I am simply getting irritated by the recorded call i am receiving from bajaj finance loan department daily 3-4 times phone calls from bajaj finance loan comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same ASAP if not than i shall move to consumer court. I am really getting frusted by this now so just stop it and resolve it ASAP. I purchased a smartphone make lenovo on 10/6/2016 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403dfs24761871" is tagged to my loan account.
I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.

I have purchased a lg phone with the bajaj card of loan amount 13, 800rs while buying they have intimated a transaction for the mobile only. Now i have checked via my app it has shown i have purchase digital fone safe worth of 1800rs which is unwanted to me. I don't know how they are adding a loan to me without my knowledge.
I don't know why a reputed company like bajaj has doing this type of fraudulent activities....

One of the worst bank, i had very bad experience with this bank.
While providing loan they said no part payment charges. But when i started paying part payment they are saying its 2.5 % chargeable as per revised company policies. This is ridicules. They change the rules when ever they want and it will be applicable to all loans existing & new. One of the worst bank.

I had issued emi card before 5 years and i m not using the card since that time. without information why deduct 99rs from the account? i will complain to "grahak seva". u r making fool to the people. pls call on [protected].


When you issued the card you said it would be life time free. you should inform the people before renewing the same.

I want reimburse the charges otherwise i will take some action...
