I bought a mobile in the month of december and paid all the charges. Its been three months already but you deducted this amount now. Two months of EMI has already been paid. If it is regarding some account charges then it should be done at the starting. In Info it is saying the month January but now it is March. I dont understand why you deducted this amount. Please respond as soon as possible and refund the same if it is not appropriate....

118 deduction unnecessarily

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_feb18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register...

I have already told bajaj customer service for 4 to 5 times to change my number but all my efforts are in vain. I am getting otp of his various loans, loan amount and emi card details. I stay in navsari and I have tried to contact navsari bajaj finance but they too didn't help me....

inactive fee for emi card

I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card.
My experia id is : 12992706.
I have no pending emi to pay.

I was promised that this card is free when i have taken it few years back
But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-. I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately if the terms and conditions have changed, which i am not informed or aware...

My customer id is 44063545. I have bought lg wm on emi from bajaj finance on 22.012018. Without my concern bajaj finance started extended warranty.

Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of asset care policy. My asset care policy number/loan number is 423bew64176894. Emi for the same was already started from 05.03.2018. So, please refund my amount and cancel cpp asset care policy for the same....

There was pre approved offer on my account for elite emi card. I was told to pay rs.4777/- and i will get limit of 3, 00, 000, i paid but my limit hasn't been increased not a single penny. Why you took the payment and not increased limit?

I don't want to pay any dues till i get satisfactory response and this mail will be official communication for anything; regarding further not paying of any dues...
