I purchased washing machine on 15th March, 2020 worth 10400 and paid 4430 down payment. Remaining amount I converted into EMI with an expectation that EMI will be debited from April, where as EMI debited in July for which I haven't received any confirmation. Since there was no debit, I sent multiple email starting from May, where I got initial confirmation from Grievance redressal team that I have not made any transaction with Bajaj finserv. Customer service was not reachable. After some days they suddenly come up saying I have loan which I also agreed and considering the delay I asked them that I will close the loan where they have mentioned after 1st EMI I can close the loan. And suddenly they started debiting the EMI from July for which I haven't received confirmation. And due to insufficient balance in Sep(I was not aware that EMI will be debited) cheque has been produce multiple times which not only impacted my CIBIL but I also charged 2490 in traches. I sent multiple emails to remove CIBIL impact all the charges associated with cheque bounce as there was no proper communication of the EMI. Neither I got any confirmation after 1st debit of EMI in July and 2nd one in Aug. I received threatening calls from Bajaj collection team, for which I write multiple emails but didn't get any proper response. Sunil Pandey from Goregaon branch threatening me to send executive forcefully to collect amount and his behavior in the call was like some terrorist. I need apologize letter from Sunil, remove impact from CIBIL score, reimburse 2490 which was charged due to cheque bounce and forclosure this loan and closing all existing relationship with Bajaj Finserv.
