Recently i availed a loan from bajaj finserv. I am trying to customer care, their customer care is not working at all. They dont have option for the customer care service. Even though they have customer care number it will keep on going in the ivr system... They have ask blu which is instant messenger which is use less.

I have taken flexi loan which they deposited in my salary account. If i transferred to my bajaj finserv account i can save interest. It has been three days i dont get any response from the baja finserv for transferring money from salary account to bajaj finserv account.

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Bajaj Finserv is making frequent automated calls regarding the loan offers which is quite frustrating . Tried contacting the Bajaj Finserv team but they did not seem to take any action.

I want them to stop contacting the consumer without one's consent.

    I brought LG Washing machine on July in Devi international jayanagar, bengaluru. But I will pay 7 EMI's already in bajaj finserv but vouchers didn't came please do needful as early as possible.they told me after paying of seven Installments the vouchers will came like that he told me. so that i am waiting for vouchers (Rs.7, 000/-) the vouchers didn't came. so that i am raising the complaint.

    I financed a from bajaj finance without the interest of 3332 per month for 3 months and no charges above that, but even after paying the interest on time, bajaj deducted a sum of inr118 without any reason and their service centre is even replying. (Tried everything - live chat, email, phone)

      My asset care policy number is 437ctbfs465509, my next emi will be on[protected]. So do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy

      Please cancel asset care policy for extended warranty i don't allow to activate such policy and i didn't get any confirmation documents related to the cpp asset care policy

      We confirm ECS debit on your Citi account no. XXXXXX3819 on 13-FEB-20 for an amount of Rs. 117. Whats this all about. We never intimated on this and Bajaj is finserve is cheating people and still using our accounts to deduct amount from old and cleared customer.

          My name is Bronia Xavier I was holding digital product..6 months loan from bajaj finance. I purchased a product on January 2019 and first emi was taken from down-payment and other 6 months emi paid on time. EMI was closed and NOC had been issued on August 2019. but they deducted Rupees 295 as mandate fail transaction charge after 7 months closing the loan account. This is totally unacceptable and unfair way of treating customers. I found it's common complaint from bajaj finance customers. It's very bad still bajaj people can't resolve this complaint yet.I need refund at the earliest. Please take urgent action on this matter to retain future customers. Otherwise we will lose trust on Bajaj. We will consider it as group of fake people only aim is to get money from customers. I need refund at the earliest.

          I purchased a brother dcp710 printer from amazon .in bajaj finserve emi option with loan id 516ERFFV086689.Without my permison bajaj started CPP tele binding which I don't want and are charging me 1699 with load I'd 516ETRFW114998 I don't want it.my laon date 2Feb so pls stop CPP tele binding with in 2 days.that I can pay the original due amount
          A fee of Rs 117 has been deducted from my account without any añnual facility availed. please refund the deducted amount and stop all the links of bajaj finserv from my account.

            My customer id — 87181623 and mobile number [protected]... Iam paying the emi without any dues. But my card had been blocked. I paid 500 for getting the emi card.. Now th company has to unblock my card or else should return my card fee.. If i contact also there is no support from them. Its ia waste of money for me. While purchasing the card they said it is life time free.. But withing 10 months the card is in blocked statement

              Myself pravindra lubhana emi card holder of bajaj finserv with registered mobile no. [protected]. Bajaj finserv debited ₹118 on 18/02/2020 as general charges recovery & ₹118 on 25/02/2020 as bajajfin_mndver_12/04/2019 from my bank account. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv. They are unnecessarily charging amount. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                I do have a personal loan with bajaj finance and i missed a payment due to medical reasons. Now the executive from bajaj keeps texting and calling multiple times.in a day i get 30 to 40 calls from different numbers. They threaten me with statements on contacting my colleagues at work which isn't professional at all. It is about my mental health and privacy.. No one has rights to threaten and insult by contacting external people. This is insulting and mentally harassing. I have been paying off this loan from 2016 yet this is how they have been treating..

                  I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 401pstfw221929. I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

                          Hi i am taufique husain today 28 february 2020 i got a fraud advocate call from bajaj finserv the guy threatening me and using abusive words against me and told me if i could not repay the payment of rupees 1850 with in one hour then he a file a case against me in delhi high court... Let me tell you in details i got a consumer loan from bajaj finserv and i alredy paid all the emi. But a charges of rupees 450 overdue because of late fee now its 1850...

                            I did not given any acceptance for any insta credit. But amount to credited in mobokwik wallet by bajaj finserv mobile number [protected]. I think loan should not to granted with out any customer permission not in rule on indian constitution.
                            Written so many time to bajaj finserv vide complain no sr28464673 and sr28464711 and closed without any action by bajaj finserv.
                            Please instruct to bajaj finserv that cancel this loan because it is unauthorised loan and also asked them not to harrash common people with an intention

                            I repetadely following up and and write down mail for several times to cancel the loan amount but not positive outcome received till date and also they disabled my wallet and account since long day before so that I am to use the services but they still approved load in my wallet and asked me to pay the emi charges continuously without providing any resolution.

                            No one ready to help me after several times of following up. Also the provided number is not in service. I still not able to use my mobikwik wallet 983629** as it shows user is disabled and they asked me that I have to pay pre approval loan amount which not availed by me.My issue still not resolved. The fraud authority only mailed me repeatedly we are facing some difficulty to reach your number hence we are closing the service request and issue closed from our end. We are unable to cancel the lian amount as per policy you are bound to pay the amount. What kind of nonsense is going i really don't understand.

                              Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 10th febfrom my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_jan20. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                My bajaj card is blocked due to some technical problems. I have called to customer care they suggest me to visit branch and resubmit the documents.

                                I have many times visited to branch & submit the documents but my card is still blocked. They provide my service request sr26091760 and told to wait for 45 days.
                                But there are almost 3 months done but my card is still blocked.
                                I have already mailed to grievance redressal & customer experience head.
                                But one giving me proper solution.
                                Even they are not replying my mail. Please do the needful help

                                  Am shivaranjani i was offered a mobile emi in 2019 by bajaj finserve and i have taken for 26k due to some personal and financial reason i am not able to pay my emi now and i have told all situations to the recovery team also i have never denied to pay emi i have told i wll pay on next 2days.. But i have recive calls from last 2 days they are threatening me to pay the premium today otherwise i have send the executive @ 8.30pm to your home and that executive speaking with me in bad words very rude even am paying the emi every month with penalties and 3days before he came to my home and he scolded my dad

                                  Am a existing customer from past 5 years i have already pre closed 3 emi

                                  Today i got a call from sham & manager at 8.30pm he said that he will be coming to my house now he scold me in bad words he's telling that 'why did u purchased costly mobile i[censored] not able to pay'
                                  Every month am paying my emi with penalties
                                  I never expected this kind of service with bajaj very bad experience i feel ill never prefer this bajaj at any situation it's a harassment
