There is an illegal deduction of inr 117 rs which was directly debited from my bank account no by bajaj finserv. When i called up their customer care, they mentioned that the same is deducted since i did not use the card for last 12 months and they called it "annual fees". I have requested for a refund to the customer care executive who has raised a complaint with concerned team at their end. Waiting for their response.

The serious concern here is that these organizations, due to usage of their emi card for purchasing an appliance have our bank details and are insensitive to deduct any amount without our consent or approval. Highly unethical behavior.

    Dear team,

    The loan was completed in february this year refer 4050cd33894607. I have two issues with bajaj finserv:

    1) pls stop all promotion calls from bajaj finserv to my mobile no asap. It is causing too much inconvenience

    2) recently i saw a line item in my bank statement saying bajaj emi card "inactive" fees of 117 rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and what is this charge for?
    Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life?
    How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

    I dont need this card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone i know not to use your service as you have deducted money from my account directly.

    Kindly refund the amount immediately. And also, if you want to deactivate the card, please do so.

    There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.
    This is absolute cheating and doesn't suit the reputation of such a reputed company like bajaj.

    More so while applying for the emi card we have already paid the fees.

    The charges should be reversed immediately.

      I don't have any requirement to use emi card: xxxxxxxxxx5203 for any purchase.
      Why have i been charged rs. 117 as "card inactive fees", which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent?
      Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present?
      Card is valid upto 03/25 then what is meaning of inactive?
      Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
      This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
      I am loosing my faith for this company.
      Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

      COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED. I didn't get any E-MAIL in my any account and MONEY IS NOT GIVEN BACK in my bank account.They sent me today FALSE TEXT MASSAGE contains "your complaint has been resolved" but it is totally fake. Bajaj Finserv making fraud with people at very cheap level. They not receiving call and relying to email on their official customer care number and email id. Please take serious action on them.

        I didnt get my bajaj card. I purchased refrigerator in december 2017. They said, after completing 2 emi's you will get your card by courier. I didnt got any call from courier services. Till now didn't get the card. Almost completed 4 months. I paid all monthly emi's till now. Please send the card as soon as possible. Thank you.

        Past 2 days i received unknown fake calls, they are asked OTP pin. They just call to my registered mobile number.
        I purchased the samsung A7 2016 model white color mobile phone from bajaj finserve portal on emi three months before 3 months today phone screen has a crack please help me to replace the same
        I got a call from bajaj finserv to extent warranty
        i clearly said no
        Now they have deduted 118 for no reason
        i have bought lg ac in month of march and even my first installment is not been deducted yet
        they have deducted 118 rs in the month of april .

        i want them to please refund my money.

          Already i have complained about the payment made by me and then from the bajaj side no action taken to solve my complaint, then i have paid sum of 5502 for sum of 10999, but now again they have changed my loan number and asking to pay agin for 10999 they are asking to pay making me very strugle in this scenario, so kindly help me to sort out this issue in legal my humble request to indian consumer complaint they are making me very strugle and my amount also not refunded

            Hello, i purchased some items in my company under my wife's name (Premalatha / 9597xxxxxx). Last month i was unable to pay the instalment due to my family situation.

            Last week i received a call from the delhi high court (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]). I'm sceptical about who you are, and if you're an attorney, i asked questions like what's your registration number. Following this, they disconnected the connection

            Is this the telephone number of your company or company? If yes, then you have the right to use the name of the high court?

            Two days ago they called me from another number to talk from their company, i told you that i would not pay the crane payment until i got a detailed description of the chain.

            Yesterday[protected] came back at 5.30 pm[protected],[protected]. I asked again but he started talking to me with the most awkwardly awkward words (Which included the sound record). I do not even listen to what i say. And in some other numbers contact us every night and call the phone to your house and call us everybody in our house and order us regularly with money,

            This incident has caused me a lot of stress. So who gave you the power to intimidate consumers? If you do not pay the money, the legal action to take it away once is the most striking to attack the person.

            I would like to clarify to you within 15 days of extra complaints, otherwise, i will not be able to pay the outstanding amount.

