A year back i bought 2 Split Daikin A/C's and the Bajaj guy offered Extended warranty which would work as an extended warranty for both Air conditioners. However, after the warranty ended I contacted bajaj Allianz on the Toll Free no.[protected] to book an engineer visit for service which they confirmed by stating "engineer will visit within 2-3 days and gave their vendor contact number. So I contacted their vendor for Engineer visit and was advised there will be around Rs.500/- visit charge which I wasn't told by their salesman Sargam Electronics, reseller store, that was the time where I felt cheated still I wanted the air conditioner to be fixed so asked for engineer visit which took almost 10days for the engineer to visit and diagnose the issue. That was an awful experience with bajaj allianz team and since, I had to reach Bhuvnesh, Regional manager|North Zone and Vishal, Branch Head| Pune to get their engineer visit, though that took around 10days. I thought and considered that as an exception.

However, they proved themselves and their quality of service again as I asked for engineer visit on 20th Aug, 2016. Again I've been advised for 2-3days for technician visit but awaiting technician/ engineer visit for the service of the air conditioner. By taking reference from 1st awful experience with Bajaj Allianz I preferred following up with the regional office on contact no.[protected] on 22nd Aug, 2016 and their executive advised the engineer will visit next day by evening which was supposed to by 23rd aug, 2016. Today, when I called their Toll free number as the regional office's number wasn't responsive. So, the call was attended by Ms. Razia(Coimbatore branch) advising about the date complaint was registered and number of days to days to be taken for engineer visit. Rather taking an appropriate action and contacting the regional branch to check for engineer visit.
I am valuable customer of bajaj fin serve lending.I offered consumer products and digital products.I am paying through ECS.In this connection i offered Rs76000/pre approved offer from you.I gave all the document with cheque leaves also.finally they said no offer.is it correct? Kindly consider once again.

Please stop calling on my number ; else I may have to move to consumer court.

      I am frustrated of the phone calls and sms from Bajaj Finance company.
      Last year i bought a television with bajaj finance and from then they are giving me daily 5 to 6 calls to avail personal loan which i am not interested. That too this is automated call and with different phone no's .
      Apart from the phone calls i have 2 more complaints to be lodged on them
      1) Recently i received a message with health insurance been taken which i am not aware Some how there was an option to cancel .but no idea whether it is cancelled or not. In future if any amount got debited then only i may be knowing.
      2) Also they have sent a message that i have availed credit card and for that maintenance charge 99 will be deducted from the account. This is fraud what they are doing . I dont have any bajaj finance card then why i have to pay for it.
      I kindly request to take action to stop receiving phone calls from them in future also they are doing some fraud request to stop those.

      Lots of torturing calls from Bajaj finance to avail personal loan. These are automated calls from different numbers. They are taking a toll on my mental health.

        I am receiving calls from Bajaj finance for personal loan offers. I have registered my mobile no. for DO NOT DISTURB in bajaj finance even after that i am receiving calls from them.

        please do not call me. I DONT NEED any personal loan or any offer call from you.

        Kindly, take my words seriously otherwise, I will surely take some legal action against you.
        Can't get communication with executive. Need to talk with call center executive through phone reg My Bajaj emi card.

              I brought 3 products in november 2015 under account numbers - 4030cd17433331, 4030cd17433371 and 4030cd17433421.

              In first month itself, bajaj finserve executives told my ecs payment is not working from bajaj finserve end and started collecting cash in-person and that to in advance of month. I have made payment regularly by this process.

              However, i have been charged with penalties for delayed payments (???).in each account there is penalty fee as below
              4030cd[protected] rs.150
              403ewc[protected] rs.1, 200
              4030cd[protected] rs.1, 950

              This is ridiculous as i have made all payments in advance.

              I contacted adyar branch office and got poor response and bad customer treatment. I made multiple visits to adyar office and head office. I got contact with two executives - karthick ([protected]) and prem ([protected], [protected]). They promised to apply waiver of charges. It has been three weeks now and they do not pick my calls anymore. I have made multiple visits to adyar branch office and chennai head office in this issue and no solutions yet.

              I wrote [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in (Srn06480209, srn06480278 and srn[protected]. But no response.

              I am not going to make any more payments until all charges are cleared.

                Bajaj Finance is has been calling me continuously for promotional schemes.

                I've already asked them twice to stop this but it has not stopped yet.

                I'm not interested in any promotional things they've to offer.

                And since I've asked twice, and they've not stopped, I've decided to take it up to the consumer forum for complain.

                I've seen many complains on forum but I do not see any resolution.

                Kindly do the needful. Let me know if any further details needed.

