Have opted for bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card but without informing have been charged for rs 3500 & no issue is been solved since last week.
Have transacted for rs 564 & bill generated is rs 4106.86 which is not fair because it was not informed about any charges to be charged.

"it was clearly been asked to person called from bajaj finserv about any charges on credit card to be taken but it was said to be free of charge"

Please see to matter & resolve it as early as possible.

      Hi,

      This is with respect to bajaj flexi loan taken on 2nd february 2018
      With loan number 404dfs64136178.

      I got a customer care call in the last week of january 2018 for the
      Flexi loan saying i am eligible for a flexi loan of 1, 63, 000rs, though
      I was not interested they called many times and convinced me (Afterall
      We are human beings!).

      Next day bajaj agent guy named chetan (Ph. No:[protected]/[protected])
      Came to my home collected all my documents (Aadhar, cheques, photo,
      Took signatures.. Etc) and said nothing will be charged for me and
      There will be no processing charges and i need not pay anything from
      My hand and the loan amount will be present in bajaj virtual account
      And based on my requirement i can make use of the money by
      Transferring to my bank account.

      He said interest will be put on the money i have used and not on the
      Loan amount at rate of 15%. On 2nd febraury 2018 amount of 1, 59, 915rs
      Was directly transfered to my bank account which i was not aware of
      Since chetan had told me the money will be in bajaj virtual account,
      But the sanctioned loan was 1, 63, 000rs.

      Due to this less santioned amount i tried to call the agent chetan but
      He never picked the call, so i called his manager
      Ajit (Ph. No.:[protected]) and explained him that chetan never told
      Anything about processing charges and other charges which is nearly
      3000rs. (Which is really shocking to me since chetan never told this!).

      I retransfered the money on 3rd, 4th, 5th february 2018 100rs, 32rs
      And 1, 59, 783rs respectively which sums up to the loan amount they
      Had transfered (1, 59, 915rs) to bajaj virtual account.

      Now if i try to close the loan due to personal reasons, they are
      Telling i need to pay processing fees, stamp charges, foreclosure
      Charges,... Etc hearing which i am shocked, depressed and sad.

      I had good experience with bajaj finance with my consumer durables in
      The past, but now seeing this behaviour i feel like never going to any
      Kind of loans with bajaj.

      I am very bad victim of this fraud bajaj which keeps on calling now and
      Then for flexi loans/personal loans.. Etc

      Please help me to close this flexi loan and provide justice, so i need
      Not pay any amount and become free from this flexi loan which is in
      Bajaj account and i have not used a single rupee till now.

      Any other information call me on my phone.

      Please cancle this loan.

      Before 2 days i have recd sms for mobile number change. But i can not change number...

        I do not take any loan from bajaj finance but still i get calls for loan approval and sms of otp's.

        Someone named as suryanarayan kadappakrishan iyer has provided my mobile no.

        I get sms with customer name as satadru but i don't have an outstanding loan with bajaj finserv.

        Please remove my mobile no. Asap.

        Hope bajaj finserv takes this up and resolves the issue soon.

        Sir i get a mail and from bajaj finserv about elite card offer . they told me to deposit amount 4777. on same day i transfer from hdfc saving account. date 3/3/2018 . but till date i cannot received any card from bajaj. i regularly followup with them but they cannot reply . so please help regarding the issue.

            Iam s. Mahesh kumar, i buyed an new mobile using bajaj finserv card from online then, it costs 10, 999 loan number 421ecf64862970 i have paid my due in advance payment i have paid around 3668 for two emi then they did not upadted this transcation in the recoed and they are asking again to pay the amount it showing remaining 5 dues like that but totally i paid two emi is in advace and one deducted from my account during last month, but they upadted only one transcation when i put around 100 mails they are not taking any action i have all the payment document including payment summary all details im having or else im in asking help to sort out this issue another thing is they are having my payment history in online also then also cheeting me i was very suffisicated in this issue kidly help me

              There was a personal loan having application no[protected], which was never disbursed to any of my valid A/C.
              They used to call me for the EMI there I used to explain them stating that money is never credited to my a/c so why will I pay you EMI.
              Then they close this matter.
              But still it's showing in the CIBIL.
              I am requesting them again and again but they are not listing

                I took a loan from Bajaj finserv around 2 years back and i have foreclosed the loan. But, still after closing the loan, an extra EMI for 11, 892 got dedcuted from my account. I have spoken to them for around 3 times and everytime, i call them they say that they will return it but i still have not received the money and it has been more then 10 days.

