Hi, it is giving me pain to right this. I have applied for business loan in bajaj finance. At the time of loan agreement they give me following commitment : rate of interest : 10.50 tenure : & a lot of fake commitments at the time of applying & they didn't providd welccome letter to me when i asked for offers approval letter they said that rhey have that letter & they will give that but after 2 days i got massage from bank that your loan amount will be credited within 24 h
. Then i contacted them & told them without my confirmation how uh can credit loan & told tham to stop process they said don't worry we will stop but after 2 h i got massage from my bank that an amount of rs914000 is credit to my ac from the day one [statement of account or loan letter] i am writing email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and i also contacted their managers (Via mobile more than 10 times) i didint get any resolution. When i tried to contact their manager on mobile, each and every day he is giving me a new date (Today or tomorrow) and he is waiting for first emi to deduct. & on 1st emi rs17500 deducted from my ac this is very strange. This officer is not ready to accept the mistake of roi, tenure and emi amount. Bfl (Bajaj finance ltd.) promising the customer something different and they deliver to costumer what they feel like. My first emi is on 2nd-march-2018. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com so please do needful.
M also going to raise this case in court. Bcuz i have all the proofs call records. Voice & video recording with full documents. Of his fake commitment & all... Also going to share it in social media & on my youtube channel where my subscribers r waiting for response. I just wants to stop this type of frauds, scams in india

& i have all the guarantors and dsa of sbi, Rm of axis & manager of hdfc..other members was present there at the same time when dhraj was changing his statements all r ready to file cases against dhraj and at the end he agreed with us & said sorry sir, meri galti thi but meri bhi family hai naukri ka sawal h target complete krnai k liye asa kiya ab insaniyat k nathe maaf kr doo mai krwa dunga loan close bs apko rs25000 dene hai or mai rs17500 dunga fees charges but rite now he is saying talk to my boss to sort out this means he just changing his statements.
Sir kindly provided to me my emi card why inactive and what is the resaons if so kinly cancelled it in future .

    I have already paid the emi, still it is showing i havent paid. Getting the continuous ridiculous calls from you guys. You are just a fraud stealing people's money by putting irrelevant penalties all the time. I am fed up of all these and now i am going to take strict action against it. Be ready bajaj finserve i am going to drag you to court. Mark my words, i am not going to leave. I'll # hard deep in your #. #..!!!

      Dear sir please help me to close my loan.
      I have returned my product to shopkeeper because of totally defective product.
      The dealer also sent confirmation mail for returned product.
      Bajaj executive sandhya shah replied him that loan closed but my 8 months emi loan converted to 12 months.
      (Remi to pl).
      The dealer said they sent email again n again to bajajfinserve now they have no time to waste here.

        In this month april 2018 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees two time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
        So, please refund my money.

        Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

I want to purchase another product but i have received mail that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce. But i don't understand why my card is blocked because i have cleared all my emi & i dont have nay active loan so why my card is blocked. This is a very disgusting service. I have called to your representative, but it has no options to speak with him. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
          This is not a good customer service.
          It's second time from last 4 months my card is blocked. I request you please activate my card.
          Kindly resolve this issue.

            I have taken an over draft limit of 8 lakhs from bajaj finserv after listening to the customer service representative that we have to pay only for the amount used. So, they sent me information on loan approval saying 30000 is for the insurance and 19000 for processing fee. I initially replied ok. Now the actual trick comes from these fraudsters. After i got the amount to my account i immediately transferred the money to bajaj account saying i do not need it and want my loan account to get closed. After getting tired by sending tons of emails and calls i saw the insurance amount and processing fee is getting deducted from my bank account and they calculated it for 60 months. I said i don't want the your stupid loan and all they say is we cannot close it now and you have to pay the processing fee. I was completely cheated and now i'm getting so many calls from these stupids to pay that amount which i have not even used.

              And we have buyed samsung tv in the month of febrauary and the this is the second month where my emi is deducting from my bank account on time but then too i m getting bounce charges. Where my emi is deducting on time. I tried calling customer care where i cannot reach they r only providing the card details. Can somebody help me getting in touch with them. Contact me asap.                 I am shailendra nagar my register no is [protected]. I am so unhappy with your personnel loan department. The reason behind it is that i have got a offer for personnel loan 65000 rs. I have applied for it on[protected]. On same day i recive a call from your personnel loan department. The executive tolled me tommorow we will picked your all doucuments and within 72 hours amount will be credit in your a/c. But today is[protected] no person come to me for picked document. I have called so many times on customer care no i. E. [protected]. It is for personnnel loan this all guys are not willing to talk to me. Just they told me we have raise your request till evening our executive will come and collect your document. This is happen so many time in this period of time. But no one came for document. I am requesting to you if you can do something for me. So plz check my offer and do needful action as asoon as possible.