                I'm deepak awatiger from bijapur karnataka, im interested in taking loan from bajaj finserv, ur representative from bijapur mr. Ram. S. M. Taken our documents lifted from our home saying that we will do. But after 15days we called so many times, he couldn't responded, we called to goverdhan sir they told loan request rejected, we told ram to give ur documents back, but responded rashly and without giving respect to consumers talked in singular way to my age old father.. Is it the respect ur company giving to customers...?? Please take action against him,, if he continued in that place definitely ur business will fall, bcz 1st learn to give respect to customers... Plz take action

                  In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

                  I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                  Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                  If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

                    I have some complaints about salem-attur branch. Here employees not respond any queries and treating a customers badly, some claim issues they challenging with customers to impossible to refund, sometimes they told you should not pay your emi for your issues cleared time, give me a contact details, am ready to move your office or give me a contact number

                      We have given compliant against bajaj fin service, collection agent mr. Daniel is talking to me very worst word and came to my working place (School) his behavior is very very bad regarding pending personal loan emi, the total pending amount is rs.14919/- only and i have paid last month rs.8550/- remaining i will pay to bajaj fin serv within two months in this regard i already informed to bajaj fin serv directly their mumbai office thro email. I request you to take necessary action against mr. Daniel, his mobile number is [protected].

                          Mr. Harjeet chawla of bajaj finserv contacted me for marketing and wanted to offer me elite emi card. As per his instructions, i had done my payment for bajaj elite card in march and subsequently he told me to get this card within 10 days. Its been almost month and i didn't receive any card or email regarding this. I got all his email communications with me.

                          I humbly request you to issue this card with limit of rs. 300000 and other privileges which he mentioned while marketing this card to me.

                              I purchased a mobile handset and opted for bajaj finserv for financing purpose.
                              My bank account at the appropriate time had balance but the installment was not deducted from the balance
                              And now after somedays
                              Bajaj deducted the balance with penalty of rs 450 which is not acceptable
                              On calling one of your executive on his personal mobile no. He misbehaved and is not picking up the call again.

                                I have taken a personal loan (402pmt[protected] on 31st mar18. The sales rep. Said it is mandatory to take a life and a medical insurance along wiith the pl, citing various reasons and explanations. Ultimately i had to agree for the same. They had agreed on my request to make the premium date post 31st mar 18 for next financial yr. (Life ins prem of rs 4772, medical prem. Of rs.2262). But to my shock when they disbursed the loan and the premium receipt had a date of 31st mar only. Inspite of assurance from bajaj finserv guys they have not met their commitment.
                                I have followed up with 2 reminders to their 'we care' mail id no clarity recvd and they also closed the complaint ticket

                                The ivr is useless as you cannot spk to any human voice evrything is automated - no one to attend such queries.

                                Please trace this mobile no.[protected] and take legal action under cyber crime as he told me that he is from Bajaj fine serve and demanding OTP of MobiKwik application...
                                [protected] call frm this no and he told me that he is calling from Bajaj fine serve and a person told me that please share OTP to him if Bajaj fine serveand he has all data of my fine serve account...how my data is gone to him ...please take legal action...
                                Kindly deactivate my Bajaj Finserv EMI card as i am not using it and i don't have any pending transactions in the card.

                                  Bajaj Finserv has unnecessarily applied Rs.900/- bounce charges on my loan account. I am a loyal and a honest bajaj finserv customer and have taken and completed many consumer durable loans on time without any default. However the bajaj representative who met me at a pantaloon store in Delhi ask me to pay the bill through bajaj finserv emi option to which I agree. I asked him if I need to give any documents and he said if you are a registered customer you may not give anything. I need not worry. However later on my emi got rejected by bank and on confirming from my bank I was told that bajaj finserv never submitted any documents to the bank for the ecs/emi hence bank declined it. Now bajaj finserv recovery deptt is harassing me everyday and threatening me to pay this else they will take legal action.

                                  Please check on this as you can check my cibil score it more than 700 and my cheques are never dishonoured. But due to your representatives lack of knowledge and ignorance this happened. Please escalate this and stop harassing me else I will go to banking ombudsman and file a written complaint against Bajaj Finserv.

Mahesh kumar, i buyed an new mobile using bajaj finserv card from online then, it costs 10, 999 loan number 421ecf64862970 i have paid my due in advance payment i have paid around 3668 for two emi then they did not upadted this transcation in the recoed and they are asking again to pay the amount it showing remaining 5 dues like that but totally i paid two emi is in advace and one deducted from my account during last month, but they upadted only one transcation when i put around 100 mails they are not taking any action i have all the payment document including payment summary all details im having or else im in asking help to sort out this issue another thing is they are having my payment history in online also then also cheeting me i was very suffisicated in this issue kidly help me, upto now problem did not solved not answeing my questions
