I brought 3 products in november 2015 under account numbers - 4030cd17433331, 4030cd17433371 and 4030cd17433421.
In first month itself, bajaj finserve executives told my ecs payment is not working from bajaj finserve end and started collecting cash in-person and that to in advance of month. I have made payment regularly by this process.
However, i have been charged with penalties for delayed payments (???).in each account there is penalty fee as below

403ewc[protected] rs.1, 200
4030cd[protected] rs.1, 950
This is ridiculous as i have made all payments in advance.
I contacted adyar branch office and got poor response and bad customer treatment. I made multiple visits to adyar office and head office. I got contact with two executives - karthick ([protected]) and prem ([protected], [protected]). They promised to apply waiver of charges. It has been three weeks now and they do not pick my calls anymore. I have made multiple visits to adyar branch office and chennai head office in this issue and no solutions yet.
I wrote [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in (Srn06480209, srn06480278 and srn[protected]. But no response.
I am not going to make any more payments until all charges are cleared.
