    This is regarding a LAPTOP purchased from Pune through loan facility form Bajaj Finance Limited.
    My son Karan Mehta had availed a loan facility for purchase of Laptop from Pune, the Loan Account Nos. are mentioned below:
    402CDDHW982666 (Rs. 43, 101),
    402VSDHW983587 (Rs. 648),
    402VSDHW983464 (Rs. 748).

    Now I would like to inform you that all EMI of said loan has been cleared from bank and he has obtained NO DUE CERTIFATE also from your Company on[protected]. After clearance of all EMI and getting No due certificate from you the amount of Rs. 3589 has been debited in his account stating that “DIRECT DEBIT BY BAJAJ FINANCE” on[protected]. In this connection he has written several mails to you but there is no response from your side even after providing following details to you through email
    • Providing the whole loan statement,
    • Specific monthly statement,
    • Specific date statement of my bank account
    • Explaining the same thing again and again on call to customer care executives.
    If it was a legit debit then I need clarity on the amount charged by Bajaj Finance and if it was a wrongful debit then please return it ASAP.

        My Name is Dheerajkumar Pentela, i opened OD account for 15 Laks, opening time mentioned cashback details. i am pasting the email content

        Dear Sir,

        Please find the confirmation for over draft process

        Loan amount : 1400000/-

        Process charges : 16304

        Total Deduction : 16304

        Bajaj cashback : 5000/-

        (with in 15days)

        Caller side cashback : 11304/- (caller side cashback will be refund to your account on 8-9-2022 To[protected]

        At the time they mentioned with 15 days Bajaj will credited to the loan account (flexi fee amount ) stil i am not receved. (victor.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in)

        Still i am not receved any cashback. Can please give the suggestion. How complain this incident

        After Registering the complaint they contact me and they transfered the 5000/ rs to my account. I informed to them. I have to receve the 8000/- rs. As per the offer they annonced in indepedence day offer.

        After they cam with some other point. Loan amount is dispached in 16th aug. So we will not give 8000/-. So that is the reson we processed 5000/-.
        My application date 13th Aug. Baja Team is duing intentionally. Please help me to resolve

        Cash Back Structure

        10 - 14.99 = 5000/- cash back
        15 - 19.99 = 8000/- cash back
        >=20 = 10, 000/- Cash back.

          I want to close my Bajaj Emi card, for this related I contacted with Bajaj team they just simply blocked this card. But i want to close my Emi card permanently. Multiple times i am trying to reach them but there is no response from Bajaj Emi.

          Kindly help me to close my EMI card account permanently.

              I am applyi for bajaj insta emi card and they don't assist any type queries after the my emi card payment 530 done. i have central bank of india account number and i tried to e mandate but there is no mode of registration for CBOI, i tries to contact custmer care but no talk only computer based help nathing happend
              i live in indore and there is no offline service centre for assist, there is only store where if you buy a product from there so they asist you .. not any type of help by bajaj finserv. there are many error in app and not otp comes
              . i want to refund my money if there is not offline / online relexation

                          Total cheating by the person Srikant and his manager Jayant Verma who discussed with me and accepted to take 7000 RS including all the charges until the loan tenure 5 years except interest 14.00. But in the welcome letter mentioned as 35584 RS. He told on 09/09/2022 the same, he had not given time to go through the documents. He called me and asked me to accept all the terms and conditions and everything in documents will be same as we discussed.

                          Kindly help me, when I called to we care of Bajaj finance no one ready to listen about the issues.

                              Hi Bajaj Team - This is JESUDOSS RICHARD from Tamilnadu. As I was about to place an order with help of our Bajaj EMI card which rejected due to EMI full settlement in past. The reason was due to my sudden marriage I have applied my loan in ICICI for 10 lakhs as they wants to close all my existing loan and product loan which i taken from Bajaj. But I want to continue my shopping with Bajaj EMI card without any further problem also i wont repeat the same in future as i was troubled financially to make my marriage perfect.                                     I Got Offer From Bajaj Finserv Stating That I'm Eligible For Free Credit Card,
                                    And I Applied For That I Filled The Form,
                                    After That One Employee Came To Me For My KYC Firstly He Showed That The Credit Card Is Free But After That He Gave Me CPP Card Protection Pro Service I Didn't Wanted That Service But He Said It Will Get Refunded In Credit But Don't Want That Service As It Is Not Required By Me.
                                    He Performed All The Transaction And Gave Me My Mobile Only to enter Upi Pin, And He Gave me the Service Forcefully I Didn't Wanted.
                                    I Paid ₹799/- To That And I'm Attaching The Screenshot Of Payment To The Mail Please Take A Look At It And Please Cancel This Service ASAP As I Don't Want It
                                    And GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
                                    I WANT FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

                                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of sbi bank without any information on
                                      15 july 2022.. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                                      Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest

                                        நான் செப்டம்பர் 1 ம் தேதி [protected] bajaj finserve upi மூலமாக recharge செய்திருந்தேன் ஆனால் இந்த எண்ணுக்கு recharge ஆகவில்லை எனக்கும் பணம் திருப்பி தரவில்லை நான் இதை bajaj mail அனுப்பியிருந்தேன் ஆனால் அவர்கள் recharge வெற்றிகரமாக செய்யப்பட்டது என்று என்னக்கு ஒரு transection id கொடுத்து நீங்கள் உங்கள் service provider(airtel)கேளுங்கள் என்ற நானும் அவர்கள் கூறியபடி கேட்டேன் ஆனால் அவரகள் இந்த id எங்களுக்கு எந்த ஒரு பணமும் வரவில்லை என்று கூறிவிட்டார்கள் அது போக நீங்கள் உங்கள் bajaj இடம் கேளுங்கள் என்றார் ஆனால் என்னக்கு இருவரும் பணத்தை திருப்பித்தர வில்லை எனவே என் பணத்தை திருப்பி தரும்படி தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் இதனுடன் நான் airtel பேசிய ஆடியோ ஆதாரத்தை அனுப்பியுபயனில்லை எனவே எனது பணத்தை மீட்டு தரும்படி தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்
