WRT above subject, i have been constantly requesting Bajaj BFL from Jan 2020 to clear the remarks of no. of days for delayed payments and SUB from my cibil report so that i can improve my cibil score to apply for my future housing loan. Though i have cleared all my dues...

On 3rd august 2020 my saving account with saraswat bank made a debit of 2319 against tpcf bajaj finance, however i have nothing link with this account

Please get it resolved and refund the amount

Yesterday i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 26the aug 2020.)
In next day when i update my passbook,, passbook entry shows"cmp mandate debit bajaj finance". When i asked that shopkeeper,
He approached that bajaj finance person and he said "this is ecs charges deducted by bank,, bank showing our name."

Actually i purchased phone last year feb 2019 on loan basis (Bajaj finance), last installment deduced from my account on feb 2020.

How dare to bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing. We can't trust on bajaj finance,, i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details. Refund me that debit amt rs.117/-otherwise i will take action on bajaj finance.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Refund my amount

I don't purchase with bajaj finance though rs.117 debited from my account.

I had taken a loan from bajaj company and was still giving all the installments on time but july maha's installment was in the account but due to some reason bajaj did not deduct that installment from my account and i got a call from the company on july 16. He got the installment deposited and on august 1, when i got my salary in my account, ecs was engaged by bajaj on 13 days in a single day and all of them deducted 7670.00 rupees from my account according to 590.00 and when i spoke in bajaj company, i was told that your bank has not installed it, then i talked to the manager of icici bank, then he said that we do not plant this, so many times the bajaj company is present as many times as the present debtor. We have no fault in this, then when i talked in the bajaj company, they said that we will put you only, you will not get anything out of this and you can also do whatever you want to do in the future

I have no emi due from my bajaj finsherv account. I have paid all emi in time. But today they deducted 295 rs from my sbi account. Why this happen to me?

The amount .rs.250 is deducted from my sbi account three times, first one is on the date of 19 august 2020 and next two times on 20th august 2020. I had availed a housing loan finance through Bajaj Finance Housing Limited and my LAN number is H322HHL0098380 and LAN number H935HLT0106285 . I have been a regular payer of the EMIs so far. But due to this pandemic, since may 2020 I am receiving only 50% salary and my husband lost his job. Bajaj team has been harassing me for payments and presenting cheques in the bank everyday for clearance. Little money left, they have been taking in bits and pieces and leaving nothing for survival.
Calls from different number and sending people to home for collection is happening on day to day basis. Am not sure how they don't fall under RBI act and not giving moratorium in this pandemic. Please help.

Hi my name is nandakishore shetty my bajaj emi card card no 7upcddev904891 my card was blocked from 6 months i have cleared all my debts on june still my bajaj card was blocked i dont know for what reasson i have called customer care service they were saying it was in line with our policy.

Kindly clear this issue i am waiting for your reply

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv to pay the emi balance amount. I do not have account with the firm nor i have purchased anything via bajaj finance.

I even conveyed t the same to more than 3 bajaj finance employee who called me to pay the emi, after hearing that they immediately cut the call with no apology. I am not sure how someone's number can be given without proof and back ground check.

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers
