Both emi is completed in 2016, but so long after, unusual amounts are deducting from my account, accordingly i went to kolkata salt lake off, they said bounce charges in account of:-
1. A/c no.410dpf13732604 due re.8025.00
2. A/c no.410dew13732666 due re.9191.00
Total re.17216.00
On 14/08/2018 deducted from my a/c re.5812.00
Balance re 11404.00
Dear sir, this amount is very hard to me, kindly may consider please.

    I got a call from advisor g on behalf of Bajaj fin serv for overdraft loan and being forced to take as being unaware about OD they made false statement and charges and said no charges will be applicable unless i use the amount sanctioned and can pay any time i like only 64 rupee will be charged per day when i got information of hidden charges from bajaj after getting the bajaj docket filled by advisor g sent the agent at home who only took my signature on docket and after getting aware o[censored]nnecessary charges being applicable and lots of discrepancies in statement of advisor g i asked them to stop disbursal of amount keeping all Bajaj team and advisor g team, but they still disburse the amount which was returned on same day of disbursement as i had already asked them not to disburse i had all calls proof and mail proof of submitting a written complaint that i will not continue with bajaj team and advisor g team, now they are harrasing me and not closing loan account which i had asked them to stop 2 days priorly and they are pennalising 4% charges for fourclouser and 2999 +2999 charges for flexi loan and benifit report and also 50 rupees for stamp all charges including GST, Mr sharad and bajaj team are not providing any solution and forcing me to pay amount for fourclousre for that amount which i had not used even and returned after their mistake of disbuirsement, i want to file harrasment case and also false pennalising and not closing my loan account which they opened without my consent and making even false statement.

      Regret to say that my emi card is temporarily blocked with out any prior notice inspite of regular payment.

      Tried to contact customer care but no one has picked up phone.

      Highly disappointed. Request you to unblock my EMI Card as i am in urgent need of card.

        I had made the emi in the month of feb’ 18 i tried making payment trough the bajaj finserv app but every time it fails i got the call from customer care i explain them the issue that i am unable to make the payment via app and now you will charge me without any reason, he shared the link by giving an apology that due to “server down payment was not successful & i am sending you a fresh link kindly make the payment” i told him that this is bajaj problem don’t charge me he said yes we won’t charge anything you please make the payment i immediately made the payment, but now after 6 months i am getting call from bajaj finserv to make the late payment. Why this fraud and they are threatening for my cibil score.

        My bajaj loan no. 405cdd41143872.

        Why should i bare this is bajaj finserv problem there server is down and made the payment and you guys are harassing me.

            I'm aashiq khetani. During one of the payments of emi my bank made a mistake and the check got bounced. Due to that i was unable to pay for my emi. This lead to unnecessary charges from bank and bajaj finance of 18, 500 rs. I tried my best and visited bajaj finance main offices and also bank many times but they didn't respond at all. Through this complain i want to know how should i again continue my emi's and will i get the money back from the unnecessary charges.

            I'm ready to pay the necessary charges which i have to pay for my continuation of emi.

                On 5th July 2018 suddenly I saw a charge 2404 INR charged on bank account naming "BAJAJ FINEMI-BF[protected]", when I checked with my bank I came to know that during the 2013 I had taken a consumer loan for which I am getting charged, when I pulled my Bank details I found that all EMI's related 2013 purchased is paid and there no balance, when I dropped email to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" they called me back[protected] and on discussion it was found that some one has taken Vivo mobile on 28th May 2018, they said they want my PAN card or Aadhar card # for further verfication, I have replied to the along with my PAN card (8/5/2018 1:51 PM). since then I do not see any reply from them till now.

                By now I have paid 2404(05th July 2018) + 2374.00(05th August 2018).

                Let me give share the funny thing which Bajaj Finserv has done, they charged from my bank account as My name matched with person who had actual taken loan.

                After lots of struggle and follow up I got my refund.
                .I am also changed with 4, 425.00
                details as shown below
                4 nov 2019 bajaj finemi-bf131117_[protected] 14 nov 2019... 4, 425.00

                i do not know for what they are charging with me...

