Lg tv purchased on 22nd mar.. Free promised soundbar not yet delivered.. Salesman akram.. Everytime i speak to him, he says he will get it in 2 days.. Finally he said, it has come, but on going to the shop (After confirming that a photo of the bill is fine) he refused saying that original bill is required. This is pathetic service.. Vey bad service by the sales team. I have purchased Samsung LED, at the time of purchase they committed to deliver in one day.. It has been 3 days still there's no response. Also, they stopped answering my calls - And their behavior is totally changed post billing. In total, I have purchased 4 major products from them and the treatment to the customer is very bad. They have lost me as a customer from now on and will not be going to recommend to anyone.
I would have given zero if available
