bajaj finserv bajaj elite emi card membership

I am naresh sharma, mobile no [[protected]]. On 12 august, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4999 earliest.

Later on 12 august. I made the payment through my bajaj emi card (Rs 4999/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).

Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home...

bajaj finserv illegally charged rs. 117

I don't have any requirement to use the issued bajaj emi card for any purchase.
Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement? This is forcing to customer and illegal. Multiple times called on customer care number but didn't connect. Instead received many promotional call from bajaj...

mobile loan emi

Regret to say that my emi card is temporarily blocked with out any prior notice inspite of regular payment.

Tried to contact customer care but no one has picked up phone.

Highly disappointed. Request you to unblock my EMI Card as i am in urgent need of card.

unusual emi charges

I'm aashiq khetani. During one of the payments of emi my bank made a mistake and the check got bounced. Due to that i was unable to pay for my emi. This lead to unnecessary charges from bank and bajaj finance of 18, 500 rs. I tried my best and visited bajaj finance main offices and also bank many times but they didn't respond at all. bajaj finserv emi card 'inactive' fees

The loan was completed in march this year refer "402dpf41261397". I have two issues with bajaj finserv:

1. I was tricked into buying a emi card. The agent charged an extra 450 saying it is card fee. He never mentioned there was a fee. He just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

2. Recently i saw a sms saying bajaj emi card "inactive" fees of 117 rs. How and what is this charge...

unauthorized deduction of rs 295 twice from bank account

I have been noticing that unauthorized deductions of rs. 295 + rs 295 are being made from my sbi account on 15'th. Aug'2018. I dnt have any pending emis.
