Today I received a msg from bank that Rs117 is deducted from your account in the name of CMP Mandate Debit Bajaj Finance Ltd. I think I didnt purchased any product through Bajaj Finance since last two year and also there is no question of EMI. Then in which bases amount is deducted from account without any intimation. I want my deducted money back to my account.

    Dear sir/ madam,
    I have no due loan in bajal finance. I have purchased one music system in 2018 but all the instalment already paid still the have deducted CMP MANDATE DABIT of Rs. 117 on 16/10/20 without any notification.
    I want my money back to me account as soon as possible. It will be difficult to share account details to bajaj finance if this kind of thing happens.
    Please see this matter!

      Hello Customer care of Bajaj Finance Team,

      I'm so frustrated to receive bajaj finance calls when i'm not interested for any type of additional loan.

      Daily they called me from different numbers, I have blocked lot of numbers but still getting calls always from new number.

      I confirm not to have any kind of Service Calls. Please block my number for any service calls in future.

      Please help and do the needful.

        Bajaj Finance Ltd debited Rs.117/- from my SBI account without any reason. I have no existing relationship with this company. Please do credit this amount back to my account as soon as possible.

          CMP mandate charge

          Dears,

          I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 1825/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on dec-2018 i purchase mobile under 12 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in September2020 after 12 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 1825/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that...

          I was purchased lg air condition for EMI facilities. and it was finished all EMI on 2018. But Bajaj finance company has deducted my account rs117 on 16th July 2020 as the reason " CMP Mandate Bajaj finanace". I dont what is the reason

              though repeated request made by us over telephonically from 10th september 2020 through bajaj representative who has given the warranty, the managers located at pondicherry and chennai denied my complaints in telling many things.
              it is clearly mentioned in the asset secure advantage that "extended warranty for 12 months post the expiry of manufacturer's warranty includes coverage(as covered in manufacturer's warranty)for repair/replacement cost upto the invoice value.

                I purchased washing machine on 15th March, 2020 worth 10400 and paid 4430 down payment. Remaining amount I converted into EMI with an expectation that EMI will be debited from April, where as EMI debited in July for which I haven't received any confirmation. Since there was no debit, I sent multiple email starting from May, where I got initial confirmation from Grievance redressal team that I have not made any transaction with Bajaj finserv. Customer service was not reachable. After some days they suddenly come up saying I have loan which I also agreed and considering the delay I asked them that I will close the loan where they have mentioned after 1st EMI I can close the loan. And suddenly they started debiting the EMI from July for which I haven't received confirmation. And due to insufficient balance in Sep(I was not aware that EMI will be debited) cheque has been produce multiple times which not only impacted my CIBIL but I also charged 2490 in traches. I sent multiple emails to remove CIBIL impact all the charges associated with cheque bounce as there was no proper communication of the EMI. Neither I got any confirmation after 1st debit of EMI in July and 2nd one in Aug. I received threatening calls from Bajaj collection team, for which I write multiple emails but didn't get any proper response. Sunil Pandey from Goregaon branch threatening me to send executive forcefully to collect amount and his behavior in the call was like some terrorist. I need apologize letter from Sunil, remove impact from CIBIL score, reimburse 2490 which was charged due to cheque bounce and forclosure this loan and closing all existing relationship with Bajaj Finserv.

                  I am not purchased any products on January 2020 to till date on bajaj finserv card. But bajaj finserv team have call or msg me for payment.

                    I have purchased a flexi personal loan from bajaj finance customer id[protected], account 528gdfgg056100. I haven't informed about credit vidya fees. And the executive agrued in a bad manner once loan passed and i asked about deductions. I haven't informed and i also don't need credit vidya report & insurance also. But no positive response from bajaj.

                    I got deductions of rs. 4999/- for credit vidya fees and rs.5001/- for insurance. I need this maney back. As these 2 facilities are not required to me. I need refund for the amount of rs.10, 000/-

                    Please help me to resolve this issue and get money back.

                      Maine 26 jan 2020.ko babaj finance ki scheme me samsung mobile liya tha, aur mujhe bataya gaya tha ki aapko 2 EMI bharne ke baad 6000 rupe cashback milega, Laikin aaj 5-6 mahine ke baad bhi mujhe wo cashback nahi mila, ye to sara sar fraud huva na, mujhe nyay chahiye bus.

                        I have noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that I didn't take any loan from the said company recently, not to my knowledge but bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information or notice / email on 15th September, 2020 . Due to loan or business we may provide you all our bank details but that doesn't mean any person or company can make online transaction without contacting me. So I request the bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing the consumer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

                        It is my humble request to bajaj finance to refund my money or to provide me the details why it has been deducted . I won't be tolerating any further un-informed or unauthorised charges and may take legal steps if it happens .

                          Rs.117/- has been wrongly deducted on 15 September 2020 through ECS from my ICICI bank Account vide CMS/**************/BAJAJ-AUTO-CD/4020CD08.

                          As I have made full payment against loan for purchasing home appliances and for closure Bajaj Finance issued NOC on the same in 2015 only.

                          Now Bajaj Finance has no right to deduct amount through ECS from ICICI Bank.

                          Kindly refund the amount wrongly debited through ECS from ICICI Bank and cancel old ECS mandates.

                            There is no running loan with me of bajaj finance. They have deducted 117 rupees without my consent.

                                    I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 15/09/2020. I purchased sumsung microwoven from capital electronics, ultadanga, kolkata on 09/08/2018 with 10 month emi scheme and and i paid last emi on 2nd june -2019 after 10 months of settling the emis and all. The emi amount was rs. 1390 per month. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
                                    At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
                                    My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes. You are requested to refund me back this rs. 117 to my bank account. Otherwise i will move to consumer forum.

                                      I lost my card last year and i called customer care for closing this card. I was told about the same, however, i don't have any confirmation mail regarding that. Today i got an annual bill for a credit card which is lost last year and not issued after.
                                      The credit card is joint venture of bajaj and rbl bank. Now i am trying to connect with customer care and i am not able to do it.
