Hello sir,

I have applied for bajaj emi card online, and i have paid rs. 399/ using netbanking sbi.
But i did get not any confirmation email. I have mailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but did not get any positive response.
They replied to get loan account no using sms. But i tried to get loan account no using sms then they replied that, this phone number is not registered with us.

So let me know what was my registered mobile no and when i get emi card with loan amount : 30000/

If you are unable to provide emi card then kindly return my applied amount.

I pradeep zamindar paid full loan amout vide receipt no.425/095548 on 29dec2008at your indore madhumilan square indore 452001. I receive the certificate of satisfaction vide s. No 2718453. Against purchase finance agreement no. 2816803. Thus there is no dues against me. Even your company workers given mental tourcher wchich is irreparable. Furter for your perusal i am enclosing all the documents. Please remove my name from the defaulter list. And pay respectable amount as i am class one government officer. In my credit score, i find bajaj finance - loan amount pending under order number 8120 and 8129. I have not taken any loan nor anything pending with
Bajaj finance. This is wrongly booked in my name. Please correct your records or otherwise i will have to take it up legally. Freeda m, no. 129 ferns residency

Dear sir, mam
i have bought two wheeler from bajaj and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of octomber but the noc for the same is not received for the same . I am trying it from last four months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch . Staff neglects the customer problems.Please help me for the same .

I had taken person loan from Bajaj Finance despite little higher rate of interest only because Bajaj Finance was offering 3 main benefits as below.

1. Nil Foreclosure Charges
2. Part Payment Facility
3. Prompt Repayment Benefit

But when I foreclosed the loan Bajaj Finance did not offer any of the above benefits. I was told that the company policy has changed. I was charged a number of charges as below.

1) It charged 4 % foreclosure charges,
2) I re-paid the amount it cheque, Bajaj collected advance interest of 6 days when any cheque gets cleared in 3 days.
3) It did not close the loan in one request. The customer is first required to visit branch to raise a foreclosre request and then and 2nd visit to actually close the loan.

What is more unacceptable and fraud is that after I closed the laon, I again started getting calls from Bajaj sales team for loans with "Nil fore closure charges" and all.

Bajaj Finance is a fraud company and cheating it's customer.

Please do not go for loans with Bajaj looking at their attractive benefits, all the benefits are withdrawn after some time,

Bajaj Finance has even changed it's customer helpline numbers from toll free numbers to chargable numbers.

Go for stable banks like HDFC, AXIS, SBI etc.

I am receiving regular calls from bajaj finance for issuing loan as i am not interested i do disconnect the calls. On 19/09/2016 i have received a miscall from [protected] as it was a unknown number i call back and understand it is from bajaj finance so immediately i disconnected the call. I got an a slum sms from this no immediately. On verification we found the call & sms received mr akash khandu, from bajaj finance. We want to take up this matter to police if the written apology and action taken care from your organisation over mail or in writing. My cell no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I am simply getting irritated by the recorded call i am receiving from bajaj finance loan department daily 3-4 times phone calls from bajaj finance loan comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same ASAP if not than i shall move to consumer court. I am really getting frusted by this now so just stop it and resolve it ASAP. Pls stop continous calling and messaging on the mobile no.[protected]. i am not your customer and am not intrested in being your customer, so pls stop bothering me immediately. it is almost an harrasment with phone ringing all the time with taped messages offering various financial services.

I had applied for Bajaj Emi card through your online Portal,
I got 70000 eligibility with my details
I had made the payment also 399.00 from my credit card to get emi card after filling all the details
But after that i didnt get any confirmation mail or message to me, whether the card is getting delivered or not, But amount was debited to me
What the hell is happening, If you are not willing to Approve my card or deliver the card how can you accept my payment to you

I want my amount to be refunded or Card to get delivered for the given address

Receiving daily 6-7 calls in a day from bajaj finserve and eveytime theres a new number from wich i receive the call regarding to take loan. As im a student i face lots of problems just bcoz of the calls i am not interested to take loan. So plea

I requried photocopies of loan agreement and other document which i have singed. As certain part of said document was blank. The understanding given to me same shall be filed at office and photocopies will be sent to you but no action

As per discussion that rs 18000 towards insurance on my life sum assured rs 16 lakhs for five years but i have received policy no og[protected]., the premium is rs 1000 and for one year. After lot of follow up i have recd
Another policy no og[protected] cmpresive care polocy sum assured rs 172350 premum rs 16999. Now i request you to cancelled said policy and credit rs 16999 to my loan account

I am frustrated with the marketing strategy of Bajaj finance services and I would like to get in touch with the CMO of the company.

It was my fault that once I took loan from your company and since then daily I am getting at least 10 calls to take another loan from your financial institution. Irrespective of what urgent work I would be doing, on what urgent call I would be on, these automatic calls from your system is poking me every hour of my life. I would like to talk to the highest authority of your company regarding this. Not only this I will file a complain against such behavior of your company.

If I would be in need of any loan I will come to you directly, bloody no need to ask me every hour.

I don't know what all idiots have been hired by company and such cheap strategies developed by CMO to get the customers.

I am getting irritation because of these phone calls at my working place. During late nights or sometimes early morning also, i used to get calls from Bajaj Finance.

This is not a good practice.

Please resolve my problem Asap.

Almost every day I am getting recorded call from bajaj finserve on daily basis from various no's like [protected]/[protected]/+[protected] etc for personal loan.
Even after blocking one no. they start calling by some different no.s
Please stop irritating me by such frequent recorded voice calls by different no.s otherwise I will move to consumer court with all the evidences.

its been 16 days i have been submitted my doucumets for personal loan to bajaj finserv as per the their executive collected the documents on 1st of sep 2016 they have been told us we will get a verification call from their side but no verification call i got nor they are trying picking up my calls as i only have their executive"s contact number but even that guy don't even bother to pick up my call & answer me whenever i 'll call him he directly disconnect the line saying i'll call you or he'll switch off his fone which very pathetic service they are giving same with their customercare service num i must say this is just rediculous & very pathetic service they give to their customer. i just to find whether loan is going to sanction or not... that's all my concern is.

Bajaj finance and its all partners who are connected all at fully fake and fraud. They used to demand only for money and after that if any customer try to contact then never answer/reply them. If we cross check by our end then customer I'd and passwords goes wrong as they provide only fake details so be aware and choose any other better option rather then Bajaj and its partners.

I have been your customer since 2 years almost with various products of yours. This is regarding the foreclosure charges. You have mentioned that "Nil foreclosure charges post clearance of first EMI" in below web page of your website. What does that mean?

I have CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN from your company. Now, my current outstanding is Rs 2, 01, 742. I have attached Experia account image which says all details of my loan. Now, I want to close my loan by paying the outstanding. So how much will I need to pay for that?

Your representative told me that there are no foreclosure charges when I took the loan. And looking at that benefit, I took this loan in the year 2015. I know that the foreclosure charges are being applied from 1st July 2016.

So considering all these points, how much will I need to pay to foreclose my loan? My Experia account says I have to pay Rs. 2, 12, 243.27 of amount. How?

I regret to be bajaj finserv customer. i am flooded with lots of automated call and promotional SMS on my mobile. This offers i have already declined so many times also speak to your customer care executive that i m not interested in your per-approved loan offer, but all gone wasted.still i am regularly receiving calls and SMS. please stop this non sense immediately, else i have no other option to break relationship with bajaj finserv. please spare me from your too many promotional calls and SMS
