      My name is moumita chakraborty. My customer i'd is 48075121. I have one running personal loan which is converted from retail emi and two closed loan. My running loan account number is[protected], and my two closed loan account number are[protected]Dpf),[protected]Dfs).
      Emi is deducted through ecs from my bank account which is sbi.
      For running loan i made bank account change request to one of bajaj employee who came to my place for taking the missed emi. The person who came to my place and did all the necessary things for changing the bank account details was sent by a bajaj employee whose name is priyanka (Mobile-[protected]).
      They did nothing and for past 2months my ecs is bounced and i have been charged rs.600 for bouncing charge. For this my cibil score has been decreased.
      I made the request and give 2 cancelled cheque of kotak bank and also signed mandatory ecs form on 9.2.2018.
      I don't know why such thing is happening. Bajaj employees are making me fool and for their fault i am suffering.
      If they can't do this from themselves they should tell me directly to do this by myself.
      I want proper justice to this. Kindly look into this matter.
      For dfs[protected] it is shown 2emi are missed although i made the payment last month. It is my humble request to take this matter seriously and give proper judgement so that we can trust bajaj finserv.
      My emi card has also blocked due to bajaj employees negligence.
      I am also harrased by bajaj employee several time for payment of emi as it got bounce due to their negligence i told them that i will pay it online but they did not hear me and continue calling me and send person for harassing at my place.

        A message recieved by bajaj fiserv stating that i have taken loan of 94999 today whereas i have not used the card in over two years and also blocked it I have the transaction reference no. too but they are not cancelling the loan
        transaction reference no. is[protected] and it happened on 4 april 2018 at around 7 pm.and the guy who fraud his no. is [protected].

          My name is Urmila Mahakali and I have faced multiple issues with Bajaj Finserv company with respect to salaried flexi loan and consumer loan.

          1. Received several call since last month I received a call saying there is a difference in the signature on the cross cheques provided and so the EMI is not getting through the bank.
          There would an executive coming and collecting the fresh cancelled cheques. Till date no one has turned up to get them.

          2. Since I have been having trouble with this EMI for Loan account no. 4050CD56824562 and 4050CD56824574, I made a online payment on 1st March 2018 to curb down the hassles.
          But instead it has turned to be a nighmare for me. The reference number and the transaction receipt is attached.
          EMI started from Dec 2017 this month being the 4th month my status already says 4 emi have been paid, still I am receiving call for not being paid. I have attached the snapshot for the details of the EMI.

          3. Even though the EMI was paid there was a cheque issued to my account and I had to bear the bounce penalty for it and that too six times. which amounts to 3500. How can an EMI paid on 28 Feb for the month of march will go for April. Skipping one month in between. Even Credit cards don't do that.
          The payments are only for the current month not for the future month. If we were businessman and had to pay for future months we would not go for installments, rather go for cash purchase

          4. I had asked for full and final payment of the salary flexi loan 405SAF19157322 and 405SPF24751666. At first the executive told that there will be an executive coming and picking the cheque. This was on Jan 10 2018 when the executive had agreed to come. Later on several follow ups no body came and finally they said that cheque cannot be picked you have to submit it to the office. Finally I had to submit to the office on 27th of Jan 2018.
          After submitting the cheque and the amount getting cleared there was still an EMI charged to my account. After calling the customer care I was said that the F&F was in the last week so the extra EMI got deducted.
          The customer care told me that the amount would be reversed on or before 13th of feb 2018 but then too the amount was reversed after a whole month time on 27th of Feb to my account.

          Because you charged an additional EMI to my account my another consumer loan EMI of 4050CD56824562 and 4050CD56824574 was not cleared and had to bear the late payment charges.
          I would like to get an reversal of the same as it was not my fault and I still made the payment and your reversal to me was almost after a month to me.

          5. Your customer care talks very absurdly over the call and they don"t listen to the customer after telling them that I have paid the EMI. I am also receiving messages for pending EMI.
          Bajaj people are harassing me calling over and over again. Infact I am at loss because of the bounce charges levied to my account six times despite paying the EMI already.

          First they agreed they will reverse the late payment charges on the payment of March month and also the bounce charges levied by the bank. Now they say that they can reverse the amount. I hope this forum will help me to get the reversal of the late payment charges levied to me which was Bajaj Finserv fault for collecting an additional EMI from my account.

              I am getting Harassment Calls To recover Money & saying they are calling from Delhi Court . They also added that Money cheating case has been filled against me. Its happened two time while i am in touch with your officers. please take a strict action against these two people R. K. Sharma-- [protected] & Nisha-[protected]. They Even don't know that i have made mail communication with Bajaj Finserv that I will be making 2 EMI (CURRENT EMI +PENDING EMI) Every month but they people were very aggressively talking with me .               Please IMMEDIATELY CANCEL my EMI Card ending 4733 as I DONT WANT ANY LOAN from Bajaj - despite of refusing loans many times in all theUN-SOLICITED calls, BAJAJ has charged Rs 117 as inactivation fee!! they went ahead and MISUSED the ECS I gave to them many years go and deducted money from my bank account!

