Hi,
I see that there was an ecs debit from my icici account on 26th april

26/04/18 ecs decs/tpcf bajaj finance/[protected] debit 117.00

I believe this payment of the ecs was already completed since long. However, not sure why and for what reason this amount was debited from my account.
Can someone please respond and give me an explanation.

    I have transferred my home loan from AXIS bank to Bajaj Finance and was offered below listed schemes along with top up loan.

    EMI Holiday Scheme - First 3 months EMI holiday.
    12 EMI Holiday - Where I was given the option to select any one month in the entire year which will be an EMI holiday month till 12 months.

    There were no issues experienced till first 3 Months EMI holiday (i.e. Dec 17, Jan & Feb 18) however I got alert for EMI payment for the month of March 18 for which I raised my concern considering the 2nd scheme offered to me (as I opted for the month of March every year for EMI waiver).

    Due to some internal system issues within Bajaj finnace the EMI for both my accounts (HL and top up) was presented and it got bounced (as obviously I was not prepared for the EMI to be deducted as per the schemes offered to me).

    Post this I started getting calls from the collection department which even turned into threatening me to be ready to face an consequences in case the issue is transferred to recovery agency. (Though this sound quite illegal to me, it could be the part of their job).

    However, the actual issue started upon highlighting the issue to the collection and sales team to resolve the issue.

    As, both the initial Loan accounts (HL & Topup) 402HSL58242215 & 402HPV58618948 have been closed and new loans 402HSL[protected]HL) & 402TSH[protected]Top up) got created without my consent and for which I have not signed any documents.

    Both these loans have been raised with higher disbursal amount for which I am being told that the interest of first 3 EMIs and EMI bounce have been added to the principle amount, which means, I will be again charged with 8.40% interest rate till my loan tenure of 17 years for this interest amount. Does this anyway sounds logical?

    Also, the tenure for the top up account (402TSH[protected] has been increased to 204 months which initially was 168 months.
    Due to all the mashup, my EMI card has been blocked as well for which if you check I have never been defaulter.

    I am now being told by the team that all the charges are as per the scheme as the interest of 3 months gets added to the principle amount, however I am fail to understand that if that is the case than how the repayment schedule (attached) does not show this amount added in the principle component?

    Also, there is no answer provided to me on how the interest amount of 12 EMI Holiday scheme will going to be settled as even the new disbursed loan repayment schedule does not show the amount getting added to the principle component. Will Bajaj be disbursing new loan again to include the interest of these 12 months? Quite illogical and unethical.

    There has been really disappointing experience so far with Bajaj Finance which made me to advise all my known people to refrain from getting relation with Bajaj Finance.

    I always had a clean record and have never been defaulter with any of my banking/financial institutes, however now because of some internal policy issues within Bajaj I am going through all the trauma of being treated as defaulter with no mistake from my end.

    I would urge you to please look into this issue and hope to have some resolution from you as I am not really willing to get this sorted via legal channels like consumer court, however I strongly wants to clear my stand that at no point I am agreeing to the new loans offered to me.

    All I am looking for is to reverse all additional charges/amount and to continue as per the initial agreement.

    same issue happened to me i am also having home loan and top up loan, they said 3 month emi holiday but now the deducted 3 month interest amount from my principal amount how is i have paid 113000 principal amount but they are saying i have paid 48000 rs only paid as principal for past three years, the cheated my 65000 rs. in the name of emi holiday offer, i have raised consumer complaint today and expecting best solution for my problem

      I keep on getting unnecessary phone calls from multiple numbers with prerecorded messages. I keep on blocking numbers but daily calls come from a new number.
      I m not a customer of bajaj fin services and i m never going to be one if i keep on getting these irritating calls.
      Stop this crap as soon as possible.

      its falsely labelled as resolved, im still getting crap calls. just now got call from +912262741400. each time its from a new number, its getting very irritating day by day. I m registered under DND but it seems like useless though

        What is this? You are cheating customers with an emi card which you said only one time charge. Even i dont know when i received such card despite the fact that i availed consumer durable loan 8 years back. For the said loan you already overcharged me in the form sign mismatch, ecs mandate issue and some insurance overhead.

        Please deactivate the card and remove my account. Receiving lots of calls and sms from bajaj. Funny thing is why you want me to pay for not taking a loan?

        I can provide you all the proofs and communications regarding the above issues..

            This is to inform you that recently i had purchased a samsung a8+ with bajaj finserv emi card. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of 450 for my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 3599/- besides the mobile emi. The loan number is 5s9dfs72718226. Bajaj finance has insured my mobile without any information or phone otp verification. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible.

              I lost my card in 2016. I am waiting for a new card since then. Every time i call the custome care they tell me that they have taken the request for issuing the new card and that it will take another 30-45 days for the new card to reach you. Then they said that they have already delivered the card, but i didn't receive any. So they again took the request to issue new card which as per them will take another 30-45 days. I have already called them 6-8 times and the response is always the same. Their ivr is complicated to add on to the woes. I am unable to understand what else should i do to get my card. Guys i need to shop and for that i need the card. My contact number is [protected]. Please resolve this for once and for all.

                I bought samsung c7 pro using gold emi card by bajaj fineserv at bhandup (W). And they offered me fonesafe insurance saying that it is only for 320rupees and will add only 19 rupees to the emi. So i agreed. Now bajaj... Finance sent me msg that i took for insurance of 2499rupees. And i don't even know about that. I dont want to take this insurance policy. Why i should pay insurance premium. Please cancel my request for insurance premium... Now.

