Still i am getting the unwanted calls from Bajaj finance every day. I am getting irritated with these calls. Plz stop calling me

Amount of Rs. 117/- debited from my saving bank A/c, all my emi are completed since 2years.

I have close Bajaj finance emi card after using it for buying phone. I have been charged once then I recalled card is active so I called Bajaj and asked to close and deactivate the card then after 4-6 month I received message that I have to pay for card annual fees which I already have deactivated and this is third time I have received message and got message from my bank that debit request declined as I have close of bank account. Need help with this.

Sir, I am Chittabrata Kundu, a resident of Barddhaman, West Bengal. I would like to inform you that on 15.05.2023 Bajaj Finance Ltd put forward an CMP mandate charge on my SBI savings account, due to that rs 117 deduction took place. I would like to inform you that I neither opted for any credit service nor am I having any dues to Bajaj Finance. My Bajaj Finance Ltd customer ID is 39593435.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of BOB bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.br...

This is to inform you that, i got call from Bajaj finance 3 months ago, and they offered me 35lack loan without any interest, against bharti AXA insurance policy, as per their request i purchased 2 policies of bharti AXA, i didn't doubt on that becouse I paid money to Bharti AXA directly, i recieved policies too soft copies on mail and hard copies, but after that Bajaj finance agent asked for 250000 as an GST amount on disbursement so I refused to pay, hence Baja agent told me don't worry sir we will take care of it we will use our vouchers for the same and we will make your disbursement, but after that they giving me only falls dates for disbursement, and after 3 months they told me that sir it will take time for disbursement so we raised your refund request which will be processed whitin 20 to 30 days approx. I asked them several times to share all the information on mail but they didn't sent, i trusted them due to i got the OTP from Bajaj finance, but they told me that OTP authentication has been failed, so I request you please investigate this case from your end give me the proper solution on that, I am sharing with you agent names and their names who they pretend Bajaj finance employees.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 295/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back. It is to be noted that I have no EMI Card and I have never applied for any EMI card and even if it is issued I have never received it till now. So, I need my money be refunded.

I am writing to ask for your assistance in cancelling two insurance policies that were taken out when I applied for a loan with Bajaj Finance. The policies are CPP LIV ASSIT and MAX BUPA Health Insurance. As I have now closed the loan, I would like to request that these policies be cancelled and any payments refunded.

Dear Sir, Sbi charg for failed mandate txnbajaj finance l Rs- 295. But my emi amount was available on 01.03.2020. So, why this amount debited from my account? Please refund my money.Please follow below statement of my bank account.

My 885 rupees got cheatingly deducted three times through my bank union bank by bajaj finserv company . Bajaj says NACH RTN charges are done by the bank but the bank said they charged it and return it to bajaj finance . This is my hard earned money . Please return my money . Unauthorised deduction of Rs 117 from my bank account without my permission as CMP Mandate debit. This has been deducted without my permission or consent by the company.

Sir i have no active emi plans on my bajaj card . And this sbi account is my salaried account . Then why this amount has been deducted.

I am a women who is 30 years old, having a personal loan in bajaj PW58PGD3671873 in bajaj finserv The agent named MANOJ KUMAR an abuse guy, he himself telling that he is collection manager of bajaj finserv, called several times and talking like abuse language and continuously whats app me and talking bad words. As a women i made so many patient on hearing in his dirty words. I am going to file a complaint against that guy to respected Assistant commissioner of police of coimbatore for his abusive behavior and his bad words against a women, i respectively request you to make your upcoming collection executive to identify a women as mother, a sister, the man like him was a abusive and bad behavior was shame to your whole bajaj finserv company, i feel shame and pitty for this uncultured fellow that dont understand and don't know how to behave and talk to a women, tomorrow the complaint will be registered against this guy, because this kind of guy needed to know how to respect a women, i got harassed by him by last 3 months for a ecs payment failure, and i already paid the amount by 25 of every month, such a abusive guy need to learn the culture of the respective Indian culture and laws against abusive behavior to a women and he needed to punish by the Indian judicial the maximum punishment for abusing a women by the respective Judiciary of Tamilnadu, and i feel so pity for bajaj finserv for appointing this kind of dirty guys as a collection manager or any staffs or ad your goons,

On 19/04/2023 I noticed that in my SBI account statement Rs. 117/- was debited towards CMP mandate Bajaj finance.
As I have already clear all the emi for the last 15 months or more and no dues is pending.
So kindly refund the 117/- to my account.

Hello Bajaj Finance Limited Team,

I have a loan A/c No. 404CDDIS571367 from you, EMI date comes on the 2nd of every month. But my problem is my salary comes around the 8th of every month. Requesting you to change my EMI date to the 10th of every month will really helpful.
