Receiving daily 6-7 calls in a day from bajaj finserve and eveytime theres a new number from wich i receive the call regarding to take loan. As im a student i face lots of problems just bcoz of the calls i am not interested to take loan. So plea

    I requried photocopies of loan agreement and other document which i have singed. As certain part of said document was blank. The understanding given to me same shall be filed at office and photocopies will be sent to you but no action

    As per discussion that rs 18000 towards insurance on my life sum assured rs 16 lakhs for five years but i have received policy no og[protected]., the premium is rs 1000 and for one year. After lot of follow up i have recd
    Another policy no og[protected] cmpresive care polocy sum assured rs 172350 premum rs 16999. Now i request you to cancelled said policy and credit rs 16999 to my loan account

      Dear Team,

      I am frustrated with the marketing strategy of Bajaj finance services and I would like to get in touch with the CMO of the company.

      It was my fault that once I took loan from your company and since then daily I am getting at least 10 calls to take another loan from your financial institution. Irrespective of what urgent work I would be doing, on what urgent call I would be on, these automatic calls from your system is poking me every hour of my life. I would like to talk to the highest authority of your company regarding this. Not only this I will file a complain against such behavior of your company.

      If I would be in need of any loan I will come to you directly, bloody no need to ask me every hour.

      I don't know what all idiots have been hired by company and such cheap strategies developed by CMO to get the customers.

      I need a call from your company on high priority to further discuss on the same. If I will not get any response over this mail, I will directly approach the CMO and CEO of this third class company.
      I have a bajaj EMI card. I get it by applying online. But I couldn't used this while online buying product on emi. I haven't submitted any documents till now. I want to know that how could I submit my documents including open nach mandate form without buying any product. My contact & registered no is[protected].

          Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserv end, comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . I am getting irritation, because of these phone calls.So please stop the same. if not, i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]

          I am getting irritation because of these phone calls at my working place. During late nights or sometimes early morning also, i used to get calls from Bajaj Finance.

          This is not a good practice.

          Please resolve my problem Asap.

            Almost every day I am getting recorded call from bajaj finserve on daily basis from various no's like [protected]/[protected]/+[protected] etc for personal loan.
            Even after blocking one no. they start calling by some different no.s
            Please stop irritating me by such frequent recorded voice calls by different no.s otherwise I will move to consumer court with all the evidences.

              its been 16 days i have been submitted my doucumets for personal loan to bajaj finserv as per the their executive collected the documents on 1st of sep 2016 they have been told us we will get a verification call from their side but no verification call i got nor they are trying picking up my calls as i only have their executive"s contact number but even that guy don't even bother to pick up my call & answer me whenever i 'll call him he directly disconnect the line saying i'll call you or he'll switch off his fone which very pathetic service they are giving same with their customercare service num i must say this is just rediculous & very pathetic service they give to their customer. i just to find whether loan is going to sanction or not... that's all my concern is.

                Bajaj finance and its all partners who are connected all at fully fake and fraud. They used to demand only for money and after that if any customer try to contact then never answer/reply them. If we cross check by our end then customer I'd and passwords goes wrong as they provide only fake details so be aware and choose any other better option rather then Bajaj and its partners.

                If Bajaj is only 1% genuine then contact me I'll give you my valuable feedback and all details to cross check all about my details if want to know any more ask me let u know.

                  I have been your customer since 2 years almost with various products of yours. This is regarding the foreclosure charges. You have mentioned that "Nil foreclosure charges post clearance of first EMI" in below web page of your website. What does that mean?

                  I have CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN from your company. Now, my current outstanding is Rs 2, 01, 742. I have attached Experia account image which says all details of my loan. Now, I want to close my loan by paying the outstanding. So how much will I need to pay for that?

                  Your representative told me that there are no foreclosure charges when I took the loan. And looking at that benefit, I took this loan in the year 2015. I know that the foreclosure charges are being applied from 1st July 2016.

