On 22nd jan 2020 i received a call from your customer executive and was told that i am eligible for a elite emi card membership and will be able to avail 300000/- credit limit facility along with a host of offers only on a payment of rs 4999/- which will have to be paid in 3 easy instalments. Also i will be receiving 5000/- worth of coupons which can be used on flipkart but i need to make the payment first through mobikwik wallet. I did as per the instructions of the customer care executive and the amount was paid and i was suppose to receive the card and the gift vouchers within 7 working days but in vain. I haven’t received anything from the company’s side. I tried calling the customer care people but they said it’s the elite card department and guided me to another number and when i called the other number it was not available. Now the emi for the same is being deducted from my account for which i am being charged a very high interest and i haven’t received the card nor the vouchers as promised. I am afraid i have been made a victim of a fraud by the company i would request you to kindly help.

Avail your free vouchers worth Rs.27000/- from Bajaj Finserv on opting for Elite EMI Card Membership instantly" then after I have received a call from bajaj People about this bajaj Elite card, I said I dont want to this Type of Cards from this Company . But on Rs.4999/- Debited in my SBI Account on 24.03.2020, with out any pre intimation to me, I have not Received any message from this company, why they are doing like this, I dont want to this Type of Cards and any Personnel Loans from this Company I have call more times there Customer care also, they are not Respond, I dont want this card, Please credit my Amount to bank account

        I bought a mobile recently i.e on 18th March through Bajaj Finserv at a retail store which had an emi worth 3750/- on logging into my bajaj account to check my loan details, I found an added Digital Fone Safe product also added onto my account worth 2574/- with an emi of 354/- for 6 months. I want to cancel this add-on as I never opted for it nor I received any notification regarding my consent for adding this product in my Bajaj account.

        Please cancel this fast as it's emi is about to start and upon calling the customer care they keep looping me on customer care phone numbers. This kind of negligency/scam is not expected from a company this big.

          I want to raise a complaint against Bajaj finserv. I have been getting calls since November asking for someone, I am tehrir existing customer and I have never had a payment dues with them. Every single day they call me asking for some ismail I don’t even know that person. I raise a complaint multiple time and everytime they asked for 48 hours to take my number off their calling list. Which never stopped. For the month of February they stopped for a while as I told them I will be go for consumer complaint but they started calling me again. I have my personal life as well and because of all these things it’s affecting my personal life. My family keeps asking me who is that person whom I have no relation with. Not sure who gave my number to them and why do they keep harassing me. I need help to raise a complaint against them as it’s affecting my personal life. I have one number which they call from and when I ask them why they are calling they just disconnect the call. ‭+[protected]‬

          Please help me at the earliest. This is mental harassment.

          The emi is failing to receive and we don't know why. We even changed the bank and shift our emi loan to another bank but still there is no news of whether our emi clearance is approved or not.

At the time taking loan i was informed that foreclosure would applicable on outstanding amount but now they are charging on od limit amount on which they provided me rs.1294999/- which would cost me around rs.61235/-.

            Kindly help to resolve the issue and help to provide refund.

              Hi i had booked few tickets using bfs emi card, and paid my first emi beginning march 20 though my travel date is on april 20. Now if the tickets are cancelled due to covid 19 what happens to the emi i paid, ll it be credited back to my account as airlines are cancelling flight service and due to lockdown. Any inputs would be much appreciated as i’ll plan accordingly

                I have taken a loan on 21st december from bajaj finserv and i have already given them the card fees and addon card fees and on that they made my emi card which was supposed to get activated after the 2nd emi that is after the march emi but now it's about 2 months and 20 days but the card is still not active and shopkeeper told me that it took about 2 months to get activated but in app its still showing 'in process" and yesterday i recieved a message from bajaj that greeting you emi card is active but still card is not active and i don't know what is the problem and they are not replying my mails also so kindly help me in this matter please.                   I cleared the above loan 2 years back but yet it is not closed, i paid all my emi's on date whereas only one emi got delayed and twice cheque bounce charge was deducted from my account. Now again i received a message from finserv quoting 350 cheque bounce charge outstanding, please verify and resolve the issue at the earliest and close my loan.
                  And when i try to get to login into my account its showing dob mismatch, my original dob is 20/09/1986 but i don't know what is on database. Please resolve this issue also.

