Sir recently i am cancelled a purchase from flipkart via bajaj no cost emi because placed by mistake. Flipkart said that the amount will refunded within 6 working days but
Then i am trying to purchase another product from flipkart but bajaj declained my payment. Why? Really hopfully waiting for a reply bthat i can again make a ourxhase within next 10 workingdays after the refund.

    My costumer id : 63478137. I have bought a lg air conditioner js-q18nrxa on emi from bajaj finserv on 04 mar'18. I want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy membership.
    I want to cancel it because the representative who called me promised me that i will be given a 2 year extended warranty but in the insurance certificate only 1 year of extended warranty has been given. From the starting point i didn't wanted the asset care package but the representative manipluted me by saying that if i dont take the extended warranty then my loan account will be cancelled. Further he also said to me that i will have to adhere to him before he hang up the call. I had no choice except agreeing to him. How is it fair? In the ploicy it is mentioned that we have 15 days of time to avail the package. Shame on that call representative. This is how your representatives make fool of innocent costumer. It is called cheating. Please fire that employee so he cannot make fool of other costumers and cheat them for their own sake of incentives. Or make him realise his mistake by apologizing to me by calling my number. I can forgive him if he accepts his misdoing. His name was sunny i can share the number from which he called me if needed.
    My asset care membership account no is ac1127859, my emi will start from 02 apr, 18, so do it fast. Please cancel the cpp asset care policy fast.

      I bought sony led tv (Model - klv-32r422e) on 20th match 2018 from sathya agencies (100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore). Actually the total cost was rs.25, 600 and already i paid rs.5000 and the remaining balance amounting (Consumer durable num - 4210cd[protected] rs. 20, 600 + 3% processing fee. So totally rs.21, 218 divided by 9 months, per month rs.2, 357. These are the charges that sales executive commited me to pay on that day. But additionally cpp asset care (421bew[protected] amounting rs. 1, 857 has been added in my loan account. I dont know why they added those fee without my knowledge. Let me clear these complaint and kindly educate the sales executive. Please dont spoil your good will of bajaj. Kindly remove those additional fee and do the favour as soon as possible.

          I am daily receiving phone calls from bajaj finserv either manual or automated. The timing is even when i am driving. I am getting these calls on my both mobile ie personal and office.
          I am not interested in your loan. Stop calling me.
          If problems not solved ASAP, i will file complaint in consumer court or TRAI for violating rules.

            Sir, i lost my vivo v5 mobile phone today in kalka ji mandir, and i have covered in insurance for 1 yr, please resolve my issue and please give claim of my lost phone, my phone is covered up insured for 1 yr an still 2 month left on completing an year, please get me good claim so that i can purchase my new phone from bajaj finserve.

              I applied for bajaj rbl card, application was approved, till that time lot of representatives were calling me. They informed me that they despatched the card through courier. Till date after lapsing more than 15 days i didn't get the card and the most funny thing is that neither bajaj nor rbl bank don't have a proper customer care service for this matter. Now without receiving the credit card, bank sent me an email quoting my payment details. That means i have to pay money without recieving a credit card and without availng any service. God bless customers. Think twice before doing any business with them. I am going to consumer court for this matter. I am waiting for their response. I didn't expect this kind of fraud from bajaj finance serv

                I have taken a personal loan from your company, i trusted you people. At that you people told me that my interest rate will be 15.93, but i i checked on your site with emi calculator, the emi amount shown there 15, 93 is 9567 but you are changing me 11798. Which means you are charging me interest of 26%.

                Why are you charging me 26% when you said 15.93%

                  I brought a laptop which finance by bajaj finserv. Dealer and me already told him that we doesn't require any insurance. But he will added insurance loan with my laptop loan without informing me. When i was check statement of my account and ask to the agent about finance loan he was told to me that he was complete his target work and he was also said no body can punished for this. The company only send laptop loan emi on my mobile from server.

                      I have received phone call from bajaj and they told me there is a free cradit card available for you (Bajaj finserv). Not after tow or three weeks, when they gave me a cradit card i have received this msg, "your rbl bank credit card account xxxx-6819 bill of rs. 1178.82 with due date[protected] has been sent & will reach you in next 7 days."
                      Why this 1178.82 rs charged and for what?
                      This bank makes customer fool.
                      I will complain it in consumer foram.

                          My emi card seems to be blocked and three customer care numbers don't connect me to anyone for help and is always busy.

                          Please note that my card is blocked which is mostly due to non usage of the same from the past 3 year's. My cibil score is 800+ and i need to buy a phone. Request you to please help me solve this to increase my credit limit and make the purchase.

                            I made a part payment of my loan but they are not updated when i contact bajaj always they are telling case register ticket register they are having very big register and just update register.

                            Amount taking from public and enjoying with their valuable money cheaters
                            Not updating loans ust holding everyone money and earning lot of interest from that money

                            Beggars can ask and take money but these bajajfinserv frauds steeling public money

                              Hi,

                              My loan number is 4000pc00000864. This loan account is closed and received noc from bajajfinserv on 19th nov 2014.

