We are from concrete infra projects india LLP, Gachibowli. We buy the Air conditioners in Bajaj Electronics at Jubileehills Branch. Dated: 22.03.2016.Invoice no: JH/CR15356264, amount is 4, 33, 480. actually problem is AC Services we want your service for ac's it's free for 1 year. so please come and check it once on or before 22.03.2017.
I'm mallesh last weak I buyed a Samsung k5300 TV from panjagutta (15/02/2017)till now no one came for installation and customer care on your portal is not working worst service from bajaj electronics

    I bought a samsung fridz on 12th feb 2017 and got delivered on 14th feb found damged. After contacting saveral time the bajaj staff forwarded and considered for replacement.

    even after 10days the staff of bajaj electronics AS Rao nagar hyderabad failed to replace and the phone numbers are also not in use.

    The saddest part is, even after spending 40k ur bajaj electronics team is very neglect in resolving the issue.

    My invoice num is ASR/12/25961
    I have purchased Air conditioner Sumsung 1.5 ton on 10.03.2017 and also requested to deliver at Vijayawada autonagar. They transported in Navatha agency on 11.03.2017 but 15.03.2017 was not received the product in BZA and they have not informed Lr.No. of Navatha agency My invoice no.1207/16/S-6416

      I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime on 12/02/2017. But my device is disputed there was a scratch in the device screen from the very beginning.When i complained them they are not accept my issue and return back to me every time. They asked to go to Samsung Authorized Service Center. And when i go there Service Center representative asked me to go to Store from where i purchased the device.

      So i requested to Please take necessary action against my complain

        i have purchased one daikin AC in bajaj electronics Kukatpalli (forum srujana mall) but they are not delivering the material as per their commitment and not responding my phone. we are requesting them to deliver on 23rd feb 2017 and complete the installation same day it self. sales executive name is Azam and he is not responding properly and also his manager not interest to speak with customer. request you to take necessary action.

          As rao nagar . chandan is client and .my name is lakshmi, i have bought a refrigerator using capital fund and i selected a model and they guaranteed a delivery on next day but i diidnot m i myself called n asked only then they answeres that system is update it will next day. i have waited and the next day they told it will take 2 or 3 days time. now today they are saying that it is out of stock. they didnt tell it on the day of buying otherwise i have choosed otherone. and the service is bad, they didnot even inform me about the delay i myself went to The store and they answered i bought it on tuesday (14th feb) today its 17th feb and they r telling that i vl get on 20th feb .

            I Went to buy a Electronic Items Refrigrator, LED TV, and Laptop, Bajaj Guys are Very Busy worst customer service no proper response even store Manager also, When i enter into store there is no response from salesman, after 10 Minutes I searched phone number in Google i Called to Customer Care they responded and sended the Executive to 2nd Floor, Salesman Saying Busy with Customers, you have to ask! this is the Answer from that Salesman, But Actually they are Very Very Busy With Their Mobiles. It's waste of time for Visiting This Store. My Rating for this store is 5 out of 00000000000000000000000.

            I Request to Bajaj Team plsease take action on them ASAP, am the very old Customer to Bajaj Electronics.

              I have yesterday purchased an IFB Washing Machine of which the Delivery was to be done today. I had, since yesterday, been insisting on the Delivery Time to be after 6:00PM as I and my wife both are working andd so no one will be available at home to receive the product. The Delivery person suddenly calls me that he is on the way to deliver my washing machine. I got panicked as I could not leave office not my wife would be able to reach as both of our offices are 12Kms far from our place of Residence.
              Then suddenly, The delivery person calls to confirm if he can give the product to my building watchman. I was not comfortable enough, so I asked him to let me talk once he reaches. After 10 minutes he calls and says that he has left the place and took Rs. 250 from the watch man. Now my concern is to whom has my product been given as the delivery boy didn't know my address and has not let me talk to my Watchman and my Watchman is not answering my call.
              I need a solution to my complaint and where exactly is my washing machine.

              Even your service engineer vwjo came home for installation of the machine left it in a very bad situation suggesting that there is a problem with the tap which was actually not and the demonstration couldn't be hence completed.
              The Bajaj Electronics show room has not even responded to even a single mail sent to them till now. This is the level of your customer service.

                Hi team,

                I have visited to bajaj electronics on 25th december 2016 champapet branch (Show room), hyderabad to purchase the smart tv’s and met with sale executive mudasuaru and sale executive explained me about number brand smart tv’s and advised me to buy the samsung k5570 49 inches smart.
                I was happy with samsung k5570 futures and descriptions, and when i asked about the price of the tv sale executive mudasuaru said the actually price of the is 78000 and after discount it will get for 68000. Than i said i will come next week i. E on 01st january 2017 with my family and i will purchase the tv and he said me he will provide me more discount on it.
                As i said, i have visited to the show room with family on 1st january 2017 to buy the samsun. G k5570 49 inches smart tv and i met the same sale executive mudasuaru. When i asked him you said you will provide me more discount than he said the price of tv is 86000 after discount 78000. Then i shocked and said that last week you said me the price of tv 78000 and after discount 68000.
                And i questioned why have provide me the wrong information last week than he started me no the price is 86000 and threatening along with other sales executives and shouting with un parliament language.
                And i approached manager of show room after hearing all the store happened and left from there and not responded me anything.
                My compliant it that bajaj electronics is cheating the people with giving fraud information and threatening customers deploying roudes in showrooms when we questioning on fraud they are doing.
                I request you to take the required action to save the customers.

                      this is satish kumar from fathenagar yesterday I purchase new washing maching (bosch 6kg) in the emi basis and down payment also completely paid (9, 600) total 8 instalments, still we didn't get that delievery as telephonic discussed to one of executive Mr.Bhanu & habeeb & delivery boy they people said delivery charges to paid before and yesterday I spoke to naresh and habeeb and one of financier they said free delievery charges and there is nothing to pay 1 rupee also now he telling over smart answers, way of talking also not good how they people working such that good company I request you to kindly take and action on him ASAP.

