I"m Rohit Kumar i am existing customer of Bajaj Finserv. I have 2 consumer loan and 1 EMI Card consumer durable loan. My Loan A/C No: 5880CD44656582, 588ECF58095422, 588ECF61845998. Dear Sir i inform you that last month (22-Feb-2018) i had an offer in my experia account regarding personal loan Amt of Rs. 59000/-. i am eligible for personal loan. Then i called your customer care executive regarding this offer. He told me that yes sir you have an offer for personal loan from our side but you can take only rs. 59000/- because you"re eligible only for rs. 59000/-. then i said ok no issue tell me formalities for take this amount. He told me that i will send our executive at your address for collecting your documents ( 1 Aadhar copy, 1 Pan Card copy, 2 Photograph, 4 cancel cheque). Then I said ok you can send your executive. But next day nobody executive come to my address. Then in the evening again i called your customer care executive for telling him that your executive not come my address for documentation. andi ask him can i go to your nearest branch then he told me yes you can go. i visit your branch ( Pathankot Punjab 145001). And i submit the documents after received my all documents your branch executive tell me ok sir you get received amt within 4-5 hour in your bank account. but after 5 hour left i called him for asking my loan status then he told me that sorry sir you"re not eligible for personal loan because still you are only 24 years old. and right now don;t show any offer in my account.And after that i called again your personal loan deptt. he told me that, sir your offer on hold for few days, you get received amount till 2-3 days kindly wait, after 3 days i"ll again called personal loan deptt, he told me same your offer on hold kindly check next month. i am totally frustrated because nobody tell me proper response . so i want ask you that if i am not eligible for personal loan so why you give me offer. why you give me credit card. why you provide me consumer loan. And 14-March-2018 again i have received a text massage regarding Pre-Approved personal same Amot of rs. 59000/- and next day i have received a call your call center deptt there is Vandna who called me. she say me that sir you have a offer and our executive will come your address within 4-5 hours for collect your documents. but nobody come. i continue called your customer care but no one able to resolve my concern. you can see screen shots that's prof my offer. last some days Mr. Anil follow my case but he is not able for resolve my case. what the hell poor performance. And today i Login my exepria account there's all the offers on hold. tell me the reason why