                      I am a frequent customer of consumer durables and almost every time i took help from bajaj finserv for finance.
                      This time it was no exception when i planed to buy an ac from khosla electronics (Selimpur showroom, kolkata-700031) i was told by the representative of bajaj finserv that if the loan amount exceeds rs. 29, 999/- i am supposed to get a cashback worth of rs. 7500/- [ cashback rs 800 + mobile recharge rs 2000/- + book my show rs. 2000/- +bigbazar rs 1200/- +bata rs. 1500/- ]. I was also told by the representative that these cashback/ coupon codes will be directly delivered to my registered email/mobile no after three successful payments of outstanding emis of the said loan. I bought the ac on 29th september 2019 and already paid five emi instalments till date but yet receive any cashback. When i enquired for the same in the showroom with the same representative he tried to avert the query by saying it was a contribution cashback scheme, which is not true. I then showed have a captured image of the advertisement said scheme but he kept on delaying for week after week without any result. Please look into the matter as early as possible so that i really can't wait for indefinite time for resolving the same.

This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you refund my my amount back.. Seems like my details are not secured in bajaj and this is being misuse. This is pathetic.

                          I bought a product in bajaj consumer durable loan in 2015.

                          However i have missed 3 dues in 2015 unknowingly and there is no one called regarding for that.

                          But later 2019. I came to know there is pending amount.

                          When i approached bajaj executive, he is asking me to pay 33000 rupees instead of 7600 rupees.

                          The product cost is only 24000 thousand and i have already paid 6 dues and 3 dues are pending the total pending due amount is 7600 only.

                          Could pleases let me know my exact due amount and procedure to close my account to get noc.

                              Hi,
                              This is regarding the recent Fraud happen with me from Bajaj Finserve. I got a call from Sales team that i will get Over Draft limit associated with my salary account, On first call i simply said No but again they called me and i said yes and negotiated only Rs 2000 Will be charged again my 9 lakh OD Limit and nothing extra will be charged apart from 2000 rs.
                              My Loan approval process started and on my behalf the sales executed filled all my details and summit my application.
                              i got an approval of 1209999 Rs as per my CIBIL Records, i called up sales team again and they assured me that sir only 2000 rs will be charged don’t worry.
                              When i get Final mail from Bajaj where they mentioned their charge included Processing fee and other charges, it was total 24325 Rs. Immediately i rejected offer. Again sales team called me and forced me to accept the all conditions mentioned in the mail and they will do cash back amount over and above 2000 rs.
                              Initially they transferred 3000 rs to my phone pay account to make trust and i accepted the loan agreement.
                              Once the loan get disbursed, i called for the rest cash back but they denied and even not stop picking my Phone.
                              Bajaj fin serve customer cars is not supportive and very rudely they are talking to me now.
                              I am totally harassed and in very bad situation because on amount 24325 which they charged from me against loan processing, Bajaj started taking interest on that amount.
                              I have all the phone recordings and chat screenshot along with Name and Numbers of sales team.
                              Three Bajaj Employees forced me to accept Loan terms and conditions and assured me to give me cashback of extra amount apart form 2000 Rs. Now they have stopped picking my Phone. Cancel my Whole Loan immediately

                              These type of harassment and frauds will not tolerated.

                                On 17 mar bajaj finserv (Ecsidr - bajaj finservebb) deducted rs 117 from bank account. The loan already closed on dec 2017 and noc also received for same from bajaj finserv. Loan proposal number 401spl15568058. Attaching noc certificate for same. This is amount to fraud as after three year how they can access bank account and deduct money. If i haven't check my account statement how would i know they have deducted money from account. There are no consent to deduct money once noc received.

                                Pleas return money also investigation should be start against bajaj fin for this may be for other person same issue happening but not reported

                                  Requesting bajaj finance to pls de-activate my emi card linked to this below loan number that was given to me as free & now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.
                                  This is unfair practice.
                                  Pls de-activate and refund rs. 117/- back into my account as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take further step.

                                        I have purchased a mobile phone with the bajaj finserv card with the loan emi number :- 405dpffu717272.
                                        Now there is a new loan emi added to my account by the name digital cpp telebinding with given loan emi
                                        Number :- 405dtbfx058058.
                                        Please remove this extra charges from my account. I don't want to pay this amount.