                      Hi,
                      I was in urgent need of money. I got a call from telecaller who assured me to provide best personal loan.
                      We lured me with very good benefits of bajaj finance flexi loan with disclosing about stamp duty, flexi loan fees, insurance, wallet protection charges. He only spoke about processing fees of 1% on loan amount.
                      Though i needed loan of rs.3 lakhs, they approved for 10 lakhs and deducted directly rupees 25000 from loan amt for above undisclosed charges.
                      On day of loan disbursement they directly credited rs.984000 in my account.
                      I was really afraid i didnt wanted that much money and with fear that i will have to emi for whole amount. I transfered it back keeping rs.100 with me.
                      After few days i needed some money so i was trying to withdraw some money from loan account but it was showing i was utilising whole of 984000 hence i cannot withdraw.
                      I called customer care as i was afraid that how their system is showing that i have not returned any money whereas i did return from bajaj finance portal itself hence there was no chance of error.
                      They checked and told me their is technical issue in their system and it will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve.
                      It was 3 days post that issue was unresol ed. I kept following up with bajaj finance and everytime they kept closing my request without any resolution. Series of emails, phonecalls were made but things didnt change.
                      I started getting messages of emi deduction. I didnt had that additional amount as i was need of loan which i was not getting instead emi was suppose to get deducted. I kept following with agent and bajaj finance that emi should get deducted it was almost 15 days in advance but still nobody made any attempt and emi of rs.23764 was deducted from my account.
                      I raised request from portal, called customer care to cancel my loan as i am not getting satisfactory action from bajaj finance but no body cared to do so as well.
                      Till date the bajaj finance app shows that i have withdrawned the whole 984000, which really scary.

                      This literary cheating on part of bank.
                      I need justice.

                        Remember this number is dnd registered since 2016 but we are continue receiving loan promotional calls from bajaj finserv ltd. Every week we receive 1 or 2 calls from bajaj finserv from the last 2 years. We receive calls from your different offices in chandigarh and pune.

                        We have taken up this matter to our mobile service provider. Also we are in process of taking legal action against your company which will course for seeking compensation of harassment from the last 2 years.

                        This intimation will be followed by our legal team handling judiciary matters.

                          Hi guys this elizabeth have taken recently washing machine in secunderabad paradise branch. Sales executive hv convinced me n said bill generation date would be as per my req nly but later its been 5 months this ppl have created sum other date n imspite of charging 2, 200. Addditionally they are charging 590 n from my kotak bank they are charging 600. Lyk this its been 5month now.in starting have given a call to cust care d agency girl said v have ton req n changed d date but till now isn't. Wn i gave a cal to somajiguda head office executive girl divya said manager is bsy vl arrange a call back
                          But til now no basters have taken a complaint n not even caring. Guys i req not to go ahead wit this bajaj
                          Its waste. Pathetic service. Careless peoples frauds, u company guys can beg atleast despite of fool n eating other people money

                            Wave off of the nenecessary charges imposed on my flexi loan.

                            When applying for salary based flexi loan, neither the executive or the loan disbursement informed of some 35, 000 rupees charges. The executive, who has come to collect the documents has hurried me up and completed the formalities.. Never gave a chance to read thru the documents.

                            Hence i am tired up following up with this company for reversal of those chargers.. But never getting succeeded..

I'm in usa now and someone has taken taken loan without my knowledge and my signature on march 15th. I got message from bank on my india no please take necessary action.                                   Dear Bajaj fin serv team,

                                  It does not look good from my part to complain but i am being forced to do so because of deeds of your company call centres and automated calls.

                                  I am holding a number 9XXXXXXX13 and i get call from your company for various offers and i repeatedly told them not to call me (in both parliamentary and non-parliamentary languages) but it seems your team do not have shame and they keep calling me and send me text msgs and call me from automated phone calls. I fail to understand how to make them realise, if i require loan, i will approach them and they do not need to contact me.
                                  It is very disappointing that being a professional company one should understand and respect other's privacy which seems not there in your call centres. They cannot take freedom of disturbing me as and when they feel like. It sucks but i lift phone everytime only because some one may be calling in case of emergancy (it could from some bad news from family front and some unknown person may be calling to inform).

                                  Can you advise a notification to all your team members not to call me as it reflects nothing but a bad image from your company stand point.

                                    This is Rahul,
                                    I have bought new samsung device through bajaj finserv card which is registered on my sister name. After few days later my sisster got a call stating that calling from bajaj and call regards to information of protection plan. Despite of denied for any offer plan has activated and it has showing loan account and amount added into 5 EMI. Now, we are calling several times but nobody respond properly after waiting too long on the hold.

                                    Such a pathetic and worst service and it seems you guys doing fruad with the customer.

                                    This is humble request to help for deactivate the services or else i will spread very bad reviews against your company over the social media.

So i want to replace this phone number to protect my card. Actually i am not able receiving any sms for further purchasing. So its has to update my new number.

                                        Loan application #:[protected] we were informed by the loan agent Bhushan Patil that the loan has been disbursed on the 5th of April and will be in the account on the 6th of April 2018 by 4pm. We have called the Bajaj Finserv Team more than a 100 times since then no one has any update on the funds being transferred. Every CSR that we have spoken to has simply not helped. The Loan agent that initially called has no update. They are not able to track their ASM Pravin Oza for further update. Drafting this complaint while speaking with the customer service representative who is trying to get in touch with Mr. Oza but to na avail. Bajaj Finserv team has sent an confirmation email stating that the loan has been disbursed but now the Floor Support Abdul Saudagar confirmed that there was never any funds disbursed at all. Now they are not willing to cancel the loan.
