It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv to pay the emi balance amount. I do not have account with the firm nor i have purchased anything via bajaj finance.

I even conveyed t the same to more than 3 bajaj finance employee who called me to pay the emi, after hearing that they immediately cut the call with no apology. I am not sure how someone's number can be given without proof and back ground check.

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

The calls are from bajaj finance, mayiladuthurai branch.

I applied for an emi network card and was informed via msg that im eligible for upto 60, 000. Next day i received a call from pune that they are processing my request for a platinum card. It was only after i started searching online that i came to understand this rbl supercard is actually a credit card!

Numerous attempts to call their customer service for clarification went futile. All i ever wanted was an emi card that their site mentioned im eligible for.

I would like to bring to your notice that bajaj housing finance limited is continuously since may month for the emi amount, however even after loosing the job due to pandemic covid 19 outbreak i requested for the moratorium. Even after that every single day i'm getting call from collection team & mentally harassing for the emi amount.

In a may month almost 15 times they bounce my cheque and charging almost rs.6000 as cheque charges, again this month they have charged rs.4000, as i was hospitalised due to more sickness as i was unable to bare the medical expenses, to stop this i want you to take necessary action on bhfl and with due to respect i want the complete refund amount.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 707/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 10th aug 2020. I would like to know what is this deduction for & without my notice how can bajaj deduct automatically like this. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that whenever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi.
My humble request with bajaj finance keep customer hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

Hi my name is nandakishore shetty my bajaj emi card card no 7upcddev904891 my card was blocked from 6 months i have cleared all my debts on june still my bajaj card was blocked i dont know for what reasson i have called customer care service they were saying it was in line with our policy. Kindly look after this issue asap.

Bajaj Finance — fraud or cheating against loan sanction.

Dear sir, My name is Abhishek kumar have cheated by an online Loan providing company(which is said Bajaj Finserve), they are contact me by phone and advise me to sent all the related documents like, Salary Slip, bank details, bank statments, Id proofs, etc., through by what's app, and after reciveving the documents they said to Pay Rs. 3500.00 for paid as a processing amount, and than after im paying the amount comapny has again said me again payment 18900.00, as that same they are getting 02 times to revice payment for many reasons, and till date i have paid almost 22400.00, in seprated accounts, but till date no any confirmation and recived and comapny excetuives has can't picup my calls, Im realy very frustated, request you plz take the very immidiate action this type of fraud and cheating

I have apply on feb month personal loan requested by bajaj finserv site. After that one representative call from bajaj finance. We have submitted all document after that we made the payment as per mention bajaj finance letter

I had returned my tv which i had purchased by bajaj finance and i got confirmation from bajaj finance that my order was cancelled and my loan limit will be updated, but today from my account the installment amount was deducted . so please return my money as soon as possible.

Bajaj trying to charge 707 rs through ecs.. I dont have any active loans from bajaj. Then on what bases they are charging 707 rs... My acc had low balance... So it got return... I was charged by bank on ecs return... But for what? This will affect my cibil score badly... Kindly return my money nd reverse ur ecs request...

Bajaj Finance deducted ₹ 707 with me! There is no reason given either! Sir, ₹ 10 is also very important for us without any reason! ₹ 10 means a lot to us! These people unnecessarily deduct public money. How can these people cut money without any valid reason.

Myself Ashutosh my mob num is [protected], i brought my Samsung A70s through Bajaj finserv at Niketa Telecom, Ram Lakhan Singh Market, Ashok Nagar Patna, Bihar as Sales Guy told my order is eligible for 3000rs cash back, once i cleared my first 3 EMI's without bounce, i can get cashback, already paid 5 EMI without bounce, , i received my bajaj card 4 months back, my card num is [protected] but still i did't get my Cash back of Rs 3000, Loan numer is “4L6DPFFT390490"

I have applied for loan and i have submitted all the documents through the number mentioned above and i have paid totally rs - 48, 230.
But i have not yet received the loan amount. So the amount will i have paid need t be refunded for me.
Consider this complaint and take an action immediately and refund the amount which i have paid.

Kindly refund my ₹588.38 and ₹1.62 which was deduted today from my bank for 3rd june emi ad i paid emi after bounce and i have statement in which bajaj finance has waived of ₹531 extra charges and also i have applied for moratorium but still they bounced my emi and charged me extra and after that they refund extra charges showing in my soa and now today they deducted ₹588.38 and ₹1.62 charges
I want refund or else i will file an FIR against bajaj finance
