Daily 20 to 25 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end[protected] / [protected] and so many number comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. They dont have any other business rather than forcing to give loan.. Who the hell is the manager of that business finance.. Rather than forcing other to have loan, tell your parents to take loan.. And disturb them with the call... Not us... And if i gets more call, il complain in police... So better dont call me.. I brought bajaj avenger 150 street at 04/08/2016 in finance from bajaj finance. Bajaj finance agent taken extra charges. Bike showroom price is - 77914 rs
Rto and insurance price - 9605 rs
Seat cover, number plate, buzzer - 450
Finance charge - 2000
Total amount is 89969

I had 32000 down payment..
Balance amount is 57969 is my finance amount..
But i check my finance amount in bajaj finance amount is 60000/-
Rate of interest is 12.90%
Emi for 18 month

Disappointed on services received from bajaj finance!! In future it is very difficult to keep the relation with bajaj finance.
Two years before personal loan taken base on no foreclosing & part payment charges but now without intimation these charges are applicable in my loan account.

Now again for part payment online option is not available. After taking several followup with customer care.
Three time got the confirmation from customer care that service will be available but every time observe wrong commitment.

I have taken two wheeler loan and digital product (mobile loan) loan from bajaj finance. loan a/c no. are l2wahm02612384 and 418dpf16677629 respectivly.
Boths the a/c i have paid up, on 27/07/2016 and 28/7/2016 respectivly.
1). loan a/c no. l2wahm02612384 closed and paid on 27/07/2016. and
2). loan a/c no.418dpf16677629 closed and paid on 28/07/2016.
Sir, still i could not get any zero balance certificate or no due certificate of boths of the a/cs. i have badly need it. so many phones and email to your office but in vain. kindly look in to the matter and provide urgently the boths certificate of boths a/c. as statement of a/cs (zero balance certificate) and no due certificate, as earliest.

I was apply for bajaj emi card & make payment for same some of rs 349/- it's all happening was done before aprox 40 to 45 days but till the date i didn't receive my card & i was marked too many mails to bajaj team but these guys are thinking customers are fool and didn't resolve the issue.

So now i think it's really a very bad experience with bajaj because it's not a good think to take money from customers but not provide the services.

Its not possible i have purchased some electronics and i pay their emi time to time from my account. 6 month ago i purchased a phone through bajaj emi card and given required documents to dealer cancelled cheque, id proof, etc. But the dealer have submitted wrong account details to you. One of the cheater bank in the market. Worst financial bank. With less paper work they cheat like any thing which will come to know after taking the loan or after 6 - 12 months later they are really cheater cheater financial bank...

Sir I applied for loan against property vide application no [protected] . initially they convey me your loan has been sanctioned, there relationship manager Mr kamal chamoli collect the agreement, stamp papers, blank cheques, property papers, ECS mandate.
But some days later he told me that loan is rejected .
I didn't not received single penny from Bajaj finance. But they debit, my account twice,

On 6/8/16. Rs 29813.
Despite I sent email regarding this,
I suspect some cheating has done with me by Bajaj finance employees.company have not returned my property documents, blank cheques, ecs mandate, my money which was deducted from account .
I have only option to file criminal case of cheating against your employees

I have force closure of my auto loan a/c no. L2wahm02612384 on 27/07/2016 still i have not received statement of a/c and no due certificate for these two a/cs. For the above Loan I have paid 7 EMI on every month of 5th date (Jan - Jul) through Auto debit from my bank account. On 2nd Aug I have force close on the same Loan account which is the amount of 13453 (In this also I have paid one extra EMI on this amount)

Again I have checked my account today the amount has been deducted by Auto debit, now I have paid 2 more extra EMI of my loan amount.

Kindly let me know how I can get that excess deducted EMI from your side.

I raised request on the same through your Experia login, I have not received any response from your end.

But now I got calls on my mobile sometimes between 8-10 times in a day which disturb my business. I am having a loan running with Baja finance and I paid 2 installments remaining I don't pay due to some helth issues right now every day am getting call from Mr Harpal Singh from no [protected] and daily harrasong and giving thretning calls that they will publish my photo and speak to my HR manager. That spoke to my HR manager and they terminated from my job am not working now I will pay the difference amount but I need time so I can pay the amount please do the needful on this issue

In the name of Minor by Guardian, both's PAN No. was mentioned in application form at proper place. in Year (FY) 14-15 TDS amount was loaded against Minor's PAN, I.Tax return submitted by Guardian by adding interest on FDR 1025. however, TDS amount not reflacting in 26 AS of guardian
hence demand raised by I.T.O.
Please rectify your TDS return by replacing PAN NO. BUBPS3049F to AEEPS4534H .

In spite of 2 months advance intimated above mistake and again submission of PAN copy of guardian.
Same mistake was done for FY 15-16, but same was rectified after persuasion for 1 month.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I placed an order for formation of sofa at Modfurn Furniture, Barasat on 05.06.16 (Rs.1000/-(One Thousand was paid in advance). The approximate date for delivery was on 21.06.16. But due to dissatisfaction lastly I had to cancel the order over mail on 16.07.16. The matter was also intimated to manoj.[protected]@bajqajfinserv.in &
[protected]@gmail.com.
I want to say something about your representative as well as the procedure you have followed. Your staff Mr. Avijit Giri, working at Barasat called me about the contact for formation of sofa but he never said anything in details. He neither sent any ECS form nor took any concern about my option for A/C. I was also in dark about the month from when EMI deduction will be started at the time of booking. After sending message from Bajaj Finance at mobile it was first intimated that EMI will be deducted from my SB A/C No. xxxxxxxx370, SBI, Kalyani from 2nd July, 2016. When I communicated with him lastly on 04.07.16 thereafter he collected duly signed ECS form as well as a cancelled cheque of my preferable A/C before cancellation.
I am really strange to see the procedure followed by your company and kindly reply the following question at an early date:
1. Without giving any written concern taken from the customer can any company start to deduct EMI?
2. Before ready of the matter for delivery how you can deduct the EMI from the customer?
Again I request you kindly return my money to my account at an early date as I already cancelled the order.
