I want to deactivate my CPP tele binding insurance that has been activated. I do not want this insurance. I will take care of any repair that wull be required for my products that i have purchased on my own.

This emi has been activated on January 17, 2020.

Kindly help to deactivate this insurance and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    I have taken a loan for which mandate form was given to my bank with my fraud signature. Also the emi amount was given as 200000. Such fraud is not expected from a reputed company like bajaj finance. I have blocked bajaj from my hdfc account as advised by them. The bajaj executive is not recieving my calls. Please advise what next steps should i take.

        I get a minimum of 4-5 calls everyday from bajaj finserv offering pre-apporved loan. I keep getting these calls from different numbers, so blocking and marking them spam is not seem to be working. I told them no on several occasions and they promised to remove my number from the list but clearly they didn't. Some of the numbers i received calls from are as below -

          Have purchased a mobile, loan id: 405ecffn074979. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, loan id: : 405etbfn635901. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my 2nd installment date. Please resolve the complaint before february 2. Because the above mentioned date is emi date.

              Bajaj finance has deducted rs 118 and this amount. Is not reflecting in their loan account this is absolutely unjustified amount that has been deducted by bajaj finance

              Bajaj Finserv debitted an amount of 118 rupees from my account with the declaration BAJAJFL_MNDTVRFCHGS_DEC19. No customer support to give an explanation on what this deduction is for. Tried to contact the customer support of the company and no one picked the phone. Kindly register my compliant and please support to resolve asap.

                Bajaj fins has debited my account with rs 118/- on 18th jan in name of BAJAJFL_MNDTVRFCHGS_DEC19, where as these charges were not informed to us while availing the loan, so plz book a complaint and see that its resolved at the earliest and i dont get charged for this again future. Also plz see that i get the refund of the same

                    I took an home loan from bajaj and was issued an insurance policy along with it without any confirmation or signing any document. After following up with them since last 4 months i was able to get the insurance finally cancelled but for that they cancelled my old home loan along with policy and reissued me a new home loan. The sanction letter provided for the new home loan had same amount as the previous one but actual amount disbursed is approx 22k more. Now i am trying to reach out to bajaj in order to understand how the emis that i have paid till date will be adjusted and why extra amount is disbursed but no one is giving proper response. I have already tried escalating the issue to grievance team multiple times but apart from calls to understand the issue nothing happened. The people am in contact with either do not respond to calls or emails and if they respond then they ask me to wait for some time and same has been happening since last couple of months and at the end of the month i have to pay emi without any proper resolution.

                    It has become frustrating to follow up when you do not get any response to your query. When asked with shivakumar regarding the adjustment of the emis i have paid till date i was asked to contact wecare to get response as according to him they have done their work by cancelling and reissuing the new loan but they can not answer for the emi adjustment and extra amount disbursed. I tried that as well but got no response from wecare.

                    Kindly help as it has been a really unprofessional experience till date where people who have issued me the loan are not taking the responsibility for resolving the issue and even after escalating the same to their managers it is of little help since they do not provide any update or email unless and until i run behind them.

                      Sir i have bajaj emi card.which is permanently block. But i dont why they do not unblock my card i paid all over due with the pently on time.but they cant block my card permanently Block.when we request them to unblocked my card how then answer.If company have rules to that blocking thing if we not done on time but company should think that you cant blocked the card permanently.but we pay the money with pently charge so you can blocked the card for short period you cant go and blocked the card permanently.

                        I have taken couple of flexi LOANs from bajaj finserv and like clock work I am getting 4-5 calls every single day. It is so irritating that I have stopped taking calls from unknown numbers from last 2 years. I have requested the agents calling 1000 times to remove my number from their database as I am not interested in LOANs. All they do is apologize and with an assurance that my number has been removed. But like a shameless bunch the calls continue next day as well. It has been tormenting me and I feel like I have committed grave sin by taking LOAN from Bajaj FInance. How can a company be so shameless that it harasses its own customers every day. I am unable to find out a way to stop this harrasement and unfortunately I am not able to change my number as well as it is linked to multiple important locations. If someone can help me out of this mess I will be really helpful

                            I purchased a chimney from flipkart usi g bajaj finserv emi option with loan id 4h7erffq521504. Without my permission bajaj started cpp tele binding which i dont want and are charging me 1800 with loan id 4h7etrfr235509 i dont want it.
                            My loan date is 2 feb pls stop it within 2 days so that i can pay the original amount due nit the amount with cpp telebinding

                              This mail is regarding money fraud from my hdfc bank account.
                              On 11th of this month at around 4pm rs 9499 got deducted from my account that too without entering any amount and otp for the transaction.
                              Help me get my money back.
                              Sms i got is thanks for paying rs 9865 zaakmobikwik via netbanking.

                              Help me to get my money. Nobody is picking our call now.

                                When we call customer service, they end up saying this is useful to know the utilization of the loan.

                                Moreover, i have the statement that's more enough to trace my transactions.

                                  I have purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finance loan. The emi is of 1 year after paying the whole amount. Tahn also at any time certain amount of money like[protected] is deducting. I have called the bajaj than they replying hum toh aise hee karte hai jo karna hai karo. They are deducting money like 2 years approximately 5000 extra money and still this process is going on. Please help to get my money back and to stop this deduction of money.

                                    I want to stop the calls i receive from them every single day related to Bajaj Finserv loans and EMI credit cards etc. Getting daily 5-6 calls everyday and there is no DND option on their website. I am also not sure if I can post my mobile number here for the number to be put in their DND list. Mobile number:- [protected] I am really fed up with the number of calls you give. Please help.

One of the women of your staff how take a call used to deal with me, i just told her about my cheque bounce, but she doesn’t have any manners to deal with customer she started misbehaving with me and also she said some abuse words to me which is not appropriate to deal with customer.

                                        I had used bajaj finserv emi in the year 2016. However after clearing my all emis, the company is charging me annual charges. I had already blocked the card. Even after blocking card, they charge. This is completely unauthorised. Its quiet disturbing to get charged every year for unused services.