                I made complaint but no responce...
                AM also charged with same transaction description.

                with amount of RS 707

                please guide me to get rotund

                  Dear Bajaj,

                  The Bajaj Consumer portal website is worst in it own segment.
                  It look professional, but while using it is very complicated website ever developed it not work smoothly.

                  Following problems I am facing :-

                  1. When i foreclose the account through paying from Paytm it is not accepting,
                  my question is why you put Paytm there if you not want to accept any payment.

                  2. The Customer care is there but there is no option to call phone officer, are you saving money by not providing calling facility.

                  You have idiotic type of service.

                  Please improve.

                    Am taking 200000 personal loan from Bajaj finance. Recently I lost my job, so last two months am not paid my emi. One of the recovery agent reached my home and started abusing me infront of my neighbours and I felt so ashamed and pitty for myself but there is nothing I could do.

                    I know I have made a big mistake of my life and I am really sorry for it but what could I do? I am not sure how to deal with such harassment. I know that my loan would not be waived but can I get the amnesty of time till I get a better job and I dont have to face legal challanges?

                      i m bajaj finserv valuable customer but their customers care support also not helpful they just told you do what u want to do but they never help i take personal loan from bajaj finserv of 136000 i have asked for 175000 rs loan but their customers representative said to me that i have to continue this loan as 136000 and bajaj finserv will add the amount of loan as 175000 after 5 months but when i go them to bajaj finserv office their loan department said they dont add any amount of money at all just paid this amount full after they give another loan but when i take loan of 136000 i need of 175000 but i said ok if bajaj finserve said they will add rest amount in 4 to 5 months but when i go to them they said their no kind of scheme about this type of loan amount add they are all just fake people in bajaj finserv kurukshetra branch give wrong information to me i want resolve all my problems immediately

                        Bajaj Finserv added CPP TELE BINDING(400CTB[protected] insurance to my account without my approval. This is shameful service by BajaFinserv. I was thinking to opt-in other services of BajaFinserv and now i know their service. So i am going to stop all my other services with BajajFinserv.

                        they do unauthorized activity with user account and this is completely illegal.

                        Bajaj Finserv please cancel it. I tried to call the customer care number many times and sent email to Grievance Redressal and Customer Experience Head about the issue but not response.

                        Bajaj Finserv intentionally hiding the method of cancelling the CCP. I am checking their FAQ page there is no proper information to cancel it.

                        "The customer can call CPP/Bajaj Finserv’s Toll free numbers to cancel the membership." -- All customer care call are going IVR which then leads to no where.

                          Bajaj finserv has provided loan using my pan card number.

                          My cibil score has reduced from 800 to 600.

                          The fraud loan person has not paid amount.

                          Other finance companies are not providing me home loan because of this. This is un-necessary harassment caused to me as my builder has raised a demand and my finance company is not able to disperse the loan due to cibil issues. I am behind bajaj finserv to resolve this issue leaving my office behind.

                          After talking to bajaj it has come to my notice that the person who has taken loan is absconding and the person from bajaj (Or bajaj agent) who has provided the loan is also absconding.

                          I am planning now to take this to facebook and file fir and other media through my channels.

                          I have attached the document for open of the fraud accounts

                          What i require from bajaj finserv
                          1. Quick resolution on this fraud account
                          2. Updation of my cibil details to remove these loan accounts
                          3. Updating of my cibil score to previous score which was there before these two loans were taken.

                          4. Apart from this i would require a compensation of the harressement i am facing due to inability of bajaj finance to monitor the fraud and causing unnecessary problems to general public.

                          How can anyone provide loan like this??? I would require an answer from bajaj on this.

                            The loan was completed in march this year refer "402dpf41261397". I have two issues with bajaj finserv:

                            1. I was tricked into buying a emi card. The agent charged an extra 450 saying it is card fee. He never mentioned there was a fee. He just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

                            2. Recently i saw a sms saying bajaj emi card "inactive" fees of 117 rs. How and what is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

                            Please escalate this email to the highest authorized person and find a solution to this problem.

