Bajaj Finance — annoying non stop calls

I currently have a consumer durable purchased via a loan from bajaj finance. While the process of applying seema simple the after effects are terrible. Your loan department hpunda us with non stop calls
Have informed bajaj finance several times that i am not interested in a personal loan. I receive on an average 7to 8 calls mostly automated in a day and even at 9 pm. This is highly annoying. How do i get this to stop. I have informed the loan team when they called 5 days earler stating that i have no intention in raking up any loans ever. Pls help in resolving this at the earliest.

Getting pissed off by calls(7-8 calls in a day) from Bajaj Finserv, number starting from 1400..
Most of the calls are Auto Recorded call

My Welcome letter says no foreclosure charges, but now I am levied 4% when I want to close. Only reason I chose Bajaj was, there was no closure charges. There were multiple confirmations from sales guys. How do we fight these fraudsters?

Some one registered my number [protected] under the name of Harinam prasad in bajaj finance. I am sick of receiving multiple calls day and night and text messages. Unregister me as soon as possible. Otherwise I've to take strict action.
