Bajaj Finance Complaints & Reviews

I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv, which has been paid back. Since then i am daily getting calls/ automated calls/ sms from them for new loan. Many times i have refused for the loan and have asked them to delete my number from their records.

Taking a loan from bajaj, it seems turned out to be my biggest mistake. Is there a way to stop getting these calls.

These calls are turning out to be a nuisance and headache.

Took Personal loan from Bajaj finserv Account no. 404SPF17176491. Then, foreclosed on 6 July 2016.
As per loan agreement, nil foreclosure applicable after first EMI. But, company changed its policy after loan disbursal and charged Foreclosure charges @4% Rs.28, 000.
Since policy changed later on, it should not be applicable on existing customers.

Updated by himanshusinghal0511 Personal loan from Bajaj finserv Account no. 404SPF17176491. Now already foreclosed on 6 July 2016.
I repaid entire amount on July 6th 2016 for aforesaid loan vide Reciept no.[protected] by demand draft No. 867610. For July, EMI got deducted Rs18, 633, which was to be refunded by 20th July. it is not refunded yet. Please refund my amount immedietly

I had made an online payment for my pending EMI on Bajaj Website on 29th July 2016 and I even received a payment receipt for the same but on 02nd Aug 2016 my bank account was charged again of the EMI amount through ECS and I sent several mails to the customer care regarding this issue but nobody seems to be interested, rather they tell me I have to mail my bank statement to prove that the transactions took place, they are telling me that they don't have the details of the ECS transaction, this is so absurd from 04th Aug 2016 till today 10th Aug 2016 I have been mailing them but I receive no reply just useless service request number, all I want is a refund of the excess EMI deducted, but Bajaj seems least interested in resolving the issue.

How can I talk to someone about my card?
Tell me when am I getting my card?
I had one of my family memember purchase the same product that I got and they got the card a month ago for which I purchased the same product a week ago than they purchased it..

Daily 20 to 25 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end[protected] / [protected] and so many number comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. They dont have any other business rather than forcing to give loan.. Who the hell is the manager of that business finance.. Rather than forcing other to have loan, tell your parents to take loan.. And disturb them with the call... Not us... And if i gets more call, il complain in police... So better dont call me.. Rto and insurance price - 9605 rs
Seat cover, number plate, buzzer - 450
Finance charge - 2000
Total amount is 89969

I had 32000 down payment..
Balance amount is 57969 is my finance amount..
But i check my finance amount in bajaj finance amount is 60000/-
Rate of interest is 12.90%
Emi for 18 month

Disappointed on services received from bajaj finance!! In future it is very difficult to keep the relation with bajaj finance.
Two years before personal loan taken base on no foreclosing & part payment charges but now without intimation these charges are applicable in my loan account.

Now again for part payment online option is not available. After taking several followup with customer care.
Three time got the confirmation from customer care that service will be available but every time observe wrong commitment.

Boths the a/c i have paid up, on 27/07/2016 and 28/7/2016 respectivly.
1). loan a/c no. l2wahm02612384 closed and paid on 27/07/2016. and
2). loan a/c no.418dpf16677629 closed and paid on 28/07/2016.
Sir, still i could not get any zero balance certificate or no due certificate of boths of the a/cs. i have badly need it. so many phones and email to your office but in vain. kindly look in to the matter and provide urgently the boths certificate of boths a/c. as statement of a/cs (zero balance certificate) and no due certificate, as earliest.

I was apply for bajaj emi card & make payment for same some of rs 349/- it's all happening was done before aprox 40 to 45 days but till the date i didn't receive my card & i was marked too many mails to bajaj team but these guys are thinking customers are fool and didn't resolve the issue.

So now i think it's really a very bad experience with bajaj because it's not a good think to take money from customers but not provide the services.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls coming from bajaj finserve regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . I also sent message "Do not disturb my number [protected]". But daily again and again they are calling in automatic. I got very torture and mental agony regarding this disturbance calls. Please take necessary action in this regard.

Sir I applied for loan against property vide application no [protected] . initially they convey me your loan has been sanctioned, there relationship manager Mr kamal chamoli collect the agreement, stamp papers, blank cheques, property papers, ECS mandate.
But some days later he told me that loan is rejected .
I didn't not received single penny from Bajaj finance. But they debit, my account twice,
On 4/7/16. Rs 27418
On 6/8/16. Rs 29813.
Despite I sent email regarding this,
I suspect some cheating has done with me by Bajaj finance employees.company have not returned my property documents, blank cheques, ecs mandate, my money which was deducted from account .
I have only option to file criminal case of cheating against your employees

I have to pay EMI every month Rs 2311 but this they took Rs 2311 and Rs 1291 also. i haven't purchase any item through babaj finance i need clarification on the amount Rs 1291 why they deduct.

My CONSUMER DURABLE DIGITAL Loan Amount is = 33, 643

For the above Loan I have paid 7 EMI on every month of 5th date (Jan - Jul) through Auto debit from my bank account. On 2nd Aug I have force close on the same Loan account which is the amount of 13453 (In this also I have paid one extra EMI on this amount)

Again I have checked my account today the amount has been deducted by Auto debit, now I have paid 2 more extra EMI of my loan amount.

Kindly let me know how I can get that excess deducted EMI from your side.

I raised request on the same through your Experia login, I have not received any response from your end.
