I bought sony led tv (Model - klv-32r422e) on 20th match 2018 from sathya agencies (100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore). Actually the total cost was rs.25, 600 and already i paid rs.5000 and the remaining balance amounting (Consumer durable num - 4210cd[protected] rs. 20, 600 + 3% processing fee. So totally rs.21, 218 divided by 9 months, per month rs.2, 357. These are the charges that sales executive commited me to pay on that day. But additionally cpp asset care (421bew[protected] amounting rs. 1, 857 has been added in my loan account. I dont know why they added those fee without my knowledge. Let me clear these complaint and kindly educate the sales executive. Please dont spoil your good will of bajaj. Kindly remove those additional fee and do the favour as soon as possible.
