Dear Sir I wrote below mail to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. There is no update status for Cancellation for Policy member ship no. [protected] Please do the needful To Head Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited GE Plaza, 5 th Floor, B Wing, Airport Road, Yerawada, Pune – 411006 Sub: Cancellation for Policy member ship no. [protected] Dear Sir, I am Uma Shankara Rao Tamada, Hyderabad I have taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, GE Plaza, 5 th Floor, B Wing, Airport Road, Yerawada, Pune - 411006. Today (04.03.2015) i have received my original certificate of insurance and when i was checking in detail, Reasons for cancellation: 1. I have checked Terms and conditions for this policy then found I have misunderstand what executive told and some part to pressure from agent, 2, 3 times refused this policy, finally accepted. please check it voice record 2. Mainly I am not capable to pay money in this policy premium amount right now. I have to pay almost Rs.9000/- per month to Bajaj Finserv, present my salary 13000/- per month. So that returned my original bond(certificate of insurance) to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, GE Plaza, 5 th Floor, B Wing, Airport Road, Yerawada, Pune - 411006. Please cancel my policy as early as possible; Period of free look cancellation is 15 days Please help to resolve this problem. I have used my rights as a customer.           During my query reagarding Punjab national Bank housing finanace, i was asked by the customer care official Quote " Why did you login to our site for query " unquote later on when this matter was again asked by calling back on +[protected] Miss Anjali Pathak told me Quote " In this forum you cannot complain about any misbehaviour by any staff as it is not allowed" unquote, i hope this type of inexperienced people shall be taken care of by the management as I am just a simple customer expecting something from your side and hopefully am not wrong in my approach .

            Dear Team, I am highly disappointed to share my heartiest feelings with respect to the sanction policy of your organization as my consumer loan for Sony Bravia LED Television was sanctioned through your system on 18th March'2015 with Loan Application Number : SF21242379 on the basis of my running credit card track record which was issued by AXIS Bank on behalf of my current profile and my reputed organization named M/S Janalakshmi Financial Services But I got a shock when I visited your office available in NIT 2, Faridabad as your representative requested me to visit their office premises ( above Electronic showroom, opposite ICICI Bank, NIT-2, Faridabad ) and after visiting and handing over the required KYC and my address proof ( which was on my organization's letter head ), Your representative abdruptly and deliberately declined my sanctioned loan application mentioning that Janalakshmi Fianancial Services is not listed company but I know that my esteemed organization is already a listed organization in all the NBFCs Forum which really hurts me and the elite reputation of my esteemed organization. This is not a complaint because I know some other NBFCs will certainly come to my door with high regards but I want to make you realized as to how your representatives are misguiding and misbehaving with your clients which is not at all expected from the NBFC like yours.               Dear sir, This has reference to loan account no. 405SPF08087645 & consumer ID no. 20914180. Sir, while making the application for personal loan, I had applied for life insurance for the amount Rs. 5, 00, 000/- (equivalent to my personal loan amount). For the insurance I was informed that the premium amount would be Rs. 8500/- & same has been added to my loan amount. Now I have been offered a (Health guard -Individual policy) a health insurance instead of life insurance which I do not require & I am not interested to purchase the same as I am already provided with better medical facility from my company. Sir, as I have not applied for health insurance policy you are requested to take necessary action to cancel the health insurance policy issued to me. You are also requested to make sure that any charges pertaining to cancellation shall not be booked on my head. Details of health policy is also indicated below: Policy no.: OG[protected]-00005395 Policy issued on: 18.03.2015 at 02:14:28 hrs Period of insurance: 13/03/2015 00:00:00 hrs to 12/03/2016 (midnight) Insurer name: Pradeep Kumar Ashok Kumar Sharma Final premium =[protected]net premium)+ 813 (service tax) + 24 (Edu cess Tax)) I would also request M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. (as both belong to same mother company) to initiate suitable action along with M/s Bajaj Finance LTD for cancelling the referred policy & return the entire amount to undersigned without being loaded by any sort of cancellation charges. That is why this email is also marked to M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. Sir, You are also requested to note that a Sum of Rs. 8500/- have been deducted from my loan amount whereas only Rs. 7609/- has been utilized for health insurance policy (which I do not require). I am unable to understand where remaining amount Rs. 891/- has gone. You are requested to furnish me the details of the same.                 I, P.Raja, purchased a bike using Bajaj Loan with Bike No: TN 10 AM 2173, with all dues paid without any delay for this loan and I believed in Bajaj Finance for loans. I was told that I was eligible for personal loan and the history details & complaint against Bajaj Finance are as follows:-

                History: (Personal Loan No:[protected]
                • On 26/2/2015 – A representative of Bajaj Finance Limited had a meeting with me for eligible personal loan. As I had belief in Bajaj Finance loan as per my earlier experience, I accepted the loan offered. The representative got all the documents signed from me. During this meeting there was no information regarding ROI and EMI for the loan to be provided.
                • On 28/2/2015 – I received a message on my mobile for approval of loan for an amount of Rs. 1, 14, 000
                • On 2/3/2015 – The loan was sanctioned and amount of Rs. 1, 05, 403 was transferred to my account as loan amount. I tried to contact representative who offered me this loan, but there is no response from him.
                • After all these, I received information from Bajaj Finance that the ROI is 19.99% for 36 month, which is against RBI law.

                Complaint:
                • I would like to know why there was difference in amount credited and loan amount?
                Loan Amount was Rs. 1, 14, 000 but received only Rs. 1, 05, 403. What happened to balance amount? There was no explanation on this.
                • The new ROI is very high and I’m not interested to continue with this ROI. So either cancel this personal loan or provide with reduced ROI (which I was paying earlier when I purchased bike through Bajaj Finance loan)

                    This is to bring in notice that the wrong information shared to me at the time of providing Personal Loan. I was told that i am Eligible for 91000 of Personal Loan and my EMI will be 3969/- for 36 month with 1.58% of Interest per month. But after the disbursal of Loan my EMI is 4234/- with 1.86% of interest per month for 36 month. I called up to RM and Call Center but no one entertained my issue and disconnected the call. I am an existing customer of Bajaj from last 5 years and i have maintained a very good record in paying EMI on time and not a single EMI is bounced in this period but such type of communication from Bajaj was not expected.

                        Few year back I had invested Rs. 35000 ( Policy No[protected] in Bajaj Finance, After Three years I have received Rs 4000I dont understand the dangerous calculations of Bajaj finance, since this instance I have stopped investing in insurance After 4 years from this incidence I can proudly say I had taken good disicion.

After log-in I have observed following details: FlexiSaver Details Type of Loan:SALARIED PERSONAL FLEXI LOAN Property Details:View Property Details Rate of Interest:15.25% Linked Accounts:View Linked Account Disbursement Details:Amount of Rs. 4, 91, 430.00 disbursed on[protected] Portal is also showing total loan amount Rs.5, 08, 500.00. Sir till date no amount is disbursed to me. I was informed during the paperwork for laon that before disbursement of loan a phone call as well as email will be given on my email ID for confirmation of disbursement.
