      Hi... I have taken three phone binding insurance policies one for me and my wife, one for my daughter, and one for my son in 2016. And in 2018 since my daughter has moved to germany i have renewed only two policies, and i received only two bonds but money is being deducted from another source apart from the two policies that i have renewed... I have clearly mentioned to cancel the third policy but it seems that they haven't cancelled the policy... Please cancel the policy and refund the money

        I have submitted the request for cancellation of Health Policy (Child Certificate no. OG[protected]-00000107, Customer ID[protected] on 6th of August 2018 at there Nagpur office. Even after constant follow ups with the representative at there Nagpur office for last one and half months I have not received any positive reply from them regarding my refund of Rs. 13598/-. The details of the health policy is as under:
        1. Name: Avinash Vasant Devikar
        2. Health Policy No.(Child certificate no): OG[protected]-[protected] for self, wife and daughter.
        4. Plan choosen: Mediclaim insurance policy

        Please look into the matter urgently so that I can get my refund of Rs. 13598/- at the earliest.

          I have asked my home loan outstanding to close the home loan from bajaj finserv, september 4th i raised request after that 4 reminder i sent, today is 18th i didn't received the outstanding letter.

          When i went bajaj finserv branch they said, you have to apply online only, when i apply online there is no response and they said if you close the outstaing before 15th, next month emi will not happen, if you close after 16th will take next month emi. So i send request septmber 4th till now they didn't response.

          My home loan number is 403shl42070905. Service request no. Sro3421873.

            Hi i bought things and wanted to pay the amount through bajaj finserv emi card but the payment is declined and i got a message from that "dear customer, transaction on your bajaj finserv emi card ending 0195 for loan of rs. Xxxx has rejected due to requirement of a fresh nach mandate. Visit our branch for submission of a fresh nach mandate and a cancelled chq."

                  I have past relation with bajaj finserv of 4 loan accounts i. E, 1- 461rem44714030, 2- 461ecf42352111, 3- 461dpf30789395, 4- 461rem43450293. All my loan is closed and noc is generated. After noc generation there is no right of company to deduct any money from my account.
                  When i send my grievance to company they write me as "charges has been deducted by registered bank as ecs mandate charges". But my bank refused for such deduction & told it is deduction by bajaj finserv but not by us.
                  But after noc generation bajaj finserv deduct amount rs 295 against all of my loan account i. E rs. 1180. My mobile is [protected] & my mail id is - [protected]@yahoo.com.
                  Please let me know what are these charges exactly, and please clear it asap, and refund it soon, i'll raise a complaint against it.

                    I have a loan which i have already paid in 8aug 2018 in haldwani branch. I already ask the agent give my documents which i have given at time of taking loan.
                    He asked me for commission for this which i also paid but after that also he is denying to give papers and misbehaving. It's already been one month but nothing progress. Talking rudely and saying call customer care for papers. Please look into this n provide my documents.

                    Even after paying my dues on time - i was charged Rs295/- and i tried reaching to customer support but no option to talk to any executive or any such guidance how to raise a request.Kindly do the needful

                      I have taken a loan on my name from bajaj finance to buy an a. C on 29/5/2018 from vandana electronics, jacumpura, gurgaon hr-122001. There was a concerned person who provide the loan on behalf of bajaj finance named - akash and his number is — . As per him the loan was suppose to be in 0% interest and to payable amount would be pay in 8 easy emi's i signed the document but for my reference he didn't gave any paper to me. Despite of that after a month my first emi debited from account is more than that which i told before by mr. Akash. When i register my account on bajaj finance through my loan id i saw one more loan (Cpp asset care) linked with my loan fyi i have attached the attachment of my both loan numbers. So. Without my acknowledgement how he added a loan?? I want a answer of that.. I talked him over call and have met also he kept saying that you will get the refund soon. July 20 2018, i visited to your branch located in sec 14 gurgaon and requested to cancel the loan (Cpp asset care) and he raised that request to the manager and please see i have also attached raised request letter i don't know what is your process why you keep saying loan in 0% interest i want my refund whatever is being charge extra and remove the unnecessary loan.

