      Dear Sir/Mam, Its my second mail for the same. I Kuber Pratap Gautam from Delhi.I has applied for a loan with our prestigious organization on the eve of diwali with the Sparkling Diwali 0% interest offer with my PAN Card and also got the mail and messages from from your side that our loan has approved (Dear Sir/Madam, Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your loan has been sanctioned in principal. This approval is valid till 29/11/2015 Loan Applicant Name: Kuber Gautam Loan Application No: SF27050904 Approved Loan Amount: 42000.00) and after that i went to one shop for purchase of some electronics items and the retailer has stated that please submit your documents (Pan card, address proof, bank statement )along with one cancelled cheque and as per that have submitted all the required documents. After 3-4 days have got the call from the retailer side that your loan has rejected due to your account statement, it has not sufficient debits and credits. And before 1 months have got a mail along with Welcome Letter from your side against given Loan no stated with it has approved and item has already delivered. After that when i went with that retailers they has stated that it was false don't worry. And from last 15 days continuously am getting the messages and calls from your side for the payment of EMI. Have always requested the same with our executives that am not taken any loan it was false please help to that now what i have to do, bcz now that retailers has clearly stated that i don't know anythings you have to discuss with Bajaj Finance. Sir/Mam it my heartly requested with you that kindly help me and suggest me that now what i have to do, what action i have to taken for the avoiding this calls and messages. Bcz have not taken any items and the retailers has used my documents and they has done something wrong with that. Plz help me, am waiting for your positive response.

            I had purchased a TV from Ezone through Bajaj Finance on 8th Jan 2016. Before purchasing I just asked one thing at least 3 times that will I receive the TV by 9th evening. And they said yes so confidently as if I was going to get it the same day and made to pay the amount. I myself went outside the store to search for a copy center and got all the required documents then and there since their xerox machine was not working. After that day till today (12 Jan 2016) I have called these people around 50 times however no one knows when the TV will be delivered. Every single time I call them they say it will be done now / today / in some time etc. I have been harassed till the core. I am frustrated and feel why did I buy a TV. Guys to be blamed are: Sailesh ( salesperson ezone), Deepak (salesperson), Sunil (Bajaj Finance), Zeeya (ezone store manager). They have been fooling around since last 4 days and every time I call they say that your case is in Pending Approval with Bajaj Finance and will be cleared soon. This is pathetic.                 My name is Harmeet s/o Sr. Gurmeet singh contact number [protected]. The biggest mistake I think I did was getting an Electronic finance because initially i thought that it was genuine & as per my thought it did happen that I bought A Flat TV long back & did pay the emi from Bank through an ECS & all went well. Then in January 2013 I needed a camera & thought it was good idea to use father's EMI card which is so called a credit card for electronics. I got formalities done & did get it without hassles, but when i returned i was told that the cheque was from Nainital Bank ltd & now the tie up for that bank is finished so, bajaj cannot take Emi's from them & the employee told to give any cheque on my father's name which would not be placed at bank and every time EMI would be collected in cash at which we agreed because my father had only working account for Nainital bank and there was no other option & we thought that tie up of bajaj has ended so they understand its not our fault & they would collect money which was great. They did collect all payments in cash & all were paid in full hence, the loan was finished fully paid.But then, after a few months there were calls which said that we had to pay 2800 for no reason although it was fully paid but we had to pay some bouncing charges. Pathetic, & I understood the game these bajaj people play, once the person is trapped you can just impose fake charges for no reason and because we paid in full & ethically gave every penny on time we were seriously tortured on calls telling that reports would be added to some credit reference. After a long time again they are calling telling that case has been filed and it would be taken to court & police & what not. I mean after paying it properly how can these things happen. Its just ridiculous when i received a call from [protected] & an abusive person [protected] who told that they were police from allahabad & just threatened the other one was so abusive and was talking in the worst language i ever heard, i did talk politely saying that i was not in lucknow because i was in delhi but these people were simply pathetic. The bajaj people are fraudsters once you are trapped you are just gone & then face what you never did before. I suggest not to ever take any loans from them although I was myself going to buy a laptop but never from them now.

                            Sir madom, Mere pass bajaj finserv se parsnal loan ke liye call aaya tha.maine loan lene ke liye agry ho gya.bajaj ne mera loan bhi kar diya and mere pass msg aa gya ki aapka 50000 ka loan compleat ho gya jiski emi 2206 rs. Hai jo ki mujhe 36 emi me pay karni hai.jab maine bajaj ki wawsite pe chak kiya to wahan bhi mera loan acunt open hai and loan amaunt 50000 show kar rha hai.mujhse bola gya tha ki 48 hour me aapke acaunt me 50000 pament aa jayega but 4 din ho gaye na to pament aaya and na hi payment k liye koi call aaya.maine kai baar bajaj ke custumar care pe call kiya to wahan bhi mera no rajistard hai and mera loan bhi bata rha but care pe baat karne ka koi option nahi aa rha.                               I'm living in trichy tamil nadu, i'd purchased few goods through Bajaj Finserv my Customer ID and my mobile number is, my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, I would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods like TV and a mobile phone for easy EMI options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help.

