    My self chandeshwar sharma i was take bajaj pulsar-150 from bajaj Finace 6-7 years back at that time everything was cleared no any amount was pending, at that time some of cheques are bounce despite of sufficient amount in my account so thats why I deposite appropriaete amount to bajaj finace by cash
    with bank statement after complete my loan amount I got the NOC From Raipur Branch (Chhattisgarh)
    I want To Purchase New Mobile from bajaj finserv but there is show CIBIL is Negative (-1), so pls. resolved my problem due to this I have Impact of defoulter or cheater in the Present secerio

      Dear sirs,
      I bought a Lenovo Mobile (Model no-S850, IEMI No is-[protected] & [protected]) with Bajaj EMI card. The agent offered me one year extended warranty with a nominal amount which will be deducted every month from my account with EMI amount. I have agreed to avail the extended warranty and the amount was also had been deducted for next 8 months. Linked Account No for Loan is : 410EWC06903330.
      Finally the Lenovo service center has refused to provide free service.
      kindly do the needful.

        Repeated IVR calls day and night

        Its really Honorable that i get called 4-5 times daily from bajaj finance.
        If it would be in working hours i would have considered. I do get call in early morning hours @ 8:00 AM and as well as night @ 09:00.

        This is really not acceptable. Bajaj Finance team dose not have strategic plan of calling the customer when and what time.

        Immediately place by call in DND [protected] . If require i do call for any...

        I had 1 ecs bounce of 3000rs in nov month. but bajaj finance produce it 4 times in a month and hdfc bank deduct almost 2400 rs for 1 months emi bounce. i have not given any instruction to bajaj finance or bank to deduct anything other than ecs date. not even bajaj finance inform me about this. i am feeling like cheated by both bajaj finance and hdfc bank.

          PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE. email id says we care, no they don't care .
          Pathetic customer service charged for ECS Return of Rs. 1265
          in 2 transactions.
          No intimation of charging the amount.
          Absolutely harassing the customer. Not even sorry for what they have done.

          Please consider this request.
          I called ur customer care no. [protected] call will connect but no one single person will pick, after long waiting period it will disconnected.

            R/Madam/Sir,
            I am a regularly loan availing salaried customer .
            I had availed loan for A/c No." 4130CD28684219 " worth Rs. 15600/- due to insufficient fund on the repayment date "[protected]" the charges for insufficient fund was recovered from me was Rs. 287.50 /- .( due to misunderstanding of Bank A/c no) But after that deduction also I was charged with two more penalties in the same month for Rs.( 287.50 +287.50 ) = Rs 575 /-.on dtd[protected]. &[protected]. After payment of Nov monthly installment.
            Total penalties within one month for installment worth Rs. 1560 /- in the month of November was levied to me was ( 287.50 + 287.50 +287.50) =862.50 /- was not justificable as below.
            Kindly revert me back my wrongly deducted two installments worth Rs 575 /- ( i.e. 287.50+287.50 resply) as early as possible & revert this mail.

                My name is p. nagababu,, my emi card no.[protected]. my card is temporary blocked. i request you please activate my card. this is not a good customer service. you people blocked my card without any prior intimation. i did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. this is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. you should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                  My name is tatu viky das, i took loan 3 years back from bajaj finance for electronic home products . Foreclosed it withon a year . Deducting from my axis bank continued . Now they tried and it appeared as insufficient balance from my account . This is affecting my CIBIL score vigoriously.
                  Please take action on the same .
                  They are trying to screw my finance world . Fraud, scamstar bajaj finance should be stopped .

                    Claim number oc[protected] 00001193. I have submitted my samsung led tv -55 inches one and half year old to the bajaj extended warranty service center in khairatabad (Hyderabad) on 12-nov as there was problem with the tv display. Till date i have not received my tv as promised with in 10days time and everyday when i call up to check the status the answer they provide is another 2 days. This is the same status that i get from them. There is no proper status provided to me, it has been already 24 days without the tv at my home.

                    When contacted the concerned manager, the answer i am getting is it will be done by this saturday and that saturday never comes. This has been continuing from the past two weeks

                    I am not sure when the led tv will be repaired and handed over to me. I want to know why there is a delay in getting my tv repaired and why proper status is provided to me? How long i am going to listen to the same word that it will take another two days. Atleast they should provide proper status when will the tv handed over to me?

                      In past, I have purchased a mobile 'VIVO V3' using services of Bajaj Finserv. Though until this point the services were up to the mark but this time around I am facing a problem of double deduction.

                      I paid my First EMI through SBI account already on 30-Nov-2016 but Bajaj Finserv has deducted the amount '1, 965' from my Kotak Card as well on 02-Dec-2016.

                      My Registered Mobile Number is '[protected]' and My loan ID is SF49960873.

                      I would like to request you all to look into this matter and refund the amount deducted.

                        I purchased a smartphone make vivo v3 on 23/10/2016 through bajaj finance, for which the emi 1875 was scheduled to get deducted from my ecs account. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe" is tagged to my loan account. And without my approval they have deducted the 1st installment of emi 2175 /-for i. E. They have charged 300/- extra in spite of 1875 for this unwanted product. I am shocked for such action of this reputed company. I request you to please raise the complain to this company and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                          I have registered my bajaj emi card few days before and the number i have registered is showing incorrect while tracking my card.                             I have a complain that, i have paid two premium in 16 th september 2016, one by ecs by bank on 16/09/2016 and one by your collection agent by cash, vide receipt number 14664155, book number 586567 dated 16/09/2016 for rs. 5, 729=00. i have called on same day to your collection agent that emi has been withdrawn by ecs please return the money to me, he said don't worry it will be returned to your account. but till today the money is not returned to my account. i have called several times, every time he said that don't worry it will be returned. i also give him the bank passbook xerox and id proof

                              Not received BT cheque in time. The rate is quite high. Top-up cheque is withheld. NO EMI HOLIDAY benefits.

                              Worst thing i did was to move out from HDFC to Bajaj Finance just for 3 EMI holidays the processing took so much time that i am left with only 1 EMI holiday.

                              My advice never go for Bajaj Finance for home loan. Its good for other loans though!

                                    My name is jayesh naik. lan Id -4050 PL 19485155 Loan Amount 1, 00.000/-.
                                    Before apply loan I am continuously confirm for loan interest details to Mr. Sanjay Bhadavalkar ID No.-BA06920 & also Customer care. person.

                                    Both said that I clear my loan with in a year than I have no interest, mean 0% interest . I continuously ask them for different different sentence like i paid by EMI 40, 000/- than what amount balance they said 60, 000/- both amount without interest paid with in year . I repeatedly ask them for confirmation also ask him that please said any hidden charges but they said no charges or interest because of my past record is good that's why I have offer.

                                    Now Completed 9 mount of EMI I contact to branch for clear My Loan. By EMI I Clear Amount of Rs. 37, 980/- balance is Rs. 62, 020/-. But now bajaj finance sakinaka Branch give me statement for balance Amount Rs. 87, 000/-.It is SHOCKING. I contacted Mr. Sanjay Relation Manager & also Contacted Mr. Vinod Manager But now Mr. Sanjay lie to me that he not said any without interest or Within year loan clear confirmation .

                                    Please help me out of all this, I am not ready to pay almost 25, 000/- extra of my Loan Amount. Kindly revert back to me immediately. mail Id [protected]@gmail.com
                                    Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls and messages from bajaj finserve end [protected], 402, 407 comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]