                    Their extended warranty is useless.
                    Their service is pathetic.
                    Their customer care is horrible.
                    I have bought their extended warranty for my air conditioner. I registered a complaint that my ac is not cooling on 8 august 2016.
                    Its been 2 weeks since then and the repair work has not even started.
                    I keep calling them and they keep making excuses e. G. Its under approval, executive not picking up phone, will be done in 2 days etc
                    I am fed up of hearing their excuses.
                    On the top of all their customer care doesn't know any details and are rude.
                    I called their operations office on[protected] and talked to an executive named "sandeep". He put my call on hold multiple times and when he couldn't provide any timeline, he cut my phone.

                    I made a big mistake buying a policy from this fraud company. They just want to take your money and doesn't care about the service they provide.

                      Even though enough balance in my account, your ecs for mobile phone purchase, returned with no reason. In my account there is no ecs come on that day. But your representative has told and collected the amount along with bouncing charges. I have paid rs.2178/- where as my ecs amount is rs.1828/-.

                          Dear bajaj finserv,

                          I'd 2 loans account with you guys. Our lans are 5820cd13926637 & 5820cd13934662.
                          I bought 2 televisions last year. This month it was suppossed to be the last emi's. Due to insufficient funds in account the emi couldn't go.

                          We received a call from someone name rohit singh yesterday (Phone no. [protected]/3) claiming to be a branch head. We asked him how we could make a payment & he shared a link.

                          Before 6 pm yesterday he had called us several times and was constantly forcing us to make a payment immediately. We doubted his intentions and didn't make the payment. Till now he has made more than 30 calls from the above mentioned number. I tried calling customer care but the call doesn't go through past your ivr.

                          We have had a long term association with bajaj finserv, however this is the first time we have to go through such harassment. This guy also found our office numbers and started calling all numbers one by one which caused us huge inconvenience and mental harassment. He called us at [protected]/ [protected] /[protected] /[protected]/[protected] more than 60 times.

                          I would like to understand why are we being tortured like this for an emi.

                          Is this the way you deal with customers?

                          Can somebody call back & explain.

                            I received a call from the mentioned number. He wanted to talk to my husband, but as soon as i mentioned he is not available and he is calling on my personal number, he started shouting at me. The behavior was very rude, i even warned him to talk properly but he continued the same way asking for my husband. Such behavior is unacceptable as i being a premium content customer.

                              Last one year back I brought a TV in reliance digital store shivam Road hyderabad, reliance sales executive people has referred bajaj finance for my TV finance, with no information given and collected a check from my end as well has address proof, as stating I myself checking with store people about my emi and dues regularly der was no proper information given to me about my emi and I was paying emi regular, suddenly one day I got a phone call stating that u r check has be bounced due to in sufficient balance you need to pay emi of bajaj finance...still now it has been executing... I have many problems with bajaj finance so I need to file a police complianct regarding the staff as well has the sector

                                I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv, which has been paid back. Since then i am daily getting calls/ automated calls/ sms from them for new loan. Many times i have refused for the loan and have asked them to delete my number from their records.

                                Taking a loan from bajaj, it seems turned out to be my biggest mistake. Is there a way to stop getting these calls.

                                These calls are turning out to be a nuisance and headache.

                                    Took Personal loan from Bajaj finserv Account no. 404SPF17176491. Then, foreclosed on 6 July 2016.
                                    As per loan agreement, nil foreclosure applicable after first EMI. But, company changed its policy after loan disbursal and charged Foreclosure charges @4% Rs.28, 000.
                                    Since policy changed later on, it should not be applicable on existing customers.

                                    Personal loan from Bajaj finserv Account no. 404SPF17176491. Now already foreclosed on 6 July 2016.
                                    I repaid entire amount on July 6th 2016 for aforesaid loan vide Reciept no.[protected] by demand draft No. 867610. For July, EMI got deducted Rs18, 633, which was to be refunded by 20th July. it is not refunded yet. Please refund my amount immedietly

                                        I had made an online payment for my pending EMI on Bajaj Website on 29th July 2016 and I even received a payment receipt for the same but on 02nd Aug 2016 my bank account was charged again of the EMI amount through ECS and I sent several mails to the customer care regarding this issue but nobody seems to be interested, rather they tell me I have to mail my bank statement to prove that the transactions took place, they are telling me that they don't have the details of the ECS transaction, this is so absurd from 04th Aug 2016 till today 10th Aug 2016 I have been mailing them but I receive no reply just useless service request number, all I want is a refund of the excess EMI deducted, but Bajaj seems least interested in resolving the issue.

                                        No phone number to reach you guys. Such a stupid IVR options. Tell me this:

                                        How can I talk to someone about my card?
                                        Tell me when am I getting my card?
                                        I had one of my family memember purchase the same product that I got and they got the card a month ago for which I purchased the same product a week ago than they purchased it..