                Why cpp are sent me email regarding me that i have taken insurance policy on my registered email -id. The bajaj finersrv agent said that he cancelled my insurance policy... and now they changed my loan no. And saying that I have taken insurance policy. Why you are doing these ??? I gonna complaint for these. Take actions .in my statement of account there is entry that i taken loan. And why you changed my loan no. !!! Please take legal actions regarding these issue

                  I have bought new phone worth rs 90000/- with Bajaj fin card at the time of selling phone shop kipper offer me cpp classic insurance of 5999/- and told me that your valuable a are protect it from any damage or lost . I’m ready with tham and buy that policy same at same time. Now my phone was theft when I’m calling customer care they said me that lost & theft is not cover under this policy ..

                      My name is moumita chakraborty. My customer i'd is 48075121. I have one running personal loan which is converted from retail emi. My running loan account number is[protected].
                      Emi is deducted through ecs from my bank account which is sbi.
                      For running loan i made bank account change request to one of bajaj loan collection employee who came to my place for taking the missed emi. The person who came to my place and did all the necessary things for changing the bank account details was sent by a bajaj employee whose name is priyanka (Mobile-[protected]).
                      They did nothing and for past 2months my ecs is bounced and i have been charged rs.600 for bouncing charge. For this my cibil score has been decreased.
                      I made the request and give 2 cancelled cheque of kotak bank and also signed mandatory ecs form on 9.2.2018.
                      I don't know why such thing is happening. Bajaj collection members are making me fool and for their fault i am suffering. Whenever i told them that i will pay the missed emi through online but they do jot hear me and continuously calling me and harrassed me.
                      If they can't do this from themselves they should tell me directly to do this by myself.
                      I want proper justice to this. Kindly look into this matter.
                      I want a written document for this solution and assurance from bajaj finserv that such thing will not be happened in future.

                        There is an illegal deduction of inr 117 rs which was directly debited from my bank account no by bajaj finserv. When i called up their customer care, they mentioned that the same is deducted since i did not use the card for last 12 months and they called it "annual fees". I have requested for a refund to the customer care executive who has raised a complaint with concerned team at their end. Waiting for their response.

                        The serious concern here is that these organizations, due to usage of their emi card for purchasing an appliance have our bank details and are insensitive to deduct any amount without our consent or approval. Highly unethical behavior.

                          Dear team,

                          The loan was completed in february this year refer 4050cd33894607. I have two issues with bajaj finserv:

                          1) pls stop all promotion calls from bajaj finserv to my mobile no asap. It is causing too much inconvenience

                          2) recently i saw a line item in my bank statement saying bajaj emi card "inactive" fees of 117 rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and what is this charge for?
                          Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life?
                          How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

                          I dont need this card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone i know not to use your service as you have deducted money from my account directly.

                          Kindly refund the amount immediately. And also, if you want to deactivate the card, please do so.

                          There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.
                          This is absolute cheating and doesn't suit the reputation of such a reputed company like bajaj.

                          More so while applying for the emi card we have already paid the fees.

                          The charges should be reversed immediately.

                            I don't have any requirement to use emi card: xxxxxxxxxx5203 for any purchase.
                            Why have i been charged rs. 117 as "card inactive fees", which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent?
                            Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present?
                            Card is valid upto 03/25 then what is meaning of inactive?
                            Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                            This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                            I am loosing my faith for this company.
                            Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                              i have bought lg ac in month of march and even my first installment is not been deducted yet
                              they have deducted 118 rs in the month of april .

                                Already i have complained about the payment made by me and then from the bajaj side no action taken to solve my complaint, then i have paid sum of 5502 for sum of 10999, but now again they have changed my loan number and asking to pay agin for 10999 they are asking to pay making me very strugle in this scenario, so kindly help me to sort out this issue in legal my humble request to indian consumer complaint they are making me very strugle and my amount also not refunded

                                  Hello, i purchased some items in my company under my wife's name (Premalatha / 9597xxxxxx). Last month i was unable to pay the instalment due to my family situation.

                                  Last week i received a call from the delhi high court (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]). I'm sceptical about who you are, and if you're an attorney, i asked questions like what's your registration number. Following this, they disconnected the connection

                                  Is this the telephone number of your company or company? If yes, then you have the right to use the name of the high court?

                                  Two days ago they called me from another number to talk from their company, i told you that i would not pay the crane payment until i got a detailed description of the chain.

                                  Yesterday[protected] came back at 5.30 pm[protected],[protected]. I asked again but he started talking to me with the most awkwardly awkward words (Which included the sound record). I do not even listen to what i say. And in some other numbers contact us every night and call the phone to your house and call us everybody in our house and order us regularly with money,

                                  This incident has caused me a lot of stress. So who gave you the power to intimidate consumers? If you do not pay the money, the legal action to take it away once is the most striking to attack the person.

                                  I would like to clarify to you within 15 days of extra complaints, otherwise, i will not be able to pay the outstanding amount.

                                      I'm deepak awatiger from bijapur karnataka, im interested in taking loan from bajaj finserv, ur representative from bijapur mr. Ram. S. M. Taken our documents lifted from our home saying that we will do. But after 15days we called so many times, he couldn't responded, we called to goverdhan sir they told loan request rejected, we told ram to give ur documents back, but responded rashly and without giving respect to consumers talked in singular way to my age old father.. Is it the respect ur company giving to customers...?? Please take action against him,, if he continued in that place definitely ur business will fall, bcz 1st learn to give respect to customers... Plz take action

                                        In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

                                        I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                                        Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                                        If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.
