This is Prashanth, availed loan for amount 45000/- from Bajaj Finserv in Jan-2021, due to financial issues I was unable to repay the loan for a while. In Dec 2021, the collection agent threatened me to inform my family, friends and work on whatsapp about the loan details. I was scared about it and out of humiliation I paid the amount in cash to him at my residence address at that time. He promised he will repay the amount and stop the legal proceedings accordingly. But now again past 2 months many agents are bombarding me with calls and messages asking to pay the loan inspite of handing the cash to the agent. The agent first shared a pic showing loan amount as 15000 and when confronted he started telling 8000 which is completely fraudulent activities. They simply want to pulp out more money in the name of collection.I'm struggling because of this Harassment and evict me from this mental torture to me.

I purchased Tv in last November on bajaj finserv they said you will get 2.5k cashback after 3rd EMI I got only 1.5k cashback where is the balance cashback I called my loan person he said I don't about that you will get that much only. and he said don't call me again like that please make sure to get my cash back.

this happens every time means they don't trust bajaj finserv. so many people told me about this don't take those are fraud company.please don't play hopes

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of bank of Maharashtra without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance.

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117

I want my money back as I didn't initiate for any mandate.
117 Rs debited from my hdfc account without my permission. It's a crime .
It my money will not credited then I will file case against Bajaj finserv.below is the text msg that I received.

ALERT: Your A/c xx7401 has been debited for Rs.117 on 17th Jan' 2023 through Debit mandate towards BAJAJFIN_BF240619_144-392_33966871.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of hdfc bank without any information. We don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i don't taken any loan from bajaj finance. Card expiry date is 01/17 . I don't know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand why they apply these kinds of charges which are totally irrelevant. I dont want to any loans from you or your team nor am I interested in applying through Bajaj Finserv in future.

I didn't use Bajaj emi card nor take any loan nor make any transaction through bajaj emi card. But Rs. 117 got deducted from my account.

I had a collection agency in bajaj but i had stop working with them from last 7 months but they are not refunding my security amount of 25000rs as per company policy company had to refund our amount with after 3month of leaving .

Really disturbed and disappointed by witnessing a case of total abuse and greed. This is done to poor citizens of remote villages in india.
Your Institution is scamming small innocent citizens of remote villages.
Here is the proof - Look at the attachment statement of this loan.

You are charging 34% interest. The loan type was changed without the consent of the customer.
You collected all the interest upfront (50K+ PLUS) and you are charging everything 600 pupees as a fee for something.
You are literally running fraud and taking away the hard into-earned money of innocent, remote village people.
They don't even understand what you are doing. Nothing changed. There are still sahukar like your bajaj people, which are still sucking on innocent poor people.
The branch and the bank are also not letting this person close this loan (we donated money to have him pay the loan fully) but your branch does not accept it
This poor village person does not understand it etc to make payments. We helped him and installed the app, but now the app also does not let him pay - card limit reached.
We jumped the card limit and yet again your application does not accept the payment.

This is total fraud you are running by ruining lives of innocent poor villagers. Look at the attached statement you will realize how badly your institution is sucking money/blood from these poor peopleClose the freaking account. Accept CASH OR CHECK or whatever, but stop drinking their blood anymore.
I will escalate it if this doesn't get fixed. Refund some of the amount of this poor villager and close the account by accepting his payment. How can any government make this kind of mess? Your website does not offer any option of closing the loan either.

I sended the money with bajaj upi to other bajaj upi via its barcode it showed sucess but noting came in bank i tried 2 more times and it still showed success but nothing in bank

Asked 48000 for loan settlement from my mother which she already paid at the office, now asking for 90000 for settlement by changing the settlement letter

My emi didn't get auto debit after maintaining sufficient funds.
Am unable to make direct payment from the bajaj finserv app.
Yesterday I got missed my emi due i don't know how and why
Today also same issue is repeating.

From last couple of months I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges.
I am really fed-up of this deduction. In the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~ -around 25000 amount was deducted from last 4monthsI really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.

Dear bajaj finance

I have taken bajaj finance salaried flexi loan but during loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees and flexi fee and group care 360 but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.4999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.

So please cancel this credit vidhya fees, flexi fee, group 360 and refund my amount of Rs.4999+3999+4999

Please resolve my request at the earliest and this complaint.
