I have taken loan from bajaj finserve against AC for amount Rs 22, 000 in month of june, 2016 .There is some problem in thier system due to which my bank deny the auto payment for bajaj and For this, I have already provide my bank details along with new crossed check in the past.However, they did nothing!!I have been paying in cash receipt .I have all proof with me in form of receipt.

Yesterday, on 23/nov/2016 I received a threatening call from them, some one pretend as a POLICE INSPECTOR from MUMBAI and ask me call another number who behave as legal lawyer .They said, we have filled a arrest warnt and take legal against against me .

    I have an extended warranty for my lg tv. My service request was denied due to non availability of dealer's invoice. The tv was financed by bajaj and the extended warranty bought at the time of the purchase.

    Extended warranty document was presented to the technician visiting home was told that it stands no credibility without the dealer invoice. Don't understand why would a company deny a document issued by itself & trust something outside.

      My self saurabh sain and my loan no is 4010pl00188018, i take this loan in 2012 i pay your installment regulry but suddenly my job is no more and i am not able to pay in mean while you take legal action and put case on me, t i present in court now after 3 years i get new job but your collection agent Mr Rahul Rathor ( [protected][protected] call me and giving me abuse, they also call in my office reception girl same giving abuse to her and many other thing, then i talk with your guy he said settle this i said ok but he giving me amount 34600 to pay in one short now i am not abl to pay in one short, in one short i can pay only 20 k orin 6 emi if you want to settle in this amount kindly contact me .and plz call to your guy if he talk me again like this i will go to police and file a fir against you and your guy.

But the guy who came to my home was drunked and he was rude to us. He talked vulgar words. As we didn't signed the contract he did all this. Specially when i do my important work and eagerly waiting for some important phone calls, your calls come and feel throw mobile phone. If this will not stop asap will go and complain for mentally harassment...

                  I'd like highlight company's non transparent policy and illogical pilicy of charging processing fee on loan approved amount.

                  My original salaried loan request was for 2 Lac and the loan amount was approved as 2 Lac only however I've received only 1, 94000/- in hand and remaining amount was charged by Bajaj as processing fee worth of 6000.

                  Ideally, customer to pay EMI on the amount received in hand therefore EMI should be calculated on 1.94 Lac but to my surprise they have added processing back to the principal amount and calulated future EMIs on the same. Also they have added insurance amount to principle amount which was tagged to the loan to secure it. Needless to say that thing increased ny monthly EMI exorbitantly...when asked to cancel the insurance, they had adjusted the amount very badly...when asking for calculation they said to contact HDFC...WHY should i ask then if you have sold the product????

                  Bajaj didn't take responsibility regarding transparency of possible charges tagged with the loan...and customer service representative are there to give most ridiculous services you'd ever received from any service industry...

                  I'm going to foreclose my loan and would suggest to all that please do not go to Bajaj for loan services at all...they are cheaters of the industry...

                  I'd like to highlight company's illogical policy of charging processing fee on approved loan amount.

                  My original salaried loan amount was approved for 2 Lac however I'd received only 1.94 Lac in hand stating that 6K was charges due to processing fee. (That's alright as of now) Later they had tagged on Insurance also to the loan to secure the future loan amount...however to my SURPRISE that they had added these two amounts to my principal amount and increased in unnecessarily resulting increased EMI per month...

                  I have been trying to get logical answer to my only question that if Bajaj has already charged processing fee while not giving my requested amount of 2 Lac in my hand then why they are again adding this charges to the principal amount...It is utterly ridiculous that they also understand that its wrong and still cant do anything about it...exceptions are made in this world all the time but certainly not for common people but only for powerful ones...

                  Also when I asked to cancel the Insurance for 10271 which was given for 5 years, It was settled only for 3500/- for using it for only 5 month...when asked about the calculation they said to contact HDFC...WHY THE HELL I SHOULD CONTACT THEM WHEN YOU SOLD ME THIS RIDICULOUS POLICY ????

                  And top of that their customer service representatives are superbly ridiculous...they talk to you like today they are going to resolve any of your Issue but doesn't even bother as soon as they hung the call up...

                  I'd like to say to beware of these CHEATERS...DO NOT GO TO BAJAJ for any kind of loan...its a Non Banking Financial Company and will charge more than what regular bank charges...BAJAJ SUCKS...

                        I have bought the Hitachi AC from Reliance digital in the month of April 2017 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

                        On dated 16.05.17 I have observed that the amount of Rs.115 has been debited from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already I have paid the additional amount for the charges of the EMI card and I do not get my card till now.

                          Bajajfinance extra insurance was added without any confirmation from me, i have raised the concern on facebook as well but i got one standard reply that customer care team will get back at the earliest. Its been 2 days and no one contacted me. I have no idea whether this is reaching to the concerned team or not. I am also heading customer service and the way bajaj works is unacceptable. I have checked the ceo profile on linkedin mr. Tapan singhel and he will be the last person i will contact. I have raised the concern on twitter, facebook and now on consumer complaints. On top of that i have got the my car insurance renewed from bajaj this year and on getting the insurance from company they have added new clause of welcome policy which was not informed to me at the time of sales. If this is the culture and methodology bajaj is following to reach their sales target than it has to be changed

                            Such a pathetic customer service the worst IVR call flows with no option to reach out to a customer rep . It is so annoying to listen to long options . This ain't the first time we are facing this issue with bajaj Finance!! It is constantly happening with no assurance for good CE.! Worst part is your motto is not to give a good CE instead to focus only on money making . MONEY EXTRACTERS. I am filing a case in the consumer court and I'll make sure Your company pay back every penny I have paid for the warranty.

                                    I bought an air conditioner through bajaj finance may 2012 through EMI. And it was closed already. i have never applied for this EMI card loan or EMI Card. I find Rs. 99 amount is detected from my ICICI bank account(personal account without my permission.

                                    despite several remainders to stop, i am getting sms and emails in my personal number and email id which i have registered at the time of 2012. this is something which i have not expected. Please look into this immediately.

                                      This is an urgent grievence regarding unauthorised transfer of money from my bank account No [protected]. The Pass book entries of these transfers are as follows :

                                      1. 19.9.16 P[protected] Tr for DDR BAJAJ AUTO Rs 99/-
                                      Transfer To CASH MANAGEMENT PRODUC

                                      2. 05.11.16 P[protected] Tr for DDR BAJAJ AUTO Rs 3500/-
                                      Transfer To CASH MANAGEMENT PRODUC

                                      Since these transfers are completely unauthorised and therefore fraudulent, it is requested to please refund the amount immediately and stop any further such transfer.

                                      I have just now also talked to your tollfree no of customer care but no help and redressal is forthcoming.

                                      The EMail Id : [protected]@bajajauto.co.in also appears to be non functional. Is not Recognised while trying to send email on this address !!!

                                      A copy of this mail is also being submitted in Cyber Crime Thana of Bhopal.

                                        We purchased 1no I phone, last year. We paid all EMI's thru SBI my personal account. Once again you can check my paying details. But still my emi (above the bajaj finserv card blocked. We are trying to purchase new things but no use with this card. so many times i called customer care and met the show room peoples but no response. Hence we request you please unblock / resolve my issue as earliest. shoping festivals ahead.
