I have order a samsung led t. V, but not my conformation opinion, the salila sale enterprise delivered my product in
Massage only not physically and in my wallet it shows delivered but not delivered in reality. When i request to manager of the bajaj finserv through telephonic. He directly denied and told me u can go and do as you wish. I want to cancelled my order plz guide me.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Daily 10 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected] and [protected]

    Hi,
    This is regarding the recent Fraud happen with me from Bajaj Finserve. I got a call from Sales team that i will get Over Draft limit associated with my salary account, On first call i simply said No but again they called me and i said yes and negotiated only Rs 2000 Will be charged again my 9 lakh OD Limit and nothing extra will be charged apart from 2000 rs.
    My Loan approval process started and on my behalf the sales executed filled all my details and summit my application.
    i got an approval of 1209999 Rs as per my CIBIL Records, i called up sales team again and they assured me that sir only 2000 rs will be charged don’t worry.
    When i get Final mail from Bajaj where they mentioned their charge included Processing fee and other charges, it was total 24325 Rs. Immediately i rejected offer. Again sales team called me and forced me to accept the all conditions mentioned in the mail and they will do cash back amount over and above 2000 rs.
    Initially they transferred 3000 rs to my phone pay account to make trust and i accepted the loan agreement.
    Once the loan get disbursed, i called for the rest cash back but they denied and even not stop picking my Phone.
    Bajaj fin serve customer cars is not supportive and very rudely they are talking to me now.
    I am totally harassed and in very bad situation because on amount 24325 which they charged from me against loan processing, Bajaj started taking interest on that amount.
    I have all the phone recordings and chat screenshot along with Name and Numbers of sales team.
    Three Bajaj Employees forced me to accept Loan terms and conditions and assured me to give me cashback of extra amount apart form 2000 Rs. Now they have stopped picking my Phone. Cancel my Whole Loan immediately

    These type of harassment and frauds will not tolerated.

      On 17 mar bajaj finserv (Ecsidr - bajaj finservebb) deducted rs 117 from bank account. The loan already closed on dec 2017 and noc also received for same from bajaj finserv. Loan proposal number 401spl15568058. Attaching noc certificate for same. This is amount to fraud as after three year how they can access bank account and deduct money. If i haven't check my account statement how would i know they have deducted money from account. There are no consent to deduct money once noc received.

      Pleas return money also investigation should be start against bajaj fin for this may be for other person same issue happening but not reported

        Loan ac no was: 404spl24438444
        Name: sujit
        Last emi date: 02/07/2017 and loan is over now years back.

        Requesting bajaj finance to pls de-activate my emi card linked to this below loan number that was given to me as free & now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.
        This is unfair practice.
        Pls de-activate and refund rs. 117/- back into my account as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take further step.

I had completed all loans but i come know that my emi card was blocked without any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan. I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked.                   My latest complaint# 20636173
                  I purchased bajaj shakti 25 litres water geyser and have experienced worst customer experience ever!
                  I feel ao smith is far far better than bajaj appliances.

                  The engineer asking money to fix and they are reluctant to mark this 2 month old geyser as defective, saying they will some how repair.

                  I didnt this geyser to run around engineer and log complaints!
                  We all should circulate the bajaj reality to facebook twitter and all social media.

                    Hi i am sai chaitanya from khammam. I bought a lg ac from lg store. The emi that was supposed to be deducted from my bank account was rs 3, 042/-. However, i recently i notice that every month addition amount of rs 1272/- is getting deducted from my account on name of "balic premium cd loan", which i never opted. Earlier i was not aware of this. But when i logged into my account i found that every month an extra amount of rs 1272/- was getting deducted on name of "balic premium cd loan" from my bank account. I don't know why this is being deducted. I want the issue to be resolved. My loan account no is : 5460cd18444931. Thanks.

                        Recently i availed a loan from bajaj finserv. I am trying to customer care, their customer care is not working at all. They dont have option for the customer care service. Even though they have customer care number it will keep on going in the ivr system... They have ask blu which is instant messenger which is use less.

                        I have taken flexi loan which they deposited in my salary account. If i transferred to my bajaj finserv account i can save interest. It has been three days i dont get any response from the baja finserv for transferring money from salary account to bajaj finserv account.

                          I brought LG Washing machine on July in Devi international jayanagar, bengaluru. But I will pay 7 EMI's already in bajaj finserv but vouchers didn't came please do needful as early as possible.they told me after paying of seven Installments the vouchers will came like that he told me. so that i am waiting for vouchers (Rs.7, 000/-) the vouchers didn't came. so that i am raising the complaint.

                                My name is Bronia Xavier I was holding digital product..6 months loan from bajaj finance. I purchased a product on January 2019 and first emi was taken from down-payment and other 6 months emi paid on time. EMI was closed and NOC had been issued on August 2019. but they deducted Rupees 295 as mandate fail transaction charge after 7 months closing the loan account. This is totally unacceptable and unfair way of treating customers. I found it's common complaint from bajaj finance customers. It's very bad still bajaj people can't resolve this complaint yet.I need refund at the earliest. Please take urgent action on this matter to retain future customers. Otherwise we will lose trust on Bajaj. We will consider it as group of fake people only aim is to get money from customers. I need refund at the earliest.

                                I purchased a brother dcp710 printer from amazon .in bajaj finserve emi option with loan id 516ERFFV086689.Without my permison bajaj started CPP tele binding which I don't want and are charging me 1699 with load I'd 516ETRFW114998 I don't want it.my laon date 2Feb so pls stop CPP tele binding with in 2 days.that I can pay the original due amount

                                  My customer id — 87181623 and mobile number [protected]... Iam paying the emi without any dues. But my card had been blocked. I paid 500 for getting the emi card.. Now th company has to unblock my card or else should return my card fee.. If i contact also there is no support from them. Its ia waste of money for me. While purchasing the card they said it is life time free.. But withing 10 months the card is in blocked statement

Bajaj finserv debited ₹118 on 18/02/2020 as general charges recovery & ₹118 on 25/02/2020 as bajajfin_mndver_12/04/2019 from my bank account. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv. They are unnecessarily charging amount. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                      I do have a personal loan with bajaj finance and i missed a payment due to medical reasons. Now the executive from bajaj keeps texting and calling multiple times.in a day i get 30 to 40 calls from different numbers. They threaten me with statements on contacting my colleagues at work which isn't professional at all. It is about my mental health and privacy.. No one has rights to threaten and insult by contacting external people. This is insulting and mentally harassing. I have been paying off this loan from 2016 yet this is how they have been treating..
