I don't purchase with bajaj finance though rs.117 debited from my account.

I had taken a loan from bajaj company and was still giving all the installments on time but july maha's installment was in the account but due to some reason bajaj did not deduct that installment from my account and i got a call from the company on july 16. He got the installment deposited and on august 1, when i got my salary in my account, ecs was engaged by bajaj on 13 days in a single day and all of them deducted 7670.00 rupees from my account according to 590.00 and when i spoke in bajaj company, i was told that your bank has not installed it, then i talked to the manager of icici bank, then he said that we do not plant this, so many times the bajaj company is present as many times as the present debtor. We have no fault in this, then when i talked in the bajaj company, they said that we will put you only, you will not get anything out of this and you can also do whatever you want to do in the future

I have no emi due from my bajaj finsherv account. I have paid all emi in time. But today they deducted 295 rs from my sbi account. Why this happen to me?

The amount .rs.250 is deducted from my sbi account three times, first one is on the date of 19 august 2020 and next two times on 20th august 2020. I have paid all EMIS OF BAJAJ IN TIME WITHOUT DELAY, ALTHOUGH they deducted rs.250 three times by the title of DEBIT MANDATE FAIL CHRG TXN. Dt 02042020.

I had availed a housing loan finance through Bajaj Finance Housing Limited and my LAN number is H322HHL0098380 and LAN number H935HLT0106285 . I have been a regular payer of the EMIs so far. But due to this pandemic, since may 2020 I am receiving only 50% salary and my husband lost his job. Bajaj team has been harassing me for payments and presenting cheques in the bank everyday for clearance. Little money left, they have been taking in bits and pieces and leaving nothing for survival.
Calls from different number and sending people to home for collection is happening on day to day basis. Am not sure how they don't fall under RBI act and not giving moratorium in this pandemic. Please help.

I am a holder of bajaj rbl credit card. Due to job loss out of covid-19 situation, i have been not able to pay my credit card dues. Hence on 22nd july 2020 i applied for moratorium. I got a sms response from the bank that moratorium has been granted till 31st august. Yet bajaj finance executives are following me for the last many days. At times they have also visited my residence, even after requested not to do so.

My name is Karishma Saini and i am customer of bajaj finance. I have purchased a Washing machine on 25/12/2019 amounting rs. 13000 from lg showroom "adhunika" through bajaj finance card ending with 8941the time of purchasing your sell executive named diksha agarwal assured me to receiving a cashback of rs. 6000 on my purchase. I have paid rs. 600 extra for this.
But still i haven't received any cashback. I visited the store many times but they are saying there was no cashback available on bajaj purchase

Hi my name is nandakishore shetty my bajaj emi card card no 7upcddev904891 my card was blocked from 6 months i have cleared all my debts on june still my bajaj card was blocked i dont know for what reasson i have called customer care service they were saying it was in line with our policy.

Kindly clear this issue i am waiting for your reply

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv to pay the emi balance amount. I do not have account with the firm nor i have purchased anything via bajaj finance.

I even conveyed t the same to more than 3 bajaj finance employee who called me to pay the emi, after hearing that they immediately cut the call with no apology. I am not sure how someone's number can be given without proof and back ground check.

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

I applied for an emi network card and was informed via msg that im eligible for upto 60, 000. Next day i received a call from pune that they are processing my request for a platinum card. It was only after i started searching online that i came to understand this rbl supercard is actually a credit card!

Numerous attempts to call their customer service for clarification went futile. All i ever wanted was an emi card that their site mentioned im eligible for.

I would like to bring to your notice that bajaj housing finance limited is continuously since may month for the emi amount, however even after loosing the job due to pandemic covid 19 outbreak i requested for the moratorium. Even after that every single day i'm getting call from collection team & mentally harassing for the emi amount.

In a may month almost 15 times they bounce my cheque and charging almost rs.6000 as cheque charges, again this month they have charged rs.4000, as i was hospitalised due to more sickness as i was unable to bare the medical expenses, to stop this i want you to take necessary action on bhfl and with due to respect i want the complete refund amount.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 707/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 10th aug 2020. I would like to know what is this deduction for & without my notice how can bajaj deduct automatically like this. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that whenever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi.
My humble request with bajaj finance keep customer hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

Bajaj Finance — fraud or cheating against loan sanction.

Dear sir, My name is Abhishek kumar have cheated by an online Loan providing company(which is said Bajaj Finserve), they are contact me by phone and advise me to sent all the related documents like, Salary Slip, bank details, bank statments, Id proofs, etc., through by what's app, and after reciveving the documents they said to Pay Rs. 3500.00 for paid as a processing amount, and than after im paying the amount comapny has again said me again payment 18900.00, as that same they are getting 02 times to revice payment for many reasons, and till date i have paid almost 22400.00, in seprated accounts, but till date no any confirmation and recived and comapny excetuives has can't picup my calls, Im realy very frustated, request you plz take the very immidiate action this type of fraud and cheating