                      I hope you will take a quick and strict action over the same n may get in touch with me over my the number mentioned as in my signature.

I do not want any mobile insurance besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance.                             However, without any enquiry your market evaluator is given wrong evaluation at my place the land cost is more... Compare to the other end of the same location (Xxxxxxx)

                            I will challenge to bfl that he not enquired in my locality and also i will challenge you guys if he will get any house with the same he put on market correction i will leave my house to bfl on charity or free basis... But you have to prove me and collect it.

                            I have given enough supporting documents and also you can view the government evaluator who done in the month of april, which is just opposite to my apartment in the same lane...

                            That evaluation is done as directed by bank, not by builder i mean to say a volunteer survey with no influence, also the price is high in my locality still the survey is low but my comparison without any enquiry he has put on wrong value 2700 sqft instead of 3800sqft... See the difference how it is... More over this evaluation done in the month of april for fully not completed building and you can imagine for the completed house value and a just 2-year-old property

                            My challenge is clear has to prove the valuation is 2700 sqft in my colony (Xxxxxxx) if yes i will leave my house to him on free basis.

                            Hope you guys don't need of the trusted customers... U guys need only cheaters to help

                            And your agents don't have a minimum courtesy to call back at any time

                              I took bajaj finance loan before few years and all are completed. But from that time, i am keep on getting one or more call almost every day. Many time people are using abusing words also in call.

                              I already registered my mobile number in dnd but still i keep on getting call.

                              They don't have dnd register option on website.

                              Why there is no common system and keep on getting call every day and even multiple time in a day? If someone don’t need any loan, how person will change his answer if someone call multiple times.

                              Today person also said that he will give my number to all so you will get call every minute.

                              In email they said that it will stop all promotional call from 48 to 72 hours. But today after 1 week I again got call from named Mr. Sahil. So this is not yet resolved and I don't see any action.

                                  This is Vasanthi, senior citizen. Myself initiated the mail for cancellation of two insurance policies which Bajaj Company assigned on me without my PERMISSION/KNOWLEDGE.I had discussed with nearest bajaj branch office and physically given the hard copy of cancellation request and sent the mail to respective bajaj customer care team ( [protected]@bajajfinserv.in). Luckily I got the call logged id SR03482507 regard that but have not received the valuable information. The worst thing is no-one talk about the refund money and why it's got deducted without my knowledge?
                                  Please provide any proof from your end that myself given permission for applying the insurance policy. If 'NO' would like to know the reason and who has given the permission behalf of me?

                                  Please help me to refund the 12480 amount which has been deducted the below duration from account and kindly help me to cancel the two policies immediately.

                                  Deducted amount details:

                                  For 2 insurance policy amount totally = 2080 per month.

                                  Totally 12480 amount deducted from my bank account during the period from 06th Apr 2018 to 05th Sept 2018 for the last 6 months.

                                      My customer ID 32020348. Please deactivate Bajaj emi card.I am not using it.Also Rs.117 debited from my account. I am not asking for the EMI card. I don't want to pay unnecessarily.please repay back RS.117. I have never been using this card. All my Emis paid without any delay then why people are debit my account
                                      Raised the compliment and bajaj asked to wait for 48 hrs, its already 96hr and nobody is responding. I called to Omindo Auto machines number and they said, they got the approval of the compliment and my person will call.

                                        I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv for 3 Lakhs 6 months back 403SPL62764704 they had taken a ECS mandatory form twice and there is no update that it was rejected, while the customer care always call me for late payment in this regards. 6 Months I paid through online and this time iam reluctant to pay without proper justification.

                                        I had already taken Loan through Bajaj Finance twice and you can see my track record of payment. 403SPL05686109 and 403SPL10191118

                                        I have already raised query about this issue on 11/3/18, 6/4/18, 9/9/18 they simply close the query as "Issue solved " no communication or dispute is seen there of.
                                        I swear that there is enough balance to close the total loan money and still they dont make ECS transfer and inform me that i had defaulted.
                                        Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