                              Hi Guys,
                              Just wanted to share my feedback about Bajaj Finserv. I had a very bad experience with Bajaj Finserv. One of my Consumer loan No 4040CD00519384. This was a simple consumer Loan taken from Bajaj Finserv for purchasing an AC. The complete EMI has been paid for the same. Bajaj Finserv has also issued the NOC and Loan clearance certificate mentioning the EMI paid every month with zero due left. However Bajaj Finserv has incorrectly updated the loan not to have paid completely on the Cibil. Also they have sold my account to Kotak to recover the money of Rs. 11687. Bajaj Finserv wants to wash off there hand and hence asking me to contact Kotak for further communication. Upon requesting them to sort this out for about 6 months, they have yet not been able to fix the issue. Instead they mention that the Loan has not been cleared and the NOC has been issued incorrectly/ by mistake and hold no good. This is such a discusting situation adn now they have started ignoring my email as well. I am taking this to the Consumer Court and also wanted you guys to be aware of how unsafe it is to take a loan with Bajaj Finserv. Find the attached proofs of the unhelpful email communication and recorded voice clip for the conversation i had with Bajaj Finserv. Also find the copy of the NOC and the clearance certificate where they have mentioned that there is no due left. Find the screenshot of the incorrect update on Cibil as well.

                                I have been noticing that unauthorized deductions of rs. 295 + rs 295 are being made from my sbi account on 15'th. Aug'2018. I dnt have any pending emis. Two more emi's are left which wil b completed in october, so, this month i have paid this month's emi on 7th. Aug'2018 with penalty, the loan account number is 545cdd64477384

                                  We had consumer Loan for Rs.16000/= from Bajaj Finserve, we paid all installments regularly except one because that time we transfer to another city & not operate that bank a/c after we reached to bajaj finance office, deposited last installment also but we are not getting noc from your office.

                                  After complaint to web site wecare. they replied that there are 5000/- overdue balance. Our last pending installment we paid on 21/06/2018 for rs.2100/= & asked for noc but on dt.21/06/2018 in our a/c they are asking us for overdue of Rs.2000 other than 2058/= of installment. We make payment against installment & asked them for overdue charges how they are charging. only one installment was pending & now on dt. 14th August they are asking us for after payment of loan installment of Rs.2100(Last payment of installment) against 5000/= overdue. (Note for Rs.2058/= install. for 8 months, loan taken for 8 months, 1 installment remain till 21/06/2016)
                                  within 8 months loan period for 16000/= overdue showing 5000/= what is profit margin? whether all these are correct.

                                  (Sir we made all our loan installment & we are ready to pay if any return charges but we are not liable to pay such big amount as overdue, please also cheque where this person deposited Rs.2100/=against installment or overdue.

                                  Please resolve this matter & issue us NOC for the same.

                                    I received a phone call from bajaj finserv visakhapatnam dated 14/08/2018 at 02:18 pm from mobile no. [protected] by a lady and she said directly to me that pay your due loan emi (related to water purifier) she gave targeted time by 4:00 Pm today otherwise she come with team members to my house visit and challenged to take the water purifier from my home.
                                    then my query is that- is there any staff of bajaj finserve having right to misbehave with customers or not please reply me soon

                                      I have got a call today on 14th august at 10.01 a. M. The girl mentioned her name as komal. She said that i have not paid my emi and i asked her about the details. Then she started shouting and misbehaving with me... What kind of customer service is this that i can't even ask my due amount... She harassed me... I asked her to hand over the phone to your manager... Then in a very bad way she said that there is no manager, i am the manager. Then she shouter for another minute... I have 6 emi going on... I am your regular customer and this is what i get in return... I will definitely think twice to again trust you guys... And i am trying to call on your customer care, surprisingly there is no option to talk to the executive... I don't usually complaint but she crossed all her limits. I need an immediate acrion. Or else i will go the court for harrasing your customer and will make sure that you guys will pay for your uneducated staff... Coz u guys should educate them how to talk to the customers... Call me at [protected].