                  So considering all these points, how much will I need to pay to foreclose my loan? My Experia account says I have to pay Rs. 2, 12, 243.27 of amount. How?

                    I regret to be bajaj finserv customer. i am flooded with lots of automated call and promotional SMS on my mobile. This offers i have already declined so many times also speak to your customer care executive that i m not interested in your per-approved loan offer, but all gone wasted.still i am regularly receiving calls and SMS. please stop this non sense immediately, else i have no other option to break relationship with bajaj finserv. please spare me from your too many promotional calls and SMS

I feel This bajaj finserv has some bad people as customer care executives, bajaj finserv management has to think about this and need a rectification in those areas who directly interact with customer, please get that sorted or else very soon your business will get to an end. Hope the management takes this as an feedback for getting things on right track.

                        In my account i am seeing that 1 missed emi for extended warranty cd, but i have paid all the amount for last month. I have not miss any emi. I don't know why it's showing like this. And it shows "there is no emi overdues" if i am try to pay that missed emi. And the worst part is my emi card has been blocked why the hell is happening? It's very frustrating, as a customer i have never gone unpaid. I need to use my card now. Looking forward to your reply. Also i have attached all the screenshots please check. Gimme a solution as soon as possible.

                          I give my house address change in last month to conceran brance but i did not get any sms or they accept that address or not if call for the numbers tollfree the excutive also not reoly properly the customer . why plz give correct information to the customers, and other thing already i am existing customer for person loan also i am asking that details that also they did not give why atleast they what to say this offer you get so and so month, this make customer to feel sad when are ready to pay that flat interset and give all the ready to accept compaly rules and regulation.

                              Hi, there is a debit to my account on 26 August for EMI card issued by Bajaj Finance which I never asked for.

                              I had taken consumer goods loan twice (once in 2010 & again in 2014). on that basis you guys simply assumed that, I would go for another loan and issued a card and charged my account. Charge Reference number - BF[protected] and customer id - 4123575, amount charged - INR 99. this is an order that you buggers must refund this money.

                              Mr. Rahul Bajaj, I always thought you are an honest person, but see your team such a pathetic one. They are cheating consumers to make money for your company. Do they have your sanction to cheat? You must fire the concerned people out of your company if you want to keep your reputation up.

                                I bought i-phone through the bajaj finserv scheme. I have 3 emi so far .Still i didnt recieve any emi card . I couldnt even conact with any customer service. they have give the customer support no. but no one will speek to us .From our (customer side) there is no way to reach bajaj finserv but from their side (bajaj finserv) they have all such proof o[censored]s . Also wen i when I went to bajaj finserv office, I noticed lots of conflicts with the customer and Bajaj finserv staff. there are lots of issues like (changing the interest rate, changing the emi amount, deducting high amount which is not the actual one, without informing customer. I dont all these things are done by bajaj finserv or happening because of carelessness of staff working over there.
                                But wat ever it may be, bajaj has to take responsible for each and every problems. So i request Bajaj finserv to take remedy for such problems.
                                We are getting calls from Bajaj finance continuously. Is there any chance to file police compliant or registering in Consumer Complaints in enough

                                  On 31 August 2016, i log complaint to bajaj for issue with my spilt AC wall mounting bracket have been broken, So i log a complaint (OC[protected], After a week no one response so again i had call with tollfree extended warranty they had given me claim department number and ask me to call to them.
                                  After long Chase with claim department finally a technicians have visited and taken photo of spilt AC of broken part and he told us will update you on tommarow, after two days techician have call me and said that broken part will not cover under warranty.So I want know what is parts and service cover under extended warranty for my split AC.

                                  At time purchase of extended warranty, they convince us that they cover all parts.So now i think i got cheated.
                                  And service and call co- ordination is very very BAD.No one care or even responses.
                                  Daily customer care are calling like anything I don't want any call from your side. Please
