I purchased an i phone from through Bajaj Finance and after 2 months of repayment of EMI I find that there is an additional amount is being deducted from my account which is not tolerable for a forgery. The loan account which is being added to my bajaj profile is 410DFS26220191. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Damaged Part Received By Delear Ganesham Gaurav Tower Jaipur On 6th October 2016. Dealer is not resolving it now.. Although contacted by Mr. Rakesh Saini In Bajaj Finserv Jaipur office but he also didn't give any solution rather then he provide a fake id of himself to provide the details. I'll not pay any single emi now. Please help and take an action asap.
Hi Team, I am getting 4-5 calls daily related to pre approved loans. I dont require loan right now. Please stop the calls right away or i need to go legally against the firm. My Number [protected].

    I, Swarup Dutta.Mobile no.[protected], informing that I have no loan in Bajaj Finance limited or any other Bajaj company in India. But since 4-5 months every week, sms and phone calls irritated, disgusted and displeased me.Some phone calls threatened me.Also they debited Rs.2320/- from my Chinsurah SBI account. Further today one sms from Bajaj finance limited threatened me to pay Rs2360/-, against loan account no:410p23967976, i[censored]npaid, take legal step.So this is fully irritable and intolerance attitude . If this matter will not stop within one week, then I will go to consumer court.

    My self, Swarup Dutta informing you that since 4-5 months phone calls and sms irritated, disgusted for an illigal and fraud loan imposing upon me and continue threatening to repay that fake loan (loan a/c no.410LIP[protected] which I never taken from bajaj finance ltd or any other bajaj company in india.So I have decided if no action will taken within 7 days by bajaj finance for these fake loan, I will directly go to consumer coart for taking legal action.

      I am rampatel - i applied for emi card & made a payment of 399. Thru net-banking.

      I received my emi card however it's not working. For (Online shopping / out lets) says invalid card number. May i know how it is possible? Where you sent a emi card with my name on my residence address.?

      Trying to reach so call customer service center no[protected] which is not a toll free// i end up calling them coz internal phone balance.

      As per emi form my customer id is 38369474 why its says wrong number & when i received emi card i dialed from my registered phone number 97*8 for 4 digit pin which i received in seconds.

      I want an update asap or your office address. With contact person details.

      When I called their customer care number[protected]for EMI cards) /[protected]for all other loans), there is no option to speak with their support representative. Also, I registered the complaint on their email id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in the only thing I received is the ticket number SRN07466272 .

          I have ordered an led tv worth 12999 from flipkart on emi using my bajaj finance card, but due to some problem at your end the loan amount is debited from my account twice for a single purchase. The two LAN ID are 410ECF27400923 and 410ECF27400943 are for a single purchase which is certainly not right. It's very disappointing. Please look into this matter asap and close anyone of this loan. Please refund the extra money that has been debited or else adjust it with the next loan due on 2nd December 2016. My customer id is 22055448.

            Hi,
            I had received a call from Bajaj finance executive Mr.Kiran saying I am eligible for homeloan.Mr.Kiran from Bajaj finance, Raheja towers, Chennai collected my documents and after scrutiny by the team I was given a pretty approved home loan of 43 lakhs.Based on this I finalised a home and paid the builder initial amount of 3 lakhs.This was done after confirming with Mr.Kiran and his manager on the approved home loan alloted to me.But now Mr.Kiran is not providing any updates on the loan disbursement and neither picking up my calls I have been calling him for more than 50 times in the last few days.Now my initial payment is held with the builder and I have not got my loan amount from bajaj as well.This is mentally disturbing as I have delivered a baby astro month and this is posing problems to my health as well.

              Getting junk system driven calls for installment reminders ; almost every second getting this call from yesterday. As they do have series of number we can not block it. When i have tried to approach relevant people they are just not taking it in hand by saying that its system problem and they can't do anything except suggesting me to wait for one or two days. Totally disappointed and frustrated.

                I took home loan & top up loan from Bajaj Finance and after taking loan Bajaj Finance is not following the terms & conditions which I agreed before disbursement of the loan.

                After taking loan I am being mentally harassed by Bajaj Finance.

                While applied for the loan, I have informed that EMI date must be on 10th of every month (proof is there) and their representative agreed the same whereas now they are not obeying the same and they are debiting EMI on 5th of every month.

                I escalated the matter with concern dept and they said after debiting the first EMI they will change the EMI date again i.e on 10th of every month.

                After debit of first EMI they rescheduled of EMI date but my EMI tenure has been increased by 2 more months just for 5 days.
                I could not understand the logic behind the same.
                I have agreed to pay interest for 5 days and requested to unchanged my EMI tenure but they did not agree.
                Even I have asked in writing that how my EMI tenure is increasing?
                I took loan for 240 months even I paid an EMI but now they are telling that my future EMI tenure is 242 months although there are no changes in total loan amount or interest.
                Have asked them to show all the calculation but not given anything in writing.
                Also they are not giving the reason behind the increase of repayment tenure.
                They charged me extra processing fees and not refunding the same.
                While took the loan they forced me to signed in agreement paper(blank) as per the conditions mentioned in the sanction letter and the mail which I received from their staff. Then, why deviation after the disbursement of loan?
                I have already informed to their staff about the EMI date before disbursement of my loan but why now there is a changes and trying to cheat?
                I will obey the conditions which I agreed before disbursement of loan.

