I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 117/- isvdebited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information every month. And on 17th april 2020 rs 2699/- got debited with same details. So i request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount asap or else will take serious action on bajaj finance.

I have a two loan running from bajaj finance and i have a paid every month timely but this month covid-19 reson not get a salary timely so that my emi bounced but suddenly i have a get many sms received of deduction amount is 590 460 and 129 many time time i think deduct amount approx 3000.
I have complain that why send emi again when no money in my account
And if you send again to again so one time call me or sms alert me.

I have 7 diffent loans from bajaj finserve

I request the company email to give me emi moratorium

But they initiated esc and all are rejected due to insufficient fund.

I have so much struggle to make money in this covid 19 situations as i am self employee doing water filter sales and service

I request you to look into the matter and do the needful

Hello Bajaj finserv,

It is very irritating to get promotional calls daily 4 to 5 times from Bajaj Finserve on my mobile number [protected], Sometimes I have got these calls even after 7PM. I am not at all interested to take any loan and I have communicated the same several times not to call or SMS me for loan requirement. I have even registered in the National DND registry but still, I am getting these calls and SMS. I have even blocked the numbers of my phone but still, you guys manage to call from some other numbers.

I will take action against Bajaj Finserv for calling me even after registering to national DND if this is not stopped. So please note and take the necessary action for stopping all promotional phone calls and SMS on my number else.

Meri bajaj finance se ye complaint hai jis time hum itni badi mahamari covid 19 (Karona) se lad rahe hai roti ke sath room rent ya aur chote mote kharch bohat mushkil se ho rahe vahi hum bajaj ki personal loan kaha se de aur vo hume baar baar phone karke aur msg karke cibil score kam ho jayegi jis se aage loan kabhi nai mil payega keh kar emi bharne ko keh rahe hum kaha se de agar kaam nai ho

Plz company ko kahe zinda rahe to unke paise kaam karke chuka dege per this time pareshaan na kare

I had some loans on different puchases against emi from bajaj finance. All are duly cleared you can check. Still there is a debit on 18.3.2020 of rs 859 in the name of cmp mandate debit from my sbi account which i strongly oppose. Please justify or stop the nuisance or i will be obliged to desubscribe. I have done my bt with bajaj finance from pnb hfl and at the same time i have asked for flexi loan. Their representative as well as head of jaipur dept. Mr. Sanjay rathore and mr. Ashish asked me to send a mail regarding the same then i have sent a mail. They replied after sometime once i have asked to close my loan from pnb and all formalities done with pnb and i have received final clearance from pnb, after that bajaj finance representative told that for now i can't give you flexi loan for current month, i will give you first personal loan at same interest rate and will release half payment for now. After that i have asked the same in wriiten and they have sent me also so i have agreed upon same. Once that month passed then i have started call to representative as well as head but no one picked my phone and if picked then always said that we'll do it in next couple days but almost 2 month passed. After that head release my remaining payment but in top up, still they have not provided me flexi loan. After 3 months when i was continuously called them then finally they told me that "jo karna hai kar lo hum nhi denge" at that time i realized that how cheaters they are and now almost 5 months passed but they are not converting my loan into flexi and there is no way to complain.

I have a bank account in indian overseas bank, sholingur branch, my bank account number is [protected] the government has also announced that it will not withdraw money from the bank account due to the ongoing problem. I emailed the bajaj finance limited company and indian overseas bank about the payment of emi, and 02.04.2020, ecs/nach return charges of rs.117 deducted in my account, then, on 06.04.2020, ecs registration charges of rs. 118, deducted in my account, what is the reason for this amount deducted? I am humbly requested to take appropriate action.

Made many requests and complaints, bank is not bothered to hear customer complaint. I dont recommend this bank to any of my friends....

I have found that bajaj finance limited has deducted rs 117 on 11th feb 2020 and with out prior intimation and they deducted in the name of cmp mandate. As a consumer i have no idea what is this and i dont have any loans pending with them, but still they deducted the amount, i request the consumer court to help me to get back my money,
And give a notice to them for not repeating with our peoples hard earned money.

A personal loan was applied by mr solomon babu in karur vysya bank. On checking the cibil it was found that a bajaj finance limited consumer loan with account number 54907653 was written off with the amount of rs. 2746.
It is reported in february 2020.

It is learned that the loan was availed on 31/07/2007 (As per cibil) for an amount for rs 38500. However the customer is not aware of outstanding due to the time span.
Now he has decided for the closure of the account and clear the cibil entry.

Kindly advise for the closure of the account.

Sir, i have requested for 3 months emi moratorium on my emi. I mailed on the same on 1st april 2020 as per rbi guidelines. But today i received a message of failed payment and deduction of bouncing charges of rs.295.00 with gst. Kindly do the needful. My loan account no.403pht96494478. My phone number is [protected].
