    . Loan account no : 403spf95944444
    I have taken a flexi loan from bajaj bin with all false promises and below are the 8 grievances i have with them. I have written to them and raised complaints multiple times but they have closed the tickets without responding to all my questions, generally by mentioning that i have agreed to all the terms. Request for your interventions and pray for justice. Now they want to debit my account with rs.4500 towards maintenance charges, and rs 117 towards the charges for emi card that was never issued to me. I give below8 points by which they are over charging me
    1. Bajaj fin has not provided me the copy of the contract. The concurrence was taken by showing the agreement by a pop message for few seconds. I was just provided with a link where i have to press agree button and give the otp as a token of acceptance.
    2. The annexure which they claimed as a part of the agreement was not seen in the agreement when it poped up.
    3. Bajaj fin has taken rs 12000/- as processing fee etc which includes rs 4000/- as stamp duty. Not sure which document attracted the stamp duty, and no proof is provided to me till now toward its payment to govt treasury account or no stamp paper that was used for this agreement is shown.
    4. Bajaj finance confirmed that the above 12000 is inclusive of gst but no tax invoice was provided to me till date. As per bajaj finance – complete charges will attract gst, and why gst paid tax invoice is not provided to me.
    5. The bajaj fin guy who sold this loan to me confirmed that there will not be any additional hidden charges other then the above 12000 rs, but now maintenance charges is being demanded from me.
    6. Bajaj finance interest calculation is against the rbi guidelines, they consider the no of days in a year as 360 and the annual interest is divided by 360 instead of 365 to arrive a days interest, thus we land up in paying more interest.
    7. All their transactions till 7 th of a month is recorded in previous month by bajaj finance. For example i repaid a loan on 7 th but the same was receipted by them on 31st of of previous month, which is against ifrs. How can they record a receipt on 31st of previous month when the actual amount was received only on 7 of the succeeding month.
    8. I was never told about the emi card till today, the emi card was neither asked for nor issued to me. Why should they charge for emi card 117 + taxes. This is mere extraction of money.

    Not a good plan to take.I had taken a loan of 500000 Hidden charges of 17000 is charged on the name of processing fees, flexi charges and and Insurance which is not clearly mentioned while accepting the terms and conditions that you come to know when you have accepted and proceeded the representatives don't give boots nor they pick up the call once you have accepted the tearm's and conditions closing the loan account will charge you extra 40000.Worst plan ever interest rates explained by the representative is different from the actual terms and condition don't fall for this paln you will end up paying 90000 if you don't actually use the loan amount.worst plan to play with salaried person's hard earned saved amount on the name of overdraft facility for salary person.RBI should put a ban on such type of Loan Offring's.

          This is kalyan mahato. I am having home loan under bajaj finserv. The emi date is 2nd of every month. Initially i was receiving my salary on 1st of every month. So it was not an issue. But i changed my company in 2018 march. And i have started receiving salary on 7 th of every month. Due to this i missed the emi date every month. I made repeated request to them to change my emi date to 10. But they are saying it is not possible as per their norms. Strange isn't it. This is a blood sucker company.
          Requesting indian government to step in and eliminate these rules set by this money sucker company.
          Also requesting others to careful about bajaj finserv.

            The amount of rs118 debited from my account.
            I got a sms that above amount is debited on 18sept2019
            Info bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug19.

            I had a word with bajaj representative witch comes to collect my documents.
            He said that we do not deduct any amount without any purchase.

            I request to refund my debited 118 amount with interest.

              Investment intermedi why my sbi account had been debited 3 times 295 i want justification and a refund - i have closed my balaj card also with dues. I want proper clarification from bajai finserve. This is unacceptable.

              Sir/madam this is sumathi previously my bajaj fin serve card had been closed in (17-18)

              Now we are in 2019. Why there is sudden charge on my saving account state transferred to investment intermediary.

              295 debited 3 times i want a proper justification for this deduction, without previous intimation how this can be happened to a customer we have money in our account hospitalisation use due to this deduction i face difficulty. That 885 is a big money for me. I am an normal working women.

              Pls check my case and close this issue possible.

              I want an proper justification after my bajaj card closure how can it happened to me.

              Requesting to refund this amount.

                I had sent a email request for cancelling my bajaj finserv emi network card on
                Sep 25, 2019, 10:25 am to [protected]@rblbank.com (As stated in their site - for cancellation of credit card etc.) providing all details. Stating

                I wish to close my membership of bajaj finserv membership with immediate effect. Providing details like, consumer id, loan account details, email, contact no, & loan a/c no. I had even attached noc issued by them that complete payment has been received.

                Surprisingly, instead of getting a reply from them i received an sms update stating that "congratulations! Your emi network card loan limit has been increased to..."

                Please help as they will be deducting annual membership fees from my account again just because i do not use /take loan from them.

                  Bajaj finserv debited rs.118 from my account in the name of "bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug19". When i emailed them, i got reply that it ecs mandate charges and if you want refund, please share written document received from bank branch stating that the charges have been deducted from bajaj end. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                        The bosch washing machine purchased is finansed by bajaj finserv, that time i have opted for two year extended warranty. Bosch offers two years of warranty from 10th september 2019 till 9th september 2021, additional two year warranty must be started from 9th september 2021. Instead of that in cpp india the extended warranty starting is scheduled on 10 september 2020.

                                    On 19th of sept 19 bajaj finserve deducted rs. 4999/- from my savings account without my permission or consent, taking advantage of my undertaking to deduct monthly installmen of consumer loan. Bajaj is supposed to deduct only installment of consumer loan and not any other amount without my prior permission.
                                    If this is to continue in future also, i m sorry i have to instruct my bank not to pay any amount to bajaj.
                                    You are requested to refund my 4999/- immediately otherwise i will b forced to take other measures to recover this hard earned amount of rs. 4999/- from bajaj.

                                      I have taken the loan from bajaj finserv. But from 2 months my account is blocked. I have been repeatedly contacting them through mail, but 1st they told it will get automatically unblocked by 48 hours which got extended for 15 days. They everytime they told me to follow new procedure which is not working, then they asked me to pay the principal amount offline but in the bajaj finserv office they are not excepting because it's online loan and from 2 weeks they have stopped replying to my email also. I had started to pay the principal of my loan so on purpose they are not unblocking my account.
                                      I have attached the screenshot of the email sent by bajaj finserv team. They have asked me follow the steps as mentioned to unblock my account. There are totally 7 steps. I have tried that, but after the 4 th step, i am getting my account id and password (Old) sent to my registered mobile number and email. So i am not able to change the password and unblock my account. I have sent them 4 emails telling about this problem, but again and again they send back the same email. This shows that they are not even reading my email completely. They are running a big scam to cheat the customers. First they told it will get automatically unblocked after 48 hours and now they tell me to follow some procedures which is not working. Neither they are allowing me clear the loan offline telling that the loan is online. This shows that they are just stopping me from clearing the loan because they want me to keep paying the interest. My loan account is registered to my mobile number [protected]. This is the second time i am complaining on consumer complaints. First time they never even contacted me

                                        I just forwarded so many mails to bajajfinserv for the amount of 5175 has not been credited to my account yet though i have received the msg from bajajthat the amount is credited to my account i am sending the details of my account statement for last three days. I have made the request of withdrawal on 22nd september 2019.
                                        They said it will take a time of today but till yet it is not been credited.