                              Recently, checked in cibil this was showing as settled. Tried to contact customercare (Through e-mail) from the past month.
                              Everytime, i am getting call from different executives and without seeing the noc (I think they are illiterates), sir, your account was settled not closed.

                              In the noc they clearly mention that "this is to certify that bajaj finance ltd., has duly received full payment due to them under hire purchase finance
                              Agreement no: 4000pc00000864 dated 30/01/2009 and all rights of bajaj finance ltd.
                              Over the ax0x1801+gc758 (Hcl laptop) referred to in the said agreement stand extinguished and at an end from
                              The date hereof."

                              It is clearly stating that no dues but this again asking money to close.

                              This is really bad and showing their half knowledge.

                              Bajaj finserv attract people, simply saying that pay one rupee and take product, pay the rest in emi's. It is attractive offer, if you take that's it you gone and pissed with this stupid company.

                                  For last 2-3 years almost regularly i receive calls from your executives. I have informed them every single time that i do not need any loan, yet nothing has changed. I have also dropped a couple of mails to them on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, but all i get is apologies and assurance, but no action has been taken.

                                    Worst service ever, don"t ever come under bajajfinserv trap just go for hdfc or other bank believe me hdfc are cheaper and good post an pre approval services.

                                    Sales man (Lie a lot): govind ([protected], [protected])

                                    Rude post loan approval service: akshita ([protected]) [even said you got the sms with my number why didnt you called earlier ]

                                    Post approval: no welcome email, sms, call - simply dumped 636000 to my account god i almost got heart attack.

                                    There customer service number will always be out of service and they will never reply on your email id (Mailed about the issue exect 29 times)

                                    I requested a loan of 120000inr on india lends they suggested bajaj finance is best and giving rate of intrest 11.99-12.99%, i said ok then bajaj finance guy called and said sir i have sent the loan amount for approval in 3 days it was approved

                                    - 1st lie: he said rate of intrest wil be 14.99%

                                    - i can do pre payment even after 1 day of loan amount transfer to account with out any charges.

                                    - second lie total charges will be only 8125inr of which i will get 4000 as cashback (They charged 24000inr for sectioned loan amount of 650000 remmeber i have to pay 14% interest extra on it, 24000 is initial charges), told me 10000 is mantory insurence as intiallythey havent mentioned this (I didnt applied for loan anywhere else) so i was having no option.

                                    - i will get a portal with the 650000 i can tranfer required money from there to my account and pay intrest on the same but no i got full[protected] already deducted menas i have to may emi on 24000) in my account and from that day itself i have to pay intrest.

                                    - they haven"t sent me any welcome mail or sms, call saying your loan is sectioned and tranfered to your account please tranfer it to bajaj finance account other wise you have to pau intrest on that.

                                    - i called number i got from sms after money was transer to my account that she your regional sales head etc. Akshita she was so rude god i was shocked like where the hell i put my head into. Some how after 3 4 calls and email exchange i got welcome email.

                                    - after that also my username and password where not registered i mailed again, she called and told me not mail as she alsready register my compalin and i will not me charged the interest.

                                    So

                                    We started at 4000 as total charge and ended at 24000 inr (And a rude customer service who even said you got the sms with my number why didnt you called me before)

                                    If i would have taken just 120000 from hdfc for 1 year (That what i needed) i would have paid 14000 (Max) and could have skipped this trap.

                                      Hey,
                                      I visit the branch office of bajaj finserv in my city (Indore). I talk to the employee who is maybe a executive there. My few cheque got bounce cause i am facing some really serious medical issue in my family. I explain them all about my problem. So i request him can he adjust this month emi and i will pay it on next month. I read this in your policy that bajaj gives a month flexibility to coustomer and thats why i ask him for that help.
                                      He told me (Ye koi tumhare ghr ki dukan thodina h jo paise leke baadme denge boldo aur chalte bano). Then this man comes there who is maybe a manager over there. And ask me about my salary so i told him that my salary was approx 15k so what he told me that (To loan lete hi kyu ho tum jese log, jab bhrne ki himat nhi ho to loan kyu lete ho). Then i argue with him on this and then suddenly all the employees come and join the conversation and try to dominate me and then the manager told one of his employee that (Jao iske sath aur iske ghr se paise leke aoo nhi to iska phone bikwao aur paise wasulo). Then after some more argument, i cant handle this much of insult and humiliation. I agreed that i will pay my emis of 9000rs tomorrow, they all know that i am facing a huge crisis with my mother health, even after knowing all this thing they act like a total animal and behave the same to me.

                                      Now, i want a strict action against this. And if no strict action hasnt take against those people i will definitely go to the consumer court and sue you guys with a great amount. I am also writing a letter to the collector and sp for those people.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1399/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.                                         I had taken Bajaj finserv card while purchasing a home appliance. Recently I got an sms stating that there is an annual inactive fees of Rs. 115 on my card. I was not aware of this charge. I wouldnt have taken the card, If I had known that there was such a hidden charge. I would like to deactivate this card
