On 16th oct 2020, i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 16th oct 2020.)
In next day when i update my passbook, , passbook entry shows"cmp mandate debit bajaj finance". When i asked that shopkeeper,
He approached that bajaj finance person and he said "this is ecs charges deducted by bank, , bank showing our name."

Actually i purchased washing machine last year Aug 2019 on loan basis (Bajaj finance), last installment deduced from my account on June 2020.

How dare to bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing. We can't trust on bajaj finance, , i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details. Refund me that debit amt rs.117/-

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on oct-2020. I would like to inform that on March 2017 i purchase air cooler under 12 months emi and I have paid all the emi on time and it has been closed successfully and now I am hitting this type of messages from bajaj finance . Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with out any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I got a text from my bank that bajaj finance ltd has made a unauthorized CMP MANDATE DEBIT of INR 117 from my account. I am a mere pensioner and every penny counts. How can I maintain security of my account if such things happens. Requesting bajaj finance to refund my balance or a case will be filed.

I have an active purchase in the last year. I amount is not too big but I condemn the shady, cheap and unethical business practices by Bajaj finance . My account was debited for 117/- on 16102020, eventhough I have no live loan or pending loan amount with Bajaj finance.

I took a television with EMI of Bajaj finance. Which was cleared in August 2019.
And today there was a deduction of ₹117/- from my account balance with the name of BAJAJ CMP MANDATE DEBIT BAJAJ FINANCE LTD. I don't know why the money was deducted. We give NACH details not to let companies deduct amount from an account as they want. Even there was no prior notification about the deduction.

The money was deducted with no clarification. Bajaj Finance should understand that people already are suffering from financial problems due to covid-19 and they are this irresponsible to deduct as they want?

I want the deducted amount to be reimbursed as soon as possible. We don't have money to give away or distribute. Bajaj finance should take immediate action regarding this issue and should reimburse my my as soon as possible.

On 16 October 2020 a CMP Mandate Charge of Rs. 707/- has been debited from my account without any intimation or message. Kindly explain the reason for the deduction of the amount or refund it back to my account. I have recently purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finserve emi card. Please do not let your customers down

I haven't Used my Emi card For so long time
and I haven't took any loan from bajaj Finance But The deducted Emp mandate charges of 707 from my account with any confirmation . Forr what an amount of rs 707?- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

Bajaj deducted cmp mandate without informing me. And for what they are charging me this. I want my refund of Rs 117. How can your deduct amount from my account when I don't have any dues from you Bajan Finance. I want my refund.

Today I received a msg from bank that Rs117 is deducted from your account in the name of CMP Mandate Debit Bajaj Finance Ltd. I think I didnt purchased any product through Bajaj Finance since last two year and also there is no question of EMI. Then in which bases amount is deducted from account without any intimation. I want my deducted money back to my account.

I have no due loan in bajal finance. I have purchased one music system in 2018 but all the instalment already paid still the have deducted CMP MANDATE DABIT of Rs. 117 on 16/10/20 without any notification.
I want my money back to me account as soon as possible. It will be difficult to share account details to bajaj finance if this kind of thing happens.

I'm so frustrated to receive bajaj finance calls when i'm not interested for any type of additional loan.

Daily they called me from different numbers, I have blocked lot of numbers but still getting calls always from new number.

I confirm not to have any kind of Service Calls. Please block my number for any service calls in future.

Please help and do the needful.

though repeated request made by us over telephonically from 10th september 2020 through bajaj representative who has given the warranty, the managers located at pondicherry and chennai denied my complaints in telling many things.
it is clearly mentioned in the asset secure advantage that "extended warranty for 12 months post the expiry of manufacturer's warranty includes coverage(as covered in manufacturer's warranty)for repair/replacement cost upto the invoice value.

I purchased washing machine on 15th March, 2020 worth 10400 and paid 4430 down payment. Remaining amount I converted into EMI with an expectation that EMI will be debited from April, where as EMI debited in July for which I haven't received any confirmation. Since there was no debit, I sent multiple email starting from May, where I got initial confirmation from Grievance redressal team that I have not made any transaction with Bajaj finserv. Customer service was not reachable. After some days they suddenly come up saying I have loan which I also agreed and considering the delay I asked them that I will close the loan where they have mentioned after 1st EMI I can close the loan. And suddenly they started debiting the EMI from July for which I haven't received confirmation. And due to insufficient balance in Sep(I was not aware that EMI will be debited) cheque has been produce multiple times which not only impacted my CIBIL but I also charged 2490 in traches. I sent multiple emails to remove CIBIL impact all the charges associated with cheque bounce as there was no proper communication of the EMI. Neither I got any confirmation after 1st debit of EMI in July and 2nd one in Aug. I received threatening calls from Bajaj collection team, for which I write multiple emails but didn't get any proper response. Sunil Pandey from Goregaon branch threatening me to send executive forcefully to collect amount and his behavior in the call was like some terrorist. I need apologize letter from Sunil, remove impact from CIBIL score, reimburse 2490 which was charged due to cheque bounce and forclosure this loan and closing all existing relationship with Bajaj Finserv.

If i am not purchased any products then how bajaj company say pay pending EMI