                Please help regarding the same.

                  I was asked to take up a policy of bharti axa life insurance since i was in need of personal loan. I was told that ill get loan against the policy from bajaj finance.the bajaj finance guy's name is apparently rajat sharma. His contact number is +[protected]. He told me there is an offer in which if i take policy of 50000rs per annum then i can get loan of 10lakh at 4% interest rate. he told me that dont say that u need any loan against this policy when u will get call from bharti axa for verification.i tried cross checking his authentication but couldnt do much.he took lot of interest until there was the policy process going on but post that i didnt even get the policy nor did i get loan.

                    In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly, irritation and i will not be going to use this card anymore.

                    I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                    Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                    If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

                        Over the last 30 days, everyday i am getting automated calls several times from bajaj finserv about taking loan or some stupid things. There were couple of times when human being called up and i nicely mentioned to remove my contact from calling list. However this is continue to happen and in addition i have started getting messages about some stupid robot services. Guys understand you have automated your process and doing this without human being but the messages and calls are being made to humans and it is disturbing me. Can you stop this immediately?

I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, this is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well train your team before let them handle any call.

                                      Hi, it is giving me pain to right this. I have applied for business loan in bajaj finance. At the time of loan agreement they give me following commitment : rate of interest : 10.50 tenure : & a lot of fake commitments at the time of applying & they didn't providd welccome letter to me when i asked for offers approval letter they said that rhey have that letter & they will give that but after 2 days i got massage from bank that your loan amount will be credited within 24 h
                                      . Then i contacted them & told them without my confirmation how uh can credit loan & told tham to stop process they said don't worry we will stop but after 2 h i got massage from my bank that an amount of rs914000 is credit to my ac from the day one [statement of account or loan letter] i am writing email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and i also contacted their managers (Via mobile more than 10 times) i didint get any resolution. When i tried to contact their manager on mobile, each and every day he is giving me a new date (Today or tomorrow) and he is waiting for first emi to deduct. & on 1st emi rs17500 deducted from my ac this is very strange. This officer is not ready to accept the mistake of roi, tenure and emi amount. Bfl (Bajaj finance ltd.) promising the customer something different and they deliver to costumer what they feel like. My first emi is on 2nd-march-2018. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com so please do needful.
                                      M also going to raise this case in court. Bcuz i have all the proofs call records. Voice & video recording with full documents. Of his fake commitment & all... Also going to share it in social media & on my youtube channel where my subscribers r waiting for response. I just wants to stop this type of frauds, scams in india

                                      & i have all the guarantors and dsa of sbi, Rm of axis & manager of hdfc..other members was present there at the same time when dhraj was changing his statements all r ready to file cases against dhraj and at the end he agreed with us & said sorry sir, meri galti thi but meri bhi family hai naukri ka sawal h target complete krnai k liye asa kiya ab insaniyat k nathe maaf kr doo mai krwa dunga loan close bs apko rs25000 dene hai or mai rs17500 dunga fees charges but rite now he is saying talk to my boss to sort out this means he just changing his statements.
                                      Sir kindly provided to me my emi card why inactive and what is the resaons if so kinly cancelled it in future .

                                        I have already paid the emi, still it is showing i havent paid. Getting the continuous ridiculous calls from you guys. You are just a fraud stealing people's money by putting irrelevant penalties all the time. I am fed up of all these and now i am going to take strict action against it. Be ready bajaj finserve i am going to drag you to court. Mark my words, i am not going to leave. I'll # hard deep in your #. #..!!!
