I have taken 3 durable goods loan and and there is default in sept ecs kotak my loan due date is every 5th of month
'
in kotak mahindra bank debited rs. 11565.93 un dec month and

rs. 4300 in sept oct month as ecs charges

in oct month bank balance sufficient to take over ecs but ecs is returned by with out reason for this also they had charged ecs return

for defauulted ecs i have given as cash including bouncing ch rs. 350 each

    Kindly go through this post patiently as i am a very disappointed and harassed customer of Bajaj finance.
    I hold 2 Bajaj finance consumer electronics loan

    1 Home theatre (Lan id - 4020CD[protected]
    2 Led tv (i don't remember the lan id)

    I purchased extended warranty for both the products.

    Case I :

    I had bought led tv worth 1.5 lac with 2 year extended warranty (rs8700) for the product which already had 3 years company warranty. But the document which i got was having the period which was overlapping with company warranty. .thus the extended warranty was a waste for me ..i took this issue to the Bajaj executive (mr sanjay)of radhika sales, Pimple Saudagar, Pune..for 6 months he kept on telling that the issue will be resolved soon ..but it dint..at last I went and submitted cancelation form to get my extended warranty money back..he took it but no action was done on that..I messaged him clearly that m going to withheld the installation amount if it is not resolved now..still no action.

    At last, not having any other option, i stopped funding my bank account balance to stop the ECS payment when only the last instalment was remaining.
    This instalment Was being with held purposely to attract the attention of concerned person as I failed to do the same through my mails and personal visit on the store.
    After reducing my bank balance below minimum maintainable amount, withdrawal failed and the charge was levied on my account..it happened countless number of times. .means i paid thousands of rs just as penalty even more than the amount of remaining instalment till date.

    Case II :

    I purchased an extended warranty of rs1500 along with the home theatre for which i never got the documents neither it is motioned anywhere on the sites..its just like i never purchased it..
    I contacted customer care several times regarding the same and in return i got rubbish and totally useless replies.
    Heights of stupidity is that they sent me extended warranty certificate of my other loan account..
    You can check the communication records to go through the resolution provided by your executives.
    I mailed the customer care executive in the vijay sales of pimple saudagar, Pune branch (Mr Sachin )regarding the same issue but never got reply from him.i visited the store twice to complaint but just got his words that it will be resolved soon. But never got any resolution. He simply dint bother to reply my mails.

    Finally i got call from Bajaj person to pay the due..i told them very clearly that until unless my issue will be resolved i am not going to pay money..as soon as the issue is settled i ll pay the due myself. He agreed on the same and promised to settle it. but still no action and on top of that ECS withdrawal attempt was made again making 0 balance in my bank account.
    I have reported the matter to Mr.Pritam of Bajaj finance also who followed me for clearing the installment. But i did not get any solution.
    This is a true form of fraud and stubborn nature of Bajaj finance have suffered enough losses already and i am not going to pay for something which I have not got.

    Please be advised that i am abroad now and cant visit the office physically. If i were in india I would have definitely taken this issue to legal doorsteps.
    Please don’t suggest anything like call on some number or email to someone..because they are useless and i don't have time for all these anymore. I want the resolution directly on this mail . feel free to forward this mail to any concern person who can really provide solution on the same.

    Now i do have the option to abandon my bank account due to this issue but I would like to suggest that i have no intention to withheld any loan amount and want get rid of this loan as soon as possible.

    Action i expect to be taken from your side :

    1 I demand the extra money on the name of "Extended Warranty" which is taken from me to be reduced from my final instalment amount and suggest the remaining amount. I will pay it at a go and close this loan at once.

    2 I don’t want any further ECS withdrawal attempt on my account. Please Stop this ECS immediately as there is no balance in my account, no use of making ECS withdrawals. I want to pay the amounts directly.

    Hoping to see a proper resolution in timely fashion.

