Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 25th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtverchgs_feb18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. I had written a complaint about policy change in claiming my insurance, your team member was calling and followed up very well upto an extent, he asked me to update all the doc regarding my phone change, and i have done the same to @bajajfinserv.in and @bajajfinserv.in but post to that there is no response nor there is no phone call also given to me, solve my issue at the earliest, call me back immediately.

I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 419pmtft975806. I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy.