                        We have purchased bajaj induction cooker and we used few months and now its not working we have complaint to the company, they took a week for making papers to be ready for replacement. I went to the shop where i purchased and shown the document which company has provided for replacement, the shopkeeper refused to change or exchange. Very disappointing bajaj electronics. I will never suggest any one to buy bajaj.

                          I purchased a SAMSUNG 55 inch SUHD TV from Bajaj Electronics, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad a month ago. They promised SAMSUNG 450 Sound bar to come free with this product and mentioned that it would be delivered in 2-3 days. Its been a month now and they are not delivering it. Regular visits to store ends up only in excuses and asking for 2 more days. Its so frustrating. Please help

                            Hello Consumer Complaints,
                            I have purchased a apple iphone 5s from Bajaj Electronics(#2-51/1, BR Naidu Castle, Chanda nagar, BHEL HYD Telangana) on June 11th 2016, we came to know this IPHONE was an defective piece, we went 4th July 2016 to return back they given a rude behavior, and they made threatening us and blackmailed us, we feel very bad we purchased the phone for 25000/RS, I have all the bill/Invoice with me(Invoice no. BHEL/16/6301 & TIN: [protected])

                            The phone is getting struck very frequently and getting very heat eventually, we went to IPHONE service center they updated the software for 5 individual times but no use of it, the iphone customer people told this was an defective piece and we can't do anything they straightaway they told.

                            Kindly let us know what can i do. please take action accordingly

                              Nov 28 - Visited Store for TV: 8300D 49 inc. Price shared by Sales Rep Rashid was 1.06 Lakh. Nov 29 go to Execute Deal Manager now says price 1.16 lakh.
                              Manager says you must have heard Six from the Sales Rep instead of Sixteen.
                              Nov 28 Sales Rep clearly said its 1.06. It was waste of time and untrustworthiness shown by Bajaj Electronics Team. Team was not even apologetic but feel Customers are wrong in hearing and also understanding in English. Then realized All sales rep achieved their monthly targets so do not care.
                              Why make mockery of customers and waste time?

                                Hi,
                                I bought a geyser from "Raipur Electronics " on[protected]. I paid the amount as it's was promised it will be delivered at my home .As it's is a brand I didnot checked and I received the product.Later I realised product was already opened a box was resealed by cellotape .And the manufacturing date is mentioned at 2014 . My question is that why the sealed was opened in customer 's absence and this the service is been provided .They are arguing they won't replace it .

                                  Dear team

                                  I didn't expect this much delay in delivering the purchased item and even i am not getting any proper communication from the team. Whenever i ask for the delivery they used to say that they don't sufficient stock to deliver. If stock is not available who told you to take the order.

                                  On 29th october, they informed me that they will deliver the item maximum by 31st october or else on or before 01st november, but they didn't. I didn't received any communication also in this regards.

                                  On 03rd, i have visited the store and inquired about the item, but the person who sits in the desk told me that he don't have any information about that delivery and asked me to contact the samsung guy who is representing samsung. But he is not available as he took leave on that day.

                                  On 05th i have received a communication that, the stock is not available and it will be available by 15th november, so i told them that i will wait till 15th, but after that also i didn't receive any communication from store.

                                  Even after doing several times, finally they told me that they will deliver the same by 21st november without fail. But today also i have not received my purchased item.

                                  I am totally unhappy with the service what i have received from you and even the guys who are attending the calls don't know proper updates and didn't respond properly. Always they used to say that we don't know anything, you contact my store manager, however the store manager takes leave on that day only.

                                  I have visited 2 times personally and followed up for the updates 5 times over phone.

                                  Now i am not ready to take the delivery until unless i get proper response.

                                    I purchased an induction from ashish gas chulha sales - choak chauraha - fatehpur up by product no. (Popular smart) m[protected]. Unfortunately the induction is not working despite of repairing. Dealer suggest me to replace the same now he demanding amount 500/- for replacement.                                       I have booked a LG led TV, LG 43LH600T on 30.10.16 at Bajaj Electronics, AS Rao Nagar, Secunderbad. They promised me to deliver the TV within 2-3 days but till today it has not been delivered.

                                      its very poor response from the stores. I never expected such low service level.I have visited store many times. Many times I wanted to meet the store incharge but he never gave a chance.

                                      i have paid full amount and I wanted to celebrate the Diwali with new TV but the delay from Bajaj Eelctronics has not allowed me to do so.
                                      Hi th8s is regqrding bajaj electronics malakpet.
                                      The the people on samsung counter or so bad the dont have any respect for customer or even ladies.they dont attend and pass comments betveen them laugh.sit and tqlk.push each other.

                                        I ahve purchased SONY LED 55W800D for Rs. 129900 on 18/10/2016, from BAJAJ ELCTRONICS SHOWROOM, FORUM SUJANA MALL, HYDERABAD.

                                        The item was delivered at my Banjara Hills residene. While installing the peice was found deffective and the same was taken note by their installation agent.
                                        The persons concerend at Bajaj electronics and sony authorised dealer promised the set will be replaced in couple of days. despite epeated reminders, they could not resolve the complinat. i found them very irresponsible and i advise the protential customers to ensure the quality of the items before making the payment.