                Request you to solve the issue immediately
                Plz stop calling me for personal loans.iam not interested.my no [protected]

                  I have taken a bussiness loan from bajaj and paid 11, 72, 400 for preclosure with only 4987 remaining amount but the company has placed a cheque with 73819.I have sent mails and went in person but no proper response still now very bad and worst experience with bajaj finance accounts department.HOW COULD THE COMPANY PLACE A CHEQUE WITH EXCESS AMOUNT.

Your company has contacted me many a times for various other loans. But your company never wanted to dispatch my emi card.                         I'm getting calls from Bajaj finace legal dept in the last 2 yrs very frequently in a threatening tone that I've defaulted by due amount now which sums upto Rs.11000+. Actually, I've foreclosed my loan by taking a DD in 2009 in the name of the head office, Pune and the only thing which I missed is to get a NOC from the branch. I was getting calls after years that I've defaulted the due amount which I tried explaining the executives calling me several times. They cut the call with a promise telling that they'll check from their end and nothing happened apart from I getting a legal notice from a collection agent in Coimbatore last year. I've tried explaining again that I've not defaulted the payment as I've foreclosed the loan. I would just want to know what I've defaulted with proof(my transaction statement till I foreclosed the loan). And also I would like to know if I've defaulted my loan, How could I have got my RC book and could have sold my vehicle in 2009.

                        I would need assistance and guidance to close this issue in my favour as I've not done anything wrong from my end in terms of payment default. On the other hand, bajaj finance records showing different status time and again where I was troubled and my Cibil scores have gone down because of this single issue.

                          I approached the Pavan Appliance, Karimnagar on 30.10.2016 for purchase a Refrigerator with EMI which cost comes to Rs.20, 900, LG company refrigerator. They said Bajaj Fiance will produce finance.

                          I contact the Bajaj Agent (Guggilla Rajender, Cell No.[protected]) who are available at the time in Pavan Appliance.

                          Bajaj Finance agent wants to register my details. I gave my all details with original profs Aadhar Card, Photo, Gas Bill, Electricity Bill, House Tax Bill, Bank Cheque, Bank Pass Book, House address, my two cell numbers.

                          But he filled only few details and he said to me "your proposal is rejected".
                          I asked what is the reason. But he didn't tell any thing and he says he is busy at that time and yesterday (30.10.2016) evening, i contact him in phone, but he disconnected the my call when i asks about the reason.

                          Some other your agents saying your CIBIL score is less. But with out filling the my Bank Account details how can u decide my CIBIL Score?

                          Why he fill my details incompletely in loan proposal registration form
                          or
                          Please give proper reason for why are you rejecting my loan proposal.

                          I lose my Diwali offer with your agent irresponsible.

                          I am waiting for your reply.

                            Please be aware never take loan from bajaj finance You might have to pay for additional loans you never took. I bought an AC with Bajaj Finance in year 2014 in 0% EMI. I was happy to have paid the full amount in EMIs and loan was closed on feb 2015. However to my shock I was charged additional 5 loans which I never took on 29th Oct 2016 amounting to Rs 84995. I am in process to sorting things out, however I am shocked to see how can a company disburse loan without my signature or documents.

                            Below is email copy I sent them on 31st Oct 2016

                            I would like to draw your attention towards a theft that has been done using my account on 29th Oct 2016. I was charged with 5 loans(image attached) in a single day with different amounts, I was quite shocked to see messages on my phone (screen shot attached) regarding the loans which I never applied for.

                            I am not able to digest how can you disburse loan without my signature and documents. I request you to cancel all those loans under my name as I have not taken those loans.

But I never taken any loan of rs 150000.00 form your company. Please check it carefully and informed me.                                   My name is Kamal vachhani, My Cust ID is 29838768, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th Oct. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                                    Hi,

                                    Unfortunately I once took a loan from bajaj finserv to buy a home appliance in 2013 and cleared it in 2014. They have issued some emi card which i did not ask. I have signed documents for ecs debit from my account. Now they have used the same documents to deducted Rs.100 in 2016 towards card charges without my approval.

                                    I have raised a complaint for refund and they ignored.

                                    This is really a cheap level to hide things from deduct.

                                      Hi 1 month before i got a call from bajaj finance they said upto 25lakhs we given loan for my profile.that time i ask him for 2lakhs they used my urgency.they ask me 3% processing then 6% transaction fee was refundable mode.when they received 6% transaction fees they r not pick my call.now i lose my enjoyment diwali time.this rbc & fft services.mobile number [protected], [protected],
                                      same here with me the sales agent named kanika used to call me. I paid almost 20000 as a processing fee. Now that is not picking my calls.
