Hi,

Bajaj Finserv has unnecessarily applied Rs.900/- bounce charges on my loan account. I am a loyal and a honest bajaj finserv customer and have taken and completed many consumer durable loans on time without any default. However the bajaj representative who met me at a pantaloon store in Delhi ask me to pay the bill through bajaj finserv emi option to which I agree. I asked him if I need to give any documents and he said if you are a registered customer you may not give anything. I need not worry. However later on my emi got rejected by bank and on confirming from my bank I was told that bajaj finserv never submitted any documents to the bank for the ecs/emi hence bank declined it. Now bajaj finserv recovery deptt is harassing me everyday and threatening me to pay this else they will take legal action.

Please check on this as you can check my cibil score it more than 700 and my cheques are never dishonoured. But due to your representatives lack of knowledge and ignorance this happened. Please escalate this and stop harassing me else I will go to banking ombudsman and file a written complaint against Bajaj Finserv.

    Iam s. Mahesh kumar, i buyed an new mobile using bajaj finserv card from online then, it costs 10, 999 loan number 421ecf64862970 i have paid my due in advance payment i have paid around 3668 for two emi then they did not upadted this transcation in the recoed and they are asking again to pay the amount it showing remaining 5 dues like that but totally i paid two emi is in advace and one deducted from my account during last month, but they upadted only one transcation when i put around 100 mails they are not taking any action i have all the payment document including payment summary all details im having or else im in asking help to sort out this issue another thing is they are having my payment history in online also then also cheeting me i was very suffisicated in this issue kidly help me, upto now problem did not solved not answeing my questions

          I have availed a Personal Loan in Feb 2018 from Bajaj Finserv. The security cheques provided during the loan documentation have been used without my authorization to sell me an insurance policy to cover my personal loan.

          I would also like to inform that the loan amount credited to my account had already incurred a deduction of the Insurance Policy to cover it.

          BajajFinserv is not ready to contact me over phone to explain me the proceedings with the problem & keep on emailing me to give them 4-5 days to get back to me.

          I have all the proofs, such as call recording from Bajaj Finserv accepting the deduction which was unauthorized, cheque photographs & emails from BajajFinserv who are continuously asking for more days to solve my issue.

              Hi team,
              This is regarding pre-approved loan offer calls, where i received from last one month min 10 calls a day and last week i spoke to one of the member from loan disbursement team sharadkumar sasidharan. I negotiated for the processing fee and rate of interest and finally, i provided my consent to proceed with loan formalities. And i received 2-3 emails from bajaj for link activation along with my identity details. All emails were marked to anshu shrivastava from bajaj finserv and i thought, it is genuine approach. Now, after two days i am asking for the status, his email is no longer valid.
              I never seen such a cheating, irresponsible and poor customer service company. Let me know your response on this.

                I was paying the loan amount correctly for the ast year n when due to penalty pf sbi maintenance balance the amount was little bit less i jave cleared all the amount of loan by visiting the bajaj finserv office. And now i want to reopen my blocked emi card. Always when i go to the bajaj office they says that i dont have that much of cibil score and now ut had been 2 years still it hasnt been activated.

                  5 years back, unfortunately i have taken loan from bajaj finserv against furniture items, i paid all the emps as well-

                  To my surprise bajaj fin serve used to approve other persons (With same name as mine) loans, deducted emis from my bank account. Then i used to complaint these fraud incidents to bajaj, generally these bajaj guys wont respond to such things - then i used to complain to my banker saying how come bank accept emi deductions with out my permission - after so many fights i did got my money back-

                  Some times as many as 4 emis deducted from my account though loans not related to me -

                  I requested bajaj guys to delete all my records since bajaj misusing my data also decided to avoid bajaj in future also. But they never deleted my records from their data base. Hence i requested my banker to block bajaj from my account in order to avoid misuse of my account by bajaj frauds.

                  Even now these bajaj guys calling me every alternative day, saying that i have taken loan from them, but blocked bajaj from my bank account - :)

                  I keep on explaining them that i have not taken any loan from bajaj & i wont take it in future also, but these immature bajaj guys wont understand -

                    I am using Bajaj Finserv EMI Card and tomorrow on dated[protected] on my register mobile number- call from[protected] and said that he is from Bajaj Fin and your all loan is clear and i want to send you NOC for your account and then he ask for OTP and i gave him then after some time on my mobile i got the massage that successfully purchase transactions of rs. 22, 990/- and same amount for two time will be on my Bajaj fin card.