      This is to inform you that I have taken bajaj finance personal loan (Loan Number:4040PL[protected] on 28/10/2015, Now I would like to foreclosure the loan as per the below email stating that foreclosure charges is applicable 4.60% when I took personal loan as per the executive or manager who called for loan they said there is foreclosure charges I trusted them and took the loan, There is no proper or prior intimation about foreclosure charges, Help me to pay my outstanding loan amount without any foreclosure charges.

      I have updated my number on DND, but I still receive calls from Bajaj Finance (+91 [protected] and some other numbers) EVERY day asking if I need personal loan.

      Can this ridiculous activity be stopped please?

        I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as I see ur numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand.my no is [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, I will complain to consumer forum.

        These guys keeps calling my cell phone, irrespective time and just automated call where if fails to connect any agent to tell them to stop auto calling feature.

          Am dr. Shanker k iyer. One mr dipesh with his boss had come home 28/11/2017 for providing a doctors loan. They filled up all papers took signatures and photos and after repeated enquiries said loan not passed. I had given copies of bank statement as well as pan card as also my daughters photos as co applicant. On asking back for photos dipesh the executrive claims it requres service charges. Does baja charge service chrges for returning photos? Kindly ensure photo is not misused.

              I HAD PURCHASED FURNITURE IN 0CT 2016 WORTH RUPEES 33000.I HAVE ARRANGE MONTHLY EMI 3000 RUPEES FOR 10 MONTHS.ON 16 DEC 2016 I HAD RECEIVED A MAIL FROM AXIS BANK THAT 115 RUPEES DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND SUBJECT IS "BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_NOV16".i was called to customer executive he said me send me your statement which show 115 rupees cut from my account.i was send a statement which clearly shows that 115 rupees deduct from bajaj finserv and today i got mail from bajaj they tell me that this is ECS CHARGE from your axis bank.i dont understand that who is responsible for this issue it clearly show that bajajfin but they dose not accept that we deduct. iwant my money back.

                . I want to get clarification that my account has been deducted Rs. 3, 222.38/- as Foreclosure charges @ 4% at O/S Principal. I have been told at the time of sanctioning the loan that foreclosure charges will be deducted after 6 months.Request you to refund the amount.

                  I am Ashish Gorde, My card no[protected] has been blocked because of one missed EMI,
                  but i have already paid the due. and i was told by your Customer care executive that my card will be unblocked within some hours after the due Payment. it has been 4 days now it is still BLOCKED.
                  i went to purchase a phone for me today and after selecting the phone while doing the payment the Bajaj employee there in the store says that the card is Blocked.

                  This is very disgusting, it was very urgent for me to purchase a phone.
                  you people keep calling 4 times a day and keep saying that the payment should be done in 2 days and 3 days...and you people block the card and say it will be unblocked after 2 months, This is seriously not accepted

                  What is the use if we customers dont get the service when we actually need it and what is use of keeping this types of policies where the customer has to suffer even after paying.

                  hope my card will be unblocked

                  Bajaj Finance — Deduction of rs115 from my a/c with subject bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_nov16

                  I bought a washing machine in oct'16 financed through bajaj finserv and paid all charges required for the same. But, today i. E. On 16 dec 2016 i received a message that an amount of rs.115 has been deducted from my account with the subject 'bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_nov16'. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already have an emi card from a previous purchase.

                    Bajaj Finance Team,

                    I daily receives 4 to 5 phone calls from you regarding pre-approved loan. All phone calls received are pre-recorded. If not pick up the call then it again calls within 15-20 min. Some times calls even received in odd timings. I am not at all interested in loans.
                    So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer forum. My mobile no .[protected].

                      I am keep on getting unnecessarily calls from bajaj finserv and it is disturbing my day to day activity. I would request please stop all calls from bajaj finserv and as of now not required any loans from bajaj.

                      Per day i am getting more than 20 calls from bajaj finserv and it seems very worst process in bajaj.

                      I thought one of bajaj customer executive only added my mobile number for inquiry because i don't use my mobile any where in online portal for any quires.

