I took home loan & top up loan from Bajaj Finance and after taking loan Bajaj Finance is not following the terms & conditions which I agreed before disbursement of the loan.

After taking loan I am being mentally harassed by Bajaj Finance.

While applied for the loan, I have informed that EMI date must be on 10th of every month (proof is there) and their representative agreed the same whereas now they are not obeying the same and they are debiting EMI on 5th of every month.

I escalated the matter with concern dept and they said after debiting the first EMI they will change the EMI date again i.e on 10th of every month.

After debit of first EMI they rescheduled of EMI date but my EMI tenure has been increased by 2 more months just for 5 days.
I could not understand the logic behind the same.
I have agreed to pay interest for 5 days and requested to unchanged my EMI tenure but they did not agree.
Even I have asked in writing that how my EMI tenure is increasing?
I took loan for 240 months even I paid an EMI but now they are telling that my future EMI tenure is 242 months although there are no changes in total loan amount or interest.
Have asked them to show all the calculation but not given anything in writing.
Also they are not giving the reason behind the increase of repayment tenure.
They charged me extra processing fees and not refunding the same.
While took the loan they forced me to signed in agreement paper(blank) as per the conditions mentioned in the sanction letter and the mail which I received from their staff. Then, why deviation after the disbursement of loan?
I have already informed to their staff about the EMI date before disbursement of my loan but why now there is a changes and trying to cheat?
I will obey the conditions which I agreed before disbursement of loan.

Request you to solve the issue immediately

    I have taken a bussiness loan from bajaj and paid 11, 72, 400 for preclosure with only 4987 remaining amount but the company has placed a cheque with 73819.I have sent mails and went in person but no proper response still now very bad and worst experience with bajaj finance accounts department.HOW COULD THE COMPANY PLACE A CHEQUE WITH EXCESS AMOUNT.

I had given a mandate to Bajaj Auto Finance to deduct Rs 2500.00 per month with effect from 02 July 2015 for a period of 14 months with ends in Aug 2016, however they have presented ECS mandate for 18 months apart from receiving cash in the month of Sep 2015 and their representative assured of not presenting the cheque twice (total 19 months payment @ Rs 2500.00 amount to Rs 47, 500.00(including the amount of Rs 2500.00 which they have presented on 26 Oct 2016 even after reporting the matter to Bajaj Finance they have deducted from my account as EMI and an excess amount of Rs 1244.00 has been decucted as other charges.(I am enclosing the following documents for your reference please

      (b) Purchase voucher from GIRIAS INVESTMENT (P) LTD bearing No FS/BR/189 dated 31 May 2015.

Your company has contacted me many a times for various other loans. But your company never wanted to dispatch my emi card. Please refer to requests srn06436664, srn06667296, srn06998516, srn06998516, srn07204473 and srn07339571. This is utter ignorance from your side.

          I'm getting calls from Bajaj finace legal dept in the last 2 yrs very frequently in a threatening tone that I've defaulted by due amount now which sums upto Rs.11000+. Actually, I've foreclosed my loan by taking a DD in 2009 in the name of the head office, Pune and the only thing which I missed is to get a NOC from the branch. I was getting calls after years that I've defaulted the due amount which I tried explaining the executives calling me several times. They cut the call with a promise telling that they'll check from their end and nothing happened apart from I getting a legal notice from a collection agent in Coimbatore last year. I've tried explaining again that I've not defaulted the payment as I've foreclosed the loan. I would just want to know what I've defaulted with proof(my transaction statement till I foreclosed the loan). And also I would like to know if I've defaulted my loan, How could I have got my RC book and could have sold my vehicle in 2009.

          I would need assistance and guidance to close this issue in my favour as I've not done anything wrong from my end in terms of payment default. On the other hand, bajaj finance records showing different status time and again where I was troubled and my Cibil scores have gone down because of this single issue.

            Sir, I am V. JAGAN, from Karimnagar Dist., Telangana State.

            I approached the Pavan Appliance, Karimnagar on 30.10.2016 for purchase a Refrigerator with EMI which cost comes to Rs.20, 900, LG company refrigerator. They said Bajaj Fiance will produce finance.

            I contact the Bajaj Agent (Guggilla Rajender, Cell No.[protected]) who are available at the time in Pavan Appliance.

            Bajaj Finance agent wants to register my details. I gave my all details with original profs Aadhar Card, Photo, Gas Bill, Electricity Bill, House Tax Bill, Bank Cheque, Bank Pass Book, House address, my two cell numbers.

            But he filled only few details and he said to me "your proposal is rejected".
            I asked what is the reason. But he didn't tell any thing and he says he is busy at that time and yesterday (30.10.2016) evening, i contact him in phone, but he disconnected the my call when i asks about the reason.

            Some other your agents saying your CIBIL score is less. But with out filling the my Bank Account details how can u decide my CIBIL Score?

