Dear bajaj finserve i purchased phone from flipkart at 0%emi by bajaj finserve card. Loan number 426ecf84537517

My actual emi was 2500 rs per month for 6 months. For purchase of 14999rs from flipkart. There was not any extra charges to be added.
I received sms confirmation from u also for emi of 2500 per month. (Sms screen shot enclosed)

Later i am reviving sms from u for due emi rs 2558. Which should be 2500 only. Kindly recheck and make it amended to 2500 only.

I checked my statement it shows convenience fee of 58 1st instalment,

Any additional amount should not be debited from my account.
Only 2500rs to be paid to u.
If any extra deduction refund my money to me.in future there should be only actual deduction of 2500 rs.

    I have purchaged Vivo v9 of amount 20990/- through Flipkart on dated[protected] using my Bajaj EMI CARD but next day on 28 August i cancelled bcos of some problems and as per telephonic conversation with Flipkart customer care they assured me that amount is realised back. But yet my amount is not credited back in my Bajaj Finserv EMI card. And my registered mobile is [protected].
    So please try to solve this problem and i tried all way to communicate with Bajaj Finserv customers care but there is no option rather thn mailing. so once again i am requesting you to please solve out this problem and credit my amount back in my account of mobile no [protected].

      Hi, my name is JASLEEV SINGH. My loan account number is 4910CD23354833. I would like to say that I have paid all the installments of my mobile, which I buy from a dealer on the financial basis by BAJAJ FINANCE LTD. I am here to add my NOC letter and screenshots of my deducted payment for your reference and I have paid all my installments on time. None of my installments bounced but they charged me the ECS return charge couple of times and once for not using my BAJAJ CARD. I request you to REFUND all my money on high priority basis as soon as possible. They have charged me 3 times without giving prior information and the charges amount is below:

          This is a very unprofessional forum who have hired a bunch o[censored]nprofessional rogues for collections, who call threaten and speak in foul words even after making payments.
          I have filed a complaint in consumer court already. I have been a customer for about 5 years and missed only one payment in 5 years due to emergency, the agents who are calling me are threatening me and speaking foul and I am completely disgusted, I think these people should not be doing any business any more .

            Dear Bajaj,
            I have purchased phone form flip kart at 0% through my bajaj card registered number is [protected]

            i received confirmation sms of lone with EMI of 2500 per month ofr 6 months.

            But later now i am receiving sms that due emi is 2558 rs, 58 rs extra are changed without any reason that should not be changed to me as per all terms and conditions, it was clear that there will not be any extra charges on purchase.

            Now why this extra charges, make sure not to deduct any extra change, if soo then refund back my money in time.
            This is very work and customer harassment by making false commitments.

                Bajaj Finserv representatives came to my office and they told us, Flexi Term Loan is over draft facility like current account. If we use it then only interests will be charged on daily bais(pro-rated) and there is only Felxi fee of 2999 for 5 years. If we use the amount then only service will be activated. If we don't use it then, we can extended for next 5 years, But they have directly deposited amount(After deductions) into my account and self activated the service. When I call the representative, he said no worries. just transfer the amount back to bajaj account. When I tried to login to their portal, I came to know that my user name is not yet activated. They took 2-3 days to activate my username.
                They have charged me 9810 INR(Processing Fee+ GST + FFP + Flexi Fee), even i have not used one rupee also and they are telling we can't help and we should not trust Bajaj representatives unless they give us written agreement or proof. I have to paid 9810 because If i delay again they have started adding interest to this 9810 amount. ( Initially they have activated CPP also and cancelled it now).

                    Please release me from this harassment. One bad day i just inquired about some personal loan and unfortunately i have shared my number, from that day i am getting minimum 3 to 4 calls per day. I don't have any requirement for personal loan.in future also i won't take any loans. Already i fed-up with many loans.

                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                        This to inform you that i k. Durairaj, bajaj finserv they given pre-approved supercard. So i have applied for bajajfinserv super card. They called me through telephone from one of your exective. For your reference my application id: (Bflc[protected]). My card has been approved, right now i am not interested avail this card. Because i have using already the rbl credit card i thought the this would be separate card apart from rbl credit card. So there is no use forme to get this card. So request you to cancel the bajajfinserv super card immediately.

                        Regarding the above bajajfinserv super card. Sofor i didn't receive your supercard. You sent me the annual fee statement you had given me the due date also. I do use the existing credit with other bank. They didn't send and across statement like you. Without using there cards. And you linking this bajaj supercard to my existing rbl credit card. And ther is no o[censored]se of getting this card for me, iam not happy with service. Cancel my bajaj finservsupercard immediately.

                              This card is issued since 2013. But now she got message that as you have not used the card so annual fee of rs.117 will be levied. How you can impose the fee without the consent of the customer. Please cancel the card & waive the amount otherwise complaint will be lodged with rbi/consumer forum.

                                I apply for loan to buy refrigerator and ac. They issued an emi card also which i diddnt apply. While filling form for laon if it was written somewhere minutely that i dont know. I have never used it. I want to surrender it. As i dont have any requirement of such card.
                                I dont want pay their annual charges unnecessary, if i am not using. Kindly accept my request to surrender my gold emi card of bajaj finserv

                                  Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 20-aug-2018 from my account and clearly mention in particulars section bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_july18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj fin. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap

                                    Dear concern,
                                    This is in regard with the my bajaj finance consumer loan, which i’ve taken for ac purchased via bajaj fin emi card.
                                    My total due amount to bajaj finance was 16k. I’ve been asking to waive off the other charges applied to my loan of late fee.
                                    After so many calls & discussion, the desired person who first claims that he is a lawyer & talking from tees hazari court has a fraudlent case pending against me.
                                    The gentleman was very rude & scolding using bad words regarding the late payment.
                                    When i told him that i’m ready to settle my loan with the desired amount in 2 installements of 8k with a month gap.
                                    He opted that, i only have to pay 10k & the loan will get settled. & i will get the noc & my loan will be closed in full & final settlemment
                                    Once i made the payment, the person claiming to be from delhi court “ siddhart” contact:"[protected]" which i even doubt is his real name.
                                    He blocked my number & whenever i try to call him from other number he is dodging every call.
                                    Even if i hadn’t made my payment on time, this is very unethical & fraudt behaviour to charge customer in such a manner while claiming to be someone from delhi court & intimating to be a lawyer while harrsainhg the customare like this.

                                    All of this is very unacceaptable,
                                    Please contact me in person, as i am still getting calls from babaj finserv for my due payment of 16k as of now.
                                    Take immediate action against this type of collection department.
                                    Who will say anything or do anything in the name of bajaj finance.
                                    As per your executive who assured my by lying that my loan is against.

                                        I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card - [protected]

                                        I have no pending emi to pay.

                                        I was promised that this card is free, however they charged around 500 as a one time fee.
                                        But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.

                                        I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous of not informing such things when you ask the user to apply and calling it lifetime "free". On top of that they want me to charge for not taking another loan from them.