                      Please try avoid misusing my personal contact details.

                      Even i got call from bajaj customer executive at non business hours like untime (After 10pm ist). His name is nagaraj, email id: nagaraj. [protected]@bassindia.com.

                      I am suspecting my mobile wrongly handled by this person. Please help me to resolve the issue and let me if you have any concern. Thanks

                        I bought an asus laptop and got it financed from bajaj financial services in chandigarh. On 16dec. An amount of rs.115 was deducted from my account with the description : "bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_nov16". I wasn't told about this at the time of proposal and i have also paid all the charges at the time of purchase. I even didn't opt for any membership card myself. I don't have any knowledge about such deductions.

                          I have taken a mobile loan, at that time your sales executive had charged rps. 300 file charges and also confirmed there is no other charges but now rps. 115 has been debited from my account without any intimation. I want you to reverse charges otherwise i will not deposit next month emi.what stupidity is this i am not writing story of a movie. I have a complaint that my account is debited without any intimation not by the sales executive. I havn't receive any msg regarding this any there is no verification done, no body came for any verification at my address then what are you charging for.

                            I got call from mr. Suyog patil and mr. Amol kulkarni saying that thy are calling from bajaj fiance and offer a loan of rs 4 lakh for that they said that to deposit rs. 40000/- in bharti axa a/c no. [protected] standard chartered bank and ifsc code : scbl0036001 mumbai. They explained me that the said loan will be on 0% for 10 years and i have to pay rs. 3000/- per month after one year as i have to pay initially rs. 40000/- for 1st year. And all the insurance policy benefits will be taken by bajaj finance. Kindly suggest me... Is is true?? Shall i proceed further??? These call came from the following no.                               I s. John kennedy had already written you about the complaint on the dealers service. But yesterday also you send me the message as we will respond to you within two working day's. Now you are rejecting each and every mail from me permanently. Why are you doing like this may i know the reason for that. You just keep in mind that always the dealer will cheat not the customer. But i think that you are with the dealer's side. Nothing more i want you to do for me you just cancel the finance process as soon as possible because you are done with first instalment of my payment. If you cancel this finance then i may look for the same product from other dealer in the upcoming new year scheme offers. If you are still in a doubt then you can send one of your customer executive to show him the proof i have with me. But even after this, your main intention is to go with the dealer's side, then i have to think about continuing your finance further. Loosing your finance will lead me for net cash payment but with more offers, discount and benefits. Also how can i suggest your finance scheme to my friends if this the response you give to your customers. If you want me to continue with your finance then please stop the payment of that dealer as soon as possible and try to inform me through email. This is my last request message to you, even after this you are not responding to me properly then i know how to move forward after this.

Mobile phone and amount was deducting from my account, remaining 3 installment is due, it will be closed march 2017. Now i peruse my account and got knowledge that november onward amount 1540/- has been deducting from my account with out my knowledge. I have not purchase anything from this card. Subsequently i got information from shop that one darsan viswanath has purchased samsung mobile j7., amount has been collecting from my account. Instead of collecting money from his account. I wish my amount will be return in 3 days to my account otherwise i will be took apropriate legal action.

                                      Dear sirs,
                                      I bought a Lenovo Mobile (Model no-S850, IEMI No is-[protected] & [protected]) with Bajaj EMI card. The agent offered me one year extended warranty with a nominal amount which will be deducted every month from my account with EMI amount. I have agreed to avail the extended warranty and the amount was also had been deducted for next 8 months. Linked Account No for Loan is : 410EWC06903330.
                                      Finally the Lenovo service center has refused to provide free service.

                                        Its really Honorable that i get called 4-5 times daily from bajaj finance.
                                        If it would be in working hours i would have considered. I do get call in early morning hours @ 8:00 AM and as well as night @ 09:00.

                                        This is really not acceptable. Bajaj Finance team dose not have strategic plan of calling the customer when and what time.

                                        Immediately place by call in DND [protected] . If require i do call for any...
