Dear Sirs,

I have been your valued customer for the past 3 years and I have been enjoying in buying the products of my choice with easy monthly instalments provided by Bajaj Finserve.

During the month of August 2016, I purchased a Samsung S7 Edge mobile phone. At the time of purchase, my Credit limit was Rs.2 Lakhs.

After leaving a gap of 45 days, I once again during October went to purchase another mobile phone for my wife. At this time, I was informed by the Samsung dealer and your Bajaj Staff checked in the system and informed me that I have MINUS 13000 and cannot buy the product. It was a real shock for me.

May I request you to kindly inform me the exact available limit on my card as of date. I understand that Bajaj has BLOCKED all cards due to some non-payment reason. I request Bajaj that you must have a LIST OF GOOD CUSTOMERS AND BAD CUSTOMERS and evaluate accordingly.

Please go through my history of payment and inform me what is my present limit on the Card and enhance my limit by seeing my purchase record and payment record at your end.

It is impossible to contact you over phone any time of the day and hence this mail.

Please treat the matter as urgent.

Rspected manager, I vijay joshi an account holder of one of the most
reputed Bajaj finserv in India and also a personal loan holder of your reputed
Bajaj finserv mumbai with Account no.4050PL00537941, I just
want to bring to notice to you the behaviour of your Bajaj employees
from the collection department.I for myself know that I owe
some money to the bajaj regarding my personal loan which I will be paying
very soon that is an amount of 27000 only .But according to your babaj
officials which I know they are not I am sure they are from some 3rd
class agency to which you people have forwaded my Loan details as I
owe u people money.These people started harrasing me and torturing me
like anything over the phone as though I owe you people money in lakhs
or crores. I have informed them about my poor financial conditions of
which I am going through now as it is becoming very difficult
nowadays for me as a lady /man to cope up with my financial conditions, but
these people started harrasing me daily, they have now made it a
habbit to call me and abuse me daily of which I have a detailed
recording of the executives, things became even worse when these
executives abused me on the phone so much like no one has ever
humiliated me in this manner.And also 1 of your executives with the
name Rajendra prasad mishra has also called me up during unofficial hours. His mobile
number is [protected].he used abusive word ( teri aukat nahi hai, paisa de nahi to tere padosi ko paresan karuga ..tu mil muje teri marta hu
) also recording in my cell.He has even visited my house in the night/morning
at 9pm which has scared me too much as tomorrow he may come in the
night also, and he has created a havock thrice by coming to my house at
unofficial hours and now he has made it a habbit to call me up in the
late evenings also, my Aunti who is a senior citzen has been horrified
by this incident so much that I even get scared to leave her alone.
Also according to my information and knowledge this behaviour from the
bank and its agencies is totally against the law and also against the
Guidelines of the R.B.I .I request you to please investigate into this
matter if not then I will not refrain my self to seek help from the
Police, the media and also the senoir citizens welfare trust in Andheri
as I have detailed recordings of your executives saying that they are
calling from Bajaj Finserv and not any agency. Kindly Investigate.

I purchased a TV and took Bajaj Extended Warranty. From 29th Sept 2016 the TV is not working and I raised a complaint with the costumer care on 29th. After couple of days a technician visited and informed their is problem with the TV and he will come the next day and collect the TV for repair and get it done. No one has come till date I have spoken to your regional manager Malikarjun and he says today it will be done tomorrow it will be done. Nothing is done till date. You guys need to inform the costumers this is how your service is before providing the extended warranty and collecting the money from costumers. My LAN no is 404EWC09660612. Can anyone check and let me know the status.

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to no reasons., before the thing happening, . This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

Daily i am getting calls from bajaj finance, these calls are really irritating can you people help me to get rid of those calls. Call frequency is very high 3-5 call per day, if i didn't pick up the call again i am getting the call in next 5 minutes.
These guys have generated auto call set up and killing our time, disturbing my privacy can any one please help to get rid of this.

I really regret taking a loan from Bajaj. Damn irritated dueto 5-6 calls daily from your department!! Its actually frustrating.

Dont you understand that we dont require loans? they can call you at any odd hour! and despite telling the customer care, they dont stop the calls. Really feel if this company and management has any self respect, may be they like getting abused by customers.

