I want to surrender my EMI card. The agents had marketed the EMI card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (i.e. renewal and annual etc.). But the Company is charging annual fee of Rs 99.00.
Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture . It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the Company.
Please provide proper training to your marketing agents to give correct information to the customers at the time of selling the EMI cards. It will help the Company to survive in long run.

Kindly suggest me the way to surrender the EMI card.

Ipurchased a fridge from a LG shop which is situated in Kalyani, Nadia on the basis of EMI. But 1st EMI was not correctly paid because the shop owner did not tell the correct amount of EMI. At last i pay bouncing charge and EMI charge to your representative. But, again two times bouncing charge debited from my SBI account. When i contact shop they did not properly help me. Then, they said that you get the amount. But till today, i can't get it. Please refund the amount immediately... Thank you...

The bajaj finance is more than the robbers or cheaters as i made nearly 30 complaints through emails and through written complaints. But they are having a very tough skin so not responding for my mails and complaints. I made my payment of rs2995/- on 05/07/2016 through my credit card to my consumer durable loan 4680cd20878803 payment reference no. Gcmp[protected] bank ref no.930005 pr 1390. The customer grievance heads are also having a very strong head. So it is hereby informed to all if you are in the hands of bajaj finserv they will deceive us in all the ways.

Please stop calling me regarding loan offers from bajaj, my number is [protected].

Last year once i took emi option from you while purchasing a washing machine.
Since then i am receiving 5 to 6 callls and 4 to 5 sms from you everyday regarding loan offers. Inspite of requesting not interested and not to make further calls, i am getting these calls/sms everyday.

This is really irritating please stop calling my number.

In 5/8/16 i got micro max phone by bajaj credit card. that cost it is 17, 500.
and i purchased laptop, music system(car) etc.
but now bajaj finance telling about" Digital fone safe " (1700 Rs)EMI 225/month also
i dont know how cold happen it.( i didnt buy any digital fone safe @ any were )
so it is cheating ...dont make again this type cheating.

Daily receive calls from Bajaj finance. I am tired with the calls. All calls are recorded call. It disturb especially when I'm in meetings or in poor health conditions. My request is please take necessary action against this kind of companies. Please let them know this is not the way of marketing. Also my request is, please help me in this matter. I am getting so many calls from bajaj finance since past one year, some times people call me from landline and sometimes from the mobile, it is very troublesome for me as the call come regularly. Many times the caller misbehaves and use foul language, so kindly look into the matter and do the needful. My mobile number is - [protected] so make sure i don't get any call from bajaj finance.

I have bought two wheeler from krr autos, tirupur.
On 2011 discover reg no: tn 39 bc 1498 and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of june 2013 but the noc for the same is not received for the same. I am trying it from last two months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch. Staff neglects the customer problems. Please help me for the same.

Requesting to please STOP the all calls for loans. I am not interested to take any loan and hoping that I don't get the calls again from Bajaj Finance...

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I had taken a loan to finance the purchase for one of my household items and I seriously regret taking it from Bajaj Finance now. I am not interested in taking any kind of loan.(Specially from Bajaj Finance). So, please these calls as it will make sure that you will loose more and more customers. My mobile no .[protected].

I never registered to receive your advertising calls. Is it really ethical or professional to spam someone with so many calls in a day. How can bajaj do this.
No2. Moreover even though I submitted my right address proofs they have recorded some other address in my name. It's a combination of my previous address and current address.
No 3. Without even registering for a life insurance they registered me by default and started taking EMI from my account.

Bajaj finance = Unethical

A mobile of Samsung galaxy A5 purchase by me few month ago . the mobile display unfortunately destroyed from me a few day ago. I gave a application to claimed the insurance of display but not any claimed provide to me . many time a complaint given by me but not any action taken by company . so, please take action to provide me a claimed fastly. Long time back (3years back) I have taken a TV and got it financed through Bajaj finance at the shop itself. Bajaj finance later send me some EMI card. All EMI for the TV paid on time through my ICICI bank account.

Now after three years Bajaj finance without my authorization deducted Rs. 99 from ICICI account toward EMI card fees. I have never authorized them to take any card fee. If after there year they have introduced some fees on the card, they can check with me if I want to pay or not, and then if I am not willing to pay they should discontinue my card.

But somehow they got themselves shaking hand with ICICI and fraudulently deducted Rs. 99 from my ICICI account on 19th Sep.

My Bajaj finance customer ID is: 15055258.

Bajaj finance must immediately reverse Rs. 99 and close my EMI card as I am not willing to pay any single rupee for that EMI card. Moreover, I have never authorized them to deduct any money from my account for any EMI card.

Also stern action must be initiated against ICICI and Bajaj finance for joining hand to do all fraud and malpractice to rob people.

I had applied for Bajaj EMI card through your online Portal, I got 40000 eligibility with my details, I had made the payment also 399.00 from my debit cart to get emi card after filling all the details
But after that i didnt get any confirmation mail or message to me, whether the card is getting delivered or not, But amount was debited to me
What the hell is happening, If you are not willing to Approve my card or deliver the card how can you accept my payment to you

Please look into the matter and get this resolved Urgently

In a given day, i receive atleast five calls from Bajaj finance automated IVR machine or from an executive. I never applied for a loan neither i approached them for any reason. Please Sue this company for god sake they cannot keep disturbing people just like that even after denying their offer- my mobile number is [protected]. Whenever i enquired form where did they get my number they just hang up the call and next day i get a call from another guy offering a loan. Also, They send atleast two SMS every day saying i have a pre approved loan of a different amount everyday. My messenger is almost full with their messages and i'm tired of deleting their messages. I have also tried blocking their number but everyday they call me from a new number.

If you can't take any action against the company . At least get my number out from their mailing list . Will be looking forward to hear from you

I have taken bajaj finance card the card must be delivered through xpressbees courier services when I track the details it is showing the following date and time 21/9/2016 05:06 PM The message was as the consignee was not available when i was available full day at home As the time shows 10.21 PM at night Though i was at home Kindly deliver my card As Soon As possible .My order no AWB:[protected]

My name is yogesh chauhan, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce on 2 sep. On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
