I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card - [protected]

I have no pending emi to pay.

I was promised that this card is free, however they charged around 500 as a one time fee.
But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.

I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous of not informing such things when you ask the user to apply and calling it lifetime "free". On top of that they want me to charge for not taking another loan from them.

    I bought a tv based on bajaj finance from a show room, after few days i received an emi card of bajaj finserv and i lost the newly issued card, mailed to [protected]@finserve to block the card and not to re-issue it. But still i am getting sms saying there is an inactive fees.

    Please tell me how to do this. I don't want use the card and receive sms from finserve.

      Mr. Surender, Telecaller from Bajaj Finserv was following up with me for Loan against salary since last four months. After having proper discussion with him, I agreed to apply for a loan but I had a issue with set up free and fitness report charges, since I am already a customer of Bajaj finserv I was not agreeing to pay the same. Hence he committed me that such charges will not be levied. after processing the application he called and informed me that Set up fee I have to bear initially and later on he will give cash back to me after loan disbursement . for which samira, his colleague sent me a confirmation mail for the charge back. post which I gave consent to process the loan.

      Now loan has been disbursed july only but till now I am not getting the revert from Bajaj finserv team. even after complaining to them, I am not getting any response.

      this is so pathetic and customer is getting cheated just to finish their targets, Local Bajaj Finserv executive who collected my documents and processed the loan also well aware about the case.

      Sir, 4999 rs deducted by my account.
      For bajaj finserv elite card.
      Anywhere is not any mention of bajaj finserv elite card. Bajaj wallet is not showing any elite card features. I am so tense from urs this elite card fraud. Plz tell me about elite card.

          I bought a smart phone with bajaj finsev emi plan. Everything was good on that day but one thing that i just hate and want to resolve asap. They told me after all processes and documentations that my emi will be of 1650/- rs. On 2nd of next month for seven months on my first emi they deduct 1650/- as they told me but on second emi they deduct 1959/- rs. And as i put only 1800/- rs. As my emi 1650/- to be deduct on that day but i got message from my bank that cheque is bounced and they charged me of 295/- rs. Of bounce charges after i tried to find the reason and i got to know that they insured my phone worth 1800/- rs. Without telling me and after bounced i charged 450/- to bajaj too so ultimately i charged of rs. 1000/- without any reason they did insurance even after my "no" to insurance. I wrote to bajaj already and they told me to reply me soon withing to working days but now its been a week and there is no response from them at all.

            From last 1 year i am getting calls from bajaj finserve, regarding something called overdraft facility. I am not at all interested and evrytime i request those guys to put my number on dnd but everytime they say ok but next day same thing happens.

            One day i had fight as well, guy from other side abusing me for almost 15 minutes and surprisingly 2 days after again i got call offering same overdraft facility.

            Is there any way to stop there calls, i am completely tired

              Since my cibil score was low i took an report in which it shows i have loans in bajaj finance i have took a loan of a/c:4030cd26882027 worth rs; 8944 due amount to be payed. Which actually i haven't took any loan in they organisation because of this my score are getting lower. I can't even apply any new loans because of this issue. Kindly help me to resolve this issue if possible..

              I purchased a vivo v9 they issued a fone safe loan with it now it's sending me text daily so kindly plz stop my fonesafe loan with Lan no 424DFS83513729 as I was already refusing on the purchasing date even.

                  I have taken a personal loan of amount Rs 3, 11, 000.00 from Bajaj Finserv at the rate of 13.14% interest per Year for term of 5 Years. Bajaj Finserv has made my emi Rs 8, 589.00 per month and 5 emi has been deducted in my bank account per month. Some days ago i checked my emi detail on internet with an emi calculator at given rate 13.14% for 5 years of terms period. Then i saw at this interest rate emi is Rs. 7099.00 per month and which emi is dedcting in my account rate of interest is 22% per year. I complained from bajaj finserv office about this orally But No solution made for me about this.

                      Bajaj finserv without any prior authorization deducted rs.118 from my account with particulars "bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_july18".

                      I asked the bajaj finserv executive twice before availing this that about any hidden charges and he said no there are no charges at all.

                      Then, what is this charge for?

                      Also, there is no way to speak with a bajaj finserv executive on phone. This is outrageous.

                        Later on 12 august. I made the payment through my bajaj emi card (Rs 4999/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).

                        Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

                        Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

                          I don't have any requirement to use the issued bajaj emi card for any purchase.
                          Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
                          Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement? This is forcing to customer and illegal. Multiple times called on customer care number but didn't connect. Instead received many promotional call from bajaj finserv and tried to explain the executive who said this is not right department. It is just looting the customer.
                          This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                          I am loosing my faith for this company.
                          Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                          I was using my bajaj finder card since last financial year 2017, i took loan and closed it within 6 months completed EMI successfully without any bounce nor late EMI. It means I was using my card and it was not inactive. So how can you apply inactive fees on me. Just before 6 month it was active and last emi paid on December 2017. get this sorted.

                              Both emi is completed in 2016, but so long after, unusual amounts are deducting from my account, accordingly i went to kolkata salt lake off, they said bounce charges in account of:-

                              Total re.17216.00
                              On 14/08/2018 deducted from my a/c re.5812.00
                              Balance re 11404.00

                                I got a call from advisor g on behalf of Bajaj fin serv for overdraft loan and being forced to take as being unaware about OD they made false statement and charges and said no charges will be applicable unless i use the amount sanctioned and can pay any time i like only 64 rupee will be charged per day when i got information of hidden charges from bajaj after getting the bajaj docket filled by advisor g sent the agent at home who only took my signature on docket and after getting aware o[censored]nnecessary charges being applicable and lots of discrepancies in statement of advisor g i asked them to stop disbursal of amount keeping all Bajaj team and advisor g team, but they still disburse the amount which was returned on same day of disbursement as i had already asked them not to disburse i had all calls proof and mail proof of submitting a written complaint that i will not continue with bajaj team and advisor g team, now they are harrasing me and not closing loan account which i had asked them to stop 2 days priorly and they are pennalising 4% charges for fourclouser and 2999 +2999 charges for flexi loan and benifit report and also 50 rupees for stamp all charges including GST, Mr sharad and bajaj team are not providing any solution and forcing me to pay amount for fourclousre for that amount which i had not used even and returned after their mistake of disbuirsement, i want to file harrasment case and also false pennalising and not closing my loan account which they opened without my consent and making even false statement.

                                    I had made the emi in the month of feb’ 18 i tried making payment trough the bajaj finserv app but every time it fails i got the call from customer care i explain them the issue that i am unable to make the payment via app and now you will charge me without any reason, he shared the link by giving an apology that due to “server down payment was not successful & i am sending you a fresh link kindly make the payment” i told him that this is bajaj problem don’t charge me he said yes we won’t charge anything you please make the payment i immediately made the payment, but now after 6 months i am getting call from bajaj finserv to make the late payment. Why this fraud and they are threatening for my cibil score.

                                    Why should i bare this is bajaj finserv problem there server is down and made the payment and you guys are harassing me.

                                        I'm aashiq khetani. During one of the payments of emi my bank made a mistake and the check got bounced. Due to that i was unable to pay for my emi. This lead to unnecessary charges from bank and bajaj finance of 18, 500 rs. I tried my best and visited bajaj finance main offices and also bank many times but they didn't respond at all. Through this complain i want to know how should i again continue my emi's and will i get the money back from the unnecessary charges.

                                        I'm ready to pay the necessary charges which i have to pay for my continuation of emi.
