    Hello dear bajaj team,

    My emi card seems to be blocked and three customer care numbers don't connect me to anyone for help and is always busy.

    Please note that my card is blocked which is mostly due to non usage of the same from the past 3 year's. My cibil score is 800+ and i need to buy a phone. Request you to please help me solve this to increase my credit limit and make the purchase.

      Very big frauds not updating loans and not responding even after sent lot of mails all staffs are uneducated fellows and they are not responding too

      I made a part payment of my loan but they are not updated when i contact bajaj always they are telling case register ticket register they are having very big register and just update register.

      Amount taking from public and enjoying with their valuable money cheaters
      Not updating loans ust holding everyone money and earning lot of interest from that money

      Beggars can ask and take money but these bajajfinserv frauds steeling public money

        Hi,

        My loan number is 4000pc00000864. This loan account is closed and received noc from bajajfinserv on 19th nov 2014.

        Recently, checked in cibil this was showing as settled. Tried to contact customercare (Through e-mail) from the past month.
        Everytime, i am getting call from different executives and without seeing the noc (I think they are illiterates), sir, your account was settled not closed.

        In the noc they clearly mention that "this is to certify that bajaj finance ltd., has duly received full payment due to them under hire purchase finance
        Agreement no: 4000pc00000864 dated 30/01/2009 and all rights of bajaj finance ltd.
        Over the ax0x1801+gc758 (Hcl laptop) referred to in the said agreement stand extinguished and at an end from
        The date hereof."

        It is clearly stating that no dues but this again asking money to close.

        This is really bad and showing their half knowledge.

        Bajaj finserv attract people, simply saying that pay one rupee and take product, pay the rest in emi's. It is attractive offer, if you take that's it you gone and pissed with this stupid company.

          Please kindly deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card no. [protected]. It is lying idle and i do not want to make any further purchase. Moreover, it got expired on 01/2015 and an amount of rs.117 has been deducted from my bank account saying annual inactive fees for emi card. Please kindly do the needful and deactivate my bajaj finserv card as early as possible.

            For last 2-3 years almost regularly i receive calls from your executives. I have informed them every single time that i do not need any loan, yet nothing has changed. I have also dropped a couple of mails to them on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, but all i get is apologies and assurance, but no action has been taken.

            I have attached the mail correspondences. My mobile number ending 56610 is shared there.

              Worst service ever, don"t ever come under bajajfinserv trap just go for hdfc or other bank believe me hdfc are cheaper and good post an pre approval services.

              Sales man (Lie a lot): govind ([protected], [protected])

              Rude post loan approval service: akshita ([protected]) [even said you got the sms with my number why didnt you called earlier ]

              Post approval: no welcome email, sms, call - simply dumped 636000 to my account god i almost got heart attack.

              There customer service number will always be out of service and they will never reply on your email id (Mailed about the issue exect 29 times)

              I requested a loan of 120000inr on india lends they suggested bajaj finance is best and giving rate of intrest 11.99-12.99%, i said ok then bajaj finance guy called and said sir i have sent the loan amount for approval in 3 days it was approved

              - 1st lie: he said rate of intrest wil be 14.99%

              - i can do pre payment even after 1 day of loan amount transfer to account with out any charges.

              - second lie total charges will be only 8125inr of which i will get 4000 as cashback (They charged 24000inr for sectioned loan amount of 650000 remmeber i have to pay 14% interest extra on it, 24000 is initial charges), told me 10000 is mantory insurence as intiallythey havent mentioned this (I didnt applied for loan anywhere else) so i was having no option.

              - i will get a portal with the 650000 i can tranfer required money from there to my account and pay intrest on the same but no i got full[protected] already deducted menas i have to may emi on 24000) in my account and from that day itself i have to pay intrest.

              - they haven"t sent me any welcome mail or sms, call saying your loan is sectioned and tranfered to your account please tranfer it to bajaj finance account other wise you have to pau intrest on that.

              - i called number i got from sms after money was transer to my account that she your regional sales head etc. Akshita she was so rude god i was shocked like where the hell i put my head into. Some how after 3 4 calls and email exchange i got welcome email.

              - after that also my username and password where not registered i mailed again, she called and told me not mail as she alsready register my compalin and i will not me charged the interest.

              So

              We started at 4000 as total charge and ended at 24000 inr (And a rude customer service who even said you got the sms with my number why didnt you called me before)

              If i would have taken just 120000 from hdfc for 1 year (That what i needed) i would have paid 14000 (Max) and could have skipped this trap.

                Hey,
                I visit the branch office of bajaj finserv in my city (Indore). I talk to the employee who is maybe a executive there. My few cheque got bounce cause i am facing some really serious medical issue in my family. I explain them all about my problem. So i request him can he adjust this month emi and i will pay it on next month. I read this in your policy that bajaj gives a month flexibility to coustomer and thats why i ask him for that help.
                He told me (Ye koi tumhare ghr ki dukan thodina h jo paise leke baadme denge boldo aur chalte bano). Then this man comes there who is maybe a manager over there. And ask me about my salary so i told him that my salary was approx 15k so what he told me that (To loan lete hi kyu ho tum jese log, jab bhrne ki himat nhi ho to loan kyu lete ho). Then i argue with him on this and then suddenly all the employees come and join the conversation and try to dominate me and then the manager told one of his employee that (Jao iske sath aur iske ghr se paise leke aoo nhi to iska phone bikwao aur paise wasulo). Then after some more argument, i cant handle this much of insult and humiliation. I agreed that i will pay my emis of 9000rs tomorrow, they all know that i am facing a huge crisis with my mother health, even after knowing all this thing they act like a total animal and behave the same to me.

                Now, i want a strict action against this. And if no strict action hasnt take against those people i will definitely go to the consumer court and sue you guys with a great amount. I am also writing a letter to the collector and sp for those people.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1399/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. If it is regarding some account charges then it should be done at the starting. In Info it is saying the month January but now it is March. I dont understand why you deducted this amount.                                 Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_feb18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                    I am getting lot of messages of Mr. Jitendra chandnani from vadodara.
                                    I have already told bajaj customer service for 4 to 5 times to change my number but all my efforts are in vain. I am getting otp of his various loans, loan amount and emi card details. I stay in navsari and I have tried to contact navsari bajaj finance but they too didn't help me.

                                      I am Parthiban.P, my customer I.D No.6339370, I purchased in Sony LED T.V. & L.G. Washing machine in October 2016, my loan amount was Rs.72.371/-, my due amount start to EMI on Novermber-2016. In due start on November 2016 to January-2017 (3 instalments) of Rs.4, 898/- per month and another due start to February-2017 & March-2017 (2 instalments) of Rs.6125/- per month in continuation of due to start from April-2017 to till month for Rs.5, 567/- per month. In due to EMI problem I ask some time to go to Chennai Branch Bajaj finserv office, some office bearers not responsible answer and ask to go to show room manger. I go to many more time to the show room manager is not available. in cause available so not responsible answer. I am truly customer in Bajaj finserv in long time. so i am worried in the EMI Problem. So please, I kindly request you to short-out in my problem.

                                        My Loan Account Number is 4L60CD57908145 i have applied for Emi card during the purchase but still i have not received my card. so please send my card or return my money.
                                        during the purchase they taken the 400rs for emi card but sill i have not received the emi card.
                                        so please retrum my money back or send my emi card

                                        I payed all emi and clear all due on time than also bajaj co.Coustomer cares bay daily call me that your last emi is pending pay immediatly otherwise we call you again n agin and we shall not provide you zero due certificate and your cibil report spoiled and you will no get any loan from any bank