                        I want to share my experience with Bajaj finance i took personal loan from them and when I wasn't able to pay my 11th or 12th emi... The bajaj finance collection manager called me and as soon as I answered the call... He started using vulgar language... Which I can not even express...he talked many things about my family, my father, my mother and everything... He threatened me that he can do many things and he threatened me about my family and everything... I have the mobile number of the manager...and when I asked him his name he said... You can come to the office located in residency road of Bangalore(as i stay there) and ask anyone about collection manager... And he told me I can call and come as many as boys but I can't do anything... I still spoke him with respect and I told "Leave about money, today or tomorrow you will get your money back with full interest, but you don't have self-respect...and you represent your whole financial institution..."as soon as I started speaking he ended the call... And I gotta file a complaint against him in the case of Harassment and threatening me to my life... And family...

                        I have applied for a bajaj finserv card through bajajfinserv.in on & for the emi card to be issued they asked me to pay 471 online. After the transaction was done there is no confirmation message neither email till now .Will i get the EMI card or not. I didn't even get any response for mail that i have sent to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.

                          Bajaj Flexi Loan tele caller / area manager mis-guide the people and trap.

                          I am capturing below the common practices used to cheat in detail -

                          1) Even if you are not in much need to money they will irritate you by calling and sending SMS. You will get so many tele calls explaining its just backup corpus money and no interest to be paid if you don't use money.

                          2) Initially they will tell, you will be charged interest on the money you will be using. Later they will ask for processing fee. And bargain for higher interest rate.

                          3) At the time of signing the agreement copy they will have so may other charges included. Like insurance and so many other charges. You will completely ignore other charges while saying No to these insurance charges and many other chanrges.

                          4) They Unnecessarily approve bigger amount with higher interest amount so that they can get more money on processing fee and Annual Maintenance Charges.

                          5) They will completely hide the Annual Maintenance Charges. That will be written in your mail and agreement copy, Still you will miss to notice it. Below lines i copied from my agreement/mail -

                          D. "Annual Maintenance Fee" for products offered:

                          In order to continue with the Line facility for the new term each year, you need to pay the following annual fee
                          • Line of Credit (LOC): 25bps AMC would be applicable on sanctioned amount.
                          • Flexi Loan : 25bps AMC would be applicable on Flexi Dropline limit.
                          • Personal Line : 25bps AMC would be applicable on available limit. Activation fee of 999/1999 as per slab on fresh line disbursement"

                          6) Later when you get message for Annual Maintenance Charges after one year, if you say "I want to close this loan and don, t want to apy Annual Maintenance Charges", they will tell pay pre-closure charges of 4% and close it, so you will end up paying Annual Maintenance Charges.

                          7) Its just completion of first year not sure what and all surprises on the way :(

                          8) Better go for personal loan of National banks.

                          9) with below clause they can close your account at any time

                          "E. Instances under which Line facility (Personal Line of credit/ Personal line/ Flexi Loans) can be modified/blocked:
                          • Bounce in BFL EMI
                          • Drop in CIBIL Score
                          • Change in organization/occupation"

                          Even after reading all negative reviews if you want to go for this loan keep below points in mind ---

                          1) My friend got this loan with 0% processing fee, so agree to loan only for zero processing fee.
                          (Later if your friend tells he got with zero processing fee, you will feel very very bad. Like me :( feeling sad/cheated.

                          2) Definitely say no to annual maintenance charges. Or be aware of the amount you will be paying for this. Later when you get message for Annual Maintenance Charges and if you say "I want to close this loan", they will tell pay pre-closure charges of 4% so you will end up paying Annual Maintenance Charges.

                          3) Pay attention to each word in the mail you will get if not possible to read complete agreement.

                          4) Never ever agree to insurance which is unnecessary.

                            Since it's been 7 months that I don't have my card details, but also I have received a call from bajaj customer service that a loan of ₹ 38990 has been applied from your card.Before that I have received call from[protected] saying thatwe are calling from bajaj customer care team and u will receive a otp After telling that your card will be given to you within 4-5 days, but it's a big fraud, how can a stranger knows my Emi card no. with month expiry and cvv no.and my personal mobile no.After going to the dealer shop they told me to install bajaj finserv app and after login we see that somebody used my card on Flipkart on 31st .Its a big fraud please look to it and revert me as soon a possible because if the product a delivered than we can't do anything.

                                It's been quite a long time that i have been receiving automated marketed calls from you #bajajfinserv.
                                Not even a single day spared more than 2/3 calls per day. It's quite annoying and feel disgusted about you bajaj finserv. Why do you bajaj finserv harass innocent customers in the name of offering financial assistance. After all who came to you bajaj finserv for help. How dare you bajaj finserv call people and harass them continuously. These calls are automated and there is no fixed timings. No day or night. Does not spare you while having a meeting with customer or driving or even sleeping. On seeing this message immediately stop calling me bajaj finserv. I have already raised a complaint against you bajaj finserv. Shame on you bajaj finserv

                                    This is the complaint regarding the ajaj finserv offic located in anna salai... Highly pathetic customer service as if doing favours for customers... Nearly thrice i have visited the office to get my card emi limit to get extended leaving all my work every time waiting fr long hrs in queue with my 3 yr old son and done all formalities as per the bajaj finsetv executive.. Still my card limit is nt extended fr everytime unknown reasons stated by the executive.... Y dont u guys bring some professinalism in ur work.. Pls look into it and resolve my isuue at the earliest thro email or phone... Looking forward to it