            Why he fill my details incompletely in loan proposal registration form
            or
            Please give proper reason for why are you rejecting my loan proposal.

            I lose my Diwali offer with your agent irresponsible.

              Please be aware never take loan from bajaj finance You might have to pay for additional loans you never took. I bought an AC with Bajaj Finance in year 2014 in 0% EMI. I was happy to have paid the full amount in EMIs and loan was closed on feb 2015. However to my shock I was charged additional 5 loans which I never took on 29th Oct 2016 amounting to Rs 84995. I am in process to sorting things out, however I am shocked to see how can a company disburse loan without my signature or documents.

              Below is email copy I sent them on 31st Oct 2016

              I would like to draw your attention towards a theft that has been done using my account on 29th Oct 2016. I was charged with 5 loans(image attached) in a single day with different amounts, I was quite shocked to see messages on my phone (screen shot attached) regarding the loans which I never applied for.

              I am not able to digest how can you disburse loan without my signature and documents. I request you to cancel all those loans under my name as I have not taken those loans.

                    My name is Kamal vachhani, My Cust ID is 29838768, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th Oct. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                    Kindly resolve this issue.

                      Hi,

                      Unfortunately I once took a loan from bajaj finserv to buy a home appliance in 2013 and cleared it in 2014. They have issued some emi card which i did not ask. I have signed documents for ecs debit from my account. Now they have used the same documents to deducted Rs.100 in 2016 towards card charges without my approval.

                      I have raised a complaint for refund and they ignored.

                      This is really a cheap level to hide things from deduct.

                            My EMI card no. - [protected] . I just received a message saying your card has been blocked due to some policy. They didn't mention any reason for card block.

                            When I called their customer care number[protected]for EMI cards) /[protected]for all other loans), there is no option to speak with their support representative. Also, I registered the complaint on their email id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in the only thing I received is the ticket number SRN07284367.

                            When I went to their branch in sakinaka(Mumbai) they suggest me to apply for the new card which is clear fraud. I paid for this card and took the loan on it of 40k and you blocked for no reason. Kindly look into this and unblock my card.

                              The same thing is happened with me. I purchased iPhone 6S and the another loan is showing there by the name of DIGITAL FONE SAFE with the amount of 3299/- I don't even know what is it..?? why they have added this without my knowledge ..??
                              This is really annoying.!!

                                      I am sweety ingle. my bajaj customer id : 1727140. i do not for which reason my registered phone which is [protected] (correct mobile number). all my otp are going to [protected] (incorrect mobile number/ non existent). we have spoke to 7 different customer executive's with no use we do not blame them. we tried to do personal approach as we tried to approach an bajaj agent who sits at kompally bajaj showroom who was very very rude and diverted back to customer service again even after we telling him our problem. so we went to bajaj finserv branch at kukatpally hyderabad - agent sitting there is not even listening to us and looking at his phone. so our last option is to send this email. please update my registered phone number to [protected] and my email to : ingle.                                         I am naresh sharma.4 year back i bought two electronic products from a local vendor through bajaj finance and i pay all installments and complete my loan in february 2013 (I have noc of both loans) and i get a emi card of bajaj finance.

                                        This year i was looking for buy a laptop then i visit acomputer shop they where making emi through bajaj finance when they check my bajaj finance emi card they told me that its blocked they process request for activate my card then bajaj finance customer care person told me that there is outstanding amount is still showing on my end. Then i visit bajaj finance office in sector 26 chandigarh and ask them for details.

                                        Then they give me a shocking details that when i buy product through bajaj finance then they activate a insurance policy which amount is 300 or 400 is pending and now that amount is 15000. I told him that i didn't ask for any policy and and i didn't take any claim in your policy but it was showing in my account so i told him that i will pay 400 rs please clear my account and cibl but he was not agree on this.

                                        After this they started calling me for 15000 amount and 3 times i got call on the behalf of delhi police yesterday i got a call from a delhi police officer devinder singh rathore ([protected]) and he told me that there is a non bailable warrant for me. Then i visit my local police station and ask them for notice regarding my warrant. They told me that there is not any such kind of notice on my name.

                                        Police officer who call me yesterday was abusing and talking very much rashly a unethical behavior (There is a app in my phone which automatically record my calls i have call recording also) i leave my work and visit police station yesterday. Bajaj finance calling person doing mentally harassment and because of this i am not be able to do my work so i am also in loss of financially.

                                        So i have a humble request please stop calling me from these kind of numbers and torturing me mentally i didn't ask for any insurance but if its showing on my end then i will pay 400 issue me noc and also correct my cibl score its a request. If you can help me i will be very thank full to you. If there is no solution then i have no other way expect legal way so i have to go to consumer court but i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible because i don't want to waist my time and your time.
