Dear Sir,
I am not interested in Bajaj Finserv Loan, but despite that everyday they are calling my phone numbers from different numbers 4 to 5 times daily. This is very irritating for me. This gets worst when I am in important meeting or doing some important work. Although I block the Bajaj Finserv numbers from my phone handset still Bajaj Finserv people managed to call from different different numbers and every time I get a unknown call I pick up thinking of my clients or relatives it turns out to be Bajaj Finserv IVRS numbers asking me for loan. I have never applied for any loan with Bajaj or neither given my numbers to any reasons but how they manage to get my number that I don't understand. I request all the citizens of India please raise a strong voice against this company for breach of personal identification/information of a person. No other companies does like these irritating Bajaj Finserv company does. Please stop this.

      My icici bank account, rs 117 debited against on 26.03.2018 for cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4030cd18
      I have use bajaj emi 2015 and closed my card on 2016 itself & no dues pending on bajaj finance.
      During purchase of bajaj emi card your person told no annual fee for emi card but now surrender your debit rs 117 in my account kindly return my amount and close my emi card

I very interested on that and i paid the amount rs 4777/- through rbl credit card and payment was debited sucessfully. They told that i will be receive the emi card within 10 days through my address. But still on date i did not received. Pls solve the above subject.

            I am having your bajaj finserv privilege card since 2013, i had availed loan facility once only, there after i have not used card. I had closed all loan at without making any default. Now i don't understand why bajaj have deducted amount of rs 117/- for annual inactivity fees without my permission from my personal account. I am surprised as nothing like that was mentioned earlier when the company issues the card. I request you to immediately refund my amount and also cancel my card with immediate effect. Hope to get response and positive action from your end immediately.

              Hello,

              Bajaj finance deducted inr 117 on 26th march, 2018 from my savings account. I don't have any kind of loan or emi with bajaj finance and am not sure how you got my bank details. Please look into this immediately and do the required to refund the amount. Also, to let you know i didn't authorize anyone to make any kind of purchase or transactions with this account.

                After transferring my loan to bajaj finserv, my promised floating interst rate got changed to 8.35 to 8.6 within 2 months. And my emi amount got reduced to pay only interst for 4 years without my consent.

                They trapped me for 4 years that not to pay my principal. I request you guys dont ever take any loan from bajaj. They will give fake promises and no relation ship manager or customer care ppl respond to you.

                They didnt change the interest rate and it still continues with 8.6% per annum.

                PPL please be aware, they will trap you saying very low floating interest rate and then they will trap you by increasing the interest rate.

                    Dear bajaj finance,
                    There is an unauthorized deduction of rs 117 using ecs from my sbi account is noticed on 26/03/2018. I don't have any due payment of bajaj finance. I have completed all your payments and emi whatever i purchased through your services. After 5 years you are suddenly deducting rs 117 from my account, without ant any permission.
                    Please provide the proof of any deal between you and me, which authorize you to deduct rs 117 without any permission. I have not applied for any card renewal also and didnt purchased anything after completing my last emi.
                    I liked your bajaj finance services to purchase so many electronics and electrical items, but by this shameful act of deducting rs 117 you are loosing your credibility.

                    Please tell me the reason behind this unauthorized deduction after so many years which is totally irrelevant.
                    Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest. Following are my details

                      As per the discussion i should have received charge reversal of Rs 117 t my bank account. I have still not received in to my bank account. Can you please process this ASAP. Also not received any confirmation for deactivation of my card.
                      I am getting almost 2/3 calls from this company. I am not interested in availing any financial services from your side. Stop calling me or face legal action.
                      Please deactivate my EMI card no.: [protected]. i do not use it anymore. please confirm back once done. Unnecessarily card charges are been deducted.

                          I would like to draw your attention towards one of the problem i'm facing from your organisation. An amount of rs 117 have been deducted from my account by your organisation and the reason being annual inactive fees. I would like to inform you there was no such deal between your organisation and the customer that on non usage of you card this annual inactive fees will be charges.

                          I would like to remind you that the amount has been deducted from my bank account that too without my consent and for this i can sue your organisation. So kindly take necessary step and refund my rs117 as fast as possible.

                              I had taken loan with 0% int emi for purchase of electronic goods on oct 2017.

                              Since then i have received hundred of calls of loan offers, and it has started to grow more frequent 4-5 calls a day: i have often informed them that my no is listed in the dnd register but they have not respected it.

                              Please help in ensuring that i do not receive calls from them for more offers.

Yesterday i went to shop provisions at big bazzar, i purchased worth of rs.6400 through bajai emi card, but wen i swipe for purchase it reply as my card is blocked. I want to know about.                                   I want to surrender my emi card. The agents had marketed the emi card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (I. E. Renewal and annual etc.). But the company is charging annual fee of rs.117.00.
                                  I have contacted the agent to surrender my emi card but he refused to help me. Further recently i have misplaced the card. So kindly stop charging emi card charge unnecessarily from me.

                                    Unfortunately my brother was died. My brother living that time he was paid amount to properly. He was paid maximum amount but two due amount was bending. The bajaj finserv manager was told u pay only two due amount then my father paid one due amount and second due amount i paid. Last due amount i paid in online that bajaj finserv working person he was told u r bill amount is clear but the bajaj finserv give another statement of account my father was asked person what is this another statement of account he told u r 2030 rupees interest. Then my father surrender all document and certificate to bajajfinsrev company. But he was asking amount my father was upset. Please sir my father as very old man the company gave more urged. Please save my father to bajaj finserv company. Many time my father goto bajajfinserv company any person not properly answer to my father. My father was honest man please punished the bajaj finserv company. Please save all india peoble to that sheeting company.

Now i am using the permanent number is[protected]. All intimation of massage to go to the closed number. So i could not understand my deduction details. However, please change my mob number.                                         Dear sir/madam,

                                        I am your customer since 2011 my bajaj card no - is [protected]. I am using this three time its not any problem but when i take elite card, i confirm the amount 4777 extra for give best service you gave.

                                        After elite card membership i am very much upset your services and it was very much low laval.

                                        1) your digital long person cheat me for this card he inform me lie for that you purchases any thing using this card not starting limit. When take on big bazaar they says me its card starting limit 5000/-
                                        He says this card general card which we made in 400 only when your bajaj emi card in your pocket.
                                        Why you take 4777/-rs what service your give? "no one time describe but no one can talk on this

                                        2) when i take any help for help line number 12hours to take in que when i talk he says i dint know about this call[protected],[protected], no one give satisfaction.

                                        3) your side give me many gift vouchers when i give 4777 rs but till know we don't have any.
                                        4) your communication on phone din't find to talk a persons.

                                        I want take legal advise from consumer form for this or i circulate your upper manager or head office mail.