                    I request you to that this last both of transactions are not done by me and please cancel the loan process.

                    I am also processing for the complain in Police Station .

                    Please do the needful and obliged as soon as possible.

                      I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying my emi in time. And recently 3 months back it was blocked by the mistake of my bank...

                        I purchased flight tickets using bajaj finserv in makemytrip. I cancelled the trip and makemytrip refunded the amount to bajaj finserv account. Till now no intimation from bajaj finserv where the amount is. Customer care service is the worst n unable to get any response. Request to kindly transfer the money to my savings as all the emi is paid in full

                            Have opted for bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card but without informing have been charged for rs 3500 & no issue is been solved since last week.
                            Have transacted for rs 564 & bill generated is rs 4106.86 which is not fair because it was not informed about any charges to be charged.

                            "it was clearly been asked to person called from bajaj finserv about any charges on credit card to be taken but it was said to be free of charge"

                                Hi,

                                This is with respect to bajaj flexi loan taken on 2nd february 2018
                                With loan number 404dfs64136178.

                                I got a customer care call in the last week of january 2018 for the
                                Flexi loan saying i am eligible for a flexi loan of 1, 63, 000rs, though
                                I was not interested they called many times and convinced me (Afterall
                                We are human beings!).

                                Next day bajaj agent guy named chetan (Ph. No:[protected]/[protected])
                                Came to my home collected all my documents (Aadhar, cheques, photo,
                                Took signatures.. Etc) and said nothing will be charged for me and
                                There will be no processing charges and i need not pay anything from
                                My hand and the loan amount will be present in bajaj virtual account
                                And based on my requirement i can make use of the money by
                                Transferring to my bank account.

                                He said interest will be put on the money i have used and not on the
                                Loan amount at rate of 15%. On 2nd febraury 2018 amount of 1, 59, 915rs
                                Was directly transfered to my bank account which i was not aware of
                                Since chetan had told me the money will be in bajaj virtual account,
                                But the sanctioned loan was 1, 63, 000rs.

                                Due to this less santioned amount i tried to call the agent chetan but
                                He never picked the call, so i called his manager
                                Ajit (Ph. No.:[protected]) and explained him that chetan never told
                                Anything about processing charges and other charges which is nearly
                                3000rs. (Which is really shocking to me since chetan never told this!).

                                I retransfered the money on 3rd, 4th, 5th february 2018 100rs, 32rs
                                And 1, 59, 783rs respectively which sums up to the loan amount they
                                Had transfered (1, 59, 915rs) to bajaj virtual account.

                                Now if i try to close the loan due to personal reasons, they are
                                Telling i need to pay processing fees, stamp charges, foreclosure
                                Charges,... Etc hearing which i am shocked, depressed and sad.

                                I had good experience with bajaj finance with my consumer durables in
                                The past, but now seeing this behaviour i feel like never going to any
                                Kind of loans with bajaj.

                                I am very bad victim of this fraud bajaj which keeps on calling now and
                                Then for flexi loans/personal loans.. Etc

                                Please help me to close this flexi loan and provide justice, so i need
                                Not pay any amount and become free from this flexi loan which is in
                                Bajaj account and i have not used a single rupee till now.

                                Any other information call me on my phone.

                                  I do not take any loan from bajaj finance but still i get calls for loan approval and sms of otp's.

                                  Someone named as suryanarayan kadappakrishan iyer has provided my mobile no.

                                  I get sms with customer name as satadru but i don't have an outstanding loan with bajaj finserv.

                                  Please remove my mobile no. Asap.

                                  Hope bajaj finserv takes this up and resolves the issue soon.

                                        There was a personal loan having application no[protected], which was never disbursed to any of my valid A/C.
                                        They used to call me for the EMI there I used to explain them stating that money is never credited to my a/c so why will I pay you EMI.
                                        Then they close this matter.
                                        But still it's showing in the CIBIL.
