it's still not resolved. I bought this product from flipkart. my parents are calling you everyday and getting harassed by your service. They have already visited service center quite many time, but its not helping. Please consider this as escalation. expecting better service from your end. Let me know if you are unable to resolve this and I need to seek help of consumer court. Thanks, Sumant Mob - [protected]

Now after all that, I got a call from service center, instead of fixing the issue, the guys is miss behaving and scolding me, that why am I raising complaint. He is saying we already told you "it's your fault, why did you purchased it online."

Any help will be appreciated.