I am blocking all the numbers but its getting increased on daily basis. I have requested them earlier also to stop automated calls from your company as i am not interested and don't want further any calls from your company. But still its not getting resolved. I have made the final payment of Rs 1300/- towards my loan 4020CD00391633 and Still the Website says the amount is outstanding. I want NOC for the payment. Have already visited the office thrice and all they say is to check after some days. I am tired of this. If I dont get a solution I will file a case against the company.

Hello sir my name is deepak ahirwar I'm a student of bpt & I worked on a Clinic and my earning is 20000 p/m on 8 Oct I decide to buy a phone from a mobile shop for that I ask for finance and I told them I'm self-employed and a students the inquiry person is not very gd educated ask me where I work I tell him I'm work at physiotherapy center and he wrote pathology instead I'm tell him its physiotherapy he just tell me its just on paper u don't worry then I ask y the he told me there is no fi done by bajaj finance so I said OK after that he log in my finance casa but as we r Indian I goto another shop ask for the rate and I do bargaining and the 2nd shopkeeper agree to give me genuine rate so I agree to buy Mobile from 2nd shopkeeper and I told him that 1st shopkeeper already login my case so he ask for the case transfer after that I got a call from first shopkeeper h talk very angry and told me u never get a finance from bajaj ever their is lots of problem is occur in my case the fi boy come at my home I told him everything but what problem is there they don't finance me a phone bajaj finance officer told me that they go to my work place and the person over there told him I m not work over there

After so much trouble I have to buy mobile in cash
But still I want to know y u don't finance me bajaj finance because I change shopkeeper???????????????????????? Reply

there are morethan 100 finance companies are available in market, no one is disturbing me like this, this really irritating. Please remove my number or else i go consumer court.

We have buy mobile on 24/08/2016 from mobile point shop bill number is 863 amount of mobile bill of 15020/-rs buy location ahmedabad by name monika rathod stolen date is 17/09/2016 and fir date is of 20/09/2016 @ vastrapur police station ahmedabad. Kindly take care of this issue

I am fed up of multiple calls from bajaj finance automated calling mechanism, call come at odd times as well, I have blocked so many numbers yet these stupid people call from multiple nos.

Why do companies call, when consumers are not interested

I have now decided, I will never ever go to bajaj for any loans, as they irritated me to maximum tolerance level

It is too much irritating that i am getting 20-30 calls per day for personal loan from last 6 months but the no of calls suddenly increased and in every 30 min. i am getting 3-5 calls a day. Due to this i lost some of my important calls which i have book online. Even i have blocked some no but how no they are calling from another no. No[protected] and many others.

As my proposal was rejected, i daily making phone & requesting to him to get back my documents to me. Even i had been to office also. Every time he is given excuses.

I have taken a personal & small business loans, amount Rs 1027000 with agreement no 401PSB17391270
From your company, I want to foreclose my account immediately, I have taken a foreclosure letter from yournetaji subhash place Branch delhi today, The letter is showing foreclosure charges @4% at outstanding Principle of rs 36736.66/-
When i took the loan from your company then i have signed your agreement, at the time of loan disbursal, the agreement shows foreclosure charges are NIL, Now why are your company is taking the above mention charges, Kindly send me foreclosure letter immediately without foreclosure charges.And also send the copy of agreement which i have signed.

I have taken flexi loan from bajaj. They have deducted processing and credited my loan amount.
while repaying back i should pay processing amount again

Ex: I took Loan 100000 and the processing fee they said 2000+250 so they have disbursed 97750. while paying back i should pay back 100000.

No one told me before i take the loan that you need to pay deducted processing again.

They are hiding the charges and taking more money.

I have taken a loan almost 8 years back and I have cleared all the EMI but recently when i went to other loan then i came to know that my last EMI is due but I have cleared all the dues I don’t know why it’s showing pending?
To clear this due I have contact to bajaj finance the I got call from Mr Nilesh – [protected] from bajaj and they ready to give settlement for 2000rs and once the payment done they will give the NOC so I have made the payment for 2000 but I didn’t get the NOC.
Now they are refusing to pick my call, Pls tell what should I do now, should I log a FIR for against this fraud.

I receive at least 10 calls a day from Bajaj finance from various numbers. I have blocked at least 15 of them and still I get call from other numbers.

I am not interested in any loan from you guys. My only mistake was I took a loan from you guys on a home theatre. I should have have taken a personal loan instead. Please stop calling me.

On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. I went to Bajaj finance office but they asked to contact customer care who are not available. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