                              I made a complaint on Bajaj Finance for frequent automated calls, immediately 4 days after my complaint, I received a call from Bajaj finance executive and asked apologies and removed my number from their system, Thank you for your kind support
                              I am daily harassed by Frequent unwanted telemarketing calls from bajaj finance everyday which is very disturbing. is there any way to end this.can someone share the process on how to get my number delisted from their list.
                              I had high reputation over Bajaj Finance and i too got loan from Bajaj Finserv for home appliance purchase. Since then, for the last 3 months i am getting 5 automated calls daily including Saturday and Sunday. i have complained so many times to Bajaj customer care. I get acknolwedgement and apologies from them but issue still continues.

                              I don't know which person given that idea of automated calls from BAJAJ FINANCE. I Sincerely ask the Bajaj Finserv management to respect customer concerns and address it or else you guys will be surely out of business...

                              I have been getting automated 4-5 calls from Bajaj Finance everyday
                              Do you even have sense that people are not interested in your so called loans or any other service whatsoever.
                              I did mistake by taking EMI on one product last year but that doesn't entitle you to call me like this. It's really frustrating.

                              I am also lodging complaint with consumer forum for this harassment of calling so many times.
                              Pathetic and stupid idea whoever has given to Bajaj Finance to implement this way of promoting your services to customer.
                              Yes.. THIS IS IRRITATING.. and I am also a victim.. It seems every customer who avails some or other services of Bajaj Finserve goes through this ordeal. Initially, i used to get calls from their Chandigarh numbers and now from Chennai numbers. I even tried writing to their customer support. All i get promptly is that their acknowledgement responses, but no solution. Is there any way we can take them to consumer forum? I can submit all my email correspondences as a evidence.

                              Same issue. Bajaj Finance/Finserv repeatedly calling every day and annoying/disturbing us. They do not understand "No". Neither they stop calling. When we ask to escalate the CALL TO their supervisor, they disconnect and block our number. My mobile number is under DND, still, these ### keep calling. Is there any regulatory action we can take against Bajaj Finance?
                              I have taken couple of flexi LOANs from bajaj finserv and like clock work I am getting 4-5 calls every single day. It is so irritating that I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers from last 2 years. I have requested the agents calling 1000 times to remove my number from their database as I am not interested in LOANs. All they do is apologize and with an assurance that my number has been removed. But like a shameless bunch the calls continue next day as well. It has been tormenting me and I feel like I have committed grave sin by taking LOAN from Bajaj FInance. How can a company be so shameless that it harasses its own customers every day. I am unable to find out a way to stop this harrasement and unfortunately I am not able to change my number as well as it is linked to multiple important locations. If someone can help me out of this ### I will be really helpful

                                I took a flexi loan and re paid it on next day with full amount but they charged 2 EMIs of Rs 13874 in nov and dec and Rs 202 in Jan whitout any reason and I complaint this to the greivence cell of them but no responce from them I have all the proofs in written email. I need my money back and to close that account

                                      They filed a case against me for bounced check, which was a wrong case. First, the fault was from my side as the earlier account did not have any funds, the 1st EMI did not clear (I had not issued any checks as it was an EMI card and I had purchased a LCD TV before). So I paid them in cash and got a receipt, issued a fresh EMI mandate along with the first EMI bounce plus the dues which was EMI of 1184 plus the charges of 400 Rs, I paid 1584 Rs. I issued a fresh mandate with another account. This apparently did not clear due to them presenting the check late than the due date, and I had to pay them once again, which I did through cash, Rs. 1184 (remember here there was no check bounce as I had issued a canceled check and an EMI mandate). I spoke to an official and told them since it was not my fault, I would not pay the Rs 400 they are claiming for my EMI bounce, they said okay you do not need to pay the additional Rs. 400 for EMI not getting cleared, only to pay the EMI amount of Rs 1184 which I did. All the 10 subsequent EMIs cleared and the account was closed. Then one fine day after around 3-4 months since the account was closed, I got a call for payment of Rs. 700 for "bounced" check. I had never issued any check to be bounced, it was their fault that they presented the fresh EMI mandate later than usual as apparently according to them an EMI mandate takes 45 days to register ...Are they registering the EMIs in the USA from India...??? What the heck...!!! And now they file a court case through Delhi High court and I have to pay the Rs. 700 or feel like a criminal because these guys take 45 days for an EMI mandate, and it is not my fault Where am I living...Is this a country which is heading towards E-governance...taking 45 days for an EMI mandate? I feel helpless in all this as not only are we simple, law abiding citizens, but also are filling up the coffers of these companies who would go to any length to screw your lives up. Make it a rule...DO NOT GO FOR LOANS...If you have money, purchase...**** the economy, **** the companies When the companies are bankrupt, they just file a case for bankruptcy and the Govt bails them out or somebody bails them out...but if an individual is bankrupt, they will extract your bones from your coffins and sell them to get their dues...
